Tiefling with a human kink finally bags a human baddie. He’s sweating just trynna act normal and not ask the human a really indecent question
"Do you cu-" clearing his throat, Ardour tail's end dug into his ankle. "Come." He corrected himself, "Do you come here often?" The tail curled around his leg tightly.
"Here?...my own house?" Expecting irony or the build up to a joke, turning your gaze away from the TV screen as you lowered the remote to face him.
Only to be met with a sincere expression. For a second, the suspicion of the guy in front of you being an idiot crosses your mind before you immediately brush it aside.
"I guess. You know, since I live here." You went back to scrolling through the list of movies.
"Cool cool."
Ardour's sharp claws traced the soft surface of the couch underneath him, taking advantage of your distracted gaze to blatantly trail his gaze up and down your thighs. Drinking in the sight of your hips. Hand curling into a fist to prevent his claws from tearing the couch.
Humans are really...so squishy. He pictures your own hand pressing between your thighs, touching yourself and chasing pleasure with desperation. How different would his own hand feel around you? Would you like grinding against the bumps and sharp bones underneath his skin? Would you enjoy the rough infernal texture of his skin against your fragile, easily injured human one?
"Did you ever fuck yourself on this couch?"
He can't say that.
"Did I ever what?"
"Uh...meet a tiefling before? Other than me?"
"No not really." You press the remote's button harder than usual, "you're my first" your eyes suddenly find the floor interesting before going back to your scrolling.
Your first.
Ardour closes his eyes, taking a sharp breath.
Your first infernal cock to stretch you open and fill your insides with his cum. The big bad tiefling defiling the pretty human, pouring sin down your throat.
"Have you tasted a tiefling's cum before? Would you like to?"
No.
Inviting him to your house, allowing him to see you in your comfortable clothes, complimenting his horns.
Being such a fucking tease.
Heats build up inside him. Putting a small pillow on his lap to cover the growing tent between his legs as he scoots over to you.
"You've never had a cock littered with bumps before, You've never been properly fucked so just bend over and-"
Shut it.
Behave. Act normal. He can't fuck up another date with a human.
...maybe if he starts innocently? You don't know much about tieflings so he can always play that card.
Ardour's tail leaves his leg as it wraps the other way towards you, settling on your lap and brushing against your stomach.
The strange sensation makes you glance down at it, a questioning look on your face.
"Oh sorry!" He fiegns ignorance, "it does that sometimes, it has a mind of its own."
He watches as you take in the false information he's feeding you at face value. Smiling and saying it's no problem.
"Is it okay if I-" your other hand moves towards your lap.
"You can touch it." Ardour immediately replies, "I don't mind. You can even kiss and lick it, shove it down your throat to get it wet enough so I can use it to open up your tight-"
Stop.
"And my horns too, if you want. I saw you glancing at them" he says instead.
You beam at his words, delightful surprise in your eyes before a conflict of embarrassment washes over you at realising he noticed your glances.
Still, you nod eagerly.
The sight of you has his heart in a vice grip. Is curiosity really this adorably intense in humans?
He scoots even closer, his knee brushing against your own as he lowers his head to present his horns. His position's slight resemblance of a bow doesn't go past him as his his sharp pointy teeth bite his lower lip to suppress a whimper.
A tiefling bowing to a human. It feels fitting in a way. It was your race that was slutty brave enough to get fucked mate with demons, gracing the tieflings with the gift of existence.
Worshipping the humans is a thought many races would scoff over. The notion by itself is enough to send a high elf into hysterical laughter.
Yet all he can think about is kissing up your feet, licking your ankle, gnawing at your thigh with his razorsharp teeth until you have mercy and spread your legs open.
"Do I have to beg to sleep with you? Do you want to see me kneeling on the floor pleading for your permission to touch myself?"
He can't make up his mind if he wants to worship you or put you in your place the same way his demon ancestors must have.
Just what kind of humiliating acts the humans submitted to in order for the demons to agree to breed them? What kind of degradation did the human kind endure while being stuffed with burning hot cum or being milked for all of their worth?
...do you miss it? Do you want him to replicate it?
"I'll ruin you to anyone else. Fuck all of your holes and plug the cum inside with my tail. Make you nothing but a pathetic fleshlight for me to use and squeeze like my ancestors have always done to your kind, human."
His thoughts are cut short by the feeling of your finger tracing up his horn, testing the waters.
The feeling is electric on his end. His teeth dig deeper into his lips as he suppresses any sounds threatening to slip out.
"Please touch me. Fuck please please, I want you to pull them. Pull my horns. I don't care if you break them. Just don't stop."
Bit by bit, your touches get bolder, abandoning the remote to wrap both of your hands around his horns. Stroking up and down, brushing the tips and experimenting with this new texture to your heart's content.
This new position presses your chest against his face without realising it. Ardour feels his hands shaking as he stares in front of him.
The urge to touch you, squeeze you and bite you. Mark every corner of your body until you can't look in a mirror without the ghost feeling of his touches hovering over your skin.
This was his plan. This was his doing, so why does it feel like he bit off more than he can chew?
A throbbing between his legs, his cock painfully hard. His claws tear through the pillow on his lap as he drags his fingers dow, imagining it's your plush thighs instead.
"That weird elf wasn't kidding when he said the human body was made for nothing but sex." His hand slips underneath the pillow to press against his aching cock for any sort of relief. "You're not even aware of how much of a slut you're being, are you? That's how in your nature it is."
Ah.
His eyes open wide in panic as your hands abruptly stop touching his horns.
He said that out loud.

My interpretation of Murder Drones episode 7(a lot about N and Uzi) EPISODE 7 SPOILERS‼️‼️
Tumblr media
N is the most caring drone ever, he cares so much about V (friendship) that first thing he can think about is trying to move the rocks to get back to her. After all the shit she put him through, he still thinks of her as one of his closest friends besides his old crush on her. HES JUST SUCH AN ANGEL OMG.
Tumblr media
N’s direct-ness towards Tessa is very interesting, because you can see his character wants to really help “Tessa” (who we now know was never actually Tessa), but obviously cares and loves Uzi a lot whether that be platonic or romantic. He clearly emphasises his point by putting a full stop at the end, making it clear to Tessa that he doesn’t want anything bad to happen to Uzi. Taking it back to my point about N having to choose between Tessa and his family from back in Manor House, or Uzi this “little bot” that in my opinion he’s poured his heart out to (coming from a Nuzi shipper and no it’s not pro ship). Well we now know that after the whole absolute solver using Cyn as a host and Tessa as a skin suit that he is 100% on Uzi’s side.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
YOU ARE TELLING ME THIS MAN DIDN’T KNOW IF HE WAS GONNA LIVE OR NOT AND THE FIRST PERSON HE CALLED OUT TO WAS UZI LIKE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Anyway yea so uh, you can see here that N’s first thought and in past episodes too, his first thought is Uzi. Clearly showing he cares for her and loves her a lot. Usually you brain or in their case their programming should probably make you think about yourself but, he often thinks about Uzi first and then himself like N just confess istg.
Tumblr media
I don’t really wanna go through it now maybe in another post but it has to be here so…
Tumblr media
J oh deary me J. J is the kinda of character who clearly has always been jealous of N, and how fond Tessa was of him compared to her. Obviously, because you can clearly even as the audience see that Tessa doesn’t really care too much about J, she clearly has to receive the approval from someone else. And that’s where the company comes in, in my opinion I think the company is just feeding her ego so she begins to do more for them. The company had control over V and N previously but because of their exploration and independence they now know the truth but, because of J’s hunger for approval she is turning a blind eye towards her curiosity.
Tumblr media
The idea that this isn’t even “The real Tessa” is wild to me, you’re telling me the solver literally an eldritch entity can adapt to humane environments, features, and characteristics that easily. If I were Uzi I’d be wetting myself right now. For me what I would really like to see is the solver disinfecting everyone(or like collecting itself) and somehow disconnecting itself from Cyn and Tessa cus I don’t think it will be able to operate without a host and skinsuit.
Tumblr media
DOLL A LITRAL ICON AND GIRLBOSS. Her ideas of the absolute solver while also trying to use it to her advantage is really interesting, it’s crazy that she knew everything but didn’t tell Uzi. Some may argue with me and say ‘oh but doll did it to avoid Uzi ratting her out’ which is correct but, do you think it would alter the storyline if she did? I think it would. Some more question I would’ve asked doll are things like
Do you expect to defeat the solver alone? After defeating the solver what are your theories for a cure? And why do you look good doing everything?(shes so cool)
Tumblr media
I am not really talking heavily about Nori right now cuz she deserves her own post but, the notes behind her are really cool to me. Like did she know about the absolute solver and the involvement with the disassembly drones and JcJ? But that’s kinda it
Tumblr media
AGAIN N THINKING ABOUT UZI BEFORE HIMSELF AND OTHERS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Apparently can only add ten images so I’ll do a part 2

im about to go apeshit about the house burning scene and its possible symbolism, it punched my gut a lil too strong. dont wanna call this a theory, more like a review. but here's what i find. long ass shit btw.
what are they looking at?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
i remember its mingi's scene first before yunho but that mingi's looking up and yunho's looking down, despite the lack of logic behind the torn down house and their respective set being burned altogether. i honestly thought the torn down house was the symbol of their "safe space" when they were beaten and broken by life, cus you know house is often associated with safety. but before it's burned it's already in a shabby state and was looking indecent, fragile.
meaning that the stigmatized "safe space" was probably not that "safe". being on their own and hiding their pain or anger alone might seem to be the best choice but was doing more harm than repair. so when yunho burned it, (i assume this cus he was looking at mingi in thAt scene, as if affirming.)
and in the lyrics itself theres yunho's line about "wanting to be the pouring light" and wanting to lean his head and rest his heart and hoping that mingi would look at him with a happy face. it just all fit in the pics. yunho looking down at him with a rather helpless look but mingi's slightly... hopeful to me?? curious?? as "the light" poured on him, his best friend.
yunho's like "i burn this house for us, for you. because you cant seem to find the beauty in your life and let this loneliness gnaw you instead. and i want you to know that youre also my pillar so, why dont we rely on each other instead of eating our own struggle? let's enjoy the present [time] together."
then mingi realizes yunho values him and embraces his flaws. in the uncertain time of youth when everything feels unforgiving, his best friend knows his struggle and tries to shed some light on him despite being flawed himself. notice that yunho's beaten as well, scarred and jagged, angry and sad. basically what this wants to say is to be the light to others l, you don't have to be a saint. just a willingness to walk, run, or sit together with them in all weathers.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
while the first interpretation is written because i saw a visual parallel(?) between mingi's one and yunho's, this one might be more canon. they're looking either at the fire or their new selves outside burning the house, meaning their new selves are getting rid of their past doubts and struggle and choose to move forward. and there's a relief in their pained faces, as if they're finally being put to rest. like, "finally."
Tumblr media
and then there's yunho asking for a validation from mingi? since he burned his "safe" haven cause he thought it's the only right thing to do? but also, was he feeling apologetic?
Tumblr media
but mingi's unshaken, rather cold about the burning house. there's also a hint of longing due to a familiar place being taken away from him. maybe it's the best decision. and at the end, he only exchanged a look at yunho, like "now what?"
—supporting analysis
Tumblr media Tumblr media
this might be the picture of what mingi felt like going through his youth. the running scenes take 3 parts of the mv: the beginning, the middle, the end. this one's in the middle when mingi realizes yunho isnt following him. sometimes, in your youth days, you'll be aware of your friend's existence and their personal life.
mingi might think that yunho's with him all the time but what if he also has his own life and goal? what if mingi is the only one feeling like he has a friend when yunho is probably not that really deep into this? what if this friendship is just a made up scenario in his head to cope?
Tumblr media
we can also see the reference of how youth feels like to both mingi and yunho as performers (maybe). the dome-like structure with windows maybe symbolizes fans, media, and other people who can only perceive them through the glass. and only yungi who are full fleshed, can touch each other and are very real to each other.
then the glass shatters were pointing towards them. their audiences who only see their persona, might use that "glass" to hurt and judge them. to be idols at a young age, they feel like walking on a thin ice from the exposure.
ALTERNATIVELY. those glass pieces were the result of mingi breaking the mirror. so, the sharp pieces are actually flying outwards. this might also symbolize the possibility if yungi break their persona and just be themselves for the sake of freedom, they might make mistakes and hurt other people. see how the glasses being frozen and we couldnt quite tell to which direction its moving, like, im no einstein.
little irl insert. this scene hits too close to home cus i have a best friend who's chained to her sufferings too til now and all i could do is watch her through the window, the way yungi did. we both had the same childhood trauma ig but i was "freed" earlier than her and my eyes have seen through a lot of layers and angles.
and sometimes, i insist that her only way out is to "burn the house". burn the past and lets move forward, im running next to, just slightly behind you.

Bagman Part 2 (J.S)
Tumblr media
Pairings: Hangman x Fem!Reader, Sister!Natasha x Sister!Reader
Warnings: Fighting, blood, some suggestive stuff if you look for it, fluff, a rather happy ending.
Word Count: 1.3k
Author's Note: @SADPETALSSTUFF  I know you asked for a part two a while ago, so here I am to make up for it!
Summary: So Natasha found out, but that would never stop Hangman.
Part 1
MasterList!
Tumblr media
Her lips tasted like cotton candy and her skin was as soft as velvet. I picked her up with ease before setting her gently upon the railing of the deck. The breeze was cool but the heat we were creating was burning us up. We were too enthralled in our own little world that we didn’t hear the bar door open or my friends pour out onto the deck.
We did however hear Natasha as she shrieked.
“What the fuck are you doing to my sister?”
I've never seen a person move faster than she did once her sister yelled at us. Natasha came stomping over to me, her finger pointed defensively as her sister sat wide-eyed behind me.
"You promised Hangman!" Nat shouted, shaking her finger at me.
"And you!" Her attention turned towards her sister, "what was my one rule?"
Her sister's eyes quickly met the floor as she mumbled quietly, "anyone but Bagman."
Natasha threw her hands up in the air, "exactly!"
Rooster tried to give his input but she shut it down with a simple 'shut it.' closing his mouth he nodded and stepped backward into the group of our friends.
"Phoenix, come on," I try to say but she cuts me off, rambling again about how her sister broke the one rule she had.
"Okay," I start again, "first off ouch that I am off-limits, I find myself to be a very personable person."
"Bullshit." Nat shoots back, "I don't need you breaking her heart."
I look back at her and she gives me the most pathetic look ever, all I want to do is kiss her and assure both her and Nat that I wouldn’t break her heart, ever.
I take a small step backward and reach my hand out behind me for hers, once I do feel her hand I realize how much smaller it is than mine, that and how soft her skin is.
I wonder if she is this soft everywhere.
I'll figure that out later, hopefully.
"Natty," she begins slowly from behind me, trying her hardest to calm her sister down, "this was a mutual decision."
Natasha scoffs, "I think that makes it partially worse."
Her grip on my hand tightens as if to tell me she doesn't mean it. She seems almost protective of me and I have no idea why. Maybe I'm some kind of forbidden fruit kink or something. She was told she couldn't have me so she really wants me.
"I didn't want him cus he was off limits Nat, I wanted him because regardless of who he was talking to tonight at the bar his eyes always traveled back to me, he kept me where he could see me regardless of how close the girls boobs were to falling out of her shirt."
Rooster let out a snort, we never really got along but he knew every word she was saying was true. Her eyes dart back to her sister as she steps forward gaining slightly more confidence.
"He is definitely cocky you weren't wrong about that," she looks up at me, "but he seems really genuine and he's really cute too." I give Nat an apologetic smile, I never wanted to start a fight between them, especially after they haven’t seen each other in so long. Natasha sighs, her eyes running back and forth between her sister and me.
"Nat," I started, trying to test the water. She doesn't protest or shut me up so I continue. "I really like your sister, she's funny and she's got your attitude but she isn't you, in fact, she is the right amount of not you that it doesn't seem like I am kissing you or wanting to take your clothes off."
"Walking a fine line Sersin." She warns.
"Regardless, I really like her. She is everything I could dream of and more." I turn to look at the smaller version of my friend, her eyes are huge and the pink shade that was once on her lips isn't quite there anymore. But her smile was once again genuine and seeing it made my heart skip a beat.
"He's not lying Phoe," Bob called out softly, "for once in his life he is telling the truth."
Phoenix shot us both frantic glances as my grip around her sisters hand grows tighter.
"Nat," her sister practically begged, "please."
Natasha let out a sickening laugh before taking a step forward, her fist connecting with my nose.
"Oh my god," Bambi shrieked as the blood ran down my face.
"Okay that one hurt." I said cupping my hands to catch the blood.
Natasha got closer to my face, her eyes a darker shade then I have ever seen.
"I am gonna let you date my sister, but I swear to god if you break her heart, it will be more than your nose that is broken." She looked at her sister who gave me a worried glance, I tried to reassure her it was okay but she lead me inside and to the bathroom.
"I'm sorry," she says over and over as we begin to sop up the blood with paper towels, I wince as she comes in contact with my nose.
"Sorry." She says again.
I give her a soft smile before raising a hand to her cheek, catching the tear that was falling down her beautiful face.
"Don't apologies for this, Phoenix will get over herself, this will be a funny story that we tell at our wedding." I joked softly, she gave me an appreciative smile in return before tending to the cut on the bridge of my nose.
I stared between her eyes and her lips, wanted them to be on me again. She seemed to be reading my mind because she moved to her tip toes and leaned in.
And a soft knock at the door stops her right before she gets to kiss me.
"Hey," Phoenix poked her head into the bathroom, "I just wanted to say I was sorry."
I smile and give her a nod.
"No harm done Phoenix, I would have probably done the same thing if it was my sister." I chuckle, which earns a laugh from the girls too.
"Anyway, I just wanted to make sure you were okay." She looked between her sister and I. "Take care of her Hangman, please."
I give her an understanding nod as she bids us both farewell and closes the door, Bambi going back to cleaning me up, giving me a chance to snake my free arm around her.
The little gasp she let out was like the gospel singing choir songs to me. I met her gaze and softly leaned down, her lips gently hitting mine.
And she still tasted like cotton candy. Except this time there was the soft scent of whiskey from the drinks she had tonight and when my hands slowly moved up to cup her breast I felt my world fall apart around us. Everything I had ever imagined her to be was crushed by the reality that she was so much better.
I swung us around so that she could sit on the counter top, her legs spreading just enough that I could fit between them. Our kissing getting more violent, more needy.
"Jake," she moaned driving me crazy.
"Jake," She said slightly more firm than before. "Not here."
"But why?" I whined into her lips, the soft scent of cotton candy and whiskey overcoming my senses again.
"Because it's a public bathroom," she laughed as I started kissing down her neck. "And you are still bleeding."
I groan a little more as she continues to press cold compress to my nose, earning a hiss out of me.
She goes to say 'I'm sorry' again but I cut her off with a kiss.
"Just finish this up before I take you right here in this bathroom." I say with a groan,
She lets out a frazzled nod before hurriedly finishing the task at hand. Bandaging me up I give her one more quick kiss before we rush out of the bathroom and into my car.
This was most definitely a night she will never forget.

Same. Sometimes i just want to stop writing. We give out so much, but receives so little (even receive hate as if we owe anyone anything in the first place). But my mind cant shut up, i just have to write them down -- let the universe live. Then i share it again, knowing very well i wouldnt get as much appreciation as I wish but at least my mind and heart is freed (slightly).
yep true, this is how i exactly felt. only writers will understand each others' troubles :') the lack of feedbacks and spam likers is getting annoying, but still that's a tiny bit okay. but when some unhinged people and more brazen they are to have their anon toggled on, that's when they crossed the line. we don't owe any damn thing to a disrespectful, obnoxious, immature, fucked up in the head kind of person. like that clown 🤡 yes I'm talking about u the clown anon of the year, i am not even mad but just amused cus it shows how mentally fucked up you are in the head </3
so when that happens, i am not going to back down lol. an eye for an eye. if people act like an immature kid, then they should be treated as one. so you shouldn't let them do that to u either, but again it's your choice, and it shouldn't cost your peace of mind. we can't really give up on writing anyways, that's true. our soul is meant to pour out, not to keep in. ig this is a never ending lifelong lesson to keep going on for our sake. to keep less expectations for others, and to only pour everything for ourselves. for us!
let's not give up on writing! (tbh I'm not sure but since you said you write, i assume you have a writing blog too? i badly wanna support u but no pressure<33) this is getting long, but i'm grateful for you reaching out and talking w me, it makes me happy to talk w u!!

____________________________________
Josh Templeton x Fem!Reader | Drunk Confessions Headcanons
Your friends had invited you to a party for the weekend, which it took you a while to actually to accept going.
At first you were reticent about it, but eventually your friends had insisted so much that you gave up and had to say yes.
On your way there, you promised to yourself not to drink too much, and keep it cool & chill.
Obviously, you broke your own promise and drank a bit too much...not enough to get fully drunk, but you did get slightly tipsy.
Time passed by and you were having the best fucking time of your life...until you had the need to go to the bathroom. Like, really had to go to the bathroom.
You were invited to the house of another friend of your own friend, and his/her house was unknown to you. So you were obviously a bit lost, and had to wander around.
On your quest for the search of the bathroom, you bumped into a boy, who apparently was also looking for the bathroom.
That boy was your closest friend, Josh Templeton, who seemed to be tipsy, just like you were.
He was not only your bestie, but your crush as well.
You were surprised to see them there, but oh it was surely a lovely surprise.
And did you have a good time with him? Hell yes you did. On your way to the bathroom, flirty comments could be heard between you two.
The sweet, flirty comments especially came from him, calling you pretty little names and telling you how pretty you looked.
"you know, you look so beautiful tonight that I forgot what I was going to do"
"you wanna see something beautiful?" *points at your reflection in the mirror* "it's you"
Things got a bit steamy in the middle of his sweet flirting with you. Which includes your bodies getting way too close to each other, and also, nearly kissing.
Sadly, you had to leave before your friends suspected. But, you came out together holding hands, and the intense flirting never stopped.
It had to be less steamy because...well, your friends were there looking at you, but anyways, it never stopped.
It was kinda funny for them, though. They all knew you had a crush on eachother, and besides, you were seen together literally all the time, as if you were practically glued to each other. So, even if neither of you didn't admit it, it was too obvious for them.
Obviously, there was too much teasing between you & your friends. They particuarly made some playful sexual comments about the obvious 'steaminess' that could be felt, and they also said that 'you two are such a cute couple'.
The funny thing in here is the fact that you two are tipsy as hell and are a blushing mess, but still flirt...plus, the tension between you two is too intense, and keeps growing as time passes.
Your mutual crush was too obvious with all the the flirting, plus the constant teasing from your friends.
So... expect him to take you somewhere private, far away from the crowd.
Some giggles that came from your friends could be heard in the background, but it didn't matter. All you wanted at that moment was each other.
He took you to a private room, where there were some people, but he knew you wouldn't be interrupted, since everyone in there were way too distracted with either making out or being purely drunk.
Since the mutual feelings were too obvious, he confessed his lovely feelings to you. Besides, he had a big crush on you for a long time and also was tipsy as hell, so he didn't care about getting all of that off his chest.
"you know, (y/n), i dragged you here because i need to tell you something" he said, as he pulled you with him into a dark corner. The room he had taken you to was peaceful. There were some people, but they were all in their own little worlds; just making out, or being drunk.
"yes, Josh? what is it?" You asked, your eyes felt heavy, as everything slightly spinned around you. He took a deep breath, and gently grabbed both of your hands.
"my mind wanders a lot, and it always finds its way to you. My love for you is uncontrollable, and my feelings are unstoppable. Without you, I feel like a part of me is missing. My heart aches when I see you hanging out with someone else. I love you so so much. You're the prettiest fucking girl i've ever seen in my life, and met. I want to be more than best friends with you. I don't want anyone else to have your heart, kiss your lips, or be the one you truly love...I don't want anyone else to take my place. I love you so much, (Y/N). You make me feel things I've never felt before in my life."
A warm blush began forming in your cheeks, as well as a smile. The euphoric state you were currently in only intensified as time passed, especially now, after he confessed his undying feelings for you. "I love you too, silly...I always did. I can't see my life without you in it, and I hope we can spend the rest of our lives together. You're the best thing that could ever happen to me, and I wouldn't change you for anything in the world. You're all I ever need..." You could feel the adrenaline of saying all the things you feel for him rushing through your body, you realised how badly you needed to get it off. "I love you, a shit ton..." You airily said.
You both felt so relieved of pouring to each other all the things you had saved in your chest. You had so badly needed to do so for so long.
He was particularly relieved to know you returned the feelings, and that now you were only his.
Of course, immediatly after you had returned the feelings for him, he pulled you in for a deep, passionate, and loving kiss.
His kiss felt so needy, making it too clear that he's been wanting to smash his lips against yours for a long time.
The way he kisses you is way too gentle, and loving...but things begin to increase and the sweet moment you were sharing becomes kind of 'steamy' (you all know what I mean).
Warmth grew in between you two as you kissed, and eventually he had to break it apart due to lack of air.
At that moment, he gently took one of your hands in his, and took you to the bathroom, another place where he knew that you were surely not going to be interrupted.
You were both giggling on your way towards the bathroom, and kind of stumbled, since you weren't fully drunk, but clearly tipsy.
He is so needy for you that he practically pushed you into the bathroom, once you got there.
The second he got inside the toilet stall with you (toilet stalls because...they are more private, and it's just in case someone got in the bathroom and saw you two) he intensely cupped your cheeks and kissed you once again, this time it wasn't sweet, it was more needy.
Both your hands are interwined in each others hair, holding a tight, yet gentle grip.
Don't be surprised if his hands casually slips under your shirt/clothing in the middle of your intense makeout session 👀
^Also, softly biting into your lower lip.
His fingertips brushing against your skin definitely sends you shivers down your spine.
Things would be intense as hell, but it wouldn't escalate much...just his kissing and makeout would be way more passionate than you thought.
Oh well...he would definitely drag you out of there and would take you to his home to continue things there, and have a bit more of privacy.
It was surely been a fun night for you two. You definitely don't regret accepting to go to your friend's party at all. 😌

If i had the opportunity for a do-over, the first thing i would have done differently is kept my distance from the start, not paid so much attention to her in general, and played it more cool and collected instead of trying so hard to prove how i felt. I thought giving attention to her was the right thing to do, and it made me happy to talk to her. I like hearing her talk about stuff. Yeah, it would have been nice if she showed interest in things i talked about but... 🤷 and i know she felt suffocated by the end cuz i felt like if i wasnt talking to her shed lose interest in me. But she had lost interest in me long ago. I wouldnt have felt so weird if she wasnt constantly switching up, making me feel special one second and treating me like a bug on her windshield the next. I know i wasn't perfect and i have no problem identifying and owning things i did wrong. But tried to be the best boyfriend i could be. And i would have done anything and made any changes necessary to make her happy. All i wanted was to make her happy. I saw her as the love of my life. Which you can psychoanalyze as much as you want, but it's truly how i felt. All i wanted was to be considered and treated like my feelings mattered. I was constantly jumping when she said jump, but when i needed her, she was rarely there. She often treated me like an inconvenience. And I'm not saying she never did anything for me. But it was rare. And when she did do stuff for me, i treasured those times and made sure she knew how much it meant to me. When i did did stuff for her, she spent all her energy deconstructing my acts to prove they were somehow disingenuous or without actual merit. And i haven't always been the best partner in the past, but I've never treated someone like that. That's next level cruel. To watch someone pour their heart and soul into trying to show you how much they love you only to spit on it, essentially. But no i kept taking it. I tried to be patient. I didn't give up on her, no matter how much she pushed my limits. Cuz i actually loved her unconditionally. I always tried to see the good in her. And she never loved me the same way. She only tried to see me as a monster. That's why I had that psychotic break. She had made me out to be this monster no matter what i did and how much effort I put in. No matter how much money I spent, and how many hours I drove. Nothing I did was ever enough. My words were never true. The only person who knew how I actually felt was her, apparently. It made me feel like I was losing my identity. Like, I wasn't even me. She was so beyond abusive. When I told her she was affecting my mental health, she told me to get over it. When i tried to leave, she screamed at me and got violent. And that's not a narrative. It's literally what happened. She can gaslight and spin things in whatever direction she likes, but the truth is objective. And it's not my job to take her abuse anymore. She can save it for her next victim and her sychophantic friends. She lies and bends reality to her whim so much its no wonder her ex felt the need to install cameras. Cus she was insane and he probably wanted receipts. Why else would he have plainly told her he installed cameras. He was probably hoping she'd stop twisting things if she knew there were cameras keeping record. That's so sad. Idk if it was her mom alone, but someone really fucked that girl up mentally. It might even be partially due to brain damage if the physical abuse was as severe as she claimed it was. But who really knows? I don't know what the truth is with her when it comes to any aspect of her life. I still love her. And i would have loved her and supported her through anything, even if it took everything in me. But the girls needs real help. Shit, i need help, i wouldnt be willing to walk through hell with her if i was completely sane. But that girl is a whole other level of mentally fucked up. At least i don't use people and play games with peoples emotions.

LONG ASS POST WITH LOTS OF MUSIC I LIKE NUMBER 1 (sad mood, not on purpose)
LIST IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER
turned out a bit biased towards the sad stuff cus of current mood, i'll make other lists with the other moods
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
• haunt me (x 3) (song by Teen Suicide) This song is literally me. I have no idea how to explain it but this song is the only thing i know that gets me and the way i feel. Also listen to "all the lonely nights in your life" while you're at it, it's great too.
• I Want to Feel Chaotic; Every Moonbeam Every Feverdream (both EPs by Bears In Trees) Favorite song Ramblings of a Lunatic omg the absolute ammount of heart poured into this song. It singlehandedly defined a phase of my life.
• the first glass beach album (album by glass beach) One of the most inspired and creative things i've ever listened to, these guys are just insane. Favorite song is "orchids" but don't listen to it if you haven't gone through the full album at least once.
• The Normal Album (album by Will Wood) What can i say? I'm one of them "queers". This album is a masterpiece, go listen to it right now. It deals with the experience of grappling with normalcy and social expectations, mainly with the pathologization of queerness and the maintnance of norms. "Well, better than the alternative" is my favorite of the album, followed closely by "Marsha, Thankk You for the Dialectics, but I Need You to Leave"
• Garden Song (song by Phoebe Bridgers) Love Phoebe Bridgers in general but this one and Kyoto are the ones I always come back to. The absolute vibe of Garden Song, the bittersweetness of looking up to the future and seeing a complicated mess... feels just like growing up.
• Dear. (EP by Cavetown) Cavetown almost never misses, but I think this was his apex. "Banana Bread" is probably my favorite song of his ever, and it has some crazy competition asdgsuahd... While you're at it go listen to everything he ever made exclusively for like 2 months. He really is the best at what he does. Remember to Hug All Ur Friends ;)
• April to Death (song by Flower Face) This is the most gut wrenching song i just can't stop listening to. Make sure you have a plushie or friend to hug if you want to look it up. TW for... like... loving intensely in a very self-destructive way and wasting your life miserably trying to get that high again i guess.
• Presumably Dead Arm (song by Sidney Gish) AAAAAAA I had to listen to it like 4 or 5 times to figure out what it's about and when i realized it's about that i freaked out and cried listening to it on loop for some amount of minutes, so you're welcome: If you're the type of person who's slow to love and even slower to notice you are loving and then even slower to admit to yourself that yeah those feelings are true, this song is for you. And it goes real hard.
• A Constant State of Ohio (EP by Lincoln) I'm not a sadboi emo bitch i swear... "Saint Bernard" is really unique and hits like a truck, i suggest going along with it slamming your foot on the ground and fist on a table. "Downhill" is my favorite tho, and it's kind of a "closing number" too so first time listening is better after the whole thing.
Dang It's too long already I have to make other ones later

Summary: someone can’t sleep
Warnings: Nothin but fluff. maybe a lil kissing
Word Count: 760
Author’s note:  I wrote this cus I big sad this week and I just needed some fluff. please enjoy. It is unedited, mostly.
Reblogs and Feedback are greatly appreciated and highly encouraged.
You don’t even register when he clambers out of bed. You don’t stir when there’s a clatter from the kitchen, followed by cursing. Oh, no, it’s not until a good hour later that the oven bell pulls its way into your dream, and the smell of…fresh baked cookies? Beings you right out. You open your eyes slowly, the other half of your bed left abandoned before you.
There’s a shuffle on the other side of the door. And you stand up, and pull on the first tshirt your hand finds in the dark. You find your way to the door, and slowly open it to Taylor Swift and a stream of light from the adjacent kitchen. The sight before you, is one you hadn’t seen yet.  And one that thrilled you to absolutely no end. There. In the middle of your kitchen, stood Foggy Nelson. In his Captain America boxers, his wrinkled button up, and that damn pink apron he’d stolen from his mother. The one with the pink frills and kiss marks, and the burn book style writing ‘kiss the chef’ across the chest.
He’s dancing, shaking his ass as he pulls the fresh sheet of cookies from the oven, replacing it with the next sheet. You glance at the clock. 1:03am.  Foggy’s closed the oven now, and he goes to mix the next bowl, pausing to whisper-scream along to  the chorus of Paper Rings. It’s not until mid twirl that he sees you there, phone out, and pointed at him.
Your name leaves his lips in the most adorable little whisper, a blush crawling across his face. He hadn’t been expecting you to catch him.
“Foggy, darling, what on earth?” You walk over, setting your phone down on the counter.
“I couldn’t sleep.” He says with a small laugh, putting the whisk in the bowl of dough. “And I know you love mama’s cookies.”
“It is 1am, baby” you laugh gently,  brushing his hair off his face, and behind his ear, placing a soft kiss to his lips.
“Ah, I know, but I’m almost done. I’m sorry if I woke you” he says, returning the kiss. He turns back to his bowl, and offers you the bag of chocolate chips. “Here, you do the honours”
“Oh, no, Love. We measure this shit with our hearts.” He says as you grab a measuring cup. You let out a laugh, and drop the cup.
“Yes yes, how could I forget” you roll your eyes and pour a hearty amount into the remaining dough, and Foggy grins as he folds them in. You hop up on the counter behind him to watch. He sizes each one out with a scoop, bopping his head along to the music playing.  When they’re all laid out on the tray, he turns back to you, delighted that you’re still awake and here.
“That pink really is your colour.” You say, motioning for him to join you. And he does, standing between your knees.
“Yeah?”
“Yeah.”
“You're exhausted aren’t you?”
“Lil bit, but If I don’t drag you to bed when the cookies are done, you’ll be up until the sun joins you.” You run your hands over the apron,  along his arms, and back up, one hand stroking his cheek. Foggy closes his eyes, and presses his head to yours, hands resting on your thighs.
Your lips brush his, and there are some, tired but loving kisses, Foggy stroking your hair, just the way that makes your eyes roll back. Time seems to be moving slowly as you stay like that, little gentle kisses, hands in hair. It’s not until the beep of the oven timer sends a shock through both of you, that you part with a sigh.
“I could put the other ones in in the morning if you’d rather head to bed” he suggests, totally hiding the fact he now was ready to drop.
“You sure?” You ask, pushing the dishes into the sink, as he covers the unbaked cookies and puts them in the fridge.
“I’m sure, my love. C’mere.” He says, tossing the apron over the counter and scooping you up, carrying you the few short steps back to bed.
“I love when you call me that”
“I know, my love” he chuckled.
“Goodnight Fog.”
He returns the sentiment, your name a barely audible breath as he lays his head on your chest, arm draped around your hips, holding you soft.
You smile, stroking his hair until you too, feel the overwhelming peace of the night envelop you again.

Ready - Sidney Crosby
Tumblr media
Summary: Sidney Crosby - ex NHL star, the new coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins, the man every woman could wish for, a proud father. His daughter, Lily, is his ray of sunlight, the person he'll always love unconditionally, and when his new girlfriend walks in the picture, things take a turn.
A/N: @beauvibaby received an ask about this amazing concept and let me write something about it! Thank you sm girl! ❤️ Definitely not one of my best works or something I’m really proud of, but I decided to publish it anyway
Word Count: 7,4k
Warnings: talks of divorce and absent parent, swearing, mentions and allusions to sex, shitty ass writing
Nerves were eating you alive as you waited on the Crosby household’s front steps, your heart hammering against your ribcage. It wasn’t the new environment - you had been inside the mansion many times before - but rather the new acquaintance you were going to make.
She was a character constantly mentioned throughout the first stages of yours and Sidney’s relationship, a really important character. Lily - short for Elizabeth - was Sidney Crosby’s fourteen-year-old daughter, and as much as it scared you to meet your boyfriend’s daughter for the first time, you couldn’t avoid it any longer.
The front door opened quickly, snapping you out of your anxiety-induced trance to meet Sidney’s dark eyes, the smile on his face reassuring you just lightly. “Hi,” he said, voice gentle as always as he took in your sundress-clad body. “Come in, sweetheart,”
The cake you had made for the occasion was slipped out of your hands after a quick second, and Sidney’s hands were soft on your skin as he led you towards the kitchen with a hand on your smaller back.
“Smells good,” you whispered, leaning on the tip of your toes to press a kiss to his cheek. You let your head rest on his shoulder as you looked around the house again, remembering the familiar couch where you had cuddled together many times before, but also the kitchen aisle where more than just breakfast had happened.
Your cheeks heated up as the memories replayed in your head, extremely not appropriate for that moment. You were just about to meet his daughter, why were you thinking about your private time with him?!
“Dad, Kailynn is asking if I can go to her sleepover on Friday,” an unfamiliar voice said from the distance, the sound of footsteps making you panic. You distanced yourself from Sidney, smoothing the material of your sundress just before the younger girl walked inside the kitchen, her eyes focused on her phone.
“Lily-”
“Please? There won’t be any boys, I promise,” she interrupted her father, head still down to face her device.
“Lily, this is my girlfriend, Y/N,” Sidney’s words seemed to snap her attention towards him, her eyes settling on you before giving you a once-over. “Y/N, this is my daughter, Lily,”
“Hi,” you smiled her way, her hand shaking yours hesitantly as she analyzed you. “It’s so nice to meet you, Lily,”
She didn’t reciprocate your words, keeping silent as she sat down at the dining table, looking down at her phone again. You bit your lip, holding back a saddened sigh as you stayed by Sidney’s side, playing with your fingers.
He seemed to sense your discomfort, pushing you closer to his side as he finished cooking, plating the food for the three of you in silence. You found yourself sitting in front of Lily a few minutes later, her eyes looking at you as you awkwardly ate, your hands cold.
“Lily, will you stop that?” Sidney scolded her, dropping his fork on the table as he faced his daughter.
“Stop what?”
“Making things awkward,” he sighed, shaking his head as he poured you a glass of water. “How was school today?”
“Normal,” she mumbled, picking at her peas as she chewed on some salmon. “So, how did you two meet?”
“Oh-” your eyes widened, not ready for her question. “I work as a physiotherapist for the Penguins,”
“So you met at work?”
“Yes,” you nodded your head, taking a sip of your water to push down the lump in your throat.
“Are you in like, college or something?” Lily mumbled, making her father sigh out loudly.
“Elizabeth-”
“She just looks really young, dad!” Lily exclaimed, giving you another once-over as she waited for your answer.
“It’s fine,” you smiled Sidney’s way reassuringly. “I’m twenty-seven, I graduated college a couple of years ago,”
“Dad, what the hell?!”
Your eyes snapped up from your plate when she raised her voice, staring right at her father with anger as she waited for an answer. “She’s basically half your age!”
“Don’t talk about her like that,” Sidney warned her. “I can easily call Kailynn’s mom and tell her you’re not going to the sleepover if you don’t drop the attitude,”
“Whatever, I’m not hungry anymore,” she spat out, pushing her plate away before folding her arms over her chest, a scowl on her face as she glared at you. “Can I be excused?”
“No,” Sidney said, clenching his jaw before muttering his next words. “Y/N was kind enough to make your favorite cake, so you’re not excused,”
“Cheesecake?”
“Yes,” you breathed out, sending her a quick smile as you stood up to grab the container inside their fridge. “Your father told me you’ve always liked it,”
She hummed absentmindedly as you helped Sidney take the almost-cleared plates to the kitchen, focusing on the dessert just a few minutes later. You handed her a slice, cutting yourself and Sidney your own pieces as she tasted the cake, an unimpressed look on her face.
“It good, Lily?” Sidney asked with a smile, pressing a small kiss to your cheek when you handed him his plate. She took a few seconds to respond, standing up from her chair and grabbing her phone from her back pocket, checking the notifications before looking up at you and Sidney again.
“Mom’s recipe will always be better,”
She was out of the dining room just seconds later, leaving a saddened you and a pissed-off Sidney on your own. “Elizabeth!” Sidney yelled after the teenager, clenching his jaw when he got no response.
You sighed out as you ran a hand through your hair, sitting down to enjoy your cake in silence as you tried not to get too affected by Elizabeth’s behavior. “Y/N, I’m so sorry,” Sidney whispered, shaking his head as he sat down next to you, his hand grasping yours on top of the table. “I don’t know what’s gotten into her, she’s never been like that,”
“It’s okay, Sid,” you smiled sadly, putting your feelings aside for one moment to send him a smile. “I probably should have paid more attention to what I was saying,”
“It’s not your fault, sweetheart,” he whispered. “I’ll go talk to her later. Now, let’s enjoy some cake,”
You smiled his way before you pushed your fork to your lips, another bite of the dessert filling your mouth. Your mind moved elsewhere as you thought about the events of the night, and how much Lily’s words had affected you.
You were sure there was more to her, that maybe it just wasn’t the right time. You were convinced she was actually as amazing as Sidney had described her to be: kind, always smiling, the best daughter anybody could ask for.
Thinking about everything Sidney had said about her really made you realize just how close the two of them were, just how much he cared about her. So you gave yourself a mission, a goal.
You were going to make her change her mind about you.
-----
“And God, he was so rude!” You giggled, head resting against Sidney’s chest as you pushed a raspberry in your mouth. “Like, I just asked for this ointment and he literally side-eyed me,”
Sidney chuckled, letting his hand smooth the skin of your thigh as his eyes held yours, fondly smiling your way. “And what did you do?”
“I just paid and left. What else could I do?” You spoke, running a hand through your hair as your eyes focused back on the TV, where a quite boring reality show was playing. “How was work?”
“The usual,” Sidney stated, one of his hands linking with yours as he kept silent, eyes definitely elsewhere. “Evelyn called last night,”
Evelyn. Lily’s mother.
“Said she needed another check to take care of Lily,” Sid sighed, rubbing his forehead as he thought about the conversation again. “My checks are always abundant, generally more than what she could spend for Lily on the weekend, so I don’t get it,”
You sighed, your thumb caressing the back of his hand as the room fell silent. You had wished many times to learn about their situation, just why he had become a single father at such a young age, or why Evelyn had always been barely mentioned throughout the various months spent together.
It was always a silent wish, though, something you kept to yourself. Sidney needed to bring the conversation out on his own, whenever he felt ready. And you were willing to wait.
“I’m home!”
“Hey, Lily,” Sidney called back, muting the TV as you heard various items hitting the floor of the entrance hall. “How was tutoring?”
“Boring,” she sighed, her footsteps coming closer to the living room second after second. By the time she reached the doorway, her eyes found yours, her rather smiley face turning into a frown. “She’s here,”
“Hi,” you smiled, ignoring her glare and Sidney’s clenched jaw. “I brought some snacks, they’re in the kitchen if you’re hungry,”
“No, thank you,” she muttered, rolling her eyes. “I’ll be in my room,”
With that, she was out of the room, running up the stairs before Sidney could even try to get mad at her. He sighed, rolling his head back against the couch as he closed his eyes. “I’m sorry about that,” he mumbled, his free hand playing with the ends of your hair as you pushed yourself closer to his body. “I’ve talked to her after dinner, the other day, and I was hoping she’d stop,”
“It’s okay, Sid. I get her,” you whispered, planting a sweet kiss on his cheek as you looked into his dark eyes. “I’d be like that too, if I was in her place,”
Sidney fell silent again, your eyes scanning his face as he focused on the wall in front of him, a serious look on his face. “Hey, mister serious,” you mumbled, positioning yourself on his lap as your hands cupped his cheek, bringing his lips to yours. “Don’t worry about it, okay?”
“Okay,” he said with a sigh, stealing another kiss from your lips before you could pull yourself off his lap. “Where are you going, babe?”
“I’ve got dinner with my friend Sarah,” you reminded him, slipping on your shoes in a rush as you felt his eyes on you.
“Right,” he said, his hands finding your waist as he pulled you closer, your body standing between his spread legs. “Call me later?”
“Of course,” you whispered, leaning down to kiss him once more, struggling to pull away when his hands wandered to your ass. “Hands off, mister. I’m going to be late,”
“I know, I know,” he mumbled, pecking your lips again. “I love you,”
Your heart still hammered against your ribcage whenever he mentioned those three words, no matter how many times you heard them coming from him. “I love you, too,”
Before you could leave the house, you noticed that one of the bags of chips you had brought over was missing. Specifically, the one brand Sidney had told you Lily loved, and you were sure it was still there before the teen came home. She took it.
You left the Crosby household with a smile, that afternoon.
-
“What? No,” you scoffed, digging your fork in your salad as you looked at your friend. “Sarah, drop it. She’s not a brat,”
“Well, it sounds like it,” she rolled her eyes, taking a sip of her wine before she kept the conversation going. “She’s been giving you hell ever since she met you,”
“But I get her,” you admitted. “I’m crossing her territory and she’s not happy to have me there, especially since I’m dating her father,”
“She literally mentioned your age gap as if you were still underage dating her father, Y/N,” Sarah spat out, her eyebrows raised as she spoke the truth, a sigh leaving your lips. “Didn’t she mention she didn’t like your cake? Where did her manners go?”
“She said her mother’s recipe would always be better,” you mumbled, pushing your food around the plate as you really thought about the situation.
“She basically told you your cake sucks,” Sarah said, honesty coming out of her words as she stared at you. “Y/N, you deserve better than that, come on,”
Biting your lip, you sighed. Sarah was right, you didn’t deserve Lily’s treatment, and you didn’t want Sidney’s relationship with Lily to be destroyed all because of you. That was a nightmare that, in some ways, often kept you up at night. You would have never forgiven yourself, if you ruined Sid’s relationship with his own daughter.
“Listen, I’m in love with Sidney,” you admitted, running a hand through your hair. “And I will try my best to make things work between Lily and me,”
“That’s good,” Sarah mumbled. “But I still think you deserve to be treated better, especially by a girl half your age,”
“I know,” you sighed. Silence set between you and your best friend as you ate in silence, both of you clearly in your own thoughts.
“You did deliver a hot guy, though,” Sarah started, holding back laughter when you giggled. “I mean, a total DILF, so I get you,”
“Sarah!”
-----
You were humming under your breath, getting the studio clean and tidy at the end of the day with a smile on your face. It was Friday - almost the weekend - and you wanted nothing more than to go home, enjoy a glass of wine in front of the TV, and maybe even chat a little with Sidney, if he was free.
There was something about the weekend that had always made you happy, ever since you were a kid. In elementary school, you were able to spend entire Saturdays and Sundays outside with your neighbors, playing together until the sun would go down; in middle school, you used to take Saturdays to go out with your friends; while in high school, the weekend would be the only free time for awkward dates.
The weekends had taken a turn in college, where you’d get hammered on Friday nights, and spend the rest of your free days trying to recover from the hangover with your friends. They’d become messy, headache-filled, but still the best days of your life.
A knock on the opened door snapped you out of your nostalgic trance, making you sharply turn around to see Sidney standing by the threshold, a smile on his face. “Hey,”
“Hi, coach,” you smiled, his body embracing yours in a soft hug as he pressed a swift kiss to the top of your head. “What are you doing here?”
“Just came by to see you before I leave,” he mumbled, his face settling in the crook of your neck as he let his lips press a few kisses on your neck. You hummed, leaning into his touch as his hands inched closer to your hips, pulling you firm against his toned chest. There wasn’t room for words as he turned you around, his mouth finding yours hungrily as the two of you acted like teenagers again.
His lips were soft, but their movements were anything but gentle. You had to refrain yourself from letting out a whine - remembering you were still at your workplace and that people were still most certainly around - as your hands made their way in his hair, his arms picking you up and propping you on your desk.
“Come back to mine,” he whispered, breathing uneven as he pushed some strands of hair out of your face.
“What about Lily?” You asked, biting on your bottom lip as he leaned down to press a few other kisses on the side of your neck.
“She’s at her mother’s,” he grumbled, his lips finding yours again in another heated kiss as you smiled, arms wrapping around his neck as you enjoyed another moment with him. Your legs wrapped themselves around his waist, pulling him closer to you just as his hands started to undo the first few buttons of your blouse.
His head dipped to the newfound skin, your head lulling back as pleasure shot down to your core, your mind not thinking straight anymore. His mouth was on yours again after just a few minutes, his hands gentle on your lower back as he kept you close.
His phone was what snapped the two of you out of your trance, your bodies parting as he tugged the device out of his pocket, his brows furrowing when he saw who was calling. There was no hesitation when he accepted the call, his phone pressed to his ear immediately.
“Lily? What’s wrong?”
Your eyes met his worried ones at the mention of his daughter, waiting for any kind of information as he kept silent. “She hasn’t come to pick you up?!” He spoke, clearly angry. Your legs clenched at the sound of his pissed-off voice, but you forced yourself to put the heated making-out session behind you and focus on the moment. “Lily, practice ended an hour and a half ago,”
They exchanged a few other words before Sidney sighed a quick ‘I’m on my way’, pushing his phone back in his pocket as he helped you down the desk. “C’mon, let’s go,”
“You want me to come?” You hesitantly asked, knowing it probably wasn’t the best to intrude between him and Lily.
“Please,” he sighed under his breath, rubbing his forehead as you buttoned up your blouse again. “I’m so sorry, I ruined everything,”
“Hey, hey,” you were in front of him in a second, cupping his cheeks as your eyes met. “It’s no big deal. Let’s go get her now,”
He nodded his head, waiting for you to lock the office before the two of you were headed towards his car, speeding off through the streets of Pittsburgh in silence. Sidney seemed tense, gripping the steering wheel tightly as he stopped the car in front of the gym, where his daughter was standing. When she opened the backseat door, you heard the soft thud of her duffle bag hitting the car floor, soon followed by her silently sitting down.
“You should have called earlier, Elizabeth,” Sidney sighed after starting the car again, his voice slightly rising. “It’s cold outside, why did you even stay there waiting?”
“Can we not have this conversation in front of your girlfriend? Thanks,” Lily muttered, clearly annoyed at your presence. You repressed a sigh, the car filling with silence as you looked out of the window.
“Lily, it’s dark outside, God knows what could have happened to you!” Sidney yelled, carding a hand through his hair as he stopped at a red light, his emotions getting the best of him. “I need you to answer me. Why didn’t you call me?”
Elizabeth stayed in silence, arms folded over her chest as she looked straight ahead, eyes on the street. Silence set between the teenager and her father as he waited for an answer, his jaw clenching as he kept his eyes on the road, almost home. “Elizabeth?”
“I thought she was going to come and get me!” She yelled. “I wanted her to come and get me!”
Sidney had just parked inside their garage, and with her last words, she left the car. She shut the door angrily, leaving you and her father on your own inside the vehicle in silence. A sigh left his lips as he rubbed his face with the palms of his hands, clearly tired.
He hopped out of the car after a few minutes, helping you out of your seat as you silently made your way inside the Crosby household. Lily was nowhere to be seen, the living room was silent, and so was the kitchen. You guessed she was in her room, the place you had learned she loved the most.
Sidney didn’t talk much throughout the night, exchanging a few words with you just to order dinner and to ask you to stay the night. It was a no-brainer for you, with a whispered ‘yes’ you smiled his way, feeling reassured when he sent you a small smile back.
He seemed to be unreadable, no kind of emotion showing as he mumbled something about going to take a shower, his voice barely a mumble. Lily’s plate of food was sitting in front of you, her chair empty. It felt quite lonely to sit on your own at an empty table.
You grabbed her plate, walking towards the kitchen to heat it up as you let your thoughts crowd your mind, a long sigh leaving your lips. It was clear that with her words she wanted to express how much she wished for her mother to actually take care of her, to treat her like a daughter.
You dragged yourself up the stairs with her plate in one of your hands, your nerves yelling at you to go back downstairs. When you were faced with her door, you studied the banner with her name attached to it: it was a deep shade of purple, definitely a big contrast to the white wood of the door.
With your last ounce of courage of the night, you knocked on her door. “Lily? I brought you food,”
There was no answer from her, so you took it upon yourself to leave her plate on the floor, guessing she might have wanted to eat on her own. You headed towards the master bedroom soon after, closing the door behind yourself when you saw Sidney standing inside the ensuite, only clad in a pair of boxers.
You walked up to him, circling his waist with your arms as you let your cheek rest against his back. “I brought her food,” you whispered, pressing a kiss on his shoulder blade.
“Thank you,” Sidney sighed, letting one of his hands slip inside yours. “For everything,”
“Don’t worry about it,”
You stayed like that for a while, your body close to his as he got himself ready for bed, parting only when you decided to take a shower, too. When you climbed in bed next to him, he seemed to be snapped out of a trance, his arms embracing you in a hug.
“I can’t believe Evelyn didn’t pick her up,” Sid sighed, burying his face in your hair. “It was clear in court, she needs to take care of her daughter,”
“Why is she so distant with Lily?” You asked, voice as thin as a whisper as you traced the prints on his shirt with the pad of your index finger.
“I have no idea,” Sidney mumbled. “Ever since we got divorced it’s like she hates the kid that we’ve both created,”
He stayed in silence for a while, carding a hand through your hair as he wondered whether it was a good time to let you inside his life even more, to talk about his past and tell you one of the most important stories of his life. The story of his daughter.
“You know, we wanted her,” Sidney started after pushing all his internal worrying aside. “We had been married for a year, and we were ready for a baby. Evelyn fell pregnant after a few months of trying and we were more than happy to finally build a family.
“Lily was born a little earlier than expected, but she was healthy, and we were happy. I spent almost an entire year off, I was training but not going to games, while Evelyn worked from home, we were organized.
“By the time Lily started elementary school, I went back to playing hockey full-time but Evelyn wasn’t happy with it anymore, so she decided to get a divorce. I- I didn’t think she was feeling that way, I felt so shocked,” he mumbled, his arms tightening around your body. “We went to court, I was able to see Lily only during the weekends, and I could tell she wasn’t happy with her mom.
“I had teachers calling me, telling me nobody had picked her up, or that she had no lunch for the day. Lily even went as far as to say something about the entire situation to a friend, who later told her mom, who told the teacher that later enlightened me about the fact that my kid wasn’t being treated right by her own mother,” he sighed, your eyes veiled by a layer or tears at the heartbreaking story.
“So I dragged her to court and I was able to get custody of Lily on the weekdays. Truly the best day of my life after the day Lily was born,” Sidney spoke, his fingers drawing shapes on your smaller back as silence filled the room again.
“You’re a good father, Sid,” you whispered, letting your forehead rest against his. “Don’t ever think otherwise,”
He stayed in silence, carding a hand through his messy curls before settling your body on top of his, his hands oh so gentle on your skin. “It’s late, we should probably go to sleep,” he mumbled, leaning down to press a gentle kiss on your lips. You nodded your head, agreeing with him as you let your head rest against his chest, hearing the sound of his heartbeat. “Good night, sweetheart,”
“Good night,” you whispered, keeping your eyes open for a little longer when he turned off the lights. Sidney seemed scared: scared to not give a good enough life to his daughter, scared that Lily might not feel loved, scared that it could be his fault.
He didn’t deserve it, was what you thought before falling in a deep slumber, wishing he and Lily could feel better by the time dawn rolled around.
-----
“And where exactly do you think you’re going?”
Sidney’s voice snapped your eyes away from your laptop, making you face Lily standing in the middle of the entrance hall. She was wearing a yellow sundress, dark hair pulled up in a ponytail as she slipped on a pair of sneakers, ready to leave the house.
“What do you mean?” She called, facing her father with a confused look. “I have that date? With the brother of the little girl I tutor?”
“A what?!”
You gripped Sidney’s hand over the table when he slightly raised his voice, side-eyeing him as the teenager’s eyebrows furrowed. “A date,” she repeated. “Dad, I asked you last week if I could go, and you said yes,”
Sidney’s own eyebrows furrowed, making you notice all the similarities the two of them shared just then. Even if Sidney’s hair had silver streaks, Lily shared the same dark shade of curls; you could often see them using the same facial expressions, from the confused looks, to the way their noses would scrunch up any time something didn’t make sense to them. Lily was Sidney’s copy, and the best way to really notice it was during arguments, as bad as it sounded.
“Well, I probably wasn’t in my right mind, back then,” he spat out. “You can take your shoes off, you’re not leaving the house,”
“Dad!”
“Elizabeth, you’re too young to go on dates,” Sidney spoke, his palm leaving yours when he folded his arms over his chest. “I don’t even know who this guy is!”
“Dad, you literally know his parents,” Lily whined, carding a hand through her hair as she sighed out. “And we’re only going out for ice-cream,”
“I don’t care,” Sidney stated, stubbornly keeping eye contact with his daughter. “You’re not going out with him, and I won’t change my mind,”
“Sidney,” you scolded him, his eyes moving towards yours as he turned around to face you.
“What? Don’t you agree with me?” He asked, Lily’s distant footsteps making you realize she had gone to her room.
“She’s almost fifteen, Sid, and it’s just an ice-cream date,” you sighed, lifting your eyebrows slightly at his clenched jaw. “I went on my first date when I was her age, and it went just fine,”
Sidney kept silent after your confession, staring straight ahead of himself as you looked at him, waiting for any kind of reaction. Lily had seemed to be hurt by his words, especially since she looked more than happy to go on her first-ever date, and you at least wanted him to realize that.
“Sid?”
“Fine,” he grumbled, sighing heavily as bit the insides of his cheek. “She can go, but only if we tag along,”
You jokingly rolled your eyes at his rule, standing up from your chair to press a swift kiss to his cheek. “I’ll go talk to her,” you whispered, ignoring the way your heartbeat had just picked up at the thought of having an actual conversation with Lily again.
By the time you reached her bedroom door, you were more than nervous. Your hand was shaking as you knocked on the door, waiting for any kind of response from her. “Lily?”
“Y/N, go away. This is not the right moment,” you heard her say, voice strained and distant.
“Lily, I need to talk to you,” you gently said, playing with your fingers. “Can I come in?”
There wasn’t a proper verbal answer, but the door snapped open after a few seconds of shuffling, and you quietly entered the dimly lit room. It felt strange to walk into her personal world, her room representing her in some kind of way.
A large bookcase filled with novels caught your attention from the start, a smile forming on your lips when you noticed the fairy lights that gave the room its quite cozy vibe. Lily was laying on her bed, face buried in her pillow as she stayed in silence, only sniffles coming from her.
“Lily-”
“I just don’t get it,” she sniffled, sitting up as she wiped a few tears from her cheeks. “I asked him, and he was okay with it,”
You felt shocked at how open she was, considering just how much she didn’t want anything to do with you, but sat down next to her. “What was he doing when you asked him?”
“He was on the phone,” she admitted after a beat, playing with her hands in her lap when you sighed, knowing that Sidney was never as concentrated as he usually was when he was on the phone with someone. “But I thought he had put the other person on hold, and that he was listening to me,”
“I know how you feel, Lily,” you admitted, smiling softly at her as you stood up and reached for her mascara sitting on her desk. “When I was your age, my dad was really protective of me, too,”
“He was a little pissed off when I asked him if I could go on a date,” you mumbled, lifting her chin up gently as you opened the small bottle. “But my mom made him change my mind, and I was able to go play bowling with the weird kid that sat behind me in Spanish class,”
Lily suppressed a giggle. “And how did it go?”
“It was really awkward. Never went on another date with him, after that,” you laughed, applying a light layer of makeup on her lashes carefully as she looked up at you. “And you’re ready to go,”
“What do you mean?”
“C’mon get up,” you smiled, holding out a hand to her as you stood up from your spot on the bed. “Your dad is allowing you to go,”
“What?!” The smile on her face was priceless when she processed your words. “Really?”
“At only one condition,” you lifted up a finger, jokingly mocking Sidney’s voice. “You can go, but only if we tag along,”
Lily giggled, nodding her head as she slipped her shoes back on, a smile on her lips as she did so. You were about to leave the room in silence to get ready yourself, but Elizabeth’s voice stopped you.
“Y/N?” She called for you, voice hesitant. Your eyes met, a frown forming on her lips as she tied her shoes. “I’m sorry, for everything,”
“It’s fine, Lily,” you whispered, sending her a reassuring smile.
“It’s not,” was all she said as she stood up. “I wasn’t ready to see my dad with someone else, and you came in, and you’re so perfect, and I don’t know why I acted that way,”
You wrapped your arms around her at her confession, her body reciprocating the hug in just a few seconds as comfortable silence filled the room. You had to hold back a tear as you pulled back, smiling down at her. “We’re fine, Lily,” you whispered. “Now, it’s better if we get going. Don’t wanna be late, do we?”
She smiled up at you, shaking her head before looking back inside her room, mumbling something about having to find her purse. As you made your way down the staircase, the sight of Sidney standing by the front door with a beaten-up look met your eyes, making you chuckle. “Is she okay?” Was all he asked, his hand finding yours when you stepped in front of him.
“More than okay, now that she gets to go on her date,” you whispered, leaning up to press a quick kiss to his lips.
“Are we ready?” Lily yelled from the stairs, a happy smile on her lips as she made her way down in a rush, throwing herself in her father’s arms quickly before opening the door.
“We are,” Sidney spoke, smiling at her silent way of thanking him as he followed her outside, dragging you along by the hand. The drive was filled with soft music from the radio and excited giggles coming from Lily, and by the time you reached the parlor, the teenager was more than ready to throw herself out of the car.
Sidney was about to follow her - probably to have some words with the guy - but you stopped him, a hand on his bicep as you made eye contact. He sighed, understanding what you meant with just a look of your eyes, sitting back in the driver’s seat.
“Have fun, Lily!” You cheered, sending her a smile as she shut her door, waving towards the two of you as she walked away.
The smile on your face didn’t leave as you took a look at Sidney, who was focusing on the rearview mirror a little too much, trying to see Lily and her date and what was happening.
“Oh, Sidney,” you laughed, slipping your hand in his to give his palm a squeeze. “Let them at least grab ice-cream, before you judge the guy,”
“Hey! I’m not judging anyone!” He scoffed, smiling your way when he saw the look of fondness on your face, your hands cupping his cheeks before you leaned in for a kiss.
“Sure, mister serious,”
-----
The sound of the Penguins’ game playing on Sidney’s TV was filling the living room quite loudly, your eyes following the movements on the screen as you mindlessly stuffed your mouth with popcorn.
It was a Thursday night that would have been perfect, if Sidney was home. He had been in Vancouver for two weeks, instead, so far away from you it almost hurt. You had grown so accustomed to his presence around the mansion, after moving in with him and Lily, that it physically hurt to see him leave, even if it was just for a few days.
The house always felt quite empty when it was missing his laughter, or his music that Lily couldn’t stand, or even his booming voice when he heatedly spoke on the phone. In some way, every single part of you was missing him. Sitting in front of the TV on your own often made you realize that: just how lost you felt without him, without his presence, or his support.
On the other hand, Lily was the ray of sunshine that made your days just a little better, when he wasn’t around. Maybe it was the bubbly personality that she had slowly shown you, or maybe the inside jokes you had grown to share.
Lily had opened up to you after the ice-cream date - and even when you had thought things between you and her still felt quite tense, the smile on her face when Sidney had told her you were going to move in was enough to make you think otherwise.
Sidney appeared on the screen for a quick second, but the sound of the front door snapping shut was what brought you out of your thoughts, a smile on your face when you realized Lily had finally come home.
“Hey, Lily!” You got no response from her, only hearing her shoes hitting the floor before she made her way towards the living room. “How was tutoring?”
“Good, until James decided to be a dick,” she sighed, flopping on the couch with her eyebrows furrowed.
“James as in your-almost-boyfriend? The one from the date?” You asked in shock, pushing popcorn in your mouth when Lily nodded her head. “No way,”
“I was doing maths with his little sister, and he had the great idea to interrupt us by coming in with his friends,” Lily started to explain, clearly pissed off at her peer. “They were screaming and it was so hard to hear the little girl talk,”
You shook your head in annoyance, handing her the bowl of popcorns as you focused for a second on the TV, checking the score. The Penguins were winning, but the Canucks weren’t ready to surrender.
“Eventually, they calmed down and went to the living room,” Lily continued. “But I heard them talk about some bet, and it didn’t take a while for it to click in my brain,”
“A bet?!”
“A bet, that’s all the date was!” she repeated, nodding her head at your shocked face as she let her arms fold over her chest. “I confronted him about it and he even tried to play nice and act as if he had been forced to do it!”
“No way,” you whispered, jaw slack as you watched her for any kind of reaction. “I’m so sorry, L,”
“It’s fine,” she huffed, stealing a handful of popcorns as she gave her phone a quick look. “It’s not like he was the best almost-boyfriend anyway,”
You giggled, pulling her closer as the two of you silently watched the game, your heart skipping a beat every time they showed a concentrated version of Sidney - hair perfectly styled and suit neatly ironed.
He seemed tense, eyebrows furrowed as he shared a few words with the team, or watched his players skate around the rink. His concentrated look was something you had fallen for, painting his face so many times on a daily basis you sometimes got worried his muscles got stuck.
Sidney Crosby was fascinating, to say the least.
“Don’t tell dad, though,” Lily whispered from your side, still thinking about what had happened with James. “He already didn’t want me to go on the date with him, if he had to know about this, he’d probably kill James,”
“I won’t, don’t worry,” you whispered back, carding a hand through her hair just as the Canucks scored, making the both of you groan out in unison.
“Oh no,” Lily sighed, giggling soon after. “He’s gonna talk about this goal for the next week, I’m so sure,”
“He is,” you agreed, holding back a chuckle as you stood up from the couch, heading towards the kitchen to grab more snacks for the two of you. “Ready for girls’ night?”
“We’re having girls’ night?” Lily asked, a smile on her face as she looked at you.
“It’s always girls’ night, when your dad’s not home,” you winked, coming back with enough chips and candy to keep you full for an entire weekend. She giggled at your words, shaking her head before heading upstairs to get changed.
As you got settled while waiting for her, you hoped to stay awake just enough to be able to see Sidney. He was supposed to be home early the next morning, and you were willing to stay up the entire night on your own if it meant you’d get to hug him as soon as he’d be back.
When Elizabeth came back down the stairs in her pajamas, she said the words that in some way, reminded you of Sidney. They left his mouth just so often, and you had connected the phrase to him.
“Are we ready?”
You smiled up at the teen, nodding your head as she sat down next to you, draping a blanket over her legs. “Ready,”
-
The sound of Lily’s bedroom door opening woke you up from your deep slumber, your eyes struggling to adapt to the still dark room as Sidney’s frame sat on the bed next to your half-asleep body.
Lily was still lightly snoring by your side, one of her arms holding the bag of chips she had been nursing before falling asleep, the other draped over your stomach. “Hi, baby,” Sidney whispered, carding a hand through your hair as you snuggled your head closer to his thigh.
“Hi,” you whispered back, breathing in his scent as you relished in his closeness. “I missed you,”
“I missed you two more,” he said, bending down to press a quick peck to the top of your head, soon moving towards Lily’s. He stayed in silence for a few moments, your sleepy eyes holding his as you relaxed. He was finally home.
“Let’s get you to bed, sweetheart,” he whispered after a beat, lifting you up in his arms effortlessly just as your eyes started to droop again. With your head against his chest, you sighed in content, letting one of your hands touch his warm skin as if to make sure he wasn’t just a dream.
By the time you were carefully let down onto the expensive - and way too soft - comforter, your eyes were still staring up at his. The covers were pulled over your body by Sidney, giving you just enough time to read the digits on the clock standing on his bedside table.
It was well past three in the morning, the moon still shining in the darkness of the night as you tried to keep yourself awake to enjoy a moment with the love of your life after the two weeks spent apart. He had turned his back to you, his opened button-up sitting on his shoulders as he took his wristwatch off, the sight leaving you speechless.
“You should close your eyes, my love,” he spoke, a gentle smile on his lips as he looked at your mirror reflection. “It’s late,”
“I need you close,” was all you whispered, biting on your lip when he finally undressed, joining your body underneath the warmth of the duvet. He pulled you in closer, his lips meeting yours in a gentle kiss as you tried to keep a few happy tears at bay, way too tired to contain your emotions.
“Sid,” you whispered as soon as you pulled away, catching his attention as he pressed a swift peck to your forehead. “I love you, so much,”
He smiled at you, biting on his lip as his hands rubbed your smaller back. “I love you more, Y/N,”
“I- I feel so empty when you leave,” you admitted, your fingers drawing shapes on his chest as you revealed the feelings you had been developing for months. “You’ve become the best part of me, and I don’t think I could ever be able to live a life without you,”
Sidney was silent as you talked, carding a hand through your hair as he listened to you, trying to impress your words in his mind. “I don’t want to spend my life with anybody else but you and Lily. Fuck, I don’t even know where I would be, if we hadn’t crossed paths.
“I know that maybe it’s too soon, and that it might not be the right time, but I just felt like telling you. You’re the one that I want, for the rest of my life, even when I’m old and ugly,”
Sidney suppressed a chuckle at your words, leaning his forehead against yours as you stopped for a second. “I don’t think you could ever become ugly, darling,” he admitted, his nose touching yours as you giggled softly.
“That’s not my point,” you jokingly slapped his chest, your eyes meeting his again as you formulated your next phrase in your head. “I’ll be waiting for you, Sid. I’ll be here when you’ll be ready,”
He stared at you with a smile as you finished your monologue, his heart beating so fast against your palm it almost got you scared. After splitting with Evelyn, he never thought he’d be ready. He hadn’t been ready to leave the house, the first few days after the divorce. He hadn’t been ready to love someone as much as he had loved Evelyn, until you came along.
It felt like old Sidney came back, when you became part of his life. He was happy, genuinely ready to love again, and you were the angel that made it happen, the reason why he felt ready, after all that time.
“I’m ready,” was everything he said, eyes staring deep into yours as he let his forehead touch yours, his words making your heart leap out of your chest. “I’m ready,”

May 1994
“Shit.”
You whispered to yourself as you stared at the old clock on the diner’s wall.
It had only been half an hour since your shift started, but you were already anxious for it to be over.
Cece’s diner was normally one of your favorite places in the world. It was a small, poorly lit building in a boring part of L.A. It didn’t see much business since it wasn’t easy to find. But the air always smelled like fresh coffee and cinnamon.
You loved working there, but it was not where you wanted to be right now.
“You okay, (Y/n)?” A voice asked from behind the counter. You turned to see your boss Cece, a petite middle-aged woman who was eyeing the dirty table in front of you that you were supposed to be cleaning.
“Yeah, sorry. My mind is somewhere else.” You admitted, throwing the empty plates in the tray and carrying them to the kitchen.
Cece shook her head and let out a laugh as she followed. “On a certain guitarist, perhaps?”
Your cheeks flushed and Cece laughed again, grabbing the rag off her shoulder and smacking it against your arm lightly.
She was one of the few people who knew about your feelings for Luke Patterson. One of your best friends, childhood crush, and most recently, your bandmate.
“And for your information, I’m thinking about all of the band because we’re practicing tonight.”
“Uh-huh.” Cece hummed, a sly smile on her face.
She always pretended to be annoyed with your ramblings since you joined sunset curve, saying that a sixteen-year-old girl had no business being in a rock band. But you had caught her bragging about you to the few regulars you had multiple times.
She had a son living a few states away, but they weren’t close. So she treated you like her daughter. Which meant she wasn't the biggest fan of you constantly hanging around a bunch of teenage boys. But eventually, she warmed up to them. Especially Alex;  he was her favorite.
Luke, on the other hand, annoyed her to no end.
You ran the dishes under hot water and pressed a kiss to Cece’s cheek as you walked past her and back into the main room.
“Besides, Luke doesn’t like me like that.”
Cece rolled her eyes and opened her mouth to speak but the shrill ring of the phone cut her off. You let out a sigh, grateful for the distraction. She meant well, but when it came to your situation with Luke, you were more than happy to live in denial and ignoring it altogether.
He was your best friend. That’s all that mattered right now.
You shook the thoughts from your head and grabbed the phone’s receiver. “Cece’s Diner. How can I help you?”
“How much do you love me?”
Speak of the devil.
Your heart raced at the sound of Luke’s voice rang through your ears. His choice of words definitely not helping to calm you down. You shook your head, mentally scolding yourself.
“Luke?” You asked which prompted Cece to raise an eyebrow from the other side of the room.
“Hey. I’m sorry for calling you at work but I can’t finish this song and it’s driving me nuts. I need you and your genius brain to come help me.”
Despite your protests, the tap dance in your chest continued. It was ridiculous that after knowing Luke all your life, you were still shocked when he complimented you like that.
“I don’t get off until six, but I’ll come after.” You said, trying not to smile when you heard him cheer in victory. “And before Reggie asks, yes, I’ll bring coffee.”
Luke laughed before singing into the phone. “Get me a large with extra whipped cream and cinnamon.”
“I hate you.” You sang back, making a mental note to wipe off the smirk you could practically hear in his voice before the line went dead. You sighed as you put the phone back on the hook, holding a finger out to Cece.
“Not a word.”
A few hours later, you walked into Bobby’s garage, carrying a cardboard tray in each arm.
You sighed as you looked around the room. Every surface was covered in discarded paper balls and empty fast-food wrappers. You had expected to hear some form of music or at least some talking but the room was dead silent.
In the center of the mess, Alex and Reggie sat on the floor. Alex was trying to balance his drumsticks on his nose, and Reggie was mindlessly strumming his bass. Luke was sitting back on the couch, his eyebrows tightly knitted together as he frantically scribbled into his notebook.
“Your savior is here, and I come bearing coffee.”
All three heads whipped in your direction and within seconds, Reggie was excitedly bouncing his way towards you. He reached out to swipe a cup from the tray in your left hand. You swatted his arm away.
"Not that one. That’s Al’s.”
You set the rest of the drinks on the table in front of you and walked up to Alex. You handed him the cup and he gave you an appreciative smile. You always made sure to get him hot chocolate or tea, since you learned the hard way that caffeine can sometimes make his anxiety worse. He told you he didn’t want to admit that to the guys. So you were happy covering for him.
“Why does he get his own special one?” Reggie pouted as he grabbed another cup and strolled over to Luke, plopping down next to him on the couch. “And why is she the only one who can call you ‘Al’?”
“Because I’m his favorite.” You said, poking Reggie’s cheek as you passed him and took the other seat on the couch next to Luke. Alex just nodded, trying to hold back a smile.
“I thought you didn’t get off for another hour.” Luke said, looking up from his songbook for the first time since you got there.
“Cece knew it was important band stuff so she let me off early.” You shrugged.
“Oh no, she’s not mad at me, is she?” Luke shivered, thinking of all the times Cece had chewed him out for being a ‘bad influence’ on you or made him wipe down some tables for accidentally making you late for a shift. “You know I can’t stand when that woman is mad at me.”
“I also know that all you have to do is give her your little puppy-dog look and she’ll instantly forgive you.”
“Yeah, you guys are alike that way.” Luke teased, sticking his bottom lip out and batting his eyes dramatically.
“Yeah, yeah. So, what have you got so far?” You said as you bumped his shoulder with yours. He grinned and started translating his messy handwriting for all of you.
The four of you sat there for an hour putting all the words in the right places and by the time Bobby got there, you all felt confident that it was finally finished. You took your place behind your microphone and nodded.
“Okay, Al. Count us down.”
Alex twirled his drumsticks. “1…2…3…4!”

June, 1995
“Don’t look down.”
You couldn’t help but smile as you sang the song you had written a year ago. Your feet bouncing on the stage, the thin layer of sweat on your forehead.
To your left, Luke raised his arms, trying to hype up the non-existent crowd. Alex clashed his drumsticks together to the beat as all your voices came together.
“Cause we’re still rising up right now.”
You clapped along to the song, the energy coursing through your veins. Luke was in the middle of throwing his guitar behind his back. You rolled your eyes at him and he flashed you a small bashful smile before turning his head.
Your heart fluttered but you forced yourself to turn the other way, singing with Reggie just as the song transferred out of the bridge. The fog machines cued the ending chorus and you gripped your microphone with both hands.
“And even if we hit the ground, we’ll still fly.
Keep dreaming like we’ll live forever.
But living like it’s now or never.“
The other boy's voices dropped out until it was just you and Luke singing the chorus. You looked over at him, but his eyes were glued to the front of the room. Normally, you would share a mic for this part or at least stand close together, but he seemed determined to avoid you.
Just like he had been for the last six months.
You ignored the gaping pit in your stomach and poured all your focus into the song.
“Like it’s now or never!
It’s now or never!“
The final riff sounded and you let out an exhausted but proud sigh. There were a few scattered claps from the staff in the venue. But a curly-haired girl behind the counter was cheering especially loud. Reggie winked at her and leaned into his mic.
“Thank you! We’re Sunset Curve. Tell your friends.”
You rolled your eyes at him and pulled his arm, dragging him to the center of the stage. Alex came from his drum set and you gave him a high five.
“Al, you were amazing!”
“Yeah, dude, you were smoking.” Reggie agreed.
Alex blushed. “Nah, man. I was just warming up. You guys were the ones on fire.”
Reggie rolled his eyes. “Can you just own your awesomeness for once?”
Bobby and Luke nodded in agreement and you raised your eyebrows at Alex, nudging him until he finally smiled. “Okay, I was killing it!”
“I’m thinking we should fuel up before the show. Street dogs?” Luke asked. Alex and Reggie hummed in agreement but you wrinkled your nose.
“I think I’m gonna pass.” You said, jumping off the stage. It wasn’t that you had anything against street dogs, but as far as pre-gig activities go, it didn’t make your top ten list.
Bobby landed next to you and started jogging towards the counter. He ran a hand through his sweaty hair and approached the girl wiping tables.
“Oh no.” You said. “Bobby, leave that poor girl alone.”
Bobby turned around just enough to give you a glare as you both reached the counter. The rest of the boys weren’t far behind. You felt Luke slip behind you and throw an arm on Bobby’s shoulder.
Bobby told the girl some line about being a vegetarian. But she shook it off, looking over all of you.
“You guys are really good.”
You smiled proudly. “Thank you.”
She returned your smile. “I’ve seen a lot of bands. Even been in a couple myself. I was really feeling it.”
Luke was practically beaming. The whole band contributed with the songs, of course, but you and Luke were the main writers, so it was always nice to hear people compliment your words. “That’s what we do this for. I’m Luke, by the way.”
“Hey, I’m Reggie.”
“Alex.”
“Bobby.”
“And I’m (Y/n).”
“Nice to meet you guys. I’m Rose.” She said, turning to you. “You have a great voice, by the way. It’s always cool to see a girl lead vocalist.”
Bobby snorted. You elbowed him and Luke gave him a wet-willy. “Oh, thank you. But I’m just co-lead.”
She opened her mouth to say something else but Reggie reached in his back pocket and pulled out a C.D and a t-shirt, handing them to her. “Here’s our demo, and a T-shirt, size beautiful.”
As if on cue, you and Alex rolled your eyes. You sent Rose an apologetic look as she held the shirt up to her body.
“Thanks, I’ll try not to wipe down the tables with this one.”
Alex nodded. “Good call! When they get wet, they kind of fall apart in your hands.”
Bobby glared at all of you. “Don’t you guys have to go get hot dogs?”
Luke pushed Bobby back and leaned on the counter with both arms. “Yeah, he had a hamburger for lunch.”
The boys started going towards the exit but stopped when Alex noticed you hesitating. “You coming?”
You really didn’t want hotdogs, but you also didn’t want to stay and listen to Bobby attempt to flirt with Rose. So you nodded and followed Alex to the door.
“Hey, (Y/n)!” Rose called out and you turned around. “Don’t sell yourself short.”
You gave her a warm smile before walking out into the alley. The night air hit your skin and you shivered slightly. It wasn’t cold, but it was definitely a change from the sweaty stage. You wrapped your jacket around your shoulders.
“That’s what I’m talking about!” Luke whooped as he jumped through the doors and into the alleyway.
Alex gestured around, wrinkling his nose. “The smell of Sunset Boulevard?”
Luke shoved his shoulder. “No.”
You jumped out of the way as Luke splashed in a puddle. “It’s what that girl said in there. About our music.”
His eyes flickered to you when he said ‘our’ but quickly looked away. It was practically the first time he had acknowledged your presence all night.
“It connects us with people, you know? They can feel us when we play.” He said excitedly, slowing his walking until the rest of you caught up with him.
He reached each arm up and pulled Reggie to his side with one arm and despite being right next to you, he pulled Alex to his other side. You turned your head forward to hide the confused look on your face but you knew Alex saw it.
Other than Cece, he was the only person who knew about your feelings for Luke. You could tell from the look on his face that he was just as confused with Luke’s recent behavior as you were, but he didn’t say anything.
“I want that connection with everybody.”
“Then we’re gonna need more T-shirts.” You heard Reggie say as you reached the end of the alley. You pulled up the hood of your jacket and turned your head away from the line in front of the venue.
You didn't mean to walk so fast, but you were the first one at the alleyway a few blocks away from the Orpheum. You made your hotdog and made small talk with the vendor for a few minutes before the guys caught up.
“You trying to ditch us, (Y/n)?” Reggie asked, putting ingredients on his hotdog.
“Not my fault you guys are slow.” You stuck your tongue at him and he squinted at you. Alex groaned. You looked over at him to see him trying to put a pickle on his tray.
“Man, I can’t wait until the day we can eat someplace where the condiments aren’t served out of the back of an Oldsmobile.”
As he apologized to the vendor for getting pickle juice on his battery cables, you, Luke, and Reggie made your way to one of the old couches. They both sat down, leaving one open space next to Luke.
You made a point of sitting on the arm of the couch, letting your feet dangle on the seat. If Luke was going to avoid you, then you were going to avoid him right back. You also avoided the questioning look Reggie gave you before Alex sat down.
Luke didn’t seem to notice. He was bouncing his leg and couldn’t seem to stop smiling, it was obvious that he was still buzzing with energy from the soundcheck.
“This is awesome, you guys.” He said as he made himself comfortable between Reggie and Alex. “We’re playing the Orpheum! Do you know how many bands that played here ended up being huge?”
You rolled your eyes and smiled while the boys chuckled. You were all used to seeing the intense side of Luke, but he had been an even bigger ball of excited energy ever since you booked the Orpheum gig. It could be a little much for the guys sometimes, but the way his eyes lit up when he talked about music never failed to make you smile.
“I’m serious.” Luke insisted as he leaned forward and raised his hotdog in a toast. “Eat up, guys. Because after tonight, everything changes.”
You all toasted and then started to eat. Usually, street dogs weren’t half bad. But this time there was a burnt, nasty flavor that made it hard to swallow. Alex saw your face and nodded in agreement.
Even Luke, who had a super-human stomach, made a face. But his hunger must’ve won out cause he took another big bite.
“That’s a new flavor.” Alex said with his mouth full.
“Relax, man. Street dogs haven’t killed us yet.” Reggie told him as he took another bite. You still didn’t feel one hundred percent confident about it but you shrugged and kept eating.
It all happened so fast.
At first, it felt like you were dreaming. Like maybe you had just fallen asleep and would eventually wake up and realize that everything was just a nightmare.
But then the outline of Los Angeles floated away in a haze of grey and you were left in the dark. There was nothing but silence until you heard a voice somewhere in front of you.
It was the sound of Alex’s frantic ranting.
You could feel Reggie and Luke next to you, but they didn’t say anything. You didn’t either.
But you didn’t really need to. It was glaringly obvious what happened, you could feel it in your bones.
You were dead.
Alex’s ranting slowly turned into crying, which made you cry. Luke heard your quiet sniffles and for the first time in months, he touched you.
He reached out and intertwined your fingers loosely in his, gently swiping his thumb across your knuckles. You closed your eyes, trying to soak up the feeling. This was the closest to him you had been in since that night in the studio.
It seemed like so long ago, but at the same time, it was all too familiar. You knew that if you stayed in this moment with him any longer, you would fall apart completely.
So you turned away from him and buried your head in Alex’s shoulder. It seemed like hours passed before the silence was broken and the opening of Now or Never filled the air.
“Is that…?” You started, but before you could finish, the floor disappeared from under you.
You hit the ground with a painful groan and blinked at the sudden flood of bright light. You felt movement next to you and saw Reggie struggling to get up.
You hauled yourself up and turned around to realize you were back in Bobby’s garage. It looked so different that you almost didn’t recognize it. There was a new grand piano and flowers on every table. The room was free of any trash or discarded flannels.
But the biggest change by far, was the girl standing in front of you.
She was about your age with brown hair tied in a ponytail, in a bright yellow shirt, and furry slippers. She was staring at the four of you with wide eyes and a terrified look on her face.
“How did we get back here?” Luke said as he scanned the studio.
The girl screamed, which made the boys scream and cling to each other. Reggie threw himself against Luke and pulled you behind him.
They all screamed for a few more seconds before the girl ran out of the garage doors. You cautiously walked out from behind Reggie and towards the middle of the room, spinning in a full circle.
The boys started talking but you were still mesmerized by all the changes made to the studio.
You looked up towards the ceiling and saw that there were chairs hanging by the loft and countless tiny plants by the windows but you could still see the nail polish-stain you had made on the carpet and the dents in the beams from all the times Luke had messed up his guitar throw.
Carefully, you reached towards the piano and tried to touch a vase of flowers but they passed right through your fingers. Your entire hand went numb then a tingly feeling spread throughout your body.
Well, two things were for sure.
You were definitely back, but you were definitely dead.

Satoru x Kakashi x reader
Firstly i just want to thank you all for your support, I genuinely had no idea this would blow up and was just posting the stories to post them but i am so grateful to have you guys as an audience. This smut was harder to make but with some inspiration from my husband and some manga, i think it'll turn out pretty spicy. So without anymore delays welcome to my 100k smut special. Hope you all enjoy but be nice lol it's the first threesome I've written about
You stared at the calendar longer than needed, you knew your eyes were correct. Today was a very special day for more than one reason and you could barely contain your happiness. Not only is it your birthday but it's the day that they come home. They both parted ways about two months ago for work and were able to get some time with you for a while starting today. You missed them so much it hurt, their touch, their voices, their kisses, just everything. You craved them more than anything in this world. Peeling your eyes from the calendar you head out to the store and picked up wine and ingredients for dinner. On your way home you stopped by a friends house to let them know you would not be available for a while and without pressing you for details she understood that you'd be tied up... hopefully literally. Once your home your phone rings and its Satoru. "Hey baby" you answer excited. "Hey princess~ i just wanted to let you know I'm waiting for Kakashi now and then we will be on our way. I'm thinking maybe 3 hours" he says in a very giddy voice. "Okay love i cant wait to see you two, get here safely" you reply. "yes maaam~" he says before hanging up.
You spent the time doing your hair, makeup and making dinner just how the likes it. They should be home within the hour and you have never been more ready to throw yourself on someone so badly. Meanwhile in the car with your loves. "You think she'd like these or these?" Kakashi asks Satoru holding up two bouquets of roses, one red and the other pink. "I'd say red considering the occasion" he reply's smirking. "Buuuuut lets just get both to be safe" he adds. "Good thinking" they go to check out and talk on the way to the house to catch up on lost time before the needed to talk about the facts. "You know this is he first time right?" Satoru asks staring out the car window into the sky through his shades. "What do you mean?" Kakashi asks. "She's never had both of us at once" he says smirking. A light blush appears on Kakashis face under his mask as he realizes he's right. They had always had alternate schedules so they each had their time with her but this is a first. To be home at the same time after being away for so long. How exciting. "We have to be extra careful with her tonight. And the next day, and maybe the next day~" Satoru says biting his lip a bit. "Understood, I'm sure we know how to make this experience as perfect as can be for our queen" Kakashi says smiling through his mask. They spent the rest of the car ride planning out everything as best as they could.
You hear them pull into the driveway and your heart begins to race as your legs moved on their own towards the door. You swing the door open before either of them could touch it and pulled them both into a deep hug. "We missed you too baby" they say to you. Satoru leans down and kisses you tenderly before Kaakshi follows right after caressing your soft skin. "Happy birthday love" Kakashi adds and they both extend their arms giving you the roses. "Their beautiful... thank you so much" you say smelling them while they fully enter the house and lock the door. "Oooh~ something smells good" Satoru coos as he walks to the dinning room. "Oh right! I made you guys dinner. Its been a while since I've been able to cook for either of you." You say as you set the flowers in a large vase before preparing to set the table. "I definitely miss your cooking... among other things" Kakashi says as he walks to the room with his bags. You blush and quickly turn around so they cant see your face. "Go get cleaned up, ill get the table set" you say. Both smiling they do as you requested. By the time you had pour their drinks they were walking towards the table. Both wearing lose sweats and t shirts as they sit down. You couldn't help but look down as they walked and you gulped at the sight. We all know about the prints and they were no exception. The guys give each other a looked in acknowledgment of your eyes wandering and shared a chuckle. You sat at the table  and talked with them as they ate their dinner. "Anything you wanna do after we're done?" kakashi asks. "I'm just going with the flow today, i really don't have anything planned in particular" you say taking a sip of your wine. When you look up you see both of them staring at you smiling. It was so terrifying yet you found yourself pressing your legs together. "Are you down for anything?" Satoru asks leaning back in his chair. You slowly nod looking down at your glass when you hear their chairs move at the same time. Your head shoots up to see them walking towards you. "W-what's going on?" You ask nervously. "Do you trust us?" Satoru asks. "With my life" you reply. Before you could ask more questions Kakashi throws you over his should and walks to "The Room" this rooms layout consisted of a large comfy couch, projector screen and a Alaskan king size bed built into the floor. He puts you down once inside and immediately grabs your neck pulling you into a heated kiss. Satoru walking over to the closet and grabbing the black box. While you were preoccupied he takes out your blindfold and covers your eyes. "You remember your safe word right baby?" Satoru asks as he rips open your shirt and bra. "Mmph y-yes" you reply only to receive a harsh slap on your ass from Kakashi. "Yes what?" He asks in a low voice. "Y-yes daddy" you correct yourself. "Good girl" he praises before turning you around to face Satoru and kissing your neck softly. Satoru begins to slowly take off your pants, tossing them aside once completely off. Your breathing become heavy as you feels their hands roam all over your body. Satoru runs his hands up along your waist until they reach your breasts. Without hesitation he takes one into his mouth, gently sucking on it as you run your finger through his soft hair.
You felt Satoru smirk against your skin as he nips on your nipple and pinch the other. You lean your head back on Kakashis shoulder while he leaves deep and dark marks all over your neck. "Are you going to be a good girl for us tonight?" Satoru asks after popping your nipple out his mouth. "Yes daddy" you say feeling his gorgeous eyes stare into you. He lightly chuckles before getting on his knees again and throwing your leg over his shoulder. You jump a bit as you feel his fingers rub your pussy slowly. "mm your soaking wet down here love~" he says before sliding a finger inside you. You let out a soft moan as your body tenses us and Kakashis hands move to your breasts squeezing them. "Oh yeah? What has you so worked up baby girl?" Kakashi says as he licks your ear. "It's because -fuck- because you both of you a-are touching me like this" you sigh with a light moan. "You mean like this?" Kakashi coos as his right hand wraps around your neck and he presses his dick against your back. "And like this?~" Satoru adds as he slips in another finger curling them inside you perfectly. You let a loud moan and your body trembled a bit. "P-please... I need more... please." Satoru slipping out his fingers and going to the bed laying down on it. Kakashi knew what to do, he guides you there as well before placing you in a 69 position on top of satoru on your hands and knees. He places himself in front of you before pulling down his sweats and pumping himself slowly right in front of your covered eyes. As satoru locks your hips with his arms he starts with soft flicks of tongue on your sensitive clit. Your hands grab the blanket as you begin to moan and your legs shake lightly. "Open your mouth sweetheart" you hear in front of you and without a second thought you comply. Sticking out your tongue letting saliva drip from the tip of it. Kakashi takes his time as he circles his tip on the bed of your tongue before sliding it deep inside your throat. Letting out a deep grunt once he bottoms out feeling your throat squeezing him just right. As he pulls himself back he grabs a handful of your hair for better support. Satoru dug his hands into your hips as he sucks on your clit, swirling his tongue just right. You moan into Kakashis dick as he fucks your face slowly but deep sending vibrations from him. "Good fucking girl... sss fuck- stick out your tongue more. Fuck yes just like that." He groans going harder with each thrust. Satoru made sure to make an absolutely mess of you as you grind softly on his face.
Satoru smirks against your skin as he quickens his pace knowing you were so close to cumming. Kakashi pulls from your throat as you gasp for air and pant from the tightening coil inside you. "Fuck I'm gunna cum~ feels so good daddy!" You whine as you grip kakashis shirt with one hand. Reaching down he plays with your curls as he watches you fall apart on satorus tongue. "Ahhuh god! Fuck! I-I'm mmmph! C-cu-" you couldn't get the rest out as you gush on his mouth twitching and trying to pull yourself from him as he cleans his plate. Once he's had his fill he releases his grip on you and licks his lips. "Delicious as always gorgeous" he says kissing your thighs. You can't see them but you hear them taking off their clothes and moving around the bed. You then feel one of them snatch your hands and put them behind your back while the other ties your hands together. You smirk a bit as you were getting more excited by the second. Feeling the bed dip down you feel satorus hands help you on top of him. And then you feel Kakashi right behind you holding your bound arms. You feel something wet and cold rubbing against your ass before it slowly sunk into you. You whimper at the unfamiliar feeling but just as you were getting use to the feeling of being teased from behind you feel a strong vibration against your clit. Hanging your head down you felt the vibrator going in circles on your pussy and what you come to realize a thick plug being pumped in and out of your ass. "Feeling good princess?" Kakashi asks with a chuckle as he admires your voice as it echos in the room. You were drunk on the pleasure and they haven't enough done much just yet. You called for them over and over again and before you knew it you were cumming again. "That's it baby. We just wanna make you feel good" satoru says as he slow down the circles before turning off the vibrator and slowly sinking you down on his thick dick. You cry out from the stretch but immediately felt so fucking full. Full of him and the pleasure he brought to you. As he bucks his hips into your clenching pussy Kakashi removes the plug and rubs his dick on your ass. "We need you to cum again princess. Can you do that for us?" Kakashi asks as he grips your arms and bites on your shoulder a bit. Satoru slowed his thrusting to let you answer but all you did was nod frantically. He looks down at satoru and with a smirk he begins circling the vibrator over your clit again with satoru still giving you deep and slow thrusts. "Close already? That was fast~" he mocks you as you clench around him. Kakashi pulls your body back and turns your head to him as he kisses you again. Your moans muffled with his mouth but your body jerks forward as you cum again. Tears stream down your face,  you couldn't speak just react. satoru stop thrusting and pulls you into a heated kiss sliding his tongue in your mouth and making sure you knew who was in charge right now. Your breathing was still all over the place but you didn't have time to get it together when you felt Kakashis dick press into your tight ass. Your nails dig into your palms as he pushes himself half way in. Satoru grunting from the pressure and you wilding moaning between them. Both of them rubbing your body as they comfort you through the stretch. "Your taking us so well baby. Just a little more and I promise it'll feel good" Kakashi says. "I-I already f-feel good..~ haaa fuck" you cry out. Not men blushing hard before Kakashi slams the rest inside you cause you to scream out. "I'm sorry love but I can't hold back anymore" he moans as he slowly begins fucking your ass. Squelching sounds and moans filling the room you all slowly lose your minds with one another. Satoru no longer being able to sit still begins thrusting upward into you again much harder than before. One one entered you the other would pull back a bit. "Ahaaah shit!! Fuck fuck! T-too much!" You breathlessly moan. Kakashi removes your blindfold and hands. You kindly reach behind you pushing him back a bit as he speeds up while your other hand rests on Satorus chest.
So many hands digging into your flesh that you don't know who is grabbing where anymore. And in a split second you blink and real size they have stood up sandwiching you between them with their arms holding you perfectly still. You wrap one of your arms around Satorus neck and then reaching over your shoulder you grab Kakashis. Their groan and labored breathing pushing you closer to your release yet again. You were begging them to make a mess of your insides, to break you or breed you. Whatever came first you wanted it and you wanted it so badly. "Mph gunna cum gunna cum again! Ugh right there! Please don't stop!~" their faces closed in on you as they fucked you in sync with one another. "Come on then birthday girl" one of them coos. "Make as much of a mess as you want" the other chimes in. Your grip on them tightens on both of them. Soon there you were again, but this time you couldn't hold back. Your body refused to hide the fact that you were receiving the ultimate amount of pleasure and as you yell into the air and come undone you find yourself squirting and violently shaking. "God your so sexy" Satoru says as he slams into you as hard as he can cumming deep within you, your nails scratching him harshly and Kakashi following right behind him. "Fuck I'm cumming baby!" He grunts as he too fills you up a strained whimper escapes you. Your eyes glazed with lust as you stare up at the ceiling feeling their cum drip from your aching holes. Best birthday ever.

I’m a Lucky Fan
Summary: Sebastian has had feelings for you but has always kept them hidden.
You and Sebastian were about to walk on stage for a two hour long show, you guys were costars for the Marvel films, him as Bucky and you played an assassin. You had feelings for him but never wanted to cross that line since you were costars and you weren’t sure he felt the same way. He had always been nice to you but that was it. Sebastian was beyond in love with you but he didn’t think you felt that way about him. You two were assigned to be together for the Marvel tour and it had been a blast so far, without you both knowing, you two were falling in love more with each other.
“Welcome to the Late Night Show! Tonight we have two of Marvel’s finest heroes, the beautiful (Y/N) and Sebastian Stan!!” The crowd erupted in excitement, you walked in first with Sebastian right behind you, you both waved at the audience and sat down next to each other on the couch. “Thank you for having us!” you said to the host, “No thank YOU both for coming! I’m glad we have you guys for the entire show! I’m surprised you two are paired up now since you (Y/N) have always been paired with Evans and Hemsworth.” Sebastian laughed, “Well it was about time because her and the Chris’ are nothing but trouble”, “Hey! We are not that bad” you said defensively. “They wanted to change the atmosphere, apparently Sebastian is too quiet so they brought me” you said bowing jokingly. “Whatever” he smiled but a crimson color painted his cheeks.
“Okay, so before we get into Marvel, let’s first start with you (Y/N), you’re currently starring in The Vampire Diaries as Olivia, how’s that going? You’re a vampire right?”, you smiled at the host nodding along, “Yes, I’m one of the vampires and it’s been amazing, I love the whole vampire, werewolf stuff, it’s been so much fun playing a vampire, it’s messy and gory and I love it” you responded giddily. “So you’re filming both a Marvel movie and show, how’s that going?”, “Not as crazy as you think but I did have a minor incident where it somewhat overlapped” you chuckled, “Care to elaborate?”, “Oh gosh” Sebastian said since he knew what had happened. “Well I was filming early for Vampire Diaries and then right after I would have to leave for Marvel but one time I did not clean up well and I scared the daylights out of one of our stylists” you explained cracking up at the memory, “I wasn’t able to wipe off the fake blood so when I took off my shirt I still had some on and she freaked! She thought I was seriously bleeding!” everyone laughed about it, “Alright let’s see a little bit of you in action for The Vampire Diaries”.
-Scene One-
Pyscho Killer by The Talking Heads cued on showing New York city late at night, your character Olivia appeared on screen, smirking and turning to face Damon Salvatore, you walked up to an innocent man who was walking down the street, you stood in front of him, “May I help you?” he asked, “Yes, I’m rather hungry” you replied deviously. Then the man’s neck snaps and Damon appears behind him, “Ladies first” he gestured towards the corpse, you smiled at him, kneeling to feed on the man, the camera pins on you with blood dripping down your mouth and chin, “You were right Damon, New York is the perfect place to feed”.
-Scene Two-
Wait by M83 plays, your character Olivia walks in towards the Salvatore's’ special place in the cemetery, you went there feeling alone since Damon had been thrown into another world where you weren’t sure he would ever come back from. You spotted his little brother Stefan sitting on a bench dousing bourbon. You lightly knocked on the wall to make your presence known, “Hey...sorry I was feeling-”, “Lonely” he finished your sentence, you nodded, he motioned you over offering you some bourbon. You took the bottle but sat on the floor instead, you took a sip, feeling your eyes water even more. “I miss him” Stefan said, “I do too”. “You know Stefan....I know your brother loves Elena”.....”I’d rather live in a world where Damon loves Elena than live in one where he is not here” you said breaking down in sobs. Stefan took the bottle from you, you saw him throw it towards the wall but it didn’t break, you turned towards it thinking it was odd and you were met with Damon himself. You got up slowly, you were sure the bourbon hadn’t affected you yet but it shocked you seeing him, “Damon?” you said walking up to hug him tightly and give him a peck on his right cheek.
-Scene Three-
“Olivia it would be best if you turned your humanity off” Damon said to your character. Damon, your character Olivia, and one of Damon’s best friends Enzo were siphoned to a long living creature. Damon had turned off his humanity to make the killings easier, Enzo and you had decided not to but your character had always been in love with Damon, hearing him convince you to turn it off, you turned to Enzo, “I’m sorry Enz, he’s right though” you shut your eyes for a second before opening them again, the same look from the night in New York city appeared on your face. You smirked at the two men, “Let’s go” you walked a step ahead of them, the camera pointing to you three looking badass.
The screen shut off and the crowd cheered at the previews that you were in. “So does Olivia end up with Damon?” the host asked, “I don’t know I guess we’ll find out!” you teased, “I know I know, you are INCREDIBLE in this show by the way. You and Ian Somerhalder have amazing and intense chemistry!”, you nodded and blushed slightly, “Yes he is a great actor and the perfect person to play this bad boy Damon Salvatore, he is such a good friend as well”, “Friend? So you and Ian are not dating?”, Sebastian felt his heart drop at the sound of that question, he wanted you to be happy but he hoped you weren’t dating, the videos that he just saw showed how you and Ian were amazing as Damon and Olivia. “No no, nothing more than just costars that have amazing chemistry” you explained, “Like you and Sebastian” the host joked causing you to blush.
“Alright before we head onto Marvel, (Y/N) we have one lucky fan who would loved to get ‘bit’ by you” they joked, “Bring them on then!” you said. Someone from the staff brought you a vampire kit that included teeth and a blood bag. You opened it to add on the glue to the teeth, you could hear Sebastian chuckling beside you, “Man are you an expert” he teased, “Well I have been a vampire for quite some time”, you added them onto your own teeth, the one on the left moved but Sebastian was quick to hold it in place rather roughly, “Owww you can’t just shove it in Sebastian” you laughed, “That’s what she said” he replied, “Yeah but not to YOU” you teased causing him to grin and blush even more. The crowd egged you two on, “Okay now for the blood” you tried to open the bag but couldn’t, “Can my handsy man help a girl out?” you asked Sebastian, he got it open for you and handed it back. You poured some in your mouth letting it ooze down your chin and neck, you wiped your hands with a towel and then looked up to give a seductive vampire smile.
“So who’s the lucky fan?” you asked, “Well he is sitting right next to you”, you turned to Sebastian who was nodding along until it registered in his head that they meant him, “What? No I didn’t ask for this”, “Come on, my victims normally don’t when I turn off my humanity” you joked. Sebastian licked his lips in nervousness as you got up to get closer to him, “Okay here’s the money shot” the host joked. “Are you okay?” you asked Sebastian to make sure he was in fact okay with this skit, he nodded. “Okay it’ll only hurt for a bit” you teased, you put one hand on shoulder and the other one slightly around his neck before you dove in to “bite” him but really you gave him a small kiss so no one would suspect, you heard him groan lightly causing you to laugh and get up. There was Sebastian with fake blood on his neck and a lipstick stain. The crowd went wild.
The rest of the show was uneventful, they had helped you clean up and continue to then talk about upcoming Marvel movies. When it was finally over you walked towards your dressing room when you heard Sebastian call for you. You turned to face him, “Hey sorry if that was too much” you said shyly, “No no, uhmmm I actually wanted to apologize but I had no say in that, do you want to get a drink after this?” he asked. “Yeah of course!”, “More like a date....” he added. You smiled at him, “You like me Sebastian?”, “I do a lot actually” he said walking closer to you. You brought him in for a small kiss on his cheek, “I like you too” you said happily. It was the start of something new, “I do gotta say though, I’m a lucky fan” he added winking at you.

KanSang Week Day 05 Wang Clan! Liu Sang
Pairing: Kan Jian/Liu Sang (established, past, future)
Genre: Angst, sad boy hours, angst with a hopeful ending Trope: sad boys in bathrooms, letters from away, things get worse before they get better Author Notes: in my head as I wrote this there was far more ugly crying going on Word Count: 2,470 ish
-
Kan Jian and Wang Sang had been kinda-sorta dating for years. They'd met by chance while Wang Sang was in Hangzhou for an interpreter job, translating for a foreigner looking at a business merger or something. (Kan Jian had been listening when Wang Sang explained it, it's just that that level of business doesn't interest him enough to understand it.)
He'd talked about Wang Sang to his Laoban a lot, about how smart and funny and pretty Wang Sang is. It was his Laoban who helped him figure out that he was in love with Wang Sang, because everyone was just so easy to love, it took a more objective eye to realise there was a difference in the way he loved Wang Sang.
Their date tonight was an anniversary, Kan Jian was going to Wang Sang's for dinner. He didn't know if he'd be staying the night, he had clothes in Wang Sang's place but...
Kan Jian was going to ask, he was going to start the discussion, it was time. He was going to ask if Wang Sang wanted to move in together. Either of their apartments or a new one, Kan Jian hadn't really thought that far yet, but he knew Wang Sang was it for him. He was certain of it.
Or maybe it was just that the one year anniversary of defeating the Wang clan was coming up and everyone was feeling pretty pleased and positive.
-
The fact that Kan Jian had to knock on the door meant something was wrong. He didn't know how Wang Sang did it, but he'd always known when Kan Jian was there and opened the door before he could reach it.
“Wang Sang?” he called through the door, trying to hear any sound beyond, “Sang-ge? Are you there?”
Kan Jian was just about to use his own key when the door opened slowly.
Wang Sang didn't look date ready, he actually looked sort of awful. His pretty hair was lank and greasy like it hadn't been washed recently, Wang Sang's face had the shadows of sleep deprivation under his eyes.
Something from deep in the apartment smelt burnt.
“Babe?” Kan Jian reached for his boyfriend, but stopped when Wang Sang flinched. “What's wrong, are you hurt? Sick? Can I help?”
Wang Sang sniffled, and Kan Jian realised Wang Sang's eyes were bloodshot not just from lack of sleep, but because he'd been crying.
“Ca-” Wang Sang's words caught in his throat, he sounded like he was about to cry again. “Can you come in, I need to- I need to talk to you about something.”
Kan Jian nodded, because of course he'd go inside, of course he'd talk with Wang Sang. He followed through the familiar entryway, past the familiar kitchen, an unusual amount of mess on the stove, traces of smoke still wafting from one of the pots.
But Wang Sang didn't stop there, he lead Kan Jian all the way to the bathroom where a small hand-towel was sitting by the sink.
Wang Sang tipped it in over the edge and turned the tap on hot, letting it gush down onto the towel.
In the back of Kan Jian's mind, something started screaming. It was like a ringing in his ears so loud that between it and the running water, he almost couldn't hear Wang Sang.
“There is something about me that I need you to know," Wang Sang spoke with uncharacteristic hesitation, "because you can't not know, and I can't, I can't keep... I don't want to lie to you anymore, because I'm not even sure if it's real or not. If it's just a lie I've been telling myself since-”
The speed of the water was faster than the towel could take and the excess filled the sink, spilling over with a loud splash, startling them both. Wang Sang lunged for the tap and turned it off, and both of them stood there listening to the odd sounds of the water slowly draining through the towel and into the pipes below.
“I don't understand,” Kan Jian said, a hollow widening in his chest.
“Yes you do,” Wang Sang replied, his voice barely above a whisper, he sounded tired. “You aren't stupid Kan Jian.”
“What was the first lie you told me?” It wasn't the thing Kan Jian should have been asking, but it was what came out.
“I wasn't a freelancer when we met,” Wang Sang said as he picked up the towel to squeeze the excess water free.
'That made sense,' Kan Jian thought, because of course Wang Sang wouldn't have been a freelancer, but that was a lie he would have told anybody.
“Why me?” Kan Jian regretted asking, because he didn't want to know.
“Because we'd met,” Wang Sang flattened the towel and began taking off his shirt.
“What?”
“The first three times we met, I had no idea who you were in the grand scheme of things,” Wang Sang set his shirt down on the driest patch of sink he could find and picked up the towel, turning to Kan Jian. “I just thought you were cute and that I could get away with pretending my cover story was my real life for a few drinks. Then my handler saw you, and they figured, I already had an in, so you became a mission.”
Wang Sang's voice turned bitter towards then end, and he held out the towel with a shaking hand.
Kan Jian didn't want to take it, he wanted to pretend this was all just a joke gone horribly wrong. He took the towel, it was so hot it almost burned, and he pulled Wang Sang into a hug as he reached around to press the towel to Wang Sang's right shoulder.
He didn't know what to ask, what to say, but Kan Jian opened his mouth anyway and hoped something coherent came out.
“How much of you is real?”
“I don't know.”
If he waited until the towel turned cool, if he didn't see the tattoo, then it wasn't real. Kan Jian didn't want this to be real.
He couldn't let the lie linger, and peeled back the still warm cloth.
The Phoenix tattoo is a brilliant mark across Wang Sang's shoulder.
The world was gone from beneath his feet, Kan Jian didn't know how to breathe.
“Did you ever love me?” He didn't mean to ask it.
“It would have been easier if I hadn't, it would have been so easy to stay if it was just a role to play.”
Kan Jian's ears were ringing again as the implications seeped into his brain. He held Wang Sang tighter.
-
Wu Xie felt like an asshole. Something was wrong with Kan Jian and he hadn't noticed until he'd stuck his foot in it.
He'd been so happy to have Xiaoge back, that he hadn't even realised Kan Jian and his boyfriend had broken up.
“Everyone's coming to the 'we beat the Wang's' anniversary party,” Wu Xie had wrapped an arm around Kan Jian, full of jubilation, “even Li Cu and his friends are coming, this would be a great time to invite your mysterious Wang Sang, finally let everyone else meet him.”
Kan Jian had gone from fine to crying in the space of a breath.
Wu Xie learned, through ragged breaths and sobbing tears, that Kan Jian and Wang Sang had broken up. Kan Jian wouldn't say why, insisted that Wang Sang wasn't at fault. He got angry when Wu Xie offered to track Wang Sang down. Kan Jian had never been angry at Wu Xie before.
Wu Xie apologised and pulled Kan Jian in for a hug. Kan Jian continued to cry, his sobs and words muffled by Wu Xie's shoulder.
It was like a bucket of ice pouring down his spine when Wu Xie picked out the words “I don't care who he was, I just want him back.”
Wang Sang.
It was a coincidence. Surely. There'd never been an information leak that could be traced back to Kan Jian, Wang was an entirely common name.
Just to be safe, Wu Xie sent out a few enquiries looking for this Wang Sang, but who ever he'd been before, he was a ghost now.
-
The first letter came while Kan Jian was on a job. He'd been a little more vicious than normal, his heart was still hurting and he'd let that leak out. It always surprised people when he was violent, like they had no idea it was in him. Way down deep and sleeping, sure, but it was still there.
They forgot because he used a slingshot, but Kan Jian was still a sniper.
He almost did what the letter's opening line advised, heart-sore anger making him want to abide “you can burn these letters if you want.”
But he didn't, because he still missed Wang Sang.
Kan Jian had made his way through the emotional fall out, moved from anger to worry over whether it had been hard on Wang Sang to play the part of boyfriend. Had he secretly been repulsed every time Kan Jian had touched him? Kissed him? Kan Jian had moved back to anger, then to aggravation at the idea that nobody could have scripted all their interactions, had torn himself up trying to figure out what had been training and what had been real reactions.
Real feelings.
In the end it was mostly hollowness and aching that left him grumpy and sharper when his edges showed.
But he wanted to know, so he read the letters instead of burning them.
-
Wang Sang had always spelled his name as 王桑, with the Sang for mulberry.
The letters weren't signed at first, though Kan Jian knew who they were from. He learned a lot about the letters' author, because the author was learning a lot about himself as well. Kan Jian had no way to reply, but he kept every letter in the hope that one day, he could talk to the other man about his journey to figure out who he was when he wasn't being told who to be.
Kan Jian had known that Wang Sang had a brother, but it's not until the third letter, when Wang Can is mentioned, that Kan Jian understands what that means.
He wonders which of the dead had been Wang Can.
He wonders if he'd killed him.
-
The eighth letter is signed.
刘丧
Liu Sang.
Sang, for bereavement.
But the letter says it's the name he'd been born to, the one he'd chosen to take back, so Kan Jian is less worried about Wang... about Liu Sang's mental state, and more about the parents who'd named their son like an omen.
-
Kan Jian almost burned a letter.
“I kissed a boy.”
He shouldn't feel betrayed, but he does.
Until he managed to calm himself and read the following lines, because Liu Sang hadn't been able to do anything but compare this stranger to Kan Jian and find him lacking.
-
There's an excitement in Liu Sang's next letter, somehow contained in every character. Kan Jian doesn't understand exactly, but he feels excited too as he reads about the new teacher Liu Sang has found, how he's training his hearing.
Kan Jian remembers hours later, as he's lying in bed, the hearing servants of the Xin Yue hotel, and suddenly a whole lot of things start making sense.
-
Kan Jian's life didn't stop, didn't become nothing but heartache and waiting for each letter. They made it easier to crawl out of the empty place in his life where Wang Sang had been, they reminded him that he had things to figure out too.
He made new friends, he moved on.
(He kissed a stranger or two as well, but they don't make his soul fizz with excitement like Wang Sang had. Like Liu Sang's letters do.)
-
Years slipped by.
There was jobs and friends and parties, and the occasional hospital visit of varying degrees of seriousness because of jobs and friends and parties.
And then there was the Sea King tomb, and Kan Jian was sent to pick up some sonar mapping expert from the airport. He and two others waited on the hood of the truck, and Kan Jian was beginning to wonder if the master they were picking up had missed the plane when:
“Hey, look at that guy,” his friend said, and Kan Jian looked over.
His first thought was: “what kind of excavation master dresses like a real estate agent?”
His second thought was: “how the hell did I forget how attractive he is in person?” Because walking towards them with a rolling suit case in a well fitted suit, hair radiant in the sunlight, was Wang Liu Sang.
The suitcase was shoved towards one of Kan Jian's companions and Liu Sang's gaze is directed at him.
“Wu Erbai sent you to pick me up?”
Kan Jian managed to nod, and not say out loud 'your voice is amazing.' But then Liu Sang was frowning, and turning away and leaving. Kan Jian followed after him because he couldn't lose him again.
-
Kan Jian felt a little bad about stomping on an innocent man, but as they watched the car drive away, Kan Jian was more concerned about Liu Sang, who looked like he was dying inside.
And Kan Jian knew, from whispered words years ago in the dark, and from ink in letters more recent, he knew why Liu Sang had reacted that way.
“'It's better to be wrong like this,'” Kan Jian said, one hand reaching for Liu Sang but not making contact, “'than ignoring it and being wrong the other way.'”
Liu Sang looked at Kan Jian, scared and bare as he recognised his own words, “you could have burned them.”
Kan Jian shrugged, “well, I didn't. I kept every one I got.”
Liu Sang flushed, somehow even more embarrassed than he'd been a moment before. He was anxious, Kan Jian could see it, so Kan Jian took a gamble.
“We don't really know each other very well,” Kan Jian said, and Liu Sang looked startled, his eyebrows scrunching in confusion. “Since we'll be working together for a while, let me introduce myself. I'm Kan Jian, I like slingshots, and my laoban, and your hair and I'll be your driver today.”
Liu Sang pushed his glasses up his nose, but Kan Jian could see the smile he was clearly trying to hide.
“It's nice to meet you, I'm Liu Sang, I specialise in sonar cartography, I like meerkats, and your smile, and my ouxiang Zhang Qiling. I look forward to working with you.”
Kan Jian grinned... and lasted all of twenty seconds before he asked “wait, did you really get the tattoo?”

Hoseok doesn't understand himself most times. Or more specifically, on days like this. Where the mere thought of feeling his body resting against the mattress is cringe inducing. But not as bad as the idea of leaving his bed, starting his day, going outside.
He and Namjoon had plans. Plans that they've been looking forward to for weeks, waiting until they both had a completely free day all to themselves. Hoseok can't just stop everything because he woke up feeling like a gross sack of skin, meat and bones. The entire day was planned to their liking too: favorite restaurants, hiding spots in the city, places to shop, and ending the day probably going back to Namjoon's just to hold each other until the next morning. Nothing too special, really.
They loved the domesticity of days like this.
Hoseok should feel excited right now.
He musters to stand up, and just pushes through normally. Yes, he is a responsible adult and doesn't have to stop his entire life because of some mental turbulence. It's easy for the most part, these days he always wakes up hungry. It's all good until he has to get dressed…
See? It was Hoseok's idea after a few months of dating, to start gaining weight. Thinking, if he grew enough, the parts of his body where weight settled the most would become less noticeable. No matter how slim he was before, there was no escaping the personalized curse that seemed to settle all of his weight at his hips and thighs.
And gaining weight worked! Namjoon was on board with any idea that would help his boyfriend feel more comfortable, and Hoseok found himself feeling genuinely better in his own skin.
Yet... he could barely have the courage to undress right now. Let alone try on something to wear for today, knowing everyone was going to see him on it. Today, it felt as though the plumpness did nothing to hide his body the way Hoseok wanted it to. All he could focus on now, was the fact that if he left with Namjoon today, everyone was going to think Hoseok was his girlfriend.
The thought alone makes it harder to swallow. The roundness all over his body whIch he had come to love, the thickness of his legs that hid his butt. The fat that piled on his torso hiding the curve of his waist and taking attention away from his chest. Even his hands, which had grown a little chubby, were perfect to hide the daintiness in them. All of that on a day like this, just seemed to amplify the pear form that his body grudgingly took in spite of him.
His hands rub at his hips, soft and squishy to the touch, but Hoseok wouldn't dare touch. Only Namjoon gets to touch them without making the older tense up in discomfort; the only thing that makes the squishing of the fat bearable is the deep voice that always comes after it, pouring praise to Hoseok's ear making his shiver in the best of ways.
He doesn't know how he'd react if Namjoon was to touch him now, though. Hell, he didn't know how the younger would react to Hoseok's poor excuse. That's a lie, he knows Namjoon will be nothing but accepting if he so much as suspects his boyfriend is having a bad dysphoria day.
But it doesn't make the guilt go away.
So he pushes it down, rather grabbing something that will cover his body at all, even if it won't hide the parts he doesn't want to see. At least it won't show so much skin.
Hoseok is trying outfit number 6 by the time the doorbell rings. Absolutely not prepared to greet his boyfriend, Hoseok takes one last disgusted look at himself in the mirror before rushing to the door.
"Hey." Namjoon tries to say subtly, but the grin on his face is so wide and eager, it grips at Hoseok's heart. Guilty as he smiles back. "You ready?" He has to slightly look up to meet Namjoon's face; brain unhelpfully reminding him of just how tall his boyfriend is, how masculine he is without even trying.
Ugh, there's no way he is getting through today, is there?
"About that..." Hoseok's smile turns sad, apologetic. Heart breaking at the way Namjoon's expressions drops. "I don't think I feel like I can handle going out today..." He fiddles with his own hands.
"Oh...'' That's Namjoon's own response, and Hoseok understands the disappointment. Can only imagine how tiring it must be to have to cut not only their daily life, but plans they've been looking forward to for weeks, just because Hoseok doesn't feel good about himself that day. He probably thinks the only way for him to progress is to push himself to go out and live despite the dysphoria, to suck it up; maybe even doing that would be the masculine thing to do.
"I'm so sorry to hear that, Seok-ah." The voice that speaks is so gentle, though. Warm hands cupping at his soft cheeks. He doesn't manage to answer, rather looking at Namjoon with wide, anxious eyes. "Lets go inside, yeah?" He smiles softly, hands settling at his shoulders before guiding Hoseok back into his own house.
It definitely feels like Namjoon isn't as upset as he should be, being unfair to himself and too kind to Hoseok's dysphoric taunturm. But the older doesn't know if he wants to bring it up, just in case he changes Namjoon's mind. He has to, though.
"It's not that big of a deal J-Joon, we can still go out, I just need to find something to wear." He tries to reassure as Namjoon guides him to the couch. However, the younger has known Hoseok for far too long to buy that.
"If you start feeling better, then we can go out." He smiles innocently, gentle; but knowing fully well that Hoseok was just trying to belittle his experiences.
A weak smile shapes Hoseok's lips into a heart. "It's not fair how you use your knowledge of me against me." He complains, though it has absolutely no bite to it.
"You can't stop me." Namjoon grins back smugly, sitting beside Hoseok and leaning for their lips to meet. The older sighs in defeat; he's lost.
Yet it feels absolutely nothing like losing. At all.
"Fine, but I want your hoodie." He demands, bratty. Hoseok would feel guilty about it if Namjoon didn’t immediately comply with all his commands. Eagerly pushing his hoodie off, silver of tan skin showing as his shirt rides up along with it; which Hoseok absolutely does Not stare at. An quickly snatches it off his hands, before sliding it on his own.
Probably, stealing your boyfriend’s hoodie which fits significantly bigger on him, would be considered a femenine thing to do. But Hoseok will be damned if he doesn't let his nose sink into the fabric and immediately melt at Namjoon’s scent. Only enhanced by Namjoon’s arms, wrapping around his shoulders.
Hoseok never told him to do it, but on days like this Namjoon makes sure to keep his hands off the parts he knows his boyfriend is insecure about. He appreciates it, even if the idea of wrapping his chubby arms around Namjoon’s thick waist seems silly considering their different bodies. But it does make him feel masculine, so he guesses the younger’s strategy works perfectly; as they cuddle closer on Hoseok's couch.
The silence is comfortable for a while, Namjoon tucks his head into Hoseok’s shoulder, as the older gets to caress the warm skin at Namjoon’s lower back.
But oh, Hoseok could never be so lucky.
“Do you want to talk about it?” Namjoon’s voice whispers into the older’s soft neck. And he can only sigh, parly endeared, and partly annoyed.
His boyfriend is so caring. Too caring
“Do I have to?” He groans, and Namjoon takes it as his cue to tangle his fingers gently through the hairs of Hoseok’s nape; soothing.
“I’m asking if you want to, silly.” The older doesn't have to look to know Namjoon is rolling his eyes.
“Nothing happened in particular, cus I know you are worrying about that.” Hoseok grins at the way he feels his boyfriend's body sigh relaxed at that reassurance. “I just woke up feeling this.”
“You better not be using the fact that ‘nothing happened’ as a way to invalidate your feelings.” He scolds gently.
“And you better not be using your knowledge of me against me!” Hoseok whines in an attempt to lighten the mood, and pats his own back when he hears Namjoon’s laughter against his neck.
“I mean it, hyung.” He raises his head from the safe space of Hoseok’s neck; who’s still trying to get past the flips of his stomach at the sound of Namjoon calling him ‘hyung’. “I wouldn’t spend our free day any other way.” And as if to seal the deal, he lands a gentle peck onto Hoseok's nose.
He feels it in his chest, the bursting love he feels for this man. How his body doesn’t feel squirmy at the feeling of his body against Namjoon, just from having him close, having him be treated with such...normality.
It feels like he is broken out of a transe with the movements of Namjoon’s hands at his shoulders. “Y-you know… You don’t have to avoid touching me.” He chuckles a bit nervously.
“O-oh.” His expression grows bashful. “I don’t actually know like--I don’t want to make you uncomfortable!” He whines.
“Namjoon you’re like three times my height, it is not comfortable. You can touch my hips.” It even manages to burst giggles out of Hoseok’s chest.
“Okay, okay.” The younger chuckles as well, as he begins to untangle his arms off Hoseok’s shoulders. And they rather find a comfier route settled at the plush of his hips. And it always feels unfamiliar the first time; as if Hoseok avoids and ignores them so much that they only exist with Namjoon’s gentle squeezing.
His eyes close, as the younger kneads the pillowy skin. Hoseok doesn't realize he is humming until a chuckle bubbles out of Namjoon’s chest. Soft body entirely melted against Namjoon’s firmer one. “You should’ve just told me you needed this.”
“It's hard to admit I need it sometimes, the gentler touches.” The older speaks softly, as Namjoon’s hands rub up and down the curve of Hoseok’s waist, thumbs caressing at the sides of his belly.
“Aish, you speak like I’m not gentle with you ever.” Namjoon groans quietly, rolling his eyes. His hands squeeze at Hoseok’s waist unaware. And okay, he does not mind this.
“I know I know. But I overthink everything when I get like this, you know that.” He cups the younger’s face, whining softly. “I like it though.. I just feel like I might not deserve it sometimes.” He confesses with an apologetic smile.
But Namjoon doesn’t falter, still grinning with so much love. “That’s alright, I love reminding you.” He leans to Hoseok’s hand still cupping his cheek, kissing it.
