The one on the left is just two floors and a foundation, on the right it has an additional short floor so the roof in front of the windows can be separate but still at the same height.

Demon # 2: Marv the Mook

Meet Marv! He’s based on a bit supporting character named Merl from Angel. 

Marv is a parasite demon. Contrary to popular belief, parasite demons aren’t parasitic demons--but rather demons that feed off parasites. Marv loves to eat trash and rummage through sewers because of this. Month old pizza is his favorite.

He lives underground and rarely goes out due to a general mistrust of humans. He likes to sing karaoke in clubs when he’s a little drunk off spoiled juice, though.

The similarities between Jon Sims and Wesley Wyndam-Pryce are so precious to me. Like even their arc and characteristics are so similar!

Seriously though, we basically have NO lesbian vampire content. Like before First Kill has even been announced I've browsed webtoon and half the anime/manga sites for w/w vampires and there's a work and a half and neither worth watching where's there's an abundance of m/m works nevermind het ships. I'm so upset how did we get from Carmilla to this point - Sims anon getting wildly off topic

DON’T REMIND ME 😭

Listen. I love vampires. So much. I have been wanting a lesbian vampire show forever, and was literally squealing with excitement when I heard about First Kill. The release date became so burned into my mind as an Important Date that I got it mixed up with other Important Dates and when asked by a family member when another important thing was, I said it was June 10th only to have to correct myself later. I wanted this show so bad and I enjoyed it so much, and plan on watching it again. I am SO MAD that it got cancelled.

It’s not like this is just a generic “oh it’s another show with vampires”, it fills a very specific niche which happens to be my favourite niche;

- vampires

- forbidden lovers/star-crossed lovers

- the romance is between two women

- bonus: evil woman who kills people

I was also super excited when I saw that a main character’s name was Calliope, because I absolutely love that name. It was even cooler that her brothers had Greek mythology names too.

The only thing that could’ve made it better is if Juliette wasn’t so “oh no I can’t kill people, that’s bad and I’m a good person :(“. I went into it hoping she’d be more like Elinor ngl. I’m kinda tired of the Good Person Vampire trope, Angel from the Buffyverse and Edward Cullen kinda exhausted it for me. But even then, I still love Juliette.

Anyway, because it fills that specific niche, it’s not like taking it away doesn’t leave an impact. There’s nothing to fill the void. How many shows can you name that are about star-crossed lesbian lovers who are a vampire and monster hunter? None. It HURTS. I am never going to get over this.

CAS Challenge Day 22 - Monster Hunter

Remember when I created a sim of Angel? Well here is Buffy!! Yes I know her show is "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" but she slays more than just that!! I followed a lot of the cc listed here but there are some bits I swapped out for others. I really loved creating one of my favorite ladies ever, one that really got me into occults. Also, her and Angel (both sims and in show) are so perfect together ♥ I've said it before and I'll keep saying it, thank you @pixeledwingsfor this challenge. Its been so fun and I think I've hit every one so far!!
