I wanna be so feminine that people stop assuming that I’m a fully cis woman and just loop back around to “third, worse thing.” I wanna be feminine presenting in an uncomfortable way. I want to be so girl it’s not girl anymore and it’s ethereal and otherworldly and eldritch and threatening. if people wanna refer to me by she/her I want them to do it with uncertainty bc they don’t know if I should even be referred to at all. I want my presence to instill dread and yet undeniable attraction into the hearts of those who perceive me. I want people to be afraid to look me in the eyes for too long bc they might go mad. I want people to want to run when they see me but freeze because they know running will only provoke me. I want people to genuinely believe that I am an old god who woke from a long slumber and took a vaguely human form to learn about modern human society and thus trying to place me into a human-gender-box-thing won’t work.

Deminonbinaryflux, demiboyflux, & demigirlflux alt flags :D

These flags are based off of these two demiboyflux and demigirlflux flags. I think they look quite nice, however the light green/yellow next to the light grey was hard to see for me (too little contrast, the colors kind of mix together), and in the boyflux and girlflux flags the light green/yellow was in the center anyways, so I decided to make alt versions with the color orders switched. And I also made a deminonbinaryflux flag in the same style to match (using my nonbinaryflux flag for the center 3 colors).

(I love making flag sets :)

gender identity. it's confusing. idk what mine is anymore. I used to say I was genderfluid but that doesn't feel right anymore. I'm afab and I don't mind being viewed as a girl but I don't like being called a girl. I'm ok with being called girlfriend. I like being called "she" and "they" and "it" but I don't know what label really describes me. demigirl doesn't feel right. neither does demigirlflux. in a way demiboy feels more fitting, but still highly inaccurate as I'm not a boy I'll never be viewed as a boy. I like being feminine. I like liking straight men. I like dressing up pretty and being seen as a girl but I just don't feel attached to "cis girl" I feel like I have no gender yet all of them at once. I'm confused.

When I first figured out I was demigendered, I also knew it fell under the nonbinary and genderqueer umbrellas. It felt right.

But since then I've done a lot of playing around with labels and figuring stuff out. I've been ambivalent about the terms agender and genderfluid, unsure if they applied to me or not. I'm starting to see that they do.

In fact, girlflux and genderfaer are more specific descriptions of how I'm fluid. I'm also a lunarian, selenian, demifemme, mutogender, maybe with a hint of maverique.

There's almost unlimited ways to describe what's going on and I like that. Each of them highlights a different aspect.

a demigirlflux person, 2024.

For those who’d rather attempt to read my handwriting: most of the time (less so more recently) I flit around, vaguely comfortable with being called a girl (I used to use she/they, pronouns, while I’ve switched to they/she it wasn’t and still isn’t inaccurate)

and then sometimes, inexplicably…(more often more recently) it just… feels wrong.

it’s weird, because it isn’t consistent. It would be nice if it was, haha.
