Building My $1M Digital Consulting Agencies Explained: Behind the Scenes
Welcome to a rare, behind-the-scenes look at how I'm revolutionizing the online business landscape by building not one, but two separate online agencies. Witness the birth of a digital empire in 2024! #onlinebusiness #solopreneur #entrepreneurship
Digital consulting agencies are businesses that offer expert advice and services to other companies in the realm of digital technologies and strategies. These agencies specialize in helping their clients leverage digital tools and platforms to improve business performance, reach new customers, and achieve their strategic goals. Digital consulting agencies typically work with a wide range of…

[ 📹 The residents of Przemysl, Poland put to rest Damian Sobol, a Polish citizen and one of the foreign aid workers killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a convoy of humanitarian aid trucks leaving a warehouse in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip on Tuesday, killing 7 aid workers, including Sobol, as well as citizens of Australia, the UK, Palestine, and a dual citizen of American-Canadian heritage.]
🇮🇱⚔️🇺🇳🇵🇸 🚨
ISRAELI OCCUPATION FORCES TURN 2023 INTO DEADLIEST YEAR FOR AID WORKERS IN THE LAST 30 YEARS
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) murdered more aid workers in 2023 than were killed in the rest of the world combined for each of the last 30 years, that's according to an article published by Turkish news outlet Anadolu News Agency.
According to Anadolu, as a result of the the current round of Zionist aggression, beginning with Hamas's attack on Israeli military checkpoints and colonial settlements just outside the Gaza Strip, on October 7th, 2023, no less than 203 aid workers have been killed in occupation strikes.
Of those killed, 161 aid workers were martyred by the Israeli occupation army in just the last four months of 2023, while another 53 aid workers have been wounded in occupation strikes.
The data was originally investigated and published by the Aid Worker Security Database (AWSD).
According to the AWSD report, just since January of 2024, at least 42 aid workers have been killed, while another 24 others were wounded in Israeli attacks.
On Tuesday, a series of precisely targeted Israeli airstrikes hit a convoy of armored vehicles belonging to the aid organization the World Central Kitchen (WCK).
The convoy had just finished delivering food aid and were in the process of leaving an aid distribution warehouse in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, when an Israeli drone bombed each of the three vehicles in the convoy independently, resulting in the deaths of 7 WCK aid workers, including nationals of Palestine, Australia, the UK, Poland and a dual American-Canadian citizen.
Numerous countries have since condemned the latest Zionist atrocity, including the Israeli entity's closest ally, the United States, as well as Canada, Australia and several others, while Poland and Germany both demanded an explanation for the deadly attack.
By some accounts, the strike was intended to frighten foreign aid workers into suspending their operations in the Gaza Strip, exacerbating Gaza's severe famine conditions, which is rapidly spreading from the north of Gaza, into central Gaza, while even the south of the Palestinian enclave remains highly food insecure.
The strikes quickly achieved "Israel's" goal, with the WCK, along with several other aid organizations, including Anera, another aid organization responsible for delivering upwards of a hundred fifty thousand meals for Palestinians everyday, which also suspended their operations in Gaza for the time being.
In response to the attacks, the United Nations temporarily suspended nighttime operations in Gaza for at least 48 hours following the atrocity.
The Zionist entity, for its part, apologized for the massacre of the 7 foreign aid workers, claiming the strikes were caused by a "misidentification," resulting from "a war in very complex conditions," according to the Israeli army's Chief of General Staff, Herzi Halevi, who issued the apology.
Responding to intense international outcry over the slaughter of the aid workers, the IOF disciplined the brigade responsible for the "misidentification," sacking two Commanders, including the Commander of the Nahal Brigade, as well as another Commander within the same brigade.
As far as this reporter can investigate, this is the first major sacking of an Israeli officer since at least December 2023.
That's when a Commander with the 51st Battalion of the Golani Brigade was sacked after he "endangered fighters" under his command by disobeying direct orders to avoid entering buildings during "Israel's" assault on the Al-Shujaiya neighborhood of Gaza City, where intense fighting took place against elite units with the Al-Qassam Brigades in early December.
Despite the latest Israeli war crime, the United States, led by the Neoconservative Biden administration, announced that it would not be changing any of its policies with regards to the Israeli entity, refusing to cut off munitions supplies and other military aid, choosing instead to let "Israel" investigate the incident itself.
As a result of "Israel's" Special Genocide Operation in the Gaza Strip, the death toll among the Palestinian population of Gaza has risen in excess of 33'037 Palestinians martyred, with over 14'000 children murdered and over 9'200 women killed, while another 75'668 Palestinians have been wounded since the start of the current round of Zionist aggression, beginning on October 7th, 2023.

February 18, 2024 Draft
List: cubecobra.com/c/pink
3 player draft. 4 packs of 15 each. Take 2 cards each pick. Discard the last 3 cards of each pack. 3 Cogwork Librarians each.
This is a case study in draft parameters. On the spot, I decided to go with the quickest, simplest, draft procedure I could think of. It worked, kind of, but ended up (predicably in retrospect) feeling a lot closer to Sealed than I would like.
There's a whole bunch that goes into what experience you get from a draft procedure, but I was going for quick and simple, and parameters. Most importantly, I had a lovely time with my friends, and I'm glad they had me over to hang out, and playing Magic was a small part of that 🩷.
But since I can't shut up, once you've figured out satisficing draft parameters (i.e. you have a procedure that will give players a pool of cards of the desired size), the biggest driver of "draft feel" is the percentage of cards you see that you get to pick.
Some key limited set ups:
Typical 8 players, 3 packs of 15: 360 cards opened, 276 cards seen, 45 cards picked = 16%
8 player roto draft: 360 cards opened, 353-360 cards "seen", 45 cards picked = 13%
Sealed: 90 cards opened, 90 cards seen, 90 cards "picked"= 100%
This draft format: 180 cards opened, 156 cards seen, 51 cards picked = 33%
There is nuance when it comes to hidden, public, and inferable information, pool sizes, the way drafters influence each other, and so on, but I find this number is a great first order approximation of player agency and the expected level of focus in deck building. Where a draft procedure falls on this spectrum trickles down to deck power, focus, the draft experience, and gameplay.
This draft, as a result, felt a lot more like Sealed, as we had to make do a lot more than you normally would. Decks have more hole-fillers (and conspicuous gaps) than you'd find in a typical draft.

This was my 1-1 (3-2) Gruul Field of the Dead deck. Field came online repeatedly, fueled by my suite of check lands, which felt almost free here. Who needs ABUR duals (especially when you've got no fetches)?
I was leaning to forcing Green, cuz I don't play it much, but ML was taking a lot of the pieces so I ended up here. I was able to power through the Mono-White matchup, with Plow Under sealing off both games for me. Pest Infestation for X=2 was repeatedly great.
Tumblr media
As we've seen many times, Sublime Archangel can provide the game-defining clock. SF used it in this 1-1 (2-2) Mono-White build in combination with Angel of Invention to quick swing a game where the life totals had been at 28 to 8 or something.
Elspeth continues providing value that isn't super exciting but helps alter game states. I also keep getting higher on both mono-colour lands, and cards that reward commitment to colours, like Figure of Destiny and Spectral Procession, both well-used here.
Tumblr media
On the other end of the spectrum, here's one of the grindiest decks I've seen in a long time: ML's 1-1 (2-3) Abzan Tokens. This machine makes big boards. We got cats, wolves, and zombies going all at once. Grave Titan keeps being a menace that feels just this side of fair. The Achilles heel was the sky—faced up against angels and failing to draw End-Raze Forerunners, this deck ran out of gas.
In my match I didn't have anything that could help me break open the board, and it reached the point where decking myself was a possibility, but Parallax Wave provided a merciful finish.
Really interesting was seeing how much this deck was punished for running 3 colours. We see a lot of 3 colour decks, and with the lands I took to fuel Field of the Dead, ML didn't have the strongest fixing suite, which lead to some disappointing plays for Intrepid Adversary and Wolfbriar Elemental. I love 3-colour decks being viable, but I also like the dynamic of some cards being knee-capped in those situations.
Tyvar got some use, and Parallax Wave wasn't too too confusing. Love that. Wizards, steal my templating.

one thing aa is good at is making sure all the cases relate to the conclusion of the game. like the dl-6 incident is super prevalent in aa1, even turnabout samurai is kind of foreshadowing for miles getting arrested (jack hammer’s death relating to an incident that happened years back that changed the course of his career). one of the things that makes engarde such a great final twist in aa2 is because people SAW max galaxy commit the crime, people SAW maggey’s name at the crime scene, people KNEW maya was the only one channeling & in comparison to all of that, engarde looks way more innocent than any one of the other characters who were also deliberately framed. & aa3 & 4 are almost completely devoted to building up to their finale
but aa5 doesn’t.... do that? it opens up telling us that something happened to the wright anything agency that caused apollo to quit, and then instead of really spending any time delving into that, turnabout academy & cosmic turnabout spend their time name dropping clay & then admitting he’s not actually super important to the rest of the story. apollo doesn’t leave because he doesn’t believe phoenix & athena can catch clay’s killer, he leaves because he’s worried that ATHENA’S the killer. instead of being a game focused on false evidence & tampering with crime scenes, it should have been about having faith in your friends despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary, but the only episode that really did that well in my mind was turnabout academy. yes, jinxie heard her ‘father’ confess to the crime, but monstrous turnabout never made me feel like jinxie kept believing in her father despite the odds against him (or vice versa,  since she was under suspicion too) it just made me feel like the criminal justice system hates mentally ill people. turnabout for tomorrow COULD have been a good example of this, but it feels less like simon is motivating by his unwavering loyalty to athena & her mom & more like he just didn’t have anyone he felt he could give the phantom’s psych profile to
you just can’t open up with a flash forward and then not have that be incredibly important! at the end of every case, someone talks about how much they miss apollo & how things haven’t been the same since he left, but athena’s only been working at WAA for a few months so it just feels like the game is trying to force me to feel things. if this was athena’s game, focusing solely on the tampered crime scenes would make sense, because it leads into her story with simon but you called this DUAL DESTINIES. it’s should be a story about apollo & athena! but despite athena constantly talking about missing him, i don’t know why she considers him a friend in the first place. because they’re coworkers? because he’s loud? that can’t be all there is to it

Heck it, with the apollo justice trilogy on the horizon, I'm going to throw my hat into the ring. With how much hay is said about how each of them are mostly standalone due to how they were handled, I'm gonna argue that at the very least there was an theme/arc for Apollo. One of building trust.
SPOILERS FOR APOLLO JUSTICE, DUAL DESTINIES, AND SPIRIT OF JUSTICE.
So right off the bat we have Apollo Justice. In case 1, we see Apollo as this bright eyed lawyer, nervous but determined to defend his client and impress his boss in his first trial (Sound familiar?).
Of course, everything goes to pot. Compared to the easygoing first time round for Mr Wright, this is the polar opposite. Kristoph gets accused, Wright forges evidence to convict him, all the while Apollo is a mere pawn in Wright's plan. Apollo is of course appalled at the end, his entire world broken by to him, a washed up ex attorney.
Of course, with that same washed up attorney his only lifeline, he begrudgingly starts working for the Wright anything agency. It is crucial at this point to note that Apollo from this point onwards, he never works with Wright in a legal setting. Sure, he'll take cases from him, but never do they directly work together.
In cases 2 and 3, we see that first broken layer of trust begin to slowly rebuild, as well as his own confidence as an attorney. He still holds a more pessimistic view compared to other spiky haired lawyers, but he persists. His second case, though first conceived by the killer as a way to get away, ultimately lands in a first happy ending, albeit with much more effort than Wrights(albeit with less ghosts). Case three holds a similar factor of trust. Apollo hears the victims dying words, and uses that to base his initial investigation, holding on that he can trust everyone is telling as much truth as possible. With how case 3 pans out, everyone is hiding something from Apollo, even his defendant, but despite that, he suceeds, but making his defendant trust in him back enough to make him testify against the killer.
One factor of this is the fact we have a more mellowed out prosecutor in Klavier Gavin. The prosecutors are usually framed as a foil to the defense, and in this case, with Apollo's pessimism, what better way to counter it with a flirty, and guiding hand?
Case 4 holds some character development...but kinda off screen. After we have all the facts through the mason system, we are told that Apollo has been clued in by Wright about his true plan. With it, and the Jury, he can topple the devil that is Kristoph. I think it would've been a interesting take to show Wright telling Apollo all of this rather than just tell he did, as it would've allowed us the audience to see Apollo's reaction to the truth, and with it some of his trust in wright restored.
So ends Apollo Justice, with him ending in a somewhat better position than he started with, with new hope for the future
Then comes Dual Destinies. (As a refresher this game has cases in non chronological order, going 23415)
We start (chronologically) with case 2. This introduced us properly to best girl Athena Cykes. Interestingly enough, she too is a foil to Apollo akin to how Klavier was in the AJ, juxtaposing his still pessimistic outlook. This still helps him build trust by helping the rookie, and vice versa. In this case as well we see Wright wearing a suit for the first time (chronologically, at least. I know case 1 has his big return but in terms of Apollo and other characters, this is the first time.) Apollo remarks at this point about how much of a change it is after being so used to his depressed dad look from before, hinting that Apollo might believe he is past his deceptive ways, and to the player as well.
That is, until case 3. At this point in time, the player is controlling Athena and Wright is present as the two of them discover the body. Wright suggests they examine the body before reporting it to the police. This is framed as a necessity due to the 'dark age of law' and possible tampering, but I find it fascinating that only out of sight from Apollo does Wright do something that harkens back to his AJ days.
Then, the entirety of the space trilogy, cases 4, 1 and 5.
Within this, Apollo has a sudden case of edgelord-itis
Apollo has a conflict that arises within him. During the investigation, he suspects Athena, with her unable to answer him properly due to her childhood trauma. As such, he has to cover his eye, his ability to perceive, his one ace, in order to bury his doubts. But it isn't enough. He starts to copy the mannerisms and sayings of Kristoph, the first source of distrust, to counter his own perceived lack of trust between him and everyone else. Of course in the end, that trust is mended, with a ceremonial removal of the cloth covering his eye.
At this point, all three are working together, which might sound like it contradicts my previous statement about Wright and Apollo working together, but on closer inspection, it is an exception that proves the rule. At this point, it is a joint effort in order to demask and take down the phantom, and so the three are not working as individuals, but as a group, with Wright in the lead.
So ends dual destinies, with a hurdle of new trust broken and restored, with Apollo gaining a new ally on the same level as him.
Now comes Spirit of Justice. I'll only be talking about cases 2 and 5, as this game is a bit of a split protag mess.
Case 2 has Apollo finally acting in an all too familiar situation of defending an assistant. As such, this is a relatively standard trial (well, as standard as it could be) with not much to add, except for one part in the trial, where Apollo has to find the contradiction within Trucy's sword trick, leading a moment of distrust, but that is quickly resolved.
Case 5 is where things get interesting. To start off, the first half. As much as people rag on this by having Maya be kidnapped again, is still find it an interesting and fun courtroom case. Within any of the games, you were never directly against Wright until now. With his own tactics that you've seen countless times before now used against you, it feels more impactful, especially with you as Apollo. You can feel a sense of that somewhat cards held close Wright from AJ. This time however, Apollo is steadfast, and is able to take Wright down in his own game.
(As an aside, one way I would've maybe changed this to better flesh out this part would be to change Wright's motive to siding with Atishon. One idea could be simply money. Maybe hint throughout the game, especially with his trip to see Maya and Trucy's show most likely costing him a lot, he might've been more inclined to help, under his paternal instincts to protect his new found family. Or, it could've been as a deal for information on a case very personal to him)
The courtroom part of the second half is then where this comes full circle. For the first time since the start of the trilogy, Apollo is defending, and Wright is providing co-counsel. This concludes the arc, with Apollo finally accepting the help of the man who laid bare the truth in his own quest for vengeance.

RWBY COMBAT ANALYSIS: CINDER FALL
Tumblr media
"You Atlas elites are all the same! You think hoarding power means you'll have it forever, but it just makes the rest of us hungrier...And I refuse to starve."
PHYSICAL
A human female, Cinder Fall’s exact age as of Volume 8 has not been confirmed, though given her ability to masquerade as a Huntsman Academy student despite being older than the main cast, she is clearly quite young, no doubt in her mid to late twenties.  Growing up in an environment of violence prior to being taken to the Glass Unicorn, Cinder spent her early years as a malnourished slave while being forced to wear a shock collar, subjected to electric shocks as a form of discipline while barely supplementing her diet with scraps.  In a desperate bid for freedom, Cinder stole a sword from the visiting Huntsman Rhodes, who sniffed her out and offered to train her in hopes of a future as a Huntress.  Her health would greatly improve during her training with Rhodes, building up her athleticism with regular exercise and sparring sessions.  Sadly, Rhodes underestimated the severity of his student’s psychological trauma, the young girl murdering her tormenters after they learned about her plans and overcoming her mentor after he tried to subdue her.  Sometime afterwards, she was recruited by the immortal sorceress Salem, submitting herself in a bid for the power and agency she so desperately craved.  During this time, Cinder was implanted by a parasitic Grimm beetle that allowed her to forcibly steal Maiden powers, though this implant would be her undoing at Beacon.  While Ruby Rose’s Silver Eyes did not petrify the beetle the way it did the Wyvern, they did leave Cinder with horrific injuries to the left side of her body, destroying her eye and arm. The latter would be replaced by a prosthetic Shadow Hand that was likely an outgrowth of the parasite, a mixed blessing.  On the one hand, the arm was extremely flexible, enabling her to attack targets at range, and the claws on the hand could be used as additional weapons, strong enough to brutally gorge their targets.  On the other hand, the Grimm nature of the arm meant that her Aura could not protect it, demonstrated by a shrapnel laceration at Haven and later being amputated by Winter Schnee, although the limb could regenerate extremely quickly.
Despite her severe injuries, Cinder’s physical capabilities weren’t seriously impaired, and she had many compelling displays to her name.  Standing at 5’11”, she was distinguished by her lustrous black hair, remaining amber eye, and her lean athletic physique.  She regularly demonstrated exceptional agility and speed, maneuvering around the battlefield with dynamic acrobatics and balletic footwork.  She has evaded area-effect attacks from Maidens such as Amber and Raven Branwen, kept up a midair duel with Penny Polendina’s rocket feet, and even matched the swiftness of Ozpin and Winter Schnee, two combatants with a history of speedblitzing targets.  Even when she adopted more grounded stances, Cinder’s reflexes allowed her to acquit herself well in pitched melees, keeping pace with Neopolitan in Mistral and fending off the combined might of Team RWBY during the evacuation of Atlas, all of these combatants being renowned for their great agility.  Cinder’s dexterity was demonstrated through her varied weapon proficiencies, capably shifting between single, dual and thrown blades over the course of her fights.  She has fenced evenly with both Schnee sisters and Ozpin, landed precise killshots with her arrows and thrown blades and swatted projectiles out of the air as though they were bothersome flies.  While not her most notable trait, Cider’s strength was also exceptional, notably strangling her stepmother with one hand as a child (while being electrocuted no less), fending off Jaune Arc’s brutish greatsword assault at Haven, and viciously overbearing Atlesian soldiers with unarmed combat.  Due to the Shadow Hand being bereft of Aura, I believe her ability to lift Arthur Watts off the ground is a genuine indicator of baseline superhuman strength in that specific limb.  However, Cinder was matched and arguably overpowered by Raven Branwen, and a mere human Penny was able to stagger her with a punch at the Evacuation Central Location.  Fortunately, her ferocity went a long way towards compensating for her lack of muscle mass, with only top tier opponents being able to reliably fend her off.
Tumblr media
Addressing Cinder’s resiliency and tolerance for injury, she is something of a mixed bag.  As a child, she was regularly subjected to electric shocks but was eventually able to focus through the pain to kill her tormentors, though the experiences left her mentally unstable despite her strong endurance.  Accordingly, while she has endured several serious hits over her life and continued to fight on, her emotional instability left her composure under fire virtually nonexistent.  She was generally composed and calculating during her yearly tenure as Salem’s agent, focusing through hits from the Long Memory and shrugging off Pyrrha Nikos’s telekinetic pummeling during their final battle.  However, the injuries she sustained from Ruby’s Silver Eyes badly undercut her self-confidence and emotional control, and she became increasingly volatile and prone to raging.  At Haven, she received a superficial chip to her face mask from Jaune Arc, but she responded to this by effectively throwing a tantrum, nearly murdering Weiss Schnee simply to punish Jaune.  During her subsequent fight with Raven, she endured the pain of a laceration to her Grimm arm and later survived a fall of several stories after her Aura broke, but her mounting frustration as the battle dragged on led to her frequently overextending and allowing the Spring Maiden to land several physical strikes, aggravating her further.  Though her arm regrew quickly after Winter sliced it off in Atlas, Cinder went berserk and nearly beat Winter to death before Ruby interfered.  Cinder was only subdued at Amity Colosseum when Penny Polendina unleashed a concentrated energy blast that broke her Aura, and during the battle in the Evacuation Central Location, she worked through hits from Penny, Blake, Jaune and Winter without any significant loss in her performance, yet her responses to these hits ultimately amounted to increasing levels of sadism and wrath rather than perseverance under fire.  That being said, provoking Cinder’s fury was often a costly mistake, and depending on who she’s fighting, an unhinged Cinder is even more dangerous.
Due to both primarily operating as a covert operative and being a speed-and-skill based martial artist, Cinder eschewed the encumbrance of armor, instead favoring simple garb that allowed for full freedom of movement.  During the Atlas Crisis, she wore a skintight black bodysuit and thigh-high boots topped off with simple bracers, with a black eyepatch covering her maimed face.  She further accessorized with a black cape over her shoulder and an ornate feathered brooch, while the entire outfit was lined with gold trim.  Unarmored and lightweight, Cinder’s clothing was practical in the field and left her unencumbered, though the various aesthetic details betrayed the Fall Maiden’s vanity.
RANKING: Tier 1.5, Partially Augmented Human
Tumblr media
As outlined in my tier breakdown, Tier 2 Physicality is peak human fitness, while Tier 1 is baseline superhuman.  Cinder Fall’s Shadow Hand provides major advantages in combat, but these advantages are counterbalanced by its limitations, most notably the lack of Aura leaving it vulnerable to attack.  Otherwise, despite her missing eye and poor mental health, Cinder still maintains highly advanced fitness.  She is a youthful but extremely battle-hardened physical fighter, her athleticism proven against many of the premier warriors of her day and her resiliency built up by literal torture.  Her greatest weakness is her instability, making her an emotional glass cannon, but her exceptional performance levels and demonic add-on provides her with major edges against most opponents.  A cut above without being truly superhuman.
MARTIAL
Tumblr media
Cinder Fall has carried many killing tools over the course of her career, her first being the paired swords carried by her mentor Rhodes, one being gifted to her and the other claimed upon his death.  Cinder’s primary weapon during the early stages of her career was Midnight, a pair of curved swords that could connect into a bow.  She initially used metallic variants, but after gaining the powers of the Fall Maiden, she replaced them with obsidian blades crafted through magic.  Though this specific weapon set has not been used since the Fall of Beacon, her continued use of bladed weapons clearly demonstrates the remaining influence.
Cinder Fall’s initial combat training took place under the eye of Rhodes, who visited her during her time at the Glass Unicorn, and she clearly benefited from his instruction, demonstrated when she claimed a narrow victory over him after he walked in on her first kills.  Following this encounter, Cinder continued to train and refine her skills, and by the time she stepped up as one of Salem’s disciples, she stood as one of the most talented and dangerous warriors of her day, capable of going toe to toe with some of the finest martial artists among virtually every major Remnant faction.  Over the course of her career, Cinder has demonstrated an extremely comprehensive and balanced skill set, her proficiencies including traditional swordsmanship, dual-wielding, polearms, knife fighting, archery, and hand-to-hand combat.  Despite his perceived betrayal, Cinder still wore Rhodes' influence on her sleeve, most clearly demonstrated through her overwhelming preference for double swords.  Regardless of the specific weapon she was using, Cinder’s physical moveset remained consistently fast-paced and aggressive, favoring the use of swift cuts and slashes, heavy cleaves and chops, and savage thrusts.  While destruction was always her first response, Cinder was still capable of taking as well as she could give, defending when necessary with deflection parries and static blocks.  She would regularly switch up weapons over the course of a fight, both to adapt to the opponent or simply to spice things up.  She alternated between grounded postures and dynamic acrobatics when executing her style, able to do everything from maintaining midair duels with Raven Branwen and Penny Polendina to nimble fencing matches with the Schnee sisters.  Cinder supplemented this vicious and unpredictable fighting style with skill in unarmed combat, using brutal punches, kicks, grapples, and mauling strikes to manhandle the Atlesian guards at the Beacon CCT tower, slug it out with Neopolitan at Little Miss Malachite’s establishment, and manhandle Winter and Penny in Atlass.  Far more prevalent was her skill at integrating her special abilities into combat, supporting her martial sequences with the elemental destruction of the Fall Maiden.

No matter her choice of weaponry, Cinder’s fighting technique has remained very much the same over her various appearances.  Her tactics and conduct, on the other hand, are drastically different between the sagas.  In terms of large scale strategies, Cinder has consistently functioned as a cunning and treacherous schemer, orchestrating scenarios where she could play to the fears and reactions of her enemies.  In a nutshell, she was a terrorist.  She would open with an ostentatious act meant to provoke a response, then take advantage of the resulting chaos to keep her enemies distracted while she pursued her primary objectives.  In preparation for the Fall of Beacon, she steadily sowed seeds of fear and doubt among the populace over several months, gradually attracting swarms of Grimm and leaving them vulnerable to both the White Fang terror attack and the takeover of Ironwood’s military technology.  While the present Huntsmen were busy repelling the attackers and protecting civilians, Cinder herself infiltrated the school to claim the remainder of the Fall Maiden’s power, letting Ozpin, Pyrrha Nikos, and Jaune Arc lead her to her quarry in their rush to reach Amber.  She experienced a similar success when taking advantage of Ironwood’s paranoia to escalate the Atlas crisis.  By simply leaving an obsidian chess piece in his office, Cinder convinced the general that Atlas had been infiltrated, motivating him to leave Mantle to its fate.  While Ironwood and Team RWBY were busy fighting among themselves, Cinder was free to follow Winter Schnee and Penny Polendina to the medical facility while dispatching Neopolitan to retrieve the Lamp of Knowledge.  Though unsuccessful at claiming the Winter Maidenhood, Cinder still achieved her strategic objectives of weakening Salem’s enemies and recovering the Relic.  During the Beacon Arc, Cinder was able to apply this treacherous cunning to her fighting tactics, using a balanced mixture of all of her skills to maintain the tactical advantage while subverting her opponent’s defenses.  When she and her minions Emerald Sustrai and Mercury Black ambushed Amber, she avoided a direct engagement whenever possible and instead coordinated her underlings to distract and subvert the Fall Maiden, eventually trapping her and leaving her open to a crippling arrow to the back.  When confronted by Ruby Rose at the CCT tower, she handily defended against her shots and let loose several flaming arrows to disrupt her forward momentum, later taking advantage of Ruby’s distraction to facilitate her retreat.  After stealing the remainder of the Fall Maiden’s power, she acquitted herself well against Ozpin, though the old wizard’s supernatural skill forced her to resort to unleashing her Maiden powers to claim victory.  Her battle with Pyrrha Nikos immediadtly afterwards was perhaps the best example of Cinder’s ruthless and cunning strategic mind at play in live combat.  When tussling with the young prodigy, she wore her opponent down and destroyed her weapon while channeling her magical powers and targeting her flanks with her precise assassin’s weapons, keeping her off balance with psychological warfare.  She didn’t overwhelm Pyrrha’s defense, she surgically dissected it, dismantling the Invincible Girl with a bizarre mix of sadistic cruelty, brute force, and calculated precision.
However, Cinder’s tactics changed considerably after she was blasted by Ruby’s Silver Eyes.  Brought low by this humiliating defeat, Cinder traded away her calculating underhanded approach for a more aggressive and violent offensive, catapulting herself into a rage-fueled assault and meeting her enemies head-to-head.  While she remained a capable strategic planner, her conduct in situ was far more straightforward and prone to blunders.  The original plan for Haven was to simply infiltrate the Academy while their enemies were tied up with Hazel and the White Fang, but Cinder’s desire for vengeance on Ruby Rose motivated her to brazenly confront Rose’s party, pointlessly turning a false flag operation into a brawl.  She casually toyed with Jaune Arc, using verbal taunts to exacerbate the young man’s emotional strain, but when she was dazed by Ruby’s Silver Eyes, Jaune rushed in and scored a superficial hit on her face.  Though unhurt, Cinder lashed out and impaled Weiss Schnee on a thrown javelin, both to sate her hatred of Atlesian elites as well as to spitefully torment Jaune.  In the Relic Vault, Cinder sussed out Raven Branwen’s backstab and ambushed Vernal, but was caught off guard when Branwen reveled herself as the true Spring Maiden and attacked.  The two stood on equal ground, even breaking each other’s Auras at the same time, but Cinder’s frustration led to tunnel vision, allowing Raven to land several opportunistic hits and later leaving herself exposed to a wounded Vernal’s gunshot.  When attacked by Neopolitan at Miss Malachite’s bar, Cinder attempted to overwhelm her with unarmed combat, but Neo’s defensive technique allowed her to casually evade Cinder’s assault and slip in counters, making Cinder increasingly frustrated to the point where she unleashed her Maiden powers simply to force a surrender and negotiate.  In Atlas, she held off the combined might of Winter Schnee and Penny Polendina, fending off their attacks and eventually ending the fight by overwhelming Winter, forcing Penny to choose between pursuing her or saving her friend.  However, Cinder was blindsided by Fria’s unleashed power and left herself exposed to Winter’s sword strike when she focused on the newly minted Winter Maiden Penny.  Like with Jaune at Haven, Cinder lost her composure and nearly murdered Winter in a fit of rage, but the arrival of Ruby and Weiss forced her retreat.
Even when planning out her attacks, Cinder’s wrath led her to biting off more than she could chew and compromising her defenses.  She has been tagged with projectiles, struck with unarmed combat, and even fallen victim to the same psychological warfare tactics she herself employed, reflecting her inability to properly compensate for these weaknesses.  Though ordered by Salem to stay put, Cinder disobeyed and took Neo and Emerald to ambush Penny at Amity tower, determined to seize the Winter Maiden’s power.  The android initially gave ground before Cinder’s onslaught, but she eventually focused through Emerald’s support illusions and disabled Cinder with a concentrated blast of energy.  Only Emerald’s threat to continue damaging the satellite prevented Penny from finishing Cinder off.  Though she successfully rescued Arthur Watts from the Atlas stockade, her boasting fell on deaf ears when Watts mocked her for her string of failures, exposing the pathetic child she hid beneath her pride and hate.  Fortunately, this encounter motivated Cinder to regain a measure of her old cunning, using the Relic of Knowledge to learn Ruby’s plan to evacuate Atlas and positioning Watts and Neo to undermine it.  She successfully drew Team RWBY’s attention in the Evacuation Central Location by killing a group of civilians, capably fending off their combined might while showboating and giving Neo a chance to backstab Ruby, only failing when Yang rushed in to save her sister.  When fighting Penny, Blake and Weiss, Cinder leveraged her power fully to keep them off their game, eventually casting Ruby and Blake into the void while shamelessly discarding Neo.  When Jaune flew in and repelled her, Cinder again lashed out but remained focused, dividing her enemies by mortally wounding Penny and targeting Weiss.  Though she managed to overpower the former heiress with her own great skill, her composure broke for real when Jaune mercy-killed Penny.  The enraged Cinder lashed out and destroyed Jaune’s weapon, but was blindsided again when the new Maiden Winter arrived.  Unable to outfight the Specialist, Cinder instead targeted Jaune and Weiss yet again, distracting Winter long enough to claim the Staff of Creation and retreat.
RANKING: Tier 3, Standard Mastery
Tumblr media
Cinder Fall’s weapon set, skillset, and combat experience marks her as a truly exceptional, versatile, and ruthless master-level martial artist, but she wields these skills as a blunt instrument, her rage-fueled frenzy leaving her prone to sadism and wrath, exposing her to retaliation and deception on the part of her opponents.  Though still a calculating schemer and long-term strategist, Cinder’s first response when dropped in cold was to simply rely on pure martial might to flatten her adversaries.  Even when her got some of her groove back in Volume 8, her kneejerk response to setbacks remained violently lashing out at the offender rather than reevaluate.  My official stance is that, prior to Beacon, Cinder was a solid Tier 2 in the making, her clever strategy and subversive fighting style allowing her to undermine her opponents and dissect their defenses.  Unfortunately, while her violent aggression made her more overtly destructive, her mounting emotional instability badly undercut her tactical awareness and ultimately reduced her as a combatant.
SPECIAL
Tumblr media
Cinder Fall’s Semblance is Scorching Caress, an ability which allows her to superheat objects she touches and alter their physical state.  This power manifested itself during her childhood at the Glass Unicorn, when the taunting of her stepsisters caused her to lash out with a wet brush, creating a dense steam screen.  Even untrained, her raw output was sufficient to overpower Rhodes’ Semblance, burning him through his metal skin during their battle.  Cinder refined this power during her time with Salem, displaying an impressive degree of fine control over the heat level to the point where she could casually pop a popcorn kernel in her hand.  She typically used her powers for additional attack vectors, solidifying material into projectiles and heating objects to the point of detonation.  Against Amber, she superheated three arrows before launching them into the ground around her feet, creating an explosion that broke the Maiden’s Aura. When confronted by Ruby Rose and Glynda Goodwitch in Vale, she charged a Dust crystal before tossing it to the ground, creating an explosion that allowed her and Roman Torchwick to retreat.  When she encountered Ruby again at the CCT Tower, she released a cloud of dust which she condensed into a flurry of glass shards, following this up with another barrage of charged arrows.  These abilities would be heightened after she gained full access to the Fall Maiden powers.  During her battle with Ozpin, Cinder melted the ground beneath her feet and launched the debris as another shower of projectiles, though Ozpin was able to deflect them.  Against Pyrrha Nikos, Cinder melted and deformed Pyrrha’s weapon when she attempted to choke her out, and later altered the properties of her arrow mid-flight, causing it to deconstruct upon hitting Pyrrha’s shield, reform, and then harden enough to pierce the Invincible Girl’s ankle.  This would be followed up by easily the most horrific display of her Semblance when she shot a charged arrow into Pyrrha’s chest and incinerated her from the inside out.  After Beacon, Cinder continued to use her semblance to charge her weapons as searing blades and projectiles, hot enough to destroy Raven and Jaune’s swords with a focused blow and turning thrown daggers into hand grenades.
Prior to Team RWBY’s founding, Cinder stole half of the Fall Maiden’s powers from Amber, later obtaining the full package during the Fall of Beacon.  An independent energy source passed down through several generations, Maiden powers are not tied to either Dust or Aura, leaving them free to be used even when both of those traits are depleted.  With this nearly unlimited power at her fingertips, Cinder has command of extremely potent elemental abilities, though her primary specialization was with fire.  She regularly assaulted her targets with focused burst of flame, notably killing Ozpin with a sustained barrage of fire and forcing Pyrrha back with a series of more controlled bursts. After the Fall, Cinder continued to train and develop her talents, to the point where she could maintain sustained flight through both manipulation of air currents and jets of fire from her hands and feet.  During the Atlas evacuation, Cinder created several contained explosions underneath her targets’ feet, killing a group of civilians to provoke Team RWBY, breaking Weiss and Ruby’s Auras, and splitting up Jaune and Weiss at the worst possible moment.  When provoked, Cinder could unleash terrifying firestorms, elevating herself above Team RWBY and blasting Blake, Weiss and Jaune backwards with fiery waves.  Though fire remained her primary tool in combat, she also demonstrated skill with the remaining elemental powers.  At Haven, she froze Raven Branwen in a column of ice and later pulled several large stones together to form a superheated rock blade.  Her flight capabilities allowed her to keep pace with Penny Polendina’s rocket feet and Winter Schnee’s Summoned Manticore Grimm, and the intensity of her flames was sufficient to rip through Weiss’s Glyph shields.  As both Amber and Penny have demonstrated the ability to form contained weather storms in the heat of combat, it is reasonable to assume that Cinder can as well, potentially creating devastatingly varied area-effect attacks.  Despite this raw power, however, Cinder was not invincible.  Her literally explosive methods lacked finesse, countered by Raven’s more skill-based applications, and she was completely outmatched when Fria unleashed her full power.
In her applications, Cinder again differed sharply between before and after the Fall of Beacon.  Prior, while still restricted to only half the Maiden powers, Cinder used her Semblance and limited magical powers as another multitool in her arsenal, utilizing controlled, opportunistic bursts of power to subvert and undercut her enemies.  Amber and Pyrrha’s ends may have been gruesome and cruel, but they demonstrated a great deal of precision, control and creativity on Cinder’s part, channeling overwhelming power down the path of least resistance.  After Beacon, much like with her martial arts, Cinder’s applications became far more straightforward, often relying on overwhelming force to get the job done.  Despite ostensibly being her superior, Cinder was matched by Winter’s Summoned Grimm during their battle in the medical center, forcing her to ramp up the ferocity to overpower her.  Even the improvised landmines she created in the Evacuation Central Location were focused on single targets, punching them in the gut rather than knocking them off balance like she used to.  Where Amber was blown up to disable her and fulfil a strategic objective, Weiss and Jaune were blown up to kill them outright and give Cinder the satisfaction of their deaths.  Given the extreme nature of the Maiden’s powers, Cinder was virtually unassailable, making her lack of creativity difficult to exploit.  But the fact that she has come up short against every other Maiden she has encountered demonstrates her lack of understanding of the power she wields and, more disastrously, her inability to leverage her advantages against an opponent that can actually match her.  Glynda Goodwitch, Raven Branwen and Penny Polendina were able to match her strength in all the areas that counted, while Fria’s unleashed potential was simply too overwhelming for her to contend with.
RANKING: Tier 1, Dominating Combat
Tumblr media
Cinder Fall is without question one of the most powerful figures in the current setting, and the nature of the Maiden powers combined with her Semblance makes her an absolutely devastating ethereal powerhouse.  Given that she is not a “full realized” Maiden yet, it stands to reason that her power level can go even higher than it already is.  However, Cinder’s current applications of her abilities are blunt and straightforward, and like her martial skills are now used with the goal of domination and violence rather than tactical consideration.  Where the limited abilities of only half a Maiden forced Cinder to continue fighting smart, the complete Maidenhood became a crutch, and anybody she couldn’t overpower is ultimately more than she can deal with.  Though given how powerful she already is, hitting that ceiling is about as easy as pulling Beowulf teeth.
OVERALL RANKING: TIER 1.5, ENHANCED HUNTRESS
Tumblr media
Despite all her deadly advantages, Cinder Fall has too many practical and tactical limitations to truly be considered a true Tier 1.  Physically, her Grimm arm is a major advantage, but her athletic performance is only equal to a normal human, and she can still be challenged by normal individuals with similar training.  As a fighter, her style and weaponry are extremely versatile and high performance, and she can be a cunning planner when she puts her mind to it.  However, her skills are not to a degree that others cannot contend with, and her wrathful tunnel vision has left her prone to tactless overcommitment.  With her special abilities, she is an overwhelming powerhouse with a Semblance and godlike abilities that elevate all of her skills, but she wields these powers as a blunt instrument, lacking the skill and comprehension to wield them as anything other than that.  Rather than making a cohesive package, Cinder Fall is a contradiction, an assassin trying to play cavalier.  Instead of the surgical precision that defined her beforehand, Cinder Fall’s current tactical outlook follows the simple, violent policy of “I’m going to beat the crap out of you”.  And due to her extreme arrogance and lust for power, she was completely unaware of her own shortcomings until someone literally shouted them into her face.
To be clear, I am not saying that Cinder is in any way weak or incompetent.  Her threat level cannot not to be discounted, and she is still a significant cut above Tier 2 combatants.  Her greatest weakness is that she does not use her powers and skills as fluidly or intelligently as she used to, having taken on too much power before she properly learned how to wield it.  And even before her maiming, Cinder has consistently relied on the benefits of a long-term game plan to see her through, with her on the spot conduct regularly forcing her to resort to overwhelming force.  It is worth noting that, with the sole exception of her attack on Amity Tower, every major fight Cinder struggled or lost was a battle that was forced upon her, and excluding her duel with Pyrrha, all of her major victories were battles that she chose.
In a lot of ways, this insubstantiality can be tied into Cinder’s traumatic background and her lust for power.  Having spent much of her life as a powerless bottom feeder, Cinder craves the freedom that power can give her, to the point of stealing magic that was not her own. However, in this quest, she lacks the maturity, wisdom, and morality to use that power for anything other than selfish indulgence, and her kneejerk response to any obstacle is violence. Though Salem evidently taught her the need for discipline and ruthlessness in the years leading up to Beacon, the injuries and humiliation Ruby’s Silver Eyes gave her left Cinder with an axe to grind, exacerbating her instability and badly hurting her tactical awareness. The tragedy of Cinder Fall is that, so long as she seeks power for the sake of it, she will never have the true freedom she desperately craves.  Cinder Fall is a broken girl who only saw being ugly and mean as a means to get by in life, and all the more dangerous for it.

NASA’s IMAP spacecraft completes mission critical design review, moves closer to 2025 launch NASA’s Interstellar Mapping and Acceleration Probe (IMAP) spacecraft has completed the Mission Critical Design Review and is on track to meet its scheduled 2025 launch. Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) is managing the payload office, providing the scientific instrument Compact Dual Ion Composition Experiment (CoDICE) and is participating on other instrument teams for the mission, which will study the interaction between the solar wind and the interstellar medium as well as the fundamental processes of particle acceleration in space. “IMAP will help us gain a greater understanding of how our Sun interacts with the rest of the solar system,” said Susan Pope, director of SwRI’s Department of Space Instrumentation and IMAP’s payload manager. “IMAP will give us a more complete picture of the interaction between the interstellar medium and the solar wind, providing a better understanding of our place in the universe.” IMAP is designed to help researchers better understand the boundary of the heliosphere, the magnetic bubble created by the solar wind, the constant flow of particles from the Sun. The bubble surrounds and protects our solar system, limiting the amount of harmful cosmic radiation entering the heliosphere. IMAP instruments will collect and analyze particles that make it through the barrier. Additionally, the mission will examine the fundamental processes that accelerate particles throughout the heliosphere and beyond. The resulting energetic particles and cosmic rays can harm astronauts and space-based technologies. The Institute is providing the CoDICE instrument, which combines the capabilities of multiple instruments into one patented sensor. Initially developed through SwRI internal funding, CoDICE will measure the distribution and composition of interstellar pickup ions, particles that make it through the “heliospheric” filter. It will also characterize solar wind ions as well as the mass and composition of highly energized solar particles associated with flares and coronal mass ejections. SwRI is a key member of the teams for the IMAP-Hi and IMAP-Lo instruments, responsible for the detector on the IMAP-Hi and the conversion subsystem on the IMAP-Lo. SwRI is also building high-voltage power supplies for the Solar Wind Electron (SWE) instrument, which measures the distribution of thermal electrons in the solar wind, and the Global Solar Wind Structure (GLOWS) instrument, a non-imaging photometer that will observe the structure of the solar wind. Additionally, SwRI is providing digital electronics for four IMAP instruments. “Most of the instruments have completed their engineering model testing and have started fabricating their flight hardware,” Pope said. “All instruments are scheduled to be delivered to the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory for installation on the spacecraft between December 2023 and February 2024.” Princeton University professor David J. McComas leads the mission with an international team of 24 partner institutions. The Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland builds the spacecraft and operates the mission. IMAP is the fifth mission in NASA’s Solar Terrestrial Probes (STP) Program portfolio. The Explorers and Heliophysics Project Division at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, manages the STP Program for the agency’s Heliophysics Division of NASA’s Science Mission Directorate. IMAGE....NASA’s Interstellar Mapping and Acceleration Probe (IMAP) spacecraft has completed a critical design review and is on track for its scheduled 2025 launch. Give me all thoughts on unit chief JJ!! I absolutely love her and she deserves to be it in season 16
Hi thank you so much! So sorry for the late response. I love unit chief JJ! Just the thought of her in that role is hot because of the power and confidence she would radiate from it. She would absolutely crush it. (There might be some spoilers ahead for those who have not seen last season 12, which will be continued under the cut).
I think there were a few moments in the show that indicated that JJ would’ve been a great fit for unit chief. One of the most prominent is her past role as communications liaison, which required her to make connections with and for everyone, interoffice or or other agencies/departments, as well as victims and their families. I also think she possesses a great amount of patience and does well under pressure before she eventually reprimands someone for not doing their job right.
Then came season 13, where Barnes had put her as Conditional Acting Unit Chief when Emily was suspended, in which the only good thing that came out of it was we get to see how JJ would’ve been like as unit chief. I’m fact, when Emily was put on suspension and the team was worried about the fate of the BAU, JJ made sure she was keeping them on track and assured that the situation will be handled. She also never made it known to everyone on the team just how stressed she was about Barnes I think Emily and Rossi were really the only ones who saw JJ stressed that time, which meant she wanted the team to focus on their workload rather than any interference they have.
And I cannot and will not emphasize this enough: Emily wanted JJ to take her role as unit chief! I will never not make this point in unit chief JJ-related posts because the writers love to mess with us and not actually give us what we want. Emily already saw how much potential JJ has, and probably knew from the very beginning when she first joined the team. She already supports the idea of JJ as unit chief and would be more than happy if JJ takes her position after her. I’m also sure that the way that Emily had already relied on JJ the most with getting on top of tasks, even without directly ordering her to do so, than the others (not to say that she doesn’t trust the rest of the team) might also be another detail to look out for. I mean, yeah JJ had done the same with Hotch, but that was when she still liaison. When Emily does it, JJ’s already a profiler, so it must’ve been second nature for her and she already knows what Emily wants done.
I really wish they would build in the idea of JJ eventually becoming unit chief in season 16. Especially with Emily as the dual role of section chief and unit chief now, when the whole thing with Voit and Bailey is over, I hope Emily gives or at least offers the role to JJ. Emily already trusts JJ and the team has a tremendous amount of respect for her, too.
That’s all my thoughts on unit chief JJ for now and I would love to talk about this more in the near future.

[ 📹 "What did this child do to be sniped by the occupation's soldiers?" A Palestinian civilian carries the body of a child who was killed as a result of Zionist sniper fire targeting civilians in the Gaza Strip.
📈 The death toll in the Zionist genocide of Palestinians has now reached 32'975, with another 75'577 injured in "Israel's" Special Genocide Operation in Gaza.]
🇮🇱⚔️🇵🇸 🚀🏘️💥🚑 🚨
"ISRAEL'S" MASS SLAUGHTER OF PALESTINIANS CONTINUES ON THE 180TH DAY OF SPECIAL GENOCIDE OPERATION IN THE GAZA STRIP
On the 180th day of "Israel's" ongoing Special Genocide Operation in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) committed a total of five new massacres of Palestinian families, resulting in the deaths of no less than 59 Palestinian civilians, mostly women and children, while another 83 others were wounded over the previous 24-hours.
According to Gaza's Ministry of Health, large numbers of victims remain trapped under the rubble of their homes and shelters, while others are scattered in the roads, unable to be reached by ambulance and civil defense crews who are blocked from reaching sites by occupation soldiers and continued shelling in surrounding neighborhoods.
After "Israel" inflicted massive damage on the Al-Shifa Medical Complex over the previous two weeks, the World Health Organization (WHO), in a post on the social media platform X, said that the destruction of the largest hospital in Gaza has "ripped the heart out of the health system" of the Palestinian enclave.
The World Health Organization also pointed to the 10 of 36 hospitals which remain partially functional, emphasizing that Palestinian civilians will pay the price of being left without vital healthcare services.
"We repeat: health must not be militarized or attacked. Ceasefire!" the WHO added.
In another tragedy caused by the Israeli occupation army, in furtherance of Netanyahu's starvation agenda in Gaza, the World Central Kitchen (WCK) suspended its operations in the Gaza Strip yesterday as a direct result of "Israel's" attack on a convoy of armored aid vehicles, killing 7 foreign aid workers, including nationals from Britain, Australia, Poland, occupied Palestine and a dual-citizen of the U.S. and Canada.
The international aid organization also rerouted a shipment of humanitarian aid destined for Gaza, back to Cypress, preventing thousands of starving Palestinians in the Gaza Strip from receiving meals they otherwise would hand received.
The latest criminal Zionist attack on WCK brings the total number of international aid workers murdered in "Israel's" Special Genocide Operation in Gaza to 195, with the majority of victims belonging to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine (UNRWA).
Meanwhile, in continued criminal atrocities, at least six civilians were killed, including one child and two women, following occupation fighter jets bombing an apartment complex in the western areas of the Al-Nuseirat Refugee Camp, in the central Gaza Strip on Tuesday.
According to sources on the ground, Israeli aircraft raided a residential apartment building known as the al-Etihad Tower, which housed the al-Moqayad family, west of the Nuseirat Camp, resulting in the deaths of six civilians, including one child and two women.
At the same time, in endless violations of International humanitarian law, another bombing by IOF criminals targeted a civilian home in the Al-Nuseirat Camp killing five Palestinians, including three children.
Similarly, Zionist warplanes bombed several areas of Gaza City, including the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, while occupation forces also opened gunfire towards residential buildings belonging to Palestinian civilians in the Sheikh Ajlin neighborhood of Gaza City.
Also in the north of Gaza, IOF artillery fire repeatedly, if intermittently, bombed both the outskirts of Gaza City, as well as the city of Jabalia, luckily however, no casualties were reported as a result of the shelling.
"Huge explosions" were also recorded coming from Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, after intense Israeli bombing and shelling of the city, with a focus on the bombardment in the vicinity of the Nasser Medical Complex and the surrounding area.
Occupation air forces were also recorded bombarding several residential buildings east of the city of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, while Zionist artillery detatchments shelled the Al-Amal neighborhood, along with the surrounding areas of the Khan Yunis governate.
Similarly, in the south of Gaza, Zionist soldiers, Merkava tanks and other armored vehicles have been stationed near the Al-Awda Schools, east of Khan Yunis, as occupation artillery forces continuously shell the area.
In yet more atrocities, IOF warplanes bombed multiple residential homes in Khan Yunis belonging to local families, resulting in the martyrdom of at least five civilians and wounding no less than 10 others.
The Israeli occupation committed further war crimes when it bombed civilian structures in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, killing at least three Palestinians and wounding a number of others.
Another Zionist air raid targeting a residential home in central Gaza resulted in the martyredom of three civilians belonging to the Al-Farra family, while civil defense crews managed to recover the bodies of three more civilians found on the beaches of Khan Yunis after being shelled by occupation gunboats.
Further war crimes were committed when the Israeli occupation naval forces stationed on gunboats fired machine guns and several missiles towards the residential homes and civilian tents of displaced Palestinian families in the Al-Mawasi area, killing three, while simultaneously, Zionist warplanes bombarded the Al-Balad and Al-Fokhari neighborhoods in the Khan Yunis governate.
Occupation aircraft also bombed the Abu Al-Ajen neighborhood of Deir al-Balah, in central Gaza, martyring two civilians who were transported to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, while intense shelling also focused on the the north of Al-Nuseirat, along with parts of Al-Zahra'a and the village of Al-Mughraqa.
At the same time, IOF fighter jets bombarded multiple neighborhoods of Gaza City, in the north of the Gaza Strip, including the bombing of the Sheikh Ajlin, Al-Zaytoun and Tal Al-Hawa neighborhoods, resulting in several casualties.
Local residents also mourned the deaths of 16 Palestinians, including 10 belonging to the Zarub family, martyred as a result of IOF bombing raids targeting residential buildings in the western and eastern sections of Rafah city, in the southern Gaza Strip yesterday.
As a result of "Israel's ongoing Special Genocide Operation in the Gaza Strip, the infinitely rising death toll among Palestinian civilians now exceeds 32'975 martyred, over 25'000 of which being women and children according to the United States Pentagon, while an additional 75'577 others have been wounded since the start of the current round of Zionist aggression beginning on October 7th, 2023.

MEMBERS
Sasha Siegal | Love Diva: Aphrodite
Sasha Siegal, also known as Love Diva: Aphrodite, is the owner and leader of Aphrodisiac Agency. She is known for her sex appeal, and is unafraid to flaunt her body. She is considered one of the most attractive individuals in all of Floret.
Her gene is Amokinesis which grants her the ability to manipulate the feelings of love. The specifics range from general compassion to flaming desire. She usually generates these feelings into a love aura, which grants her abilities such as flight and kinetic absorption but also makes the surrounding individuals in love with her whether platonically or romantically.
Her real life origins would be African Germanic.
Oriana Correia | Jaguara
Oriana Correia, also known as Jaguara, is a rock artist signed under Aphrodisiac Agency. She is Sasha (girl?)friend, and is regarded as the cool aunt by the younger artists in the agency. She is typically traveling, unable to stay in one spot and known for her concerts and tours (along with the copious amounts of leather she wears).
Oriana Correia gene is Chrysopoeia, a variation of Aurumkinesis, which gives her the ability to turn matter into gold. She likes to taunts greedy individuals by covering things in fools gold, but also will drop random genuine gold pieces in poor areas. Her gene effects her physical appearance by permanently staining the tips of her fingers gold along with giving her golden eyes.
Her real life origins would be Indigenous Brazilian.
Winter Smirnov | Vow Veopard
Winter Smirnov is a student from the Bladis Petal, and attends the hero academy there. She was born to a doctor mother and a vigilante father, and her father walked out on them when she was young. She had a lonely childhood, so she'll accept any interaction even if it is negative. Her music is mainly bubblegum pop, with immensely sad lyrics centered around unattainable love.
Unlike other characters, Winter does not worship Galaxias but Coalyote meaning she believes everything is connected by fire. She believes in the importance of the hearth, and she believes in cremation as the proper burial method.
Winter Smirnov is a Dual-Gene, a term used for individuals born with two genes. She has Cytokinesis and Umbrokinesis, giving her the ability to manipulate ice and shadows.
Her real life origins would be Indian-Russain, and she has vitiligo.
Citlalli ‘Jay’ Afolayan | Dream Crush
Citlalli ‘Jay’ Afolayan was a former student at Powis Academy, and is now a student at Staris Academy. She has a pop punk and punk rock vibe to her music, and has unknowingly become a symbol for those who are victims of Gene Bias.
Citlalli ‘Jay’ Afolayan gene is Audiokinesis, giving her the ability to manipulate sound. She usually uses this to mess with the vibrations around her.
Seydou Raiden | Undetermined
Her real life origins would be African-Indigenous (Yoruba-Nahuatl).
Seydou Raiden is the most recent additions to the agency after he inquired Jay about her career. He is currently going through the training process and plans to enter the rock genre. He is already quite popular due to tabloids, and lost his mind at the amount of money he made at his first show.
Due to being the only man assigned onto Aphrodisiac Agency, the others are quite protective of him especially after he figured out he was Aromantic (fans can be creepy).
Seydou Raiden's gene is Electrokinesis, and he was meant to become a rescue hero and join his childhood friend's crew but knew that electricity and water was not a feasible career path.
His real life origins would be African-Japanese.

Navigating the Road to Success: Finding the Right Driving Instructor in Oxford
Embarking on the journey to obtain a driver's license can be both exciting and daunting. For those residing in Oxford, England, selecting the right driving instructor is paramount to mastering the rules of the road and gaining confidence behind the wheel. With numerous options available, it's essential to navigate through the choices wisely to ensure a smooth and rewarding learning experience.
Tumblr media
Oxford, renowned for its historic charm and bustling streets, presents a unique setting for learning to drive. With its diverse road networks and varying traffic conditions, having a skilled instructor by your side is invaluable. So, what factors should one consider when choosing a driving instructor in Oxford?
First and foremost, accreditation and experience are key. Look for instructors who are approved by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), ensuring they meet the necessary standards to provide quality instruction. Additionally, consider their years of experience and track record of success. A seasoned instructor will not only possess the technical expertise but also the patience and communication skills vital for effective teaching.
Furthermore, flexibility in scheduling is essential, especially for those with busy lifestyles. Opt for instructors who offer flexible lesson timings to accommodate your commitments, whether it's work, school, or other activities. A driving school with a variety of lesson packages can also provide options tailored to individual needs and budgets.
Personal rapport is another crucial aspect often overlooked. Learning to drive can be a nerve-wracking experience for many, so it's important to feel comfortable and at ease with your instructor. A friendly and supportive demeanor can make all the difference in building confidence and fostering a positive learning environment.
In addition to individual instructors, consider the reputation and credibility of driving schools in Oxford. Seek recommendations from friends, family, or online reviews to gauge the satisfaction levels of past students. A reputable driving school with a solid track record is more likely to deliver quality instruction and customer satisfaction.
Technology has also revolutionized the way driving is taught and learned. Look for instructors who leverage modern teaching aids and techniques, such as simulators and interactive apps, to supplement traditional driving lessons. These tools can enhance the learning experience, allowing students to grasp concepts more effectively and practice in a safe virtual environment.
Furthermore, inquire about the vehicles used for training. Ensure they are well-maintained, equipped with dual controls for added safety, and suitable for learners of all skill levels. Comfort and confidence behind the wheel are essential for productive learning sessions.
Cost is undeniably a factor for many when selecting a oxford automatic driving tuition. While it's tempting to opt for the cheapest option, remember that quality instruction often comes at a price. Consider the overall value offered, including instructor experience, lesson duration, and pass rates, rather than solely focusing on the upfront cost.
Lastly, don't overlook the importance of ongoing support beyond the driving test. A good instructor will not only prepare you for the exam but also impart lifelong skills for safe and responsible driving. Choose someone who is committed to your success even after you've obtained your license.

Coping with Tragedy: Japan Grapples with Earthquake Fallout and Plane Crash Challenges
Key Numbers Update

Death Toll: 161
Missing Persons: Over 100
Without Water: Over 66,100 households
Without Power: 18,000 households
People in Government Shelters: 28,800
Confirmed Deaths by Location:
Wajima: 70
Suzu: 70
Anamizu: 11
Spread among four other towns
Injured: 565
Destroyed or Seriously Damaged Homes: 1,390
For Japan, 2024 began on a rough note. The Northern Coast of the Noto Peninsula was hit by a magnitude 7.5 earthquake. New Year’s Day witnessed severe shaking in Nanao and even a three-foot tsunami triggered by the earthquake.
As rescue efforts continue, snow complicates the situation. This is hindering relief operations but efforts are steadily progressing. Meanwhile, the aviation sector is grappling with the aftermath of a Japan Airlines (JAL) aircraft and Japanese Coast Guard plane collision.
This has prompted concerns about insurance claims and financial burdens.
The Earthquake’s Toll on Lives and Infrastructure
It goes without saying that both buildings and people have been destroyed beyond repair by the earthquake. Hence, the first priority for rescue operations is to find people still stuck in buildings that have collapsed.
You can find troops of firefighters and police fighting through challenging terrain compounded by heavy snowfall. Landslides have already been reported, reaching an estimated 1,000 incidents in the hard-hit Noto Peninsula. This is making things difficult for relief teams as isolated places have become inaccessible.
About 18,000 households remain without electricity, while over 66,100 households face water shortages. Evacuation centers, housing 28,800 people, struggle with insufficient water, electricity, and heating. This has left its residents enduring harsh conditions and no updates from the outside world.
Initial aid efforts were meager, providing only a small cup of water and a single piece of bread to each person per day. However, as more aid arrives, some facilities can now offer hot meals and baths, providing a semblance of comfort.
The confirmed deaths are concentrated in Wajima, Suzu, and Anamizu, with additional casualties in four other towns. Hundreds are injured, and 1,390 homes are either destroyed or seriously damaged.
We are sure you remember the 2011 earthquake and tsunami that left Japan in shambles. This is notably the next most significant tsunami after the same. Thankfully, the tsunami warning soon got downgraded to an advisory and the earthquake didn’t result in any serious issues for Japan’s nuclear facilities.
Plane Crash Fallout

As if overcoming a catastrophic earthquake wasn't difficult enough, the aviation industry too has its share of difficulties. Indian insurers are facing difficulties as they have to pay out Rs 33 crore. This is with regards to the crash involving the Japanese Coast Guard jet and the JAL aircraft.

Three other PSU general insurers like the Oriental Insurance Company (OIC) and National Insurance Agency (NIA) will be collectively contributing Rs 5 crore each. This initiative was designed to cover their liabilities in the JAL policy.
Looking Forward: Future Expectations

These dual challenges have greatly tested Japan’s resources and resilience. As the nation fights to recover, the focus now shifts to
Rebuilding homes and buildings
Providing support to those affected
Aiding the injured and downtrodden
Finding missing persons who are still alive
Reuniting the lost to their families and finding shelter for them
Learning from these tragic events to enhance future preparedness
