Execution Synopsis: Placed into a machine which jumped hurdles around a track while being pursued by a different machine which pulverized everything it came into contact with. After jumping the hurdles, the machine went to cross the finish line, but the banner was revealed to be a large, sharp blade, which cut the machine clean in half. Being chained to the machine, Ayame was sliced as well, and her body was destroyed by the second machine, when it caught up.
