I was tagged by the lovely @formulatrash and as usual am late in actually doing this.

🐳name: Caroline

🐳nickname: It used to be Caz but no one really calls me that anymore. Other than that, Pickle, which is a Spaced (comedy series from the early 2000s) reference.

🐳zodiac sign: Leo, but just outside the Leo-Cancer cusp by one day, which I think contributes to the battle between lack of self-confidence and desire to be the centre of attention, or maybe that’s just the only child tendencies.

🐳height: 5′1” or as I prefer ‘pretty much the same height as Kylie’

🐳nationality: I wish I could say something more interesting, but British

🐳languages spoken: Just English, which I’m quite embarrassed about. I studied Spanish years ago and that’s the language that I can most understand/pick up on when reading restaurant menus (remember restaurants…). I’ve never not managed to order a beer in any country I’ve been to though.

🐳what time is it: 11:27

🐳celebrity crush: I mean, god okay yes not exactly a celebrity but let’s just say CG and leave it at that.

🐳favourite fictional character: Hmm, I’m not sure I really have one. Back in the day it was probably Dana Scully and tbh she’s still cool af

🐳favourite musician: Duran Duran

🐳favourite sports team: I’m not entirely sure I have one, I’m more of a supporter of the individual than team, but in recent years I think probably Techeetah

🐳favourite season: Summer. I think if lockdown was happening in winter I would be in a much worse state mentally right now.

🐳favourite flower: Tulips, though at the moment I’m really liking alstromeria

🐳favourite scent: Salty ocean breeze, coffee, strong French cigarettes, the scent of lemons carried through the air in Sorrento

🐳favourite animal: Mice

🐳favourite food: Bread and cheese, therefore pizza is pretty damn perfect. Also big juicy langoustines, fresh fish with blitva, saganaki cheese with honey and sesame, beef wellington. Getting carried away thinking about food now.

🐳dream car: Always had a bit of a thing for the Daytona Spyder from season one of Miami Vice

🐳dream trip: At the moment, anywhere that isn’t the street where I live sounds like paradise. Dream dream trip would be to travel across South America. It would be super cool to incorporate some FE races into that.

🐳coffee, tea or hot chocolate: black coffee, no sugar

🐳dog or cat person: both, although dogs probably more so because I have a mild to moderate cat allergy

🐳what are you wearing right now: I dragged myself out for a run this morning so I’m still in my running gear

🐳drink of choice: wine or coffee, and full-fat coke cos occasionally you need that sugar hit. It’s aperol spritz season too so I’ve been throwing together a few of those recently when the sun is out in the evenings.

🐳number of blankets you sleep with: one duvet, and a blanket when it’s cold

🐳average sleep hours: I need all the sleep, so between 8 and 9 hours, sometimes longer on weekends.

🐳random fact: I’m crap at thinking about these on the spot. I’ve slept in the Sahara desert (in a Berber tent, near a village, not literally in the middle of the desert, but still it was a pretty cool experience).

Hihiya, I’m super intrigued and excited that you have x files on your list !! Have you already got any head cannons about x files characters .. do you have a preference for who is the agere ? 💖🐈

I could see both Scully and Mulder regressing, honestly!! It totally makes sense for Fox, just because he lost a lot of his later childhood to the trauma of losing his sister, and also because he doesn’t take care of himself while he’s working :( and we see some consequences of that (insomnia-related manic episodes) and I feel like regression could tie into the low-swings of his mental health. 

And then Dana acknowledges in the show how much she finds herself as an adult still seeking her father’s approval, and the support that she lost when he died, in other people... also, her favourite book as a kiddo was Moby-Dick, so I’m just gonna assume she wasn’t having a great time. Precocious little child. I love her very much. 

On the lighter side, I think that Fox is still pretty hyperfixated on the paranormal when he regresses, and just babbles about all kinds of urban legends and mythology: he’s less interested in proving things and more interested in how all the stories reflect each other and showing off what he remembers! 

But also he regresses when he’s exhausted and he’s definitely one of the characters I’d headcanon as needing protection: either because he forgets to get up and go to the bathroom, or because he can’t make it through the night. He’s just a lil kiddo. 

And Dana is very proper! She says please and thank you and she’s very shy when she’s drawn something for her cg/babysitter. She gets anxious when she gets grass stains on her jeans, but she loves to be pushed on the swings. And she loves loves loves cuddles with TV. Also, people brushing her hair. That’s absolute childhood comfort for her, someone gently going through her hair section by section. And she can read books like no one’s business. But she likes to be read aloud to while she braids her doll’s hair.
