For me, personally, I as an individual, I like to go into things completely fresh just because I get a rush out of making my analytical brain go brr, so I don’t watch trailers or promos, I tend to steer as far clear of teasers and interviews and stuff as I can until I’ve seen the thing. At the end of the last ep I decided that given how much stuff is going around untagged or half tagged I’d just leave all the yj tumblr stuff alone entirely for the week til s2e9, and just vibe on my own.

It’s been weirdly difficult and weirdly easy at the same time, but I’m glad I did, because I soft-blocked a handful of the ppl/tags I’m following and hooo boy I’m seeing whole pages of my dash getting blocked :D I can only imagine the level of hype and I’m here just vibing on my own, puttering along tending my little meme garden, pruning my thoughts. I’m really looking forward to the episode drop in part because I’ll re-open my dash and see what y’all have been up to during my hiatus :)

I’m moving house on Saturday, but I’ve been really good about making sure that I get everything sorted as well as I can by today. When the episode drops I’ll be completely packed and ready to move, with absolutely nothing left on my list so I can have a great final yellowjackets friday with nothing else on my mind and then move on Saturday without stress.
