Neptune/Sun: This aspect shows itself in individuals that are natural at manifesting. "I want it I got it". Manifesting when it comes to THEM is easier, then others. Ones with these placements should be as bold as they want, the sky is truly the limit. These people are always wanting to be the better version of themselves and want to improve on something.
Neptune/Moon: Being in tune with your emotions is crucial to people with these aspects. They are the type to do a lot of visualization and dream of their desires. Quite spiritual people! It's easier to manifest when they have an emotional attachment to what they are manifesting for.
Neptune/Mercury: Writing and affirming must come easy to these individuals! (at least for me!). Also scripting can come natural for people with this placement. Their thoughts create basically. I would advise that everyone does self concept but especially if you have prominent mercury. Overthinking is common so they need to be wary about that!
Neptune/Venus: Manifesting with music can be more effective. Neptune/Venus natives are a bit similar with Neptune/Moon natives. Though these ones can do more with relationships, beauty etc. (Side effects are that they can be a bit too attached it not careful).
Neptune/Mars: These ones are more "hands on". I'm imagining them actually putting in the work and have the motivation and drive to manifest their desires. Personally this is my favorite one as these people can do anything they put their mind to. Similar to Sun but these ones are more assertive and blunt.
Neptune/Jupiter: When someone with these placements manifests once, they are unstoppable. They are quite ambitious and will aim for anything, not even the sky is the limit for them. They like big things and have a lot of goals.
Neptune/ASC: Manifesting can come of natural to these people. Ariana Grande and Marilyn Monroe have this placements and they have talked about manifesting as well. With this placement they are really in control in their reality. Visualizing is a great tool (also for mercury too)!
Neptune/Saturn: When everyone is worrying about getting their results these ones are very grounded. They know what they want and are clear on how to get it. If you have this placement and are not grounding is something you should definitely try! It's not easy to detour these ones for their goals.

stop forcing yourself to work for your manifestations. you can do tons of methods and challenges and still see zero change in the 3d. why? because states manifest. it‘s that easy.
now, when you affirm and visualize on loop to get your desires without success in what state do you find yourself?
in a state of lack. you are affirming to GET. you should never feel like you have to WORK for your manifestations.

THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO DO IN ORDER TO GET YOUR DESIRES IS TO FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE THEM. FULFILL THEM MENTALLY. read that again. you have to FEEL like you already have them. nothing else. everything else will follow.

isn't that amazing? you can genuinely have or be ANYTHING, yes, anything, just by feeling. and it will ALWAYS be expressed into the outer world as long as you fulfill it in the inner world ( -> your imagination).
now how do we go on about this?
first of all you need to actually realize that YOU ARE THE ONLY CREATOR. the only cause. everything you see in the 3d is dependent on your beliefs and ideas. you do not have to be anything you don’t want to be. you are consciousness moving through states. read that again. engrain it into your beliefs.
i recommend doing this meditation by edwartart. it really helped me realize that i don‘t actually need to see anything in the outer world, but can instead just experience it in my imagination. and as we learned earlier, "once it is felt, it must be expressed."
this is also why you really shouldn’t care about your 3d. you dont have to ignore it, but you should never identify with the outer world. you are pure consciousness. live in your imagination as much as possible, as imagination is reality. thoughts manifest -> the dominant feeling manifests.
and instead of consuming even more posts about manifesting, go try it out. you dont even have to meditate, just close your eyes and remove the outer world from existence. then be the person you want to be. experience living as that person. you‘ll soon realize that it‘s incredibly easy to manifest and you‘ll also automatically stop caring about the 3d when you reach the state of fulfillment.
and don’t say you "cant get into a state". once you get rid of that mental blockage and ALLOW yourself to feel and experience it‘s genuinely SO EASY. don’t force it! if it doesn’t feel good you’re probably imagining something you don’t really want. try imagining your heart‘s desires. imagining is so fun. do it whenever you can, when you’re waiting for the bus, taking a break etc.
read this post again if you need to. actually understand it.
now go live in your imagination. fulfill all your desires mentally and you‘ll soon realize the 3d automatically catches up without you having to lift a finger. the life of your dreams is literally just waiting for you to experience it!

Don't try just be without questioning,without any doubt and without worries. I've been testing law just for fun and I must say that being worried ruin everything. When you make assumption you have about yourself like "I can't manifest"you just accepted that as a FACT,you persist in that assumption without realizing it.
Here is an example from my personal experience,I unintentionally hold this assumption that "college is no different then school it's all same the teacher and professor complain about us to the parents",it's jus a random assumption I held,and not even a day later I saw this tiktok and insta reel saying school and college is no different,I know I manifested it at that moment cuz every time I held some kind of assumption about college or school I see this relatable pov videos. And me getting relatable videos is also an assumption.
So the whole point is don't try, just become that version of yourself. You can go and be like "Oh I can manifest with 24 hours" and accept that as a fact BOOM💥 there it is your new story. You wouldn't doubt it,you wouldn't question or worry about your facts.
Here is a weird assumption I have about myself I never EVER doubt it,so every time I start liking underrated singer or bands they just somehow become famous😀like BTS I've known them since "I Need You" Era 2015 and suddenly a year later they are become worldwide popular😀the way i was gatekeeping them from everyone but my assumption come to reality🙃 there are more,if I like some trend it becomes popular💀. Also notice how I had those assumption as a kid I was literally 12 or smth. Be as stubborn as a child when it comes to manifestation.
If such weird assumption can be a fact then why not getting free money be a fact,being a Shifter,always getting free food,anything can be a fact it if you hold and assumption and persist.
Even when you affirm,affirm them as FACTS,well cuz they are facts right.
Also you are not gaslighting yourself,you can give yourself your desires in your imagination and become that version of yourself in imagination which is your actual reality.
We should treat our assumptions as facts when we are manifesting because our assumptions are the seeds that we plant in our subconscious minds, and they are the foundation of our manifestations.
When we treat our assumptions as facts, we are essentially creating a strong impression in our subconscious minds that our assumptions are true. This makes it much more likely that our affirmations and visualizations will be accepted by our subconscious minds and that our manifestions will reflect on the 3d. Therefore, it is essential to treat our assumptions as facts when we are manifesting.

I’ve gotten so many questions like this.
How do I fulfill my desire?
Trust me, whatever you’re thinking is overcomplicating it. I truly believe that everything I had learned before a month ago had been overcomplicating the law.
However, to understand this, I first need to answer the other question I’ve frequently gotten: how can I identify with my inner man?
Once again, I’m going to tell you that you’re overcomplicating it.
What do you feel when you close your eyes and forget the world around you? It’s a feeling, right? There’s no body, no physical sensations inside there, but somehow you feel that you’re still here, you’re still you, despite not having the outer physical characteristics of you. That little voice inside your head is your inner man. Your inner man is not separate from you. You don’t need a ritual or time or anything complicated to reach him, because he’s always with you. (Please note that despite using he/him pronouns I am using it in the general sense and I do not mean that everyone has a little MAN inside them, it’s the inner you, the inner self—which is the self that you must change in order to manifest all your desires.)
Self is simply what you do and have in your inner world
So, how do you identify with your inner self? You simply allow what you do, have, and experience internally to have more weight than the outer world. I can already hear you asking me once again, how do I do that? But the answer is so simple. Practice.
You have to practice believing that the outer world is a reflection of your inner world. And how do you do this? You test the law. Think about it, you imagine worst case scenarios all the time. You imagine arguments, you expect to fail, and you constantly keep yourself in a loop of negativity and pessimism. So, flip that. Just catch yourself when you’re immediately going to the worst and just do the opposite. But don’t do it to make something happen, because then you’re focused on the outer world and the outer man. All your fears show you what the inner man truly desires. If you’re fearing being unsafe, then your inner man desires safety. If you’re fearing rejection, then your inner man desires to be wanted. Use those feelings to recognize what your inner man desires and then give it to them.
How do you give it to them? Well, now we’re back to the main topic: you fulfill those desires internally.
The only thing you need to do to manifest anything you want is to change self. Once again, self is what you have, do, and experience internally. Not in the outer world. You can’t change your face by applying makeup to a mirror. You must reach the source, the self. The inner man.
You want more money? Imagine that your bank is full. See the numbers rising and feel that it’s truly happening. Remember that you do not need to visualize to get to the feeling of the wish fulfilled. You can hear your friends telling you how much you’ve changed. You can imagine how your new car feels under your touch. You don’t need to see in your mind to feel. Repeat that and persist but only to fulfill the inner man. Continue persisting until your inner self is satisfied. Your goal is not to make anything happen in the outer world. You should not care at all about what’s happening in the outer world. Why? Because that’s not your job. Your job is to change self. And remember, the law is that self must be reflected upon the outer world. When you change self, truly believing and feeling that you have what you have desired, then it must be reflected. You don’t have to be consistently thinking and worried about the outer world changing because that is not your job. Change self and it will all be taken care of for you.
That is truly all it takes to manifest all your desires. Never worry if it’ll happen, when it’ll happen, or if it’s possible. If you can imagine it, then it already exists. And if it already exists, since it is you that is experiencing your desire, then you can reach it. Every version of yourself is yours for the taking, no permission or “worthiness” needed. Stop asking if you can or should do something. If you desire it, fulfill it.

technically this should be step zero. but it's important to get clear on what you actually want. there are a lot of ways to do this. below i've compiled a small list for you!
- look into archetypes + system. they are patterns and associations based on body type, facial features, and personality traits. (i know there's ones that exist for feminine presenting people, i'm not sure about masculine presenting people. you are obviously not obligated to follow these, but they can be fun sometimes, especially if you're looking to curate a specific image of yourself.)
- observe the people you admire. this is a great way to try and find patterns in the people you look up to. (for example, i tend to gather inspiration from celebrities who have very youthful, sweet, and angelic faces. this helped me realize what my desired face was.)
- get creative. use faceswap and apps similar to blend together people you want to look like! if the beauty you're going for is more conceptual, make a collage board of things that visually describe your beauty. (for example, my collage board included things like cats, bunnies, deer, angels, dolls, etc.)
- you can also look at pinterest and save images of bodies, body parts, and facial features to help you know you want. this is especially useful if you're a person who has trouble keeping track of things you're manifesting.
- write a list of all the features you want. (notion is a great app to make lists and sort things if you don't enjoy using paper.)
- if you just want to become better looking overall, your subconscious knows what you truly want, so don't stress about specifying it if you're having trouble doing so.
♡- knowing that we are limitless can be a very freeing feeling, but it's important to remember that just because we can do something, doesn't mean we should do something. remember to be critical of what you want, especially when it comes to manifesting appearance changes. society has taught most of us what we are supposed to deem beautiful and healthy and what is ugly and unhealthy. do not allow indoctrination to control you. read this for more clarification.

fulfilling yourself is the most important part of the process. you must do it continuously until you feel as if you no longer need to do it because your desires are truly yours. you do not engage in methods to get anything, creation is finished. this post focuses specifically on fulfilling yourself using the state akin to sleep. there's many tutorials that already exist, explaining how to get to the state. here's a few of my personal favorites: 1, 2, 3, 4.
i personally have trouble quieting my mind down and getting into the state of thinking about my desires, so i like to either listen to music or do a meditation beforehand. here are some mediations i enjoy using: 1, 2,. while i relax my body, i sometimes listen to soundscapes to calm myself down (1, 2, 3,). depending on how i feel, i will either use the lullaby method or visualize. below, I've listed some ideas for imaginal scenarios.
- people asking you if you're [insert celebrity/person] because you look just like them!
- overhearing people gossiping about you, and accusing you of having work done when you're really just a natural beauty
- people constantly asking you for makeup tutorials or what your skincare routine is
- seeing yourself on thumbnails of subliminals/seeing yourself all over pinterest
- getting showered with compliments everywhere you go, people give you things for free and do you favors bc of how beautiful you are
♡- you don't have to fall asleep in the state for it to work. it's beneficial, but not essential. i personally like to do sats visualization midday, and the lullaby method at night.
♡- try not to make your scenarios too convoluted or have too much going on, especially if you're going to fall asleep looping it. it will be more difficult to keep track of what's going on as you slip farther into sleep. (from personal experience, the people in my scenario start slurring their words when i get too sleepy during a complicated sats scenario.)
♡- sats also works for revision. just imagine scenarios working the way you wanted them to, or an event in the past, and imagine you had your desired appearance then.
as for the lullaby method, here are some phrases you can repeat.
- it is done.
- i am stunning.
- i am beautiful.
- it is finished.
- i am free.
- it has been this way.
♡- remember that while doing this, you don't have to feel any particular emotion. you don't need to feel happy, grateful, sad, or peaceful. if you do that's great, and if you don't, that's also perfectly fine. knowing isn't this wise, specific feeling, it's just being aware and accepting what you have as truth. the device you're using to read this post now exists, right? you know you just have it. that's how it should feel to you while fulfilling yourself. it is also okay for the scenario/phrase to not feel natural at first. just keep doing it and eventually the sense of realness will begin to set in.

the art of detatchment is an essential one. detatchment doesn't refer to completely neglecting 3d responsibilities, shutting yourself in a dark room, not going to the bathroom, or not showering— it means do whatever you need to in the outer world, but don't identify with anything that doesn't align with your desires. if you find yourself crying about how ugly you are, seek comfort in imagination and remind youself that the true you, the inner you, doesn't cry over their appearance because they are confident in how they look.
detatchment includes stopping yourself from controlling things that don't manifest, like thoughts. stop thought flipping, forcing yourself to think positively, and putting yourself on these super strict mental diets because they don't solve the real issue. thoughts stem from states, and they do not manifest anything. you have the power to reject thoughts that don't align with your desires, and accept the ones that do. anything you think that aligns with your desire say "i accept this thought." and anything that doesn't, simply say "i reject this thought." as soon as you fully fulfill yourself, your thoughts will begin to naturally flow from your new dwelling state (the wish fulfilled). you should not be burning yourself out, take it easy.
detatchment also refers to letting go of the how. logic and law of assumption absolutely do not mix, they're oil and water. you have to let go of logical limitations and focus only on the end result. obsessing about waking up with your new appearance or revising it is not going to help you. how you get your desires is not your problem, nor your job. you do not need to take any sort of 3d action, like working out or eating well (although this is a great thing to do, of course!). mental work is the only work you need to do. everything else will simply fall into place, that's the law.

persistence is another important aspect of manifestation. you cannot manifest anything without some degree of persistence. once you decide you have something in imagination, you have to remain faithful to the idea. you can't continually go back to wanting your desire when you've decided it belongs to you in imagination. persisting in the idea that you truly have what you want will end your hunger and allow you to feel free and fulfilled.
a good way to continually fulfill yourself is to set up a sort of routine, like entering sats before getting out of bed each morning, or doing the lullaby method as you fall asleep. as neville said, we are creatures of habit, and habit acts as law, even though it is not. changing your negative habit of remaining in an undesired state into a positive one of consistently remaining in a desired state is very beneficial in solidifying persistence. your routine doesn't have to be extremely convoluted or detailed, it just has to be consistent, like skincare. you don't see results if you only wash your face once a day, you have to persist in your assumptions for them to become facts.

the sabbath is the rest period in which you are completely aware that you have your desires, and know that they absolutely must materialize. although the experience of the sabbath can be slightly different for everyone, what typically happens during this stage is:
- feeling no desire to use any methods (why would you need methods if you know you have your desire?)
- not feeling anything towards your desire (in the same way you feel nothing towards objects in your 3d, you just know they exist)
- thoughts naturally flow from the state of having your desires
- not spiraling or wavering

answer: according to neville, it is not. i am aware some blogs say you can just affirm, but he has always suggested to add feeling to your words, as feeling acts like glue, connecting the imagined reality to the physical one. (again, the feeling is not an emotional one, but rather a feeling of knowing.)
question: minnie, i'm always reminded of my 3d appearance by my family/friends, what do i do?
answer: i think this ask would be helpful!
question: what if i am unable to visualize?
answer: use your other senses (smell, touch, taste, hearing). you can also try studying images of whatever you want to visualize to make them stick in your mind.

answer: this meditation is absolutely perfect!
♡︎- stop overconsuming information! you know everything you need to know. there are no more new discoveries to be made. the law is easy and simple. get off tumblr if you're using it in hopes of finding some kind of life-changing information, because you will not find it.
♡︎- stop procrastinating. no, that youtube video you're choosing to fall asleep to isn't going to fulfill you, but doing the lullaby method will. that video will always be there to watch later. what is more important: your happiness, or your momentary entertainment?
♡︎- forget about time. time is not real. focusing on time is focusing on lack- which isn't what you should be doing. continue to fulfill yourself in imagination. what you experience there must be expressed.
♡︎- don't stop persisting. do not let the lack of results in the outer world deter you. if you really want your desires the way you say you do, is persisting really that much work? if your answer is yes, you probably didn't want it that much in the first place. what do you have to lose by visualizing every night or saying an affirmation as you fall asleep? the law is universal, it does not discriminate. no matter how "long" it takes, it shouldn't be worth giving up if you truly, truly want it.

So, I'm writing an essay on the whole STATE of misogyny in WC for one of my university classes, and I was wondering if I could ask you a couple of things! No pressure of course, please feel free to say no!
A) Could I reference your good takes with appropriate harvard referencing and links back to your blog?
B) Are there any specific moments from the books that you think should be covered the most?

While you're here and about to write something so legitimate, I'm also going to recommend you check out Sunnyfall's video on gender in Warrior Cats. She breaks down the arcs into numbers, directly comparing the amount of lines mollies have to toms, and examining the archetypes women are usually allowed to be.
I think it's a must-have citation in a paper about WC misogyny.
...and, I think it's insightful to look at the WCRP Forum thread about the video. Note how the respondents immediately come into the thread to complain about how the video is too long so they didn't watch it, dismissing Sunnyfall as not being entertaining enough to hold their attention, even whining that she starts with statistics to prove her point, which I'm convinced she did exactly because they would have cried that she "had no evidence" if she didn't.
I am not a scholar, so I don't know how to document or prove that the books have an impact on the audience outside of anecdotes. But I think if you do write a section about fandom, it would be worth mentioning the in-universe and metatextual apologia for Ashfur and its reflection in the real world discourse, the authorial killing of Ferncloud because of fan complains, and the utter defensiveness against the discussion of misogyny you see outside of Tumblr.
You may also want to check out Cheek by Jowl, a collection of 8 essays about sexism in xenofiction by Ursula K. Le Guin. There's a very unique manifestation of authorial bias in animal fiction, having a lot to do with how the author views "the natural world," and it's worth understanding even though Warrior Cats are so heavily anthropomorphized.
So... Warrior Cats Misogyny
I think discussing individual instances can be helpful, but I'd implore you to keep in mind what's REALLY bad about WC's misogyny is framing and the bigger picture.
Bumble's death is shocking and insulting, but it's not just that she died. It's that the POV Gray Wing sees her as a fat, useless bitch who took his mate so she deserves to be dragged back to a domestic abuser, and he's right because the writers love him so much. It's that Bumble's torture and killing only factors into how it's going to hurt a man's reputation.
It's how Clear Sky hitting, emotionally manipulating, or killing the following women,
Bright Stream (pressured into leaving her home and family)
Storm (controlled her movements and yelled at her in public)
Misty (killed for land, children stolen)
Bumble (beaten unconscious, blamed nonsensically on a fox)
Alder (child abuse, hit when she refused to attack her brother)
Falling Feather (scratched on the face, subjected to public abuse and humiliation)
Tall Shadow (thrown into murderous crowd, attacked on-sight in heaven)
Rainswept Flower ("blacked out" in anger and murdered in cold blood)
Moth Flight (scratched on the face for saying denying medical treatment is mean, taken hostage in retaliation against mother for the death of his own child, which he caused)
Willow Tail (eyes gouged out for "stirring up trouble")
Is seen as totally understandable, forgivable, or not even questioned at all, when killing Gray Wing in an act of rage would have been "one step too far" with the ridiculous Star Line.
"Kill me and live with the memory, and then let the stars know it would only matter if a single one of your murder victims was a man."
It's the way that fathers who physically abuse their kids out of their ego (Clear Sky, Sandgorse, Crowfeather) aren't treated anywhere near the same level of narrative disgust and revulsion the series has for "bad moms", even if they're displaying symptoms of a post-partum mood disorder (depression, anxiety, and rage), an umbrella of mental illnesses 20% of all new mothers experience but are heavily stigmatized with (Sparkpelt, Palebird, Lizardstripe).
It's Crookedstar's Promise giving him two evil maternal figures in a single book, while bending over backwards to make every man in a position of power still look likeable in spite of the fact they're enabling Rainflower's abuse. Leader Hailstar is soso sorry that he has to change Stormkit's name for some reason, in spite of leaders being unaccountable dictators the other 99% of the time, and Deputy Shellheart functionally does nothing to stop his own son from being abused or even do much parenting before or after the fact.
It's the way men's parental struggles are seen sympathetically, and they don't have to "pay for it" like their female counterparts (Crookedstar's PPD vs Sparkpelt's PPD, how Daisy and Cinders are held responsible for Smoky and Whisper being deadbeats, Yellowfang's endless guilt for killing her son vs Onestar's purpose in life to kill his own), even to the point where a father doesn't have to have raised their kids at all to have a magical innate emotional connection to them (Tree's father Root, Tom the Wifebeater, Tigerstar and Hawkfrost).
It's less speaking lines and agency for female characters, being reduced to accessories in the lives of their mates and babies, women getting less diversity in their personalities, with even major ex-POV characters eventually becoming "sweet mom" tropes.
You could zoom in on any one of these examples and have an amoeba try to argue with you that "Oh THIS makes sense because X" or "Ah well my headcanon perfectly explains this thing" or "MY mother/girlfriend was abusive/toxic/neglectful and I've decided that you are personally attacking ME by having issues with how a character was written or utilized," but the beleaguered point,
That I keep trying to hammer in, over and over, across books worth of posts,
Is that these are trends. More than just a couple one-off examples. It's the fabric that has been woven over years, showing a lack of interest in, or even active prejudice of, women on behalf of the writers.
LONG STANDING trends, which have only gotten worse as the series progressed. From Yellowfang being harshly punished with a born evil son who ruins her life in TPB and the mistreatment of Squirrelpaw that begins in TNP, all the way up to the 7 Fridgenings of DOTC and Sparkpelt's PPD being a major character motivator for her son Nightheart.
So, I would stress that in your paper, and structure it less as "the Sparkpelt slide" and "the Yellowfang slide," and more as "The paternal vs maternal abuse" slide, and "the violence against women" slide. They're really big issues, there's tons of examples for each individual thing.

We just can't let it be we think "If i think it one more time then it will manifest" "if i affirm enough times it will happen""there must something more to it" but this just shows that you are still desiring it, you are "trying to make it happen" and that is NOT fulfillment and will cause you all sorts of problems.
Now some of you might want to let it be but just can't instead you are desperate and impatient and i'm gonna tell you how you can actually do it. I want you to truly TRULY understand this "Your imagination is the ONLY real reality" and "Leave the outer world alone for it is ONLY an illusion" this is very very important and i've said it unnumbered times and will continue to say it because if you overlook it you will suffer like i did. If Consciousness is the ONLY real reality and the outer world will reflect no matter what then why get so worked up about it? why worry "if it will happen", if you worry that just means you haven't completely accepted the law(as within so without) you aren't serious about it, i mean you've found GOD people all over the world are in search of God and you have found him don't just take this power lightly but completely accept him in you.After you accept you also trust his power and that means After you have assume something you let it be and that means to know it will come into being BUT not looking for conformation from the outer world.
When you assume something to be true as in if you have visualized a scene, you will want to look the outside to confirm your assumption, but this is the wrong attitude. You need to have confidence in yourself, that what you have assumed within, will happen in the outside world. You do not have to look for it, and by not looking for it, you will see it. No more craving or seeking. Now here are some really helpful quotes:
Many people get in the habit of thinking that "If I just think it one more time then it will manifest." No, it is when you let it be, you will be move under compulsion to manifest it. It is when you stop looking to outside world for confirmation, it will happen. Why? Because consciousness is the only reality. If your consciousness assumes something and then you use your consciousness to look to the outside to confirm, you will be denied, then you will accept the denied as truth and it is a cycle.
Think of manifesting as a breath. When you breathe in, you must let it go to accept a new breath. If you breathe in, and cling onto it, you will die. To change self is to change your "I AM".
1. I think of what I want to be, ANYTHING
2. Then I assume I am that in IMAGINATION ONLY
3. Now I walk in my physical world persisting in the knowing that what my inner man(self) experienced is truth and that I did truly experience that, in its own miraculous way in ways we just cant explain thats so natural almost coincidental it will come to pass
But Ms. Allurea why should we only change ourselves in imagination only?
You change who you are being in imagination because IMAGINATION IS THE ONLY REALITY/CREATES REALITY. Therefore in order to change what you are seeing you must first change who you are being. Since I know that the inner man is self and all I must do is change self to change my reality, I go within and become the one I want to be in imagination knowing that who i am within is truth because i do not identify as this outer body but as the inner man and when i say "I AM" i do not speak of the senses but of my eternal being which is the inner man(the I AM, my true self).
Well Ms. Allurea how do I know that I've changed self?
You will know because you will feel a sense of fulfillment. You see self was already changed the moment you desired it to be changed. But sometimes we tend to forget this, by thinking that we need to do something in order to get what we want. The moment you stop DOING and start BEING is the moment you've changed self. You've shifted your state from trying to get to now already being it. That is the goal, to realize that you aren't getting anything but realizing that you've already had it the second you wanted it.
But Ms. Allurea what about methods? If I affirm does that not mean I'm fulfilled?
Oh no no darling, you can definitely still do methods. But it's a matter of what are you doing those methods for? When you affirm, are you affirming because you enjoy it? Are you affirming because it satisfies your imagination? Are you affirming to remind yourself when you forget it's already taken care of? Or are you affirming to bring something to you/to get something? How about visualizing, are you visualizing because you want to and it makes you feel good or are you visualizing because u think you have to and feel that in order to get what you want you must visualize? The methods are not the issue it's how you use the method that is. This is why you hear ppl say that no matter what method u use maybe every method works, some works or even none because it's entirely based on what you're assuming. Either way, it all depends on how you look at it, and no matter which way you look at it whether you assume using a method makes your desire come quicker or you're doing the method for fun YOU ARE STILL OPERATING OFF WHO YOU ARE BEING. Which is why no matter what you do, do it from a position of changing your I am(self) and experiencing what you want to experience through your real self.

Well then my dear you haven't learned a single thing about loa or manifestation in general. The 3d cannot give you anything let alone fulfill you. Let's say you did have your desire in 3d I'm sure on the first day you're probably squealing with joy..now turn 1 day into 1 year, 9/10 you're not even squealing like before and your just like meh this is normal I have it and that's that onto the next desire. See the desire itself isn't the thing we want at all, but the feeling that comes with it. No matter how big or small it may be, there's always something attached to this idea that makes us want it. Why did you desire what you desired in the first place? Because whatever it was, when thinking about its fulfillment made you feel something that satisfied you and made you feel good. With that being said my friends, you can give yourself all those feelings you want to feel by feeling them now within yourself through experiencing what you Want to experience within imagination. And yet somehow some way, in a way that's so natural and just can't be explained, so much so you would have thought "well it would have happened anyway" you practically forgot that you even desired it in the first place because of how unexplainably natural it was..that same thing you desired to have on the outside actually ends up being right there seen with your own human eyes. But why? Because the 3d is just a copy of imagination acts that we've accepted as true that in its own way harden into fact in our physical world.
Do not move through the world with your eyes of sight but through the eyes of faith, for faith sees beyond what the human eyes are limited to and the inner man can experience beyond what the outer man senses. Turn away from and disregard your organs and instead listen to who you are being NOT what you are doing. It's through faith that you are the inner man experiencing your desire, that your outer man also reflects this as well because who you are in the eyes of the flesh, was first who you became through the eyes of I AM.

What is the sabbath state?
When you become aware of your wish fulfilled and are conscious of its reality, you have entered the Sabbath state. It is a state of mind that you enter when you have finally accepted that your desire is fulfilled and it is a reality. You have abandoned all concern with the physical circumstances that appear to be opposing your wish. You have no doubts about the ultimate fulfillment of your wish. You are absolutely convinced that your wish is fulfilled and will never return to the old state of consciousness again.
In that state, there is nothing to do or think on anymore?
Yes, in the Sabbath state, there is no more need to affirm or work for your desire; you need not think of your desire any longer because you have entered a state in which it is already a reality. All your efforts should come to an end. Instead, it is important to remain faithful to the Sabbath state by constantly assuming you are mentally living as if your desire is now a reality. Do not become distracted by the physical details of your life that may indicate otherwise. Remain unshakable in the conviction that your wish is fulfilled, no matter what your external reality appears to be.
You have done your part. Now, it is time to put all faith in the power of God to bring your desire into your life. In other words, once you have entered the Sabbath state, you simply need to sit, relax, and trust.
How do I get there?
The key to reaching the Sabbath state is to develop a deep sense of faith and conviction that your desire is already a reality. You must truly believe and accept that your wish is fulfilled, no matter what your external reality may dictate otherwise. This is where your ability to imagine and believe takes center stage.
Once you have internalized your faith and belief, you begin to let go of any attachment or concern for the physical details of your life. And you relax into a state of utter peace and quiet faith that your desire will come true in the right time and the right way.
To enter the Sabbath state, you can begin by making a mental picture of yourself in the state you desire to be in. Visualize yourself as though you were already that person or already had what you desire. Spend at least 10 minutes each day focusing on this mental image and let it become as real to you as though it has actually happened. Once you feel you are living in the state, stop actively affirming your desire and simply have absolute faith that it is done. Now you have entered the Sabbath state.
Okay so what do I do when I am in the Sabbath state and I think of my desire (and it's not yet in the physical)?
Whenever you find yourself thinking of a desire that has not yet materialized and worrying that it is not yet a reality, simply accept that your human reason is not trustworthy and remind yourself that the only true reality is the reality you create in your mind. You have nothing to worry about.
Remind yourself that you have done your work to bring the desire into your life, but now you must allow the power of God to unfold. Do not engage in thoughts of doubt or worry that the desire has not yet been fulfilled. Simply remain faithful to the state in which it is already a reality. Remember, you have entered the Sabbath so trust and have faith that what you want is already a reality and will eventually manifest in your outer world.

there has been a thematic thread linking marisbury's vision for humanity's future to kirschtaria's own desire to elevate humanity and protect the crypters, and morgan's own effort to protect the land of britain that contains the memories she made as aesc alongside the original tam lin and uther. this also reflects in artoria caster's existence post-avalon le fae as a simulacrum of the actual artoria caster that died in the lostbelt, preserved and embodied by artoria avalon so in some way the memory of that girl who remembered only sadness could be embraced by happiness. additionally, meltryllis in SE.RA.PH. breaching time and space to protect fujimaru is also a link in this chain. morgan's summer form, waking up after her spirit origin manifested her memories of being aesc, makes mention of the butterfly's dream: a philosophical thought musing that there is a transient boundary between dreams and reality.
the chinese philosopher chuang tzu once dreamt he was a butterfly, untethered and free to float in the air. he woke up questioning whether he dreamed he was a butterfly, or whether the butterfly was dreaming it was him. reality can feel like a dream, and a dream can feel more real than anything, underscoring how transience is an unavoidable part of the human condition. people will live their dreams and watch them end from the moment they are born to the day they die, and heroic spirits are the same because humanity lives every day chasing its dreams and heroic spirits are those dreams.
but starting with marisbury, we contend with the idea that sometimes, the dreamer does not wish for the dream to end. if dreams are transient because the dreamer must wake, then the only way to preserve the dream is if the dreamer fades away into the dream instead. marisbury seemingly committed suicide to preserve the animusphere grand order. meltryllis burned through the remnants of her existence to protect her memories of her timeline's fujimaru by saving them in their own. kirschtaria, already at death's door, stayed alive only to ensure his ideal and his friends could survive beyond his death, his soul being described as a bird taking flight with caeneus chasing in tow as he dies. morgan sacrificed being aesc so the land of britain could survive, and wiped her own memories of totorot and mash so they wouldn't be erased from existence for being time paradoxes. artoria caster used her entire life force to forge excalibur so the time she treasured could live on with her friends in chaldea as they fought to save proper human history, and themselves, from the rampage of cernunnos's corpse.
on top of all of that, there have been very cryptic visuals associating mash and butterflies since fgo's first opening. "shikisai" had the visual of a butterfly floating in ruins, and "yakudou" has a shot of mash's gaze following a butterfly flying into the sky. the butterfly is her guide, leading the way to the end of her dream. kinoko nasu himself once shared that cosmos in the lostbelt is a story about accepting that ends will come, and thus the butterfly is the lesson that she must take to heart to grow into a person who can claim what the purpose she chose is without shame or hesitation as the end draws near. this is something she did once saving fujimaru from goetia's ars almadel salomonis at the end of observer in timeless temple. and i would not be surprised if she did the same against marisbury at the end of cosmos in the lostbelt (which has yet to finish, as paper moon's trailer demonstrates having it be part of the chapter's title).
but what is the dream she is dreaming that is inevitably coming to an end that she will choose to protect at the cost of her place in it? if you've been reading this far, then the answer should be obvious.

but nasu wouldn't be much of a romantic if he believed an end is all you could really look forward to. the journey is far more important than the destination, because it's the only thing that can give the end meaning, as romani archaman rightly puts in his final conversation with mash. you can only extrapolate the significance of something after it's already over. not at the start, not in the middle of it, and not at when it's over, but at the moment that lies beyond the end of the dream.
and when a dream ends, that is the moment when another begins.

The Art of Successful Prayer
How to Avail Yourself of the State Akin to Sleep
"Prayer is the art of yielding to the wish and not the forcing of the wish. Whenever your feeling is in conflict with your wish, feeling will be the victor. The dominant feeling invariably expresses itself. Prayer must be without effort. In attempting to fix an attitude of mind which is denied by the senses, effort is fatal.
You should awaken within you the feeling that you are and have that which heretofore you desired to be and possess. This is easily done by contemplating the joy that would be yours were your objective an accomplished fact, so that you live and move and have your being in the feeling that your wish is realized."

I. Intro.
In this post, I will guide you through the procedure of using the state akin to sleep to retrieve the feeling of the wish fulfilled. The state akin to sleep is a state of relaxation and receptivity akin to the feeling attained just before falling asleep in which you are able to shut out the limitations of the objective world and obtain reality of the subjective state. The drowsiness of this state facilitates the procedure of persuading yourself to believe that you are that which you desire to be because minimal effort is required to direct your attention towards the wish fulfilled. If you feel the wish fulfilled, you will live in the end and if you live in the end, your assumptions will harden into fact.

II. How to do it:
"If your world would change, determine what it would look like; then construct a scene which would imply you are there. If your mental construction comes close to your fulfilled desire, your little daydream will become a fact!" / "If the suggestion is given with conviction and confidently accepted by the operator as true, then you have the ideal setting for a successful prayer." - Brazen Impudence / Prayer, The Art of Believing Ch. 4
The first step is to define your objective. Have a clear idea of what it is you would like to be (or be in possession of).
Next, ask yourself, “what does the end of that goal look like?” For example, if you would like to manifest a prestigious job opportunity, you’d be congratulated on it. If you’d like to manifest a change in appearance, you would receive compliments (It doesn’t need to include another person, but you may find it more helpful in order to feel it more real). Whatever the end looks like, it must always be an event that implies its fulfillment, that it is done. This is the wish fulfilled (more on that later).
Get into a comfortable position. You can lay down or sit upright, it doesn’t matter, do whatever feels most comfortable.
Relax. You can do some breathing exercises, listen to music, have a warm drink, whatever it is that makes you relax. 
Induce a moderate degree of drowsiness where you can still concentrate on the wish fulfilled, but be sure to not feel too drowsy where you find it difficult to focus. When you feel like you could move but you don’t want to (because you’re too comfortable), that’s when you’ll know you’re in the state akin to sleep.
Construct a scene that implies the fulfillment of your desire by making elsewhere here and then now, then feel it real by incorporating your senses into it and imagine yourself being present within your imaginal scene from your perspective. Confine your scene to a single action. If your scene implies that you have received wonderful news, do not wander off in your visualization by doing a thousand irrelevant things afterwards, simply stick to the congratulations and mentally feel yourself being present in your scene. Repeat the scene until it takes on the tones of reality. [A tip from Edward Art: Focus on feeling it real (feeling the wish fulfilled) first and then the sensory aspects of your scene will follow]
If you do this right and you’re able to shut out your senses and concentrate on that single sensation of fulfillment. You will actually feel as though it is all actually happening at this very moment, as if you are there presently. When you choose to exit the imaginal scene, you will quite literally feel surprised at the fact that you are back in the comfort of your home and not where you were a minute ago.

III. The lullaby method
"If you cannot concentrate on an act, if you cannot snuggle into your chair and believe the chair is elsewhere, just as though elsewhere were here, then do this: Reduce the idea, condense it to a single, simple phrase. Whatever the phrase is, let it imply that the assumption is true, that it is concrete, that it is already a fact and you know it." - Assumptions Harden Into Fact
If you find it difficult to focus on a scene and feel it real or if you simply cannot conceptualize what the end would even look like, follow steps 1 through 4 and do the following:
Condense the fulfillment to three words or less and repeat them over and over again until your mind is dominated by the single sensation of thankfulness. Meditate on this phrase until you accept it as a fact.
Something that helped me understand the lullaby method was the following analogy: Think of a moment where you were repeating a word to yourself over and over again until it no longer sounded like a real word. The lullaby method is almost like that except in the opposite direction. Instead of repeating your three words until they don’t make sense, you repeat them until you are consumed by the acceptance of them, as if they do make sense. 
Examples of three words that imply the end:
I made it, I passed, I got accepted, I found it, they said yes, I won, I am (beautiful, healed, employed, successful), thank you, it is done, it’s finished, isn’t it wonderful?, I AM

IV. Revision
If your goal is to revise an incident, you do the exact same process:
Construct a scene that would suggest the preferable outcome. If you dropped your phone and broke your screen, imagine that you caught it instead. If you received undesirable news, imagine what you would have preferred to hear instead. 
Again, if you cannot conceptualize a scene of the ideal, pick three words that confirm the end. For lullaby, you can stick to “It never happened”
It could take some practice or maybe you’ll succeed at feeling it real on the first attempt. There comes a point where after visualizing or repeating those three words long enough that it’ll simply feel real. When you step out of that state you will feel surprised to realize that you’re no longer where your scene implied that you were. The vividness of your scene will feel as a real occurrence to you. Whenever I do the lullaby method and step out of that state I am filled with a sense of relief, as if my prayer has been answered. That’s how you’re supposed to feel after inducing the SATS rather than “hoping” that what you just did is enough.
Although you can induce the SATS at any time of day, if you choose to do it before bed (which is an excellent idea and I’m about to explain why), you can take that feeling of the wish fulfilled and fall asleep in that state. Always fall asleep with that satisfaction clouding your consciousness. Your prayer has been answered and there’s nothing left for you to do (but you can turn to the SATS whenever you need a reminder of the wish fulfilled).

V. Wish fulfilled briefly explained.
“When I speak of feeling I do not mean emotion, but acceptance of the fact that the desire is fulfilled. Feeling grateful, fulfilled, or thankful, it is easy to say, "Thank You," "Isn't it wonderful!" or "It is finished." When you get into the state of thankfulness, you can either awaken knowing it is done, or fall asleep in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.”
I remind you to proceed with this state not with the intention of doing in order to receive but rather to acquire the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Much like a prayer, think about it through the word "wish". Imagine what it would be like to ask for a wish and know that it's been granted, or asking for something and knowing you will receive it. How would you feel?

VI. How to you know if you’re in the state akin to sleep.
You’ll know you’re successfully induced this state where you’re still capable of moving but you don’t want to. You know when you rest your head on your arm or hand and you’re so comfortable that you don’t even want to move? That’s the state. It's like when you're so exhausted you throw yourself onto your bed and do not want to move because you immediately get comfortable, that’s how you should feel.
You’ll also know when you’re able to still guide the direction of your thoughts, if you’re too drowsy to the point where you’re slurring your words or cannot stick to your scene you've gone a little too far. You want to be able to focus and control your attention with as little effort as possible.
Symptoms may vary from person to person but here are the ones I personally feel that confirm I’m in the SATS:
My body feels slightly numb and will mildly twitch
My breathing is slow and short, my chest doesn’t rise much.
I am aware of the silhouette of my body but I cannot feel where my limbs touch.

VII. Misconceptions.
You do not need to physically impair the body.
You do not need to do this at night before bed.
The lullaby method is not affirming until you fall asleep.
Visualizing during the SATS is not a daydream, you are literally harvesting your future by assuming what the end looks like and then feeling the wish fulfilled.
You can induce sats at any time of day.  Neville himself recommended inducing it at a specific hour every day and soon enough you would automatically begin to feel drowsy at that same hour every day.
It is preferable to visualize in first person rather than in third person as if you are watching a scene unfold because you are meant to feel the scene as real as possible, as if you are actually there at this very moment. 
The affirmations are ideally condensed to three words or less so you can focus on them easier. I had personally found this to be much easier for me to remain focused when it’s only three words and not longer because I eventually start slurring my words.
How I personally induce the SATS:
I prefer to do it sometime between 18:00-21:00 when I have no intention of sleeping
I make myself a cup of tea (lavender or chamomile) so I feel relaxed.
If I struggle to focus I'll do a small ten minute guided meditation beforehand.
I then turn on brown noise or theta waves on noise canceling headphones.
I repeat to myself, “I am relaxed” “I am sleepy” until I start feeling drowsy.

VII. Final words.
I strongly advise you to approach the SATS not as a method but as a way to feel that your prayer has been answered. Do not induce the state in hopes of trying to “be” something because you can’t become what you already are. Utilizing your imagination during the SATS can be such a fulfilling and rewarding practice that I would encourage you to partake in it purely for enjoyment even when you are not specifically seeking the wish fulfilled. Remember to have fun with the SATS and let your imagination run free. ʚ♡ɞ

STILTIKYU (CANON TADC)
The classic! Just another human trapped in the Digital World, who took the form of a 9'5'' tall humanoid stilt quadruped, perhaps struggling with being rigid and distant in her previous life now manifested physically. Yes, they're actually part of her body. No, she can't bend at where her joints should be. Being so tall has its advantages and disadvantages, as does the radical acceptance approach they brought with her from whatever therapy sessions she must have been attending before joining the circus (read more about her coping mechanisms and the drawbacks!). Creative at heart but with limbs now incapable of visual art, they distract herself from the phantom pains pass time singing and dancing, and puts her all into the performance aspects of the circus, though they still enjoy participating in the adventures from time to time. Also, while not nearly as bad as Jax (she’s not one to invade personal space or use sensitivities/phobias as jokes towards someone once she’s aware that’s what they are), they do enjoy poking fun and teasing others. Essentially at most their aim is to lightheartedly annoy or confuse rather than shock or hurt (read more about her relationships with the rest of the cast!).

STILTILITH (RINGMASTER AU)
Basically Stilti takes canon Caine's role as an AI ringmaster of the Amazing Digital Circus! Even her name in this AU is a biblical reference like his (but to Lilith instead of Cane!). Because she's in charge she has more control of her form than regular Stilti, and therefore has functioning limb privileges. She can also float like regular Caine but prefers to walk around because she finds it more elegant even though to the others it's probably just unsettling. On the surface Stiltilith's demeanour is calmer than Caine's and more mature than Stiltikyu's, but she can be equally as much of a menace in the right situation. It's all in playful fun, though, even if it doesn't come across that way due to her not being human. They're doing their best to learn about human emotions and social conventions and take a lot of pride in their job. Have you ever seen the movie Coraline? Stiltilith is like if the other mother really wasn't evil; they're trying her best to make the humans that enter the program happy with everything they could want, but ultimately falling short of fulfilling their actual needs due to not being human.

OPPOSITE AU (Belongs to campbell_soup70 on Instagram!)
Pretty self explanatory! Rather than skipping every stage of grief right to acceptance, this Stilti probably endlessly cycles through the first four without ever arriving at the final one. That is, when she isn't completely paralyzed by her absolute lack of capacity for dealing with their current situation. Without intervention, they probably won't last long.

CARNIVAL AU (Belongs to @/sm-baby)
Keeping with the concept of the cast being evolved, boss-like forms of their usual counterparts, Carnival Stilti ("The Metronome") goes all in on the musical/dancing aspects of her personality. Her game is arcade themed, especially rhythm games like DDR and guitar hero; maybe a bit of karaoke elements in there too. She's not super aggressive in comparison to some of the other AIs, but she takes themself very seriously and probably becomes more volatile if she feels as if the player isn't meeting her standards. Basically thoughts and prayers to any users with a bad sense of tempo and/or who sings or plays off key. Her collar is shaped like a voice box and they speak/sing similarly to a vocaloid, with more roboticism/distortion the more emotional they get.

CORRUPTION AU (Belongs to /rabid-mercenary15)
Unfortunately it was likely only a matter of time until Stilti got caught by one of her corrupted co-stars..while she may be agile and quick, her avatar isn't the best at fitting through small spaces or hiding behind much of anything..they now roam around like a mindless beast, occasionally making unworldly screeching and groaning noises, a far cry from their previous singing..still, it seems old habits do in fact die hard, however warped they may become. One of the more docile of the virally-infected, the best chance at deescalating an encounter with them is music. She's drawn to and is soothed by singing and playing instruments. Of course, now the problem is her following the source of it, but hey, at least they aren't attacking! Try backing away slowly until you get to an area they can't follow due to her colossal size. Or, set up a radio/windup music box somewhere else as a diversion and get away while they're distracted! Even if they see or hear you while you're doing so, as long as the music is still playing, they'll be too enamoured with it to care.

FREAKSHOW AU (belongs to @/hootbon)
Freakshow Stilti is all of regular Stiltikyu’s worst aspects exaggerated and potentials accelerated, basically the worst possible version of themself that lives on even more of a wire than she already is in canon verse. Walking on eggshells is second nature - at least she has great balance, even with her disfunctional limbs! Mind the splinters! While both versions of them are resigned to the hopelessness of their situation, Regular Stilti would compare hers to purgatory whereas Freakshow Stilti would (internally) compare theirs to hell. The first thing Caine did when she arrived was break her arms and legs - this was to give her flexibility for their new role as “Contortionist”, but the permanent trauma and chronic pain they also received was of no concern to him outside of frustration with her “attitude” (AKA screaming, then crying, then a paralysis-like freeze response, which was highly unproductive), but an unacceptable lack of cooperation was nothing corrective measures couldn’t reeducate. Seemingly, it worked: nowadays she’s all silly smiles, singing and practicing her performance routines off-hours for fun. What dedication! Isn’t it nice they chose to be such a team player? Well, whatever. With that twist on the same acceptance their regular TADC counterpart has, there’s also the similar (albeit darker) self awareness. She may be resigned to their existence but she’s not avoidant to its realities. On the surface they’re on Promised Neverland levels of copium and outwardly detached completely from their emotions and the horrific events that routinely surround them. However, while her persona may come across as delusional, everything they do is on her own terms. Their hyper-vigilance, a torturously anxiety-ridden constant of being, has also been her biggest tool for- well, not surviving, they’ve died plenty of times..-persisting, let’s say. Their preferred choices in strategies can all be categorized as some form of Freeze, while their last choice would be Fight, in order avoid potentially unwinnable situations. Still…we’d like to still think we have principles, but in the face of self preservation, it gets easier to abandon them. Though not their go-to, there definitely are and will be times they choose Flight or Fawn instead. Generally outside of shows, she keeps a low profile. They do their best to keep expectations of her reasonable, with not so much that they’d attract needless attention (not to mention be even more stress to maintain), but not so little it would inconvenience anyone, or god forbid, give the impression that they’re not pulling their own weight. Over time, she’s learnt all the things they have no power over and the few she does, namely their own mind. Dignity is a luxury in a place like this but integrity is something they can only take if she chooses to give it to them, and stooping to their level yields the exact same result as unwillingly being pulled down. “None of this is real” is also little reassurance in a realm where you can still experience the sensation of physical pain (not to mention psychologically directly), but “take whatever you can get in this place” was another quickly learned lesson and that includes comforts, so the fact that everything is “just” in a video game is one of many tools in Stilti’s arsenal of dissociation. They overall have attitude of “if there’s no meaning, they’ll make up her own - to them, that’s better than looking for something that isn’t there” Is it denial if it’s a conscious decision? Who knows!
An area that Freakshow Stilti is basically completely different from her canon verse counterpart is that she doesn’t crave nor seek out connection with others the way Regular Stilti does. This is likely a result of both her detachment methods in other areas, as well as a mutual lack of trust with the other members since she’s experienced and witnessed first hand plenty of times that they’re all incapable of actually relying on and helping each other. Still being a Stilti, though, part of her will always want to - she’s somewhat “attached” to others who have been personally victimized by the ringleader, possibly out of empathy or a perceived “connection” from the shared experience. However, when attempting to build bridges have an inevitably lethal outcome, she knows better than to have their hopes up in ways her other self will fortunately never have to fathom coming to terms with. That being said, not worrying about any relationships having strong foundations makes it a lot easier to have a devil-may-care attitude towards her peers and how they perceive them, so when combined with feeling her emotions more strongly in moments they’re not being actively repressed, Freakshow Stilti is a lot more unrestrained expressing her infatuation for those like Gangle and Ragatha, or contempt for those like Jax. The AI are of course the exception to this - any interaction with Caine and Aingle is with a permanently awestruck pokerface. Maybe, in some areas, that sentiment is genuine - after all, if she wasn’t impressed on some level by their technical abilities, authentically expressing respect for them as “superiors” would be impossible not to come across as tepid or overboard, both unconvincingly.

Manifestation: The Scripting Method
Scripting is the art of reimagining your life in an intentional way, in the form of a written story. This method harnesses the power of the Law of Attraction by guiding you to write what you wish to manifest as if you’re reflecting or reminiscing on what already is. This is literally you writing the next chapter of your life. Scripting can shift your reality as you begin to believe what you are creating through writing.
This is a powerful method of manifesting because it allows for freedom, creativity, and play. It gives your imagination space to expand upon your desires and access your emotions and multiple areas of thought. It isn’t limited to just one area of your life. Here’s how to do it:
Have an idea of what is it you want your future to look like. This method does not require you to be concise.
From the perspective of your future self, write in the present tense using positive words. Even though you’re writing what your future will look like, write as if it is already your reality.
Be detailed. The details connect you with what you want and invoke emotions that align with your desire. How does it look, feel, smell, sound, taste? Who else is present? Where are you? What are you doing? What are you surrounded by?
Include your feelings in you script. Describe how you feel having these things and being this future version of yourself. Express yourself and your emotions fully, including your gratitude for what you have created.
Believe it. To create this future version of yourself, you must believe in it. Believe you are capable of having it.
Set aside fifteen to twenty minutes daily to do this. You don’t have to write the whole time. Take some time to visualize what your future self is like. Use some of this time to conjure up the emotions of what it feels like to be this fabulous future version of you. You can script for the week ahead, six months ahead, or even ten years down the line. The version of your future self is completely up to you!
There’s no structured time requirement for how many days you should script. Follow your intuition on this one. Keep going, keep writing, and keep creating. Remember to let go of any attachment to an outcome. When we are attached to an outcome, we become hyper-focused and fixated on something happening. In that fixation, we lose joy. We allow the attachment to drain our faith in our own ability to make something happen. When we are attached, we are shackled and often trying to force an outcome to happen in a certain way. Being attached to an outcome comes from a place of lack, desperation, and need. This is not where you want your energy to go when manifesting.

Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, but I'm back now! I wanted to update my post on how to manifest an SP because I don't think I was very detailed back then and I also changed a few of my beliefs. I wanted my posts to reflect those beliefs so I hope you guys enjoy! As always, send me questions in my ask box if you have anything to add/questions
❥ Fall in love with yourself
The 3D is a reflection of your inner reality. What you change inside yourself (in your 4D) must change in the 3D as a result. Since everything and everyone you experience is a product of your internal reality, that means that people will often see you as you see yourself.
If you consider yourself desirable, irresistible, lovable, beautiful, etc., then so will your SP. Treat yourself as you wish everyone else to treat you. Have patience, understanding, and love for yourself, and so will the rest of the world.
This works hand in hand with having a good self-concept. Self-concept is not only about loving yourself or having high self-esteem, but it's a big part. The other part has to do with your beliefs surrounding manifestation and the law of assumption. Things such as believing that you can manifest the life of your dreams have a huge part to play in having a good self-concept. Your beliefs should surround being confident, having high self-esteem, and being the absolute creator/god of your reality with the ability to change and bring about anything you want.
❥ Focus on the ideal version of them
It's easy to get caught up with the version they showed you in the past or even the present. That's just the 3D reflecting past beliefs. If you simply change these beliefs that you had to be more favorable towards the outcome you desire, then it will have to change.
As I've said before, I don't care if they hated you, if you two ended on bad terms, if they've blocked you, or even if they don't know who you are. None of that matters. If you change your beliefs about them internally so that they are in love with you, care about you, are respectful and loyal towards you, and that they don't want to be with anyone other than you, then it must be reflected onto the 3D. It has to happen whether or not they have negative feelings towards you, because the circumstances of the 3D don't matter in the world of the law of assumption. Anything can change drastically by changing your beliefs around the person/situation/etc.
❥ Remove the possibility of failure from your beliefs
Believe that you cannot possibly fail. Condition yourself to be so confident in your abilities and in the law that you won't even worry about things like limiting beliefs, blockages, or failure. It does not exist for you. The 3D must conform once you decide it will.
Everything that is reflected to you in this world has to stem from your 4D beliefs. So, if you don't believe that failure is possible, or that limiting beliefs or blockages exist, then they won't and you will never have to deal with them. This is one of the most important beliefs to cultivate within yourself when beginning your manifestation/loa journey.
❥ Remember that it’s okay to feel stressed and to react to the 3D
Remember that you are still human. Yes, you are the god of your reality, but we are gods living a human experience. You have emotions for a reason. You are meant to feel and express your emotions. Never try to bottle them up or ignore them for the sake of manifestation.
Feeling your emotions will not keep your manifestation from you, it will not delay it, and it will not cause you to fail.
The point is to feel your emotions and get all of it out of you until you feel better, like the weight has lifted. Once you feel better, get back to the new story. Focus as much as you can on the 4D version of your desired reality in any way you see fit (if you want to use methods such as affirming, visualizing, scripting, vaunting, etc., go for it!)
Remember that methods are not necessary as the power comes from within you, not the methods. All you need to do is live in the end and persist in your new story. If you choose to use methods to help you do so, then that's wonderful, but not necessary.)
~ Summary (⺣◡⺣)♡*
ੈ♡˳ Treat yourself the way you desire to be treated, see yourself the way you desire to be seen, and love yourself the way you desire to be loved. Self-concept is key when manifesting an SP.
ੈ♡˳ Do not allow the circumstances of the 3D world to hold you back. It is only a reflection of your inner world/beliefs/story. It is highly malleable and easily changeable.
ੈ♡˳ FOCUS on your ideal reality in the 4D and persist in that story. Act and feel as though it is already manifested.
ੈ♡˳ You CANNOT fail. Remove the belief that you can fail, that you can have limiting beliefs, or that you can have blockages. They don't exist for you.
ੈ♡˳ Don't bury your emotions. Feel them. They cannot hold you back. Only your dominant thoughts and beliefs manifest. Use this to your advantage.

What to do when you feel 'the 3d isn't showing what you want':
Revise, you did get that good news , you did get that text from your sp , you did pass that test or see that you have 5 million in your bank etc. Do not accept things you do not want

For instance, suppose today's mail brought disappointing news. Revise the letter. Mentally rewrite it and make it conform to the news you wish you had received. Then, in imagination, read the revised letter over and over again and this will arouse the feeling of naturalness; and imaginal acts become facts as soon as we feel natural in the act."

don't keep saying "where is it?" over and over, , you're just making it so you are manifesting what you don't want: more waiting. You'd be surprised how much can be achieved by using revision
"Try to revise your day every night before falling asleep. Try to visualize clearly and enter into the revised scene which would be the imaginal solution of your problem. The revised imaginal structure may have a great influence on others, but that is not your concern."
If you can't just 'forget' and stop replaying your old story , revision can also help with that . I've heard of people revising break ups for example and their SP then acted as if it never even happened.
"Man must go back in memory, seek for and destroy the causes of evil, however far back they lie. This going into the past and replaying a scene of the past in imagination as it ought to have been played the first time, I call revision — and revision results in repeal."
Your Sp left you? no they didn't they've always been extremely in love with you? , people always made fun of you and said you're ugly? no actually you've always been called handsome/beautiful and you were the most popular at your school.
"Live nobly, so that mind can store a past well worthy of recall. Should you fail to do so, remember, the first act of correction or cure is always — revise.
If the past is recreated into the present, so will the revised past be recreated into the present"

Negative Energies and Attachments
People forget that energy is everything. It's the currency of life. Many of our workings and every day lives revolve around clearing out our own energy fields. We must do this in order to properly function and the most common type for all people is working through emotional trauma. We must also not forget to safeguard our family and homes. Of course, remember to analyze things first thinking of possible mundane solutions before diving into metaphysical explanations. The focus should be about ourselves first. You must help yourself and remember to regularly think about these main things whenever it comes to your energies and sacred spaces.
Attachments and Psychic Attacks can come from many different things including spirits, negative entities, negative thought forms, or projected intentions. This can all lead to imbalances and cause problems for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Key factors to look out for when dealing with negative situations include:
The Physical consisting of unexplained pain, scratches, bruises, body marks, feeling tired, and lethargy.
The Emotional consisting of unexplained extreme emotions or waves of depression, anger or fear.
The Mental consisting of destructive thoughts or impulses, poor concentration, external thoughts not belonging to your own, insomnia, and panic attacks.
The Spiritual consisting of negative dreams, inability to shift feelings of not being alone, feeling blocked or stagnant energies.
If these things are not acknowledged or properly taken care of you will begin to feel the side effects even more so where your own auric fields and protective shields are weakened by the negative energies. As a result, you will not be feeling like yourself and take damages.
Finding Your Stillness
It's encouraged to be aware of your own internal and external environments. Any form of self-care that promotes grounded mindfulness is ideal. This means that you as an individual should take time to yourself in order to properly center and ground. Meditation or binaural beats is the most common remedy for this however any way to achieve relaxation and peace of mind is highly suggested here.
Psychic Attacks
People carry huge emotions and at times negative energy can subconsciously manifest or be consciously harnessed. When emotions are manipulated or directed by malicious intent this can cause psychic attacks.
Spirits may also be tied or stuck to certain lands and objects that can influence us causing another variation of a psychic attack. Think of it like this. Are you renovating a new home or being disrespectful on sacred lands? What about buying antiques or secondhand goods? This will stir up any energies including old spirits that are linked to these places in question.
Maybe you're feeling off from your usual self with little to no reason or having bad dreams.
One of the most important aspects in this is trying not to retaliate. Fighting whatever the attack may be is not always the best course of action to take. What I mean with this is that fighting back or even gossiping about it means that you are accepting the attack and engaging in a trap of agreement. It's basically putting yourself further into a negative situation, and there can be consequences depending on the circumstances. Many need to remember that when it comes to casting magick and directing our energies we should always strive for the best possible outcome for any and all involved.
If you feel like you are experiencing psychic attack, then the best thing you can do for yourself is to calm down and try to seek out positivity. Healthy ways to solve the problem is to rise above the situation and this can be accomplished by visualizing prayers or performing a healthy ritual that involves self-care. With time and practice this will strengthen your own energetic boundaries and eventually the projections will no longer bother you as an individual.
If you wish to further utilize magickal protections, then there are a few different ways in order to achieve this.
Stones I typically recommend for personal protection include black tourmaline, black obsidian, and black kyanite. Energy cleansing works well here too, and cord cutting between yourself and any individual that you may have had a toxic situation with.
As long as you are mindful one may also try to perform visualization methods, spells, or rituals to Return to Sender. A very simple way to visualize this is to think of yourself gathering up the trash and taking it outside away from you and your home or to be a bit more literal taking a broom and sweeping away all the negative energies that surround you and your environment.
Another method is to try and create or use protection sigils, engraved candles, or written petitions. It's entirely up to you as an individual and whatever you think will help is the best possible choice for you. The more faith and confidence you have in something the better the results typically will be.
Attachments
Whenever an entity, spirit, or hyper dimensional being tries to latch onto us that is an attachment. Often these attachments are described as demonic, but that is not always the case. Not every spirit or entity is demonic. Don't let the word demonic scare you.
Transmission can occur whenever there are tears or holes in our auric fields and sometimes attachments can come from another person after crossing paths with each other.
These spirits are generally parasitic, and they come to feed off our energies after forming an attachment. This may cause unexplained aches and pains, fevers, feeling drained, or finding instability within our own emotions. Attachments can also manipulate our feelings and thoughts.
Unfortunately, attachments will stay with you until they are properly removed.
Cord cutting is highly recommended in order to sever the connection and establish your boundaries.
Scanning your energies and keeping in check with your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health is the key to success.
Actively feeding your needs and your shields is the solution we are looking for here.
Overall, protection from psychic attacks and attachments comes from being empowered within ourselves.
Keep in mind that entity removal one time does not make you immune to future attachments either because every situation will be different. This is why it's important to find stillness in your mind and your soul, and to know your own shadows. If you know your shadows and are actively working through them, then they are no longer your weaknesses. You will be better prepared for any situations where they may be used against you.
