Does it make you sad knowing that Sand had no friends as a child, so when he noticed Ray needed a friend, he really tried to be that for him just for Ray to treat him like an object?
Kind of obsessed with the way Marchy goes oh yeah I never thought I'd make it this far 🤷♂️ every time he is asked about a milestone like playing 1k games or scoring 400 goals. He is such an interesting mix of grit and confidence on one hand and...almost this belief that he'd never be good enough no matter what he did on the other.
So Nick knows Sand and is about to be his roommate & Nick is sleeping with Boston and Boston is Ray's friend and Sand is about to be Ray's fuck buddy/fwb , Boston truly is the six degree of Kevin Bacon of the friend group but for sleeping with people huh, call it Boston's Fucking Law

Cheum attacking Boston as the obvious predator because her brother is only known to her as straight exposes some ugly preconceptions she has about her friend, but the immediate attack on someone her younger brother said violated him without question is totally understandable. I'm not even mad she didn't realize the inconsistencies in Atom's story, she's clearly furious and protective and not thinking. And, speaking as an older sister who has attacked first and asked questions later, as much as you know your brother can be a little shit, when he's hurting you knock down whoever hurt him before they can talk back, that's just big sister law.
Ray and Mew, though? They both had the distance of not being Atom's sibling, both are very aware of the unlikelihood that Boston would threaten anyone with exposure, and both walked into that room with level heads, but they backed Cheum up rather than asking her to think anything through or to talk to Boston first. Worse, they clearly enjoyed it. They're the ones I'm disappointed in (though I do still understand that they're both mad at him, because it's easier to be mad at Boston than it is to be mad at themselves for their own decisions).
When Cheum realizes that Atom lied, though, if she just shrugs it off the way she did Top sleeping with Boston or Ray bringing drugs to the hostel...my rage will be fierce. Part of unconditional belief is holding your sibling to account if they abuse that trust.
