Guys I'm gonna be honest I've watched the entirety of the muppet show (RECENTLY!) and couldn't remember a singular scene that Fleet Scribbler was in. They really killed his ass on sight

Was on a call with friends earlier tonight and one of them rhetorically asked "does Talia [<- me] get along with everyone?" to which another responded - after thinking for a few moments - "Talia gets along with everyone, but not everyone gets along with Talia."
Thank You I Am Going To Be Pondering The Implications Of That Forever Now

these astride updates r so insane. the ceo is like "I drew some art" and then the programmers have a mental breakdown. (thats an over dramatization- the programmers are hopeful but like.... its a bit grim)
Some excerpts from the dev update posted by their main / original dev -
"I’ve never felt more comfortable with the project than I am now. There’s proper logging, error handling, and a step-by-step connection procedure to hook into. With proper packages for each part of the code, we are able to get a nice flat foundation to build the game upon. With the new programmer, we’re also able to cover more ground at the same time so I’m no longer the bottleneck when it comes to programming."
"The first version on Steam was a compromise update because so many people wanted to escape the containment of the fences around the arena, so I deleted a single fence and “hacked” in a way to stick the player on top of the terrain. Looked absolutely bonkers insane but it was meant to be a temporary solution until we got the physics sorted out."
"We also want to make it in combination with a larger menu update later, but we might add in a temporary solution before that. The current menu setup is something I hacked together with my limited Unity Canvas and UX design skills, so I’m looking forward to a proper menu pass."

i think it was me at fault for expecting anything that wasn't what they usually give us in bsd. we kill off a character...but he's alright now. yeah there's not harm done. your theories, although logic, aren't true because i pulled something out my ass and that's what solved this. yeah i'm killing that character again soon. are you bored yet

this post. this post is my villain origin story
because on the one hand i'm like yeah! i get it! and on the other hand hhhhhh the word "woobify" like nails on a chalkboard and the trust is not there anymore with people who talk about woobifying villains because sometimes that just means sympathizing with them or doing anything other than discussing their evil badness and yet this post sounds so reasonable, look, it's right there, "reasonable villain enjoyers" but who the fuck is that, it's the good villain fan/bad villain fan thing all over again, am i a reasonable villain enjoyer, well i don't feel reasonable any more i feel positively insane
and it's even more frustrating than the "liking villains is wrong and bad" people because this one comes with a superiority complex and obscure and ever-changing standards but also I agree because people can be really frustrating when they file off all the hard edges and it can make a character very boring but also what do you mean by woobifying op, what the fuck do you mean here, and what do all the people reblogging mean, because i damn well bet some of them are the "let villains be villains why does every villain have to have a tragic backstory smdh" people and I'm so tired of playing villain fan respectability politics--
anyway this post. is going to be the last thing I read before I snap.

would it be insane for me to say people only like prime shadow because he has a more heroic role despite having the same characteristics they dislike in his other depictions... would it be insane to say shadow feels kind of mellowed down as a result.... like hes not allowed to completely embody his character because he also has to play substitute to sonic's heroic presence because the sonic we have can't totally deliver on that aspect. would it be insane for me to say its kinda like a domino effect where downplaying sonic inevitably leads to their dynamic shifting to accommodate this change which leads into having to downplay shadow as well. can i say that
