Fun Fact

Hey hey hey folks, guess where the FUCK I was tonight!
Also, this is a good time to finally reveal: I will be acting in and (co)directing an abridged production of Ride the Cyclone(To be clear, I am NOT affiliated with the Beck Center/Baldwin Wallace version, but I saw that version AND I will be directing a DIFFERENT production of the show)! I will do everything in my power to make sure SOMEONE makes a slime tutorial!
I also have a Ride The Cyclone sideblog! @iamaskinwhylord ! I am SO excited!
If you live in *Ohio* you should have voted "no" by now. But, if you haven't you still have till the end of Aug 8th! Time to search up your poll site and get going!
(But, don't feel bad if this caught you off guard, Ohio Republicans are hoping no one will show up to vote. That's why this election is at an abnormal time of the year when no one is home.)
Vote NO on issue 1. It's a strange constitutional amendment that changes the threshold to make it possible for a small group to veto everything. It's the only thing on the ballot.
(Though really vote however you want, look up issue 1 and see what you think. It sounds obscure, but it's more important than it looks. I'm personally convinced a "no" vote is best.)
“LISTEN as City of Cleveland Councilman Michael Polensek, of Ward 8, goes on a racist tirade and further dehumanizes the Cleveland Palestinian community and its supporters.
This voicemail was left by the councilman in response to a push from community members to call their elected representatives in Cleveland and asking for a ceasefire resolution. Just last night, prior to the start of the Council Meeting, Council President Blaine Griffin announced that there would be no further discussion of a ceasefire resolution and that Cleveland City Council had come to an end on the call from the Cleveland community. This is in spite of all the popular support from the masses of Clevelanders that have showed up for 11 weeks demanding council take action.
Michael Polensek, who just in the past three weeks accused community members of bringing in "contraband" in the form of persimmons here goes on a rant about never passing a resolution before demonizes the Cleveland community that has showed up passionately for an end to the assault on Gaza. For 11 weeks, the Cleveland community has showed up consistently and entirely peaceful (which is supported by the fact that all the videos are recorded and are public record). We continue to demand the ceasefire resolution with our Palestinian community members despite Polensek and Griffin.”
Random reminder: Cleveland is a fun city! It has lots of fun sports including: Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, Coventry Village which has lots of shops & restaurants including Big Fun Toys and Tommy’s (vegetarian) Restaurant. Christmas Story House, Playhouse Square chandelier, Great Lakes Brewery, Porco Tiki bar. I’ve always enjoyed visiting Cleveland
