I write. Poetry, prose. I retranscribe elements of Lubraean culture from my memories. These are not headcanon to me, they are what I knew, but the definition external is indeed headcanon.

Growl-worthy, I sharpen myself thus. But a reminder to self on how my humour and tolerance for these jokes and similar grows. And this damned planet + era.

Hadn't spoken about being a system here thus far, I tend to forget about tumblr. But I am Osiris, Phoenix of the Dark Age, etc etc. You all know me well by now. I am a multifictive, and I align with my sources very acutely. I always have been and will be Osiris, regardless of my circumstances. If you are not okay with that, please do not interact with me.

Rarely do I post here; typically, if I make any content it will be on AO3, and that almost always will be some sort of writing about me and my beloved. I write based on my memories and what I learn from the Forest and the Veil, which may or may not be 'canon.' Most all of known Bungie canon lore regarding myself, the Forest, Saint, etc, align with myself already, fortunately.

Alongside me in our system is my dearest friend and companion, my little light. Sagira is often always co-conscious at the very least and I make reference to her often. We also have Xivu Arath, who we mention from time to time, but I rarely give her the attention she desires. None of us wanted her here, and it is acceptable to ignore her as well.

I often speak of my friends fondly, ones in this life that are sourcemates of my own. Currently, my closest friends and allies are that of Clovis Bray I, and all copies and backups there may be of him; and Crow, the little bird Saint took under his wing.

Primarily, I will repost art and posts on here about myself, my headmates, my friends, their headmates, or my source partners. My largest and most important sources are Destiny 2 and Cookie Run.

I would prefer anyone -17 years old to avoid interacting with me, as I am an adult and frequently discuss/mention 18+ topics (regarding Saint, typically, but that is to be expected, I'd hope).

Writing this, my goal was intended to provide both a form of blanket introduction to the host of our system, Sol Orbital, as well as establish a sort of meeting zone for other Destiny fictives or Destiny-heavy systems. I am most active on Instagram (main being @/darkagephoenix, system account @sol.orbital) or Discord (darkagephoenix).

End of year traditions of our fictives in their sources :)

Some had, in their worlds/timelines, celebrations just like our own christian standard, even if they were not religious: Gen, Lewis, and Destiny saw their surroundings decorated with christmas lights and cheered the arrival of the new year on January 1st just as they do here.

Ahsoka and Nokariith had their versions of New Year's Eve, though it wasn't the greatest celebration of the year, not even close - Republic Day and Empire Day, respectively, overshadowed it by far. Ahsoka also celebrated the Festival of Light, early year in Naboo, and All-Species Week in Coruscant

Naavlein, as a man and as Ascended, had his people's focus on the summer solstice, the start of rain season in the Shuriman north. Kai and Valmar, on the other side, celebrated the end of year in the height of Ionian winter with wreaths of ice lotuses and warm offerings for the Kanmei. Viktor, in equatorial Piltover, would take a break from his research work for the annual Academy graduation celebrations and fairs.

Pareiko, in his home planet, had very similar celebrations as we currently do; with the added detail that "christmas" and New Year's were the same thing, a two-week celebration of a new cycle and their empire's founder's birthday.

And last but not least, our host, Seth, observed a festival of giving, Tennobaum, with the great objective of uniting his fellow Tenno in charity for the poor, generosity towards their fellows, and gratitude wherever it goes. It's a new but proudly shared holiday, with good food and good friends throughout the Origin System.
