We only got to about 30% of the elcipse where I live but I brought my glasses with me to work anyways and found a window so I could interrupt the math lessons and make the kids take a look, and then since it was my lunch hour I walked around downtown stopping in a few cafes and letting the employees use the glasses to get a peek. It was really fun to offer and hear one person shout for all their coworkers. the funniest thing though was when I'd offer to someone passing and they'd say no thanks, but someone walking with them was like wait I want to and they'd go " oh! wow! holy cow!" and then the first person would be, like a dad who swears he did not want a cat, like ' oh, ok, I'll look too---woah! i didn't realize it would be that cool here??" so. that was fun for me. I got no pictures because only one pair of glasses and lots of people wanting to look.

im tired, but cant get this lil story out of my head involving my second Sonic AU so here ya go.

Rouge stared at the kitchen, her teal eyes showing nothing but rage. The culprit, of course, had no clue why she stood with her hands on her hips, lips curled in a frown. The white bat stares at the half burnt kitchen, several dishes broken on the counter. Her eyes slowly go to the culprit, Shadow. The alien tilts his head, clicking loudly in questioning. Rouge waves her gloved hand at the mess. "What happened?"

Again, Shadow clicks. Rouge sighs heavily, dragging her hand down her face. Soft footsteps grow closer, peaking the alien hedgehog's attention. A flurry of clicks fill the room, expressing his joy. A different alien walks in, hearing Rouge's angry shout. Eclipse stares at his brother. "Shadow, what happened." The two brothers stare at each other, the hedgehog tilting his head every now and then. The alien sighs deeply, turning to the bat. "He wanted to make what pancakes. He thought he could replicate what you do."

Rouge let's out a laugh. "Oh Chaos! He destroyed my kitchen because he wanted pancakes?" She doubles over with laughter, wiping some tears. The bat stands upright, a smile on her face. "I have to tell the others."

The black arm alien smirks at his brother. "Hear that, Shadow?" A click echoes. Elcipse grins wider. "Yeah, I'm not telling you." Shadow tilts his head more, several angry clicks filling the room.

Rouge shakes her head while texting her friends. "Oh, boys. Now, who wants pancakes?" The white bat smiles as she gets excited nods from both aliens. "Good. Now out my kitchen before I tell Omega to kick you out."

Both scurry out, Eclipse dragging the other. Shadow keeps glancing back, wanting to see the process so he can do it himself. Rouge just giggles into her hand.

"Oh boy, this hedgehog is gonna be such a pain in the ass." Rouge sighs, a soft smile on her lips.
