So we all know the typical “Danny and Damian are the demon twins” with Danny dying/running away from the League and ending up with the Fentons. How about a little twist?

Danny has been enjoying his life as simply “Danny Fenton, the screwup of Casper High” instead of “Danyal Al Ghul.” Then the GIW start getting much more threatening. So far they haven’t managed to capture any ghosts more complicated/sentient than a blob ghost/ectopus, but their terrible aim and general lack of care for the safety of bystanders has led to a couple of civilian deaths. He only finds out about this when someone mentions that the death of (insert throwaway character here) is the tenth death caused by the GIW.

This cannot stand.

Danny decides the best way to protect Amity Park and ghosts in the realms is to fall back on his League training. The first time he tries to resurrect Danyal, they almost catch him when he goes to get rid of some of the members, and Danny has to think of a new strategy. Insert the Fenton Dreamcatcher thing (I forgot the name, the separation device), and now he’s undetectable. He sticks his ghost half in a thermos to prevent anyone from getting their hands on it, and proceeds to take down important members of the GIW.

After all, they expect attacks from ghosts, they do not expect a very human assassin. Danny keeps track of who he should target next in a little black book he stores in his chest when not in use. All the writing is in Arabic, so anyone who could get their hands on it would struggle to read it, especially if it’s a cipher only used by the League.

Danny, of course, does not tell anyone about this. He’s doing this as Danyal, not Danny, and as such, does not see any reason to let anyone know. Why should they? After all, Danny is the person who couldn’t kill a fly, let alone a human. He’s safe from suspicion, and he never lets anyone know otherwise.

Aka let him go Feral to protect those he loves. He was born and raised an assassin, no matter how much time has passed between the League and his adoption with the Fentons, he still has a kill count that is very high. And now he has more targets, and satisfies his obsession (protection) in a way that cannot be even remotely traced back to him.

Finished drafting her design today so lemme introduce y’all to a new fanseries of mine called DREAMCATCHERS!! Pretty Cure

This is a rewrite/redesign of an old Precure fanseries I made back in 2019. Anyways, this is the new lead cure of the team, Cure Fantasy! She is the daughter of the rulers of the Dreamland Kingdom, and was sent to Earth to find the Legendary Pretty Cure to stop the Nightmare Realm from taking over! Her name is Princess Celestia (no relation to the horse) but goes as Celeste while on Earth and she is a white/rainbow cure!

The main themes of this series revolve around dreams, both the ones you have when you sleep and your aspirations. The rest of the cures are all childhood friends who ended up falling out later in life, and Celestia finding a way to bring them all back together.

- They recharge their energy 50% faster and see a slower drain, losing it 30% slower than usual. It's a win-win for both night owls and early risers.

- If they have 5 good dreams in a row, they'll get a special buff that makes them learn creativity-related skills even faster—by 50%:

- But it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Since they're so used to having dreams fuel their creativity, when a nightmare comes in, it hits them hard. Their creativity-related skills growth drops by 20%, and their energy drains 30% faster, making them function like a regular Sim for a bit:

- Sims with this trait can now perform a unique interaction: Gift a Night of Dreaming Harmony (usable once a day per sim). This interaction grants both the Eternal Dreamer and the sim receiving the gift a beneficial buff (with the buff description varying based on the recipient's age). The sims getting this Dreaming Harmony will enjoy 24 hours of nightmare-free dreams thanks to this interaction.

Tormented Sleeper:

Gameplay Impact:

- Sims with this trait will experience nightmares more frequently, while dreams are a rare occurrence.

- Since they have bad dreams all the time, your Sim will improve the skills related to creativity 20% slower than those without the trait. It's like their dreams are on a creativity strike!

- They recharge their energy 20% slower and see a faster drain, losing it 20% faster than usual. Night owls and early birds, prepare to struggle!

- If they have 5 nightmares in a row, they'll get a special debuff that makes them learn creativity-related skills 50% slower:

- It's not all nightmares and cold sweats, though. Since these Sims are so used to the bad, a good dream really flips the script. When they have a good dream, their creativity-related skills grow 20% faster, and their energy drains 30% slower, leveling the playing field for a bit:

- Sims with this trait can now perform a unique interaction: Share a Night of Tormented Sleep (usable once a day per sim). This interaction gives both the Tormented Sleeper and the sim receiving the vibe a brand new buff (with the buff description varying based on the recipient's age). Sims experiencing Tormented Sleep will have nightmares if they go to bed within 24 hours.

Sims with any of these traits also gain the ability to sense whether another sim had a dream or a nightmare, allowing them to initiate conversations about it. These two interactions, "You Had a Dream, Right? Tell Me About It!" and "You Had a Nightmare, Didn't You? Let's Talk It Out," trigger a reaction in both the initiating and the targeted sim, reflected by a corresponding buff (the buff description for the recipient sim varies based on their age):

I've also implemented some rules around these new traits to balance the gameplay. Just a heads-up so you know they're part of the mix.

- Sims can't have both 'Eternal Dreamer' and 'Tormented Sleeper' traits at the same time. So if you purchase one of the traits in the Rewards Store while having one of them already, the new one will take the place of the old one.

- An Eternal Dreamer won't be able to gift a night of Dreaming Harmony to another Eternal Dreamer.

- A Tormented Sleeper won't be able to share a night of Tormented Sleep with another Tormented Sleeper.

- Sims can either share their latest nightmare or their most recent dream with others, but not both at the same time. Seems like their memories aren't too great—once they've moved onto a new dream or nightmare, the previous one's outta there! (Next update: Dream Diaries?👀)

- If a Sim has the 'Nightmares Protection' buff from SleepGuard Tablets, the 'Refreshing Aroma' buff from a diffuser, or the 'Disable Nightmares for This Sim' cheat enabled, then Tormented Sleep shared by a Tormented Sleeper won't touch 'em. They're basically sleep Teflon at that point! 😴

- Whether it's an Eternal Dreamer trying to gift a 'Night of Dreaming Harmony' to a Sim with a 'Night of Tormented Sleep,' or vice versa, the original buff holds its ground. Neither will override the other, and both the giver and receiver end up with a brand new moodlet (with the buff description varying based on the recipient's age). So yeah, don't expect any dreamy miracles here:

Unpopular Take on Radiance

Spoiler warning for Hollow knight game.

I don’t think she’s the god of dreams. She’s the god of the old light and the moths. Nowhere in the game that I can find(and I have a lot of hours) is she called the god of dreams. Even in Godhome she is only called the “forgotten god of light.” If she anything, she is the god of the sun. When you start the fight with her, she is literally the sun in the sky.

I think the dream realm works kind of like the physical realm. Each god has a territory they lay claim to. The size depends on how many followers they have, which also effects their power level. For a physical god though, the dream realm wouldn’t be as important to them compared to a god whose entire being is within the dream realm.

In the game it is said that Radiance is ‘a higher being of light similar to essence,’ but she isn’t the only higher being of light, and all gods in the game have essence. The Pale King and White Lady both have white essence. His can be seen in the White Palace dream, his dream. Her’s can be seen in god home. Much like Unn’s whose green essence is floating all around her area in the pantheon. The nightmare heart has red essence. Even what’s left of the lifeblood god in the abyss has blue essence. I think essence is a trait of all higher beings of light, life, and memories.

Mini theory: I also believe that Pure Vessel has a form of essence. In their arena in Godhome, the particles floating in the air, some of its soul, some void, then there are the circles. The empty circles, almost like the dreamcatchers of essence, but with the inside gone. As if it was hollowed out… mini theory over.

But every dream you enter is hers! Yes, because she’s invading the dreams of all bugs. The reason the Hollow Knight plan was created in the first place. The plan that failed, allowing her to continue invading dreams. In fact, it’s stated in the slobbering husks journal entry, that ‘the harder you struggles against it, the more it consumed you.’ The bugs tried to repress her dream, so the dream manifested as the infection. She was set on invading every dream she could, one that she succeeded at by the time the game starts. Thus every dream you enter, is hers. She’s not the god of dreams, she just won the invasion and claimed all the territory. Plus, the tool you use to get into all dreams, is a tool created by the moths while they were still following her. It makes sense that the dream nail was made with her power, so everything it touches, has a little of her influence, her essence.

What of the moths influence over the dream realm? For whatever reason, Radiance lacks a physical from, so if she wanted to interact with her moths they would have to be able to enter her dream. Maybe that’s even why the dream nail was created. The moth tribe seems to have a lot of control over the dream realm, maybe because their possessive god preferred to keep them close. In fact, I believe that she may have tried her best to keep them in her dream almost completely. The moth tribes architecture suggests minimal interactions with the real world. And how they all seemingly abandoned her at once, suggests to me that they all realized at once that she wasn’t that great. Maybe she forcibly held them in the dream realm. If they were there most of the time, they would have a lot of influence and knowledge of the realm.

Like how the dream realm split long ago into nightmares. But it doesn’t say the split happened from Radiance’s dream, but the dream realm in general. Suggesting that higher beings come in two forms, benevolent dreams and malevolent nightmares. A culture that mostly resides in the dream realm, would be aware of the nightmare realm, a realm that might pose a serious threat to them. I don’t think the nightmare heart is Radiance sibling. I’m not even convinced that it has anything to do with her at all. It feeds off of the dying flames of a fallen civilization, that’s why its there. I’m not even convinced that the nightmare heart is THE god of nightmares, but A god of nightmares. But that’s a theory for another post.

If she was the god of dreams, then how could she have been forgotten? If she was the god of dreams, every bug in Hallownest would have entered her realm every time they sleep. It would have been impossible to forget her for this reason alone. But it is never mentioned that the bugs of Hallownest knew of her until after she started invading their dreams. She was only known to the moths until they abandoned her. If she was the god of dreams, that would throw SO many wrenches into the mosskin lore. The mosskin were created by Unn’s dream. But if Radiance is the god of dreams, how would that work? Do they classify as her people too? Did Unn take out a loan on the dream realm to make her people? If she was the god of dreams, why would she allow the Pale King to create a dream? A dream that he would have made while her infection was running rampant.

But what of the void being her ancient enemy? I think it’s her ancient enemy because she’s been in the area the longest. Or maybe because it consumed her real sibling and she thinks it’s trying to get her too? Which is a fair belief, but I think it’s because the void doesn’t like any higher being of light, or light in general. It somehow convinced the lighthouse keeper to turn off the light. Then took that chance to wrap its tendrils into the kingsmold armor in the palace grounds. Invaded the Pale Kings dreams, yet left all the people within and even the dream itself alone. Instead went straight for the throne room, melted all his void guards, and killed him. Filling the room that should be the brightest, and left void particles floating after it was done with him. The void even strikes out at vessels, because even though they are mostly void, they are still the offspring of two beings of light.

Mini hypothesis: What if all the giant bug bodies were other gods that came to the area? What if they all fell to the void? Hypothesis over.

TLDR: no where in the game is Radiance called the god of dreams. She just took over all the dreams because the Hollow Knight plan that was to stop her from doing this, failed. Her being the god of dreams doesn’t fit with other parts of the game lore including Unn’s mosskin, the Pale King’s white palace dream, and the essence of the other gods. She is just the spite filled old light and the creator of moths. Or in another mini theory, possible the godly embodiment of the sun itself, which might explain why the world of Hallownest lacks a sun.

This is my first time making a moodboard, just as Belle x Sulley week is the first ship week I have ever took part in or co-hosted. The theme of day one is Dream/Nature.

Disney Dreamlight Valley was one of the reasons Dream/Nature was used for one of the promotes (that and a few people have subjected a nature/dream theme), so I decided to include it in the moodboard. Along with adding on images that weren't from the game, like the flowery dreamcatcher, book and door, to reference the two, and the quote I personally wrote on the blue coloured roses.

Fun fact I learned when searching for images for it, the realm door to Beauty and the Beast is right next to the Monsters, Inc. door on the left hand side.

The catch-22 of Simblreen is a lot of Halloween goodness goes public on or after Halloween. I have *a lot* of stuff to share this year, so why not start now!? Here's Treat 1! I converted GP08SweaterCropped, from TS4 Realm Of Magic AND a ton of recolors by Standardheld/LadyFu.

It's TF-AF, with the usual morphs. Set for Everyday, PJ, and Athletic. TF is repositoried to AF. There are 12 EAxis textures (surprisingly cute too!) and 45 by Standardheld.

Celestial deer are a fascinating creature in the dream realm, they seem to observe from a distance at all times, no one knows exactly what sort of powers they contain but most dream catchers notes indicate the orb between their antlers holds a small planet or a star inside. The have small fangs and while having the capability to bite they are rather passive creatures.

Making this its own post so that the world sees it? I guess. Despite being years on this site I still don't know how everything works, especially on mobile.

It's full of angst and has the potential to be tragic.

Now, the gist is that Danny gets captured by Batman, who is his Dad in this au, because he misunderstands what a ghost core is and removes it, causing Danny to despise him and try to "go ghost" again. By all means necessary. The whole thing is of course bad because he gets a huge part of himself just taken away.

Batman thinks it's for the best and wouldn't listen to Danny, keeping him in Wayne Manor and getting him back everytime he tries to escape.

I am quite fascinated with this take and I love it. I also thought about it and am trying to get the "science" of how this scenario could work and I am generally trying to discern how I think that cores work in the Danny Phantom world.

Now, the way I think about cores is that as much as they are the brain/body/whole being of a ghost they are at their simplest definition the soul of a person. And this soul can also have two modes of existing, the active mode and the passive mode.

The active mode would be when it is tightly compressed into what is called the core. This mode exists only when the being is made of pure energy. Now when the core enters the more physical realm and aquires a body (most likely being born but you can't exclude revival and such things.) it changes into its passive mode.

The passive mode is not like a compressed core but more like a cloud of energy. It's like taking a breather and just relaxing. While in passive mode the soul gives up all "administrative" work and decisions to the body. The body houses the decompressed core and it's like, swimming or floating inside the cells of the body. This could also be what people perceive as the aura of a person. But the influence of the soul is not really gone, it's just that while the soul might still strive for a purpose to keep it going the body will of course compromise to secure survival and safety.

The passive mode is like vacation for the soul where it can just let itself go. Exist. Take in everything life offers. But in a certain way I think this is also a state where it is most vulnerable.

The forming of a ghost is mostly seen as caused ba a traumatic event. (Excluding the forming of born ghosts). You could explain this by saying that in a way, the soul was so much hurt that it compressed to a core to protect itself, flipping to the active mode to control its own actions better and directly influence what it's doing without the hindrance of a physical body.

If you think about the theory of this active and passive mode you could also explain the dreamcatcher incident. I don't really remember that one episode but Danny went through a dreamcatcher and got split into his ghost half and his human half. Both those halves had quite the opposite personalities and i never liked that because neither of them really felt like Danny. It's more like he was split into his extremes of the active mode and the passive mode.

The phandom established that ghosts have an obsession. Some like this take on ghost and some don't. I think they can have obsessions but those could also change over time. Slowly. Very slowly.

The strongest obsession of a ghost is the one that might have killed them or was influenced by the way they died. The core is just stuck on that one because it was what led to their forming and what was just a dominant part of them at the moment. It fixates on that to protect itself, learn to protect itself or to "control" their trauma.

Some of us have smaller obsessive bouts where we just fixate on a fandom and nothing else really brings joy until we move to the next fandom. Or some people are fixated on a novel/sport/activity etc. until we move on. At the least, our bodies will tell us when it's time to take a breather and just eat something or relax.

But ghosts don't have that. They don't have a body telling them to chill/eat/sleep and so on. They are not hindered by being tired. They have that one thing going for them and nothing can physically stop them living out the thing that gives them purpose, and because they don't get tired doing that, they will not move on to another obsession. Furthermore because they don't move on from their obsession they might perfect it, take it to the extreme. (Best hunter, rockstar, kid just wanting to play).

Going back to Danny, I see many, so so many fics where his obsession is to protect. Some even bind him to Amity Park saying he can't leave because of his obsession. Was this caused because we all saw the pure ghost form as a hero?

I don't really like it when his freedom is bound in such a way. I more prefer the fics where his obsession is space.

(And did noone ever see the beautiful parallel of the ghost of time and the ghost of space knowing each other? Noone ever thought about what exactly Clockwork saw in Danny to want to help him? The one that guides but cannot act and the one who can change so much but needs guidance? I'm sobbing just thinking about this.)

Well....that's just my personal feelings about this.

Now, the Hero Danny or purely Phantom or just Active Danny had the whole thing of protecting the town going on. As this was his 'current' obsession it was the one that manifested on the ghost form. It was also an unnatural state of the active mode so even that might have been tampered with.

The Lazy Danny or Human Danny or just Passive Danny was basically a soul half stuck in passive mode. Not even getting the little drive to really strive for anything a natural passive mode would give him. This was basically a body just thinking about itself. Purely I don't know...hedonistic, wanting to have fun. Not being able to think about future plans and just living in the moment. Both those halves where unnatural and not viable in the long run. I think a split soul would have just killed them in the long run.

Finally Dannys situation could be one where his core was so much tempered by by the portal that he can change between active and passive mode. He has a core that can relax and compress at will. Giving more freedom when in human form and powering up fast (sucking in all the energy) to form the ghost form. It might also never be a conventional ghost core and he would never have a normal aura as a human anymore. Even with the change he would have a halfstate of being. Having a fainter aura as a human that is a bit more saturated in the middle and as a ghost he would have his core, but he would be able to release larger bouts of energy.

It just really came to me why Danny could have a legit reason to be so much stronger than other ghosts. Vlad too I guess. Because of his special core. Ghost may stagnate in their power. They have to stay stable. But Danny is partly kept stable by his body. That's why his core can give out more energy. He can expend more energy because his core is not so tightly compressed like a normal ghosts. They have a limit. His limiter is kind of deactivated. ...now I'm just rambling.

If you think about Danny always being in a state of permanent active and passive mode then getting rid of the core would be like cutting out a huge part of him. Half to be exact and all the connections, maybe like blood vessels would be left open. Bleeding out and killing him. His passive soul would cling to the body to safe itself or the body clings to the soul.

Maybe losing a small part, a fracture, would have been survivable, but being literally cut in two...it aches. Death would call to him, his other half would call. Crying and screaming and bleeding and fading. An open core and a body with an open wound (on a spiritual level).

What do the bats see? What does his family see? A person slowly losing himself. Aching in a way that grows with time. Maybe slowly driven mad by the pain of a slow and painful death. Not even a pain that's visible but one that is deep inside. One he can't comprehend in the beginning. And nothing helps. Nothing can get him motivated. He loses his will to live but is it really that? Is it not the hopeful thought that death will bind his two halves together again? Is trying to kill himself not the frantic behaviour of a being that wants to save its very existence?

What would the ghost see? What would members of the justice league dark see? What would every person with the Sight see? A walking corpse. A mutilated boy, clinging to live and striving for death. Carrying an open wound for the world to see. To feel. Maybe to taste. Maybe to experience. Being in a presence of a being that is surrounded by its own blood. Cloying your senses and constricting your throat. Would they be horrified? Would they even really know what they are looking at when they themselves try not to drown in anothers blood? Would they weep and scream and feel his pain like it was their own, would they not want to destroy all that could produce such horrors?

What could they do? Would they be in time to save him? Could they stitch him back together? Would it take or would he not have the energy to connect what was cut. Maybe a healing sleep? For how long and where...most likely in the ghost zone. It's where he wanted to be. It's where he will fade or keep existing.

The question now is, when everything is over will he ever return? Will this future ghost king ever be himself again after everything that has happened?

- Elumax -

Something that Season 4 manifested in the finale is Elumax - while even originally written as an Elmax only scene, that was changed and El and Lucas crying over Max and the reviving was then Elumax.

Basically, the original idea wanted to separate them to show who is the intended lover for Max in which realm. However, they kept the concept anyway:

El fights and saves Max in the nick of time in the mind.

Lucas does the same in the real world (otherwise Max would have a spinal injury if he wouldn't have caught her)

El is the dreamcatcher, protecting Max from the monsters within "If you touch her again, I kill you again."

Lucas is the protector in the real world "Don't touch her!"

Both are overpowered at first but found their strength to fight for Max.

Both have their own ways of love:

This is why Max can't feel or see anything - Henry stole love from her. He took away these abilities as Brenner explained - it just looks like an injury. Both abilities are important for the characters, symbolizing the way they mainly give and receive love (the final talk between Lucas and Max was by passing notes!) - so bestowing these abilities to Max is of great importance from a narrative perspective alone. ST has a countermeasure in the drawer to what happened and that's El (Please read my post about El & Henry build as foils) , one needs to read a bit between the lines but it is also right in front of us: forget traditional thinking.

(Side note: No one is confused about a psychic guy killing kids in their minds but as soon as it goes the other way, the reaction is "Nah, you can't do that magically." but they are okay with El reviving Max via mind over thousands of miles away. Makes sense. - They can and planed that long time ago.)

It's symbolism, the show is full of symbols and therefore getting these abilities symbolizes Max opening up to love, understanding and accepting who she is.

Of course it will come with a price tag. Because:

That price is someone elses life: El's (and maybe has already given a part of her life when she resurrected Max) - and Max will have a weak left leg, likely wearing a leg brace like her namesake Mad Max. (Foreshadowed in S3 in the shopping scene and in Will's painting). Her own ability of vision is gone but she'll have a substitute and likely will cover this condition with sunglasses as it will change her eye color like Will's changed. Possession is signaled by change in eye color. Max will however, unlike Will, be possessed by a benevolent force. But I digress...

Furthermore there was an interesting symbol smuggled in by the pinecone that Lucas holds while talking to Max.

It is one of the many "Neverending Story" references that are mostly about El & Max (the whole song is).

"In your hand the birth of a new day." = rebirth of Max, not just revival because El holds her hand later.

The pinecone is symbol for resurrection, eternal life and regeneration, enlightenment, the third eye and creativity. The latter is important in the mindscape and demonstrated by the fact that Max just altered her surroundings. Who can do that? She just knows, that she can. (and is able to walk across the borders between minds when a link is established when she entered the mind lair)

El herself is wearing a shirt with flowers on it throughout the finale.

The whole fighting for Max, the symbolism through the pinecone Lucas is holding and El's flower shirt, even the song makes it fundamentally clear where things are heading:

Max been reborn and Elumax as the Endgame.

Because:

"Someday love will find you. True love won't desert you. You know I still love you. Though we touched and went our separate ways."

And of course:

PS: Max is no damsel in distress or better won't stay that way. Once she's back, it's her turn to fight (with El's help) and we saw glimpses of that when she freed herself the first time and injured Henry. That was a teaser of what her role in 5 will be.

A group of evil time travelers are trying to manipulate history and steal the coveted Time Jewels to awaken an evil king! The Ethereal Goddess sends one of her precious fairies, Albus to head to Earth to find the Legendary Pretty Cure, the only people with the powers to stop them.

Back on Earth, two college students both studying history, Bria Ethans and Gail Sharpe become rivals, due to rhwir clashing personalities and their hatred towards eachother. Unfortunately for them, not only are they roommates with eachother, they’ve also been chosen to be the new Pretty Cure, meaning they’ll have to be forced to work together. Great….

TICKTOCK Time Travel is a fanseries combining my love for history and magical girls! Not only does it involve some time travelling and learning shenanigans, it has a rivals to lovers story with Bria and Gail! Albus is also my little scrunkly EEEEEEEE

Cure Tempora | Bria Ethans is an energetic and excited young woman, though she's reckless and a bit proud at times. She is loud, brash and extroverted. She tends to act before she thinks, leading her and Gail into trouble. She’s studying to become an archaeologist as she has always dreamed of becoming as a child.

Cure Memoria | Gail Sharpe is a quiet and intelligent young woman, who's also quite cold at times. Gail is introverted, cold and calculating. She’s the brains of the two, but can be blunt at times and can come off as rude, which causes friction between her and Bria. She’s from a rich family that expects highly of her, expecting her to become a lawyer.

Albus is is a rabbit-like Time Fairy from the Ethereal Realm, and is Gail and Bria's fairy guide. A very nerdy and sweet young boy, Albus is responsible and hardworking but can come off as naive somtimes. He has the best intentions in mind, always trying to get Bria and Gail to work together. Though he can't help but be exhausted and tired by their bickering.

☁️ DREAMCATCHERS!! Pretty Cure ☁️

Themes: Dreams (both aspirations and sleep kinds), childhood, reconnecting with your inner child

After years of being trapped behind a barrier, the Nightmare Realm are threatening to escape and take over not only the Dream Realm, but the entirety of the universe. The King and Queen of the Dream Realm gave the Revêur Jewels to their daughter, Princess Celestia and sent her to Earth in a hopes that she’ll find the Legendary Pretty Cure that’ll save them. Celestia, disguising herself as a European foreign exchange student lands in Japan on a quest to find the Pretty Cure, to not only save the universe but prove herself to her parents that she is worthy to be the next Queen.

She thinks this job will be easy when she finds out her potential candidates for Pretty Cure were all childhood best friends. But she soon realises that they had all drifted apart after elementary, and don’t plan on reconnecting. So now Celestia is on a quest to save her Kingdom, and save the Pretty Cures friendship! Won’t be too hard, right??

DREAMCATCHERS!! was actually one of my first ever Pretty Cure fanseries, made back in 2019 and formerly known as Dream Big!! I decided to revamp it a bit and change a bit of the story and cast (Fun Fact: Celestia was originally the midseason cure in the original version!) I currently only have their designs in this chibi/sketch-esque form, I’ll try to give them proper refs later!

Celestia Mercier | Cure Fantasy is the leader of the team, as well as the princess of the Dream Kingdom. An optimistic, kind, and hardworking girl, who is the soon to be ruler of the Dream Kingdom. She dedicates herself to being as best of a ruler she could be. She is responsible and reliable, but she can be idealistic to a fault.

Yume Yasuda | Cure Nostalgia is the responsible, cold and intelligent class representative. Yume has earned a reputation for being mature despite her young age. She believes in facts and logic only, and takes her responsibilities seriously, yet comes off as insensitive or disconnected from her peers.

Sora Kayako | Cure Wish is the lead player of the school’s soccer team, known for her hotheadedness, stubbornness and short temper. She has a streak of easily getting mad at people and being rude. Despite this all, she's driven by a fierce determination to succeed.

Hinako Tachibana | Cure Child is a shy and gentle girl who aspires to become a baker. She has a heart of gold, being kind and generous, always striving to please others. However, her tendency to strive for perfection often leaves her feeling self-critical about herself.

Kasumi Tachibana | Cure Lullaby is a confident, passionate and determined young lady. Kasumi is one of the most popular girls at school, mostly due to her family’s wealth and her natural beauty. She tends to be stubborn though, and often mocks and judges those she believes to be below her.
