Yeah I'm sharing them now because if I decide to wait to pass them digitally I will ✨never do it✨
Spiderverse x One Piece AU!
A little something that started as an exercise in character design and then I got a little bit into it lmao
I did design the rest of the East Blue Crew but uh... they were kinda ugly/boring, I put more effort into these two because they're the 💕favs💕
Info, kinda. Honestly I don't have a lot thought out its mostly random ideas that mushed together sort of resemble a well put together au, just like everything I do <3
Nami:
- Spider-Woman of her universe, while her design isn't exactly original I really liked using her orange and blue colors. She has the spider logo on her back because she hates spiders and hates looking at them lmao
- In her universe, her best friend Usopp died when she failed to save him (kinda her "Gwen Stacy" but he was just a friend)
- Has electricity powers, her spidey senses are also really in tune with the climate for some reason
- She has a staff (not pictured) she fights with, and also uses the environment to her favor, not the biggest fan of fighting hand to hand because (compared to other Spider-people) shes not as physically strong
- Has a few enemies and nemesis that she fights, Arlong being the most important/strong one
- She's actually quite happy to know other Spider-people, tho she was kinda shocked when she saw Usopp... It was awkard for both of them...
Usopp:
- The first Spider-man in his world, there are some things of his design I would change (mainly the sweatband, I would change the colors), but I'm actually quite happy with his design. Where does his nose go with the mask on? The same place Hobbie's hair goes, idk..
- In his universe, his best friend Nami died, Usopp failing to protect her
- Uncanny precision with his webfluids, also figths using the environment
- Unfortunately isn't a well received Spider-man 😔, gets complaints about destruction of property or how he's "pretty coward for a superhero"
- Really would rather focus on saving civilians from natural disasters, as he's also not as physically strong (compared to other Spider-people), but it seems every weirdo on the block decided they really need to beat this teenager up, so he also has some enemies...
- Super excited about meeting other Spider-people and finally being able to share life experiences with them, and then met Nami, or Spider-Woman Nami and it was awkard and uncomfortable (but they became besties, bittersweet moment)
Extra stuff from the rest of the East Blue Crew:
- Luffy's spiderman name is Spider-King and the rest of the Spidermans where like "I can't decide if that's the best or the worst name I've ever heard...". Well Usopp thinks it's kinda cool, and wishes he had chosen a cooler name for himself, might be too late for a new signature 🤔, Nami and Sanji think it's stupid, Zoro is undecided
- Sanji does not have a spider logo, even tho his name is Spider-man because he hates spiders
- Zoro is the second Spider-man from his universe, the first one being Kuina, she died and he took her place
- Sanji has fire inmunity
- Zoro carries like 5 extra pockets of web fluids cause he takes "longer routes" (he gets lost a lot)

Yknow the batter au?? What about that but just. The Doomslayer. I don’t know if you know anything about DOOM but the idea of someone like the Doomslayer in the player au is hilarious
Hell yeah dude, I love DOOM! And you're right, the idea of The Doomslayer (aka Doomguy) of all people ending up in Nevada is really funny to imagine. I think in this circumstance, The Doomslayer wouldn't even know who the Player is exactly (since he isn't nearly as self-aware as The Batter in this regard), so it'd probably take some time for him to warm up to you. However, I can see him believing your connection once you tell him, cause the man found a portal to hell on Mars and fought demons because they killed his pet rabbit, so this bit of weirdness probably isn't too out there for him.
If anything, you'd probably be pretty good friends. He definitely wouldn't be as worship-y towards you as the Batter, and he isn't really in love with you at all. He appreciates your company and how you help him, kinda like VEGA except way more powerful. When it comes to his interactions with the grunts though, things are a lot tenser. He honestly thinks they're some sort of demons when he first encountered one, and it was only with your panicked explanations that he didn't resort to choosing violence right away. But other than that, he doesn't really get in their way. Which only makes it weirder that they're always trying to start something with him.
From openly questioning his "devotion" and protectiveness (or rather lack thereof, in their eyes) towards you, to trying to steal his kills and generally prove themselves stronger, faster, smarter, and all around better than him, they just constantly interfere with his business. However, while The Doomslayer might be very annoyed by it, it's less having to do with you, and more of how genuinely vexing their actions are. Like don't try to dispatch a cluster of enemies he was planning on firing the BFG at, that's just uncalled for. >:( It's bad combat etiquette and all that, but really, he couldn't care less about how they view the relationship you have with him. He thinks you're cool, you think he's cool, you're friends. That's it.
However, none of the grunts see it this way, which is the source of the issue. Honestly, I can see Hank and some of the other grunts being threatened by him in general because of who he is as well. I mean, The Doomslayer is a badass killing machine who's far more famous than any of them and supposedly has a very rich history (both of which they only know about from listening to your conversations), and he has a load of cool weapons too. He's exactly like them in terms of occupation, but just...better at it? (Hank denies this obviously, but you seem to favor him, which is enough reason to be pissed off.)
That's another issue as well; you're just happy to be friends with someone like The Doomslayer and you spend a lot of time together because he's nice and generally interesting. He doesn't talk a lot, (even Hank speaks more) but it's fine. However, the others feel a bit left in the dust. I mean, sure, this "Doomslayer" is powerful and had a cute pet, and is from Earth like you, but you have spent so much time with them too. They had a deeper connection with you; they love you in a way that he would never be able to. So why won't you give more attention to them instead?

being both gnc and trans is so hard sometimes. it's like, I'll face adversity for being gnc/trans/whatever-strangers-read-me-as, and in addition to the normal base-level difficultly and pain and fear of these experiences, I'll also feel on some level like it's "my own fault" too because this is what I purposefully decided to be.
I often dress/act like a girl but have a deep voice/facial hair/flat chest -- and I opted in for all of those. I spent more money than I can conceptualize in order to medically transition in those ways. while, in theory, I could've saved the money, not transitioned, continued dressing/acting the same way as I do now, and the problem would no longer exist... in theory. ofc logically I know that's not at all how it works. if I hadn't transitioned I would feel even worse. and the way I'd experience & express gender would still be intrinsically different from "cis girl" -- that's true regardless of how my body looks or sounds. which should all go without saying, because I very obviously don't conform to my CAGAB either. if I did I wouldn't be in this mess!! u know?
...but the self-blame is still there, because for better or for worse I did go out of my way to become myself. <- feels like a truism.
