“In a 6-to-3 vote, the Supreme Court ruled that border agents may unconstitutionally enter a person's home without a warrant and assault him and ... federal courts are powerless to do anything about it. The border, once again, is a Constitution-free zone.”
“60% of the population of the United States just lost any constitutional protections against warrantless assault or home invasion by armed agents.”

Meat Beat Manifesto - Mindstream single
I think I saw this kicking around somewhere and decided I needed to post this.
Here is the is remix CD for the song Mindstream from Meat Beat Manifesto's excellent album Satyricon. Along with Meat Beat's version you get an Aphex Twin remix that he did for cash and essentially sounds like an early 90's Aphex Twin song, a remix by House Music legends DHS and Orbital giving the full Acid Trance 4 on the dance floor.
This will be a hard pass for 90% of you but for the 10% this appeals to, Live it up.
You can get it from my Google Drive HERE

Chula Vista surrendered their freedom during COVID. Afterwards, just as predicted, their freedom has not been returned. Instead the program has now been expanded for full public use.

When you turn 18 in Colorado, you are given the option to close your case as a foster kid. When I turned 18, I chose to keep it open and do something called Youth in Transition. Basically this means I have custody of myself and I can do whatever I want, but my Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) is now considered a lawyer, and she does whatever I tell her I want done in my case. I still have a caseworker and a family court judge as well. They are supposed to offer me support in my transition to adult hood to help me be as successful as possible. I chose to do this because I was just starting college and I needed guidance. I don’t know if it’s because the program is new, or because my team just really sucks, but they have offered no support in the past year. Every time I’ve gone to them for help, they have told me either “ask your friends” or “figuring this out is a part of growing up.” The problem with this is, I do not have parents. I don’t have anyone to ask for advice from. The state is supposed to be stand in parents for youth who don’t have any. So why are they not helping me? All I’m asking for is help finding resources and they won’t do it. But when I find a solution, whether or not it works out, they say I’m “impulsive”. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous and unfair. So after almost two years of this, I’ve decided to close out my case. I think it’s the best option for me since I’m not getting any support from my team. The monthly meetings usually end with them criticizing everything I do and me telling them that they don’t get to criticize me when they’re the ones who failed to provide support in the first place. I’m a little bit scared to be going forward with this, but I’m also looking forward to being done with it all.

The U.S. immigration enforcement agency hired a former spokeswoman for the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) and put her in a position to determine who gets to come into the country as an immigrant or “asylum seeker.” Now the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officer is repeatedly posting pictures of Hamas terrorists parachuting in with guns and writing, “F*** Israel and any Jew who supports Israel,” a Daily Wire investigation found.
Nejwa Ali worked in 2016 and 2017 as a public affairs officer for the Palestinian Delegation to the U.S., which according to its own website, served as the “PLO office in D.C.” That office was expelled from the country by the Trump administration, but Ali landed on her feet, according to a screenshot of her LinkedIn profile, securing a job at DHS as an “Asylum Officer,” where she was tasked with “applying immigration laws and regulations to asylum applications.”
This January, she moved over to being an Adjudication Officer for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS). People with that job, according to the agency, “analyze new or amended legislation and policy, prepare written reports of findings, and review and make determinations on cases for immigration benefits.”
Though Ali’s job at DHS included vetting people to make sure they were not a threat to the country before letting them in, it’s not clear that anyone from the agency vetted her. That her primary allegiance was to the Palestinians, not the United States, was evident from her social media profiles, where she posts as “Falastine Mi Amor.”
She has posted extremist rhetoric continuously to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for years — rhetoric that intensified this month as Palestinian terrorists murdered over 1,000 Jews on October 7 and Ali cheered. “F*** Israel, the government, and its military. Are you ready for your downfall?” she wrote on Instagram after the attacks.
According to her social media profiles — which say she is “American born, Palestinian @ heart” — Ali is from Dearborn, Michigan, a hotbed of unassimilated immigrants where thousands reportedly took to the streets in support of the Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel.
Ali has made several posts glorifying the terrorist attacks on Israel, including one depicting armed terrorists paragliding into the Jewish state with the caption, “Free PALESTINE.”

Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) sent a letter Tuesday to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) urging it to discontinue the use of a smartphone app required by migrants seeking asylum at the southern border to use.
The CBP One app, which was rolled out in 2021, was established to allow migrants to submit applications for asylum before they cross the U.S. border. Markey said in his letter that requiring migrants to submit sensitive information, including biometric and location data, on the app raises “serious privacy concerns,” and demanded that the DHS cease its use of it.
“This expanded use of the CBP One app raises troubling issues of inequitable access to — and impermissible limits on — asylum, and has been plagued by significant technical problems and privacy concerns. DHS should shelve the CBP One app immediately,” Markey said in his letter.
“Rather than mandating use of an app that is inaccessible to many migrants, and violates both their privacy and international law, DHS should instead implement a compassionate, lawful, and human rights centered approach for those seeking asylum in the United States,” he continued.
He said that the use of this technology has also faced technical problems, including with its facial recognition software misidentifying people of color.
“Technology can facilitate asylum processing, but we cannot allow it to create a tiered system that treats asylum seekers differently based on their economic status — including the ability to pay for travel — language, nationality, or race,” he said.
The app has negative ratings on both the Google Play and Apple app stores, with many users criticizing the app for crashing and other technical issues.
