Bisera Veletanlić oduševila publiku u prepunom Kapetan Mišinom zdanju i otvorila Atrium Sessions

Koncertom Bisere Veletanlić sa Vasil Hadžimanov bendom 4. septembra 2022. otvorena je serija muzičkih nastupa pod nazivom “Atrium Sessions” u dvorištu Kapetan Mišinog zdanja, u organizaciji Centra beogradskih festivala - CEBEF. Na sjajnom koncertu, koji je bio danima unapred rasprodat, Bisera je oduševila prepuno zdanje brojnim hitovima, među kojima su bili: “Milo moje”, “Ruža bez mirisa”, “Što još nikom nismo dali”, “Ne plači”, “Jedno leto kasno”, “Ručak za dvoje”, “Zlatni dan” koji je na oduševljenje publike izvela i na bis.

Gošće koncerta bile su mlada pevačica Marta Hadžimanov, ćerka Vasila Hadžimanova, koja je otpevala pesmu koju je izvodila njena baka Senka Hadžimanov, Biserina sestra, “Noć bez zvijezda”, dok je Bojana Stamenov oživela duh Arete Frenklin uz hit “Think”. Za kraj koncerta bend, Bisera i obe gošće izveli su numeru “Baj baj”.

U veoma inspirativnom Kapetan Mišinom zdanju Bisera je otkrila publici da je upravo tu prvi put nastupila u Beogradu.

Atrium Sessions koncerti održavaće se do 25. septembra.

i'll answer for laanving (my half-vulcan engineer), áine (my aasimar way of mercy monk), and bisera (my air genasi mercy monk/trickster cleric)

6. How far would they go to save someone they love? Would they sacrifice themselves? Others?

laanving would never sacrifice anyone else to save someone she loves, but you bet your ass she'd sacrifice herself! she definitely would see saving them as the priority over keeping herself safe, and has the logic to back it up, even if the logic isn't sound

áine would only sacrifice herself if cynbel (her son) was old enough to take care of herself, or if she had orion's word that he'd take care of cynbel (orion being another party member who's the only other Adult & also a parent). if she had one or both of those things, yeah she'd definitely give herself up for them. depending on who the person is she's saving, she'd also probably sacrifice other people who aren't as important to her, but that depends entirely on who she's saving and how badly she's doing

bisera doesn't think she's worth saving so she'd be running straight into the proverbial or literal fires to save someone she loves, even if she knows she won't make it out

15. How do they kill? Do they try to minimize suffering?

laanving kills efficiently, and only when she absolutely has to - her phaser is perpetually on stun, and she very much prefers to do absolutely no killing, at all, ever, but she also understands she doesn't have a choice, so she'll just set her phaser to kill and shoot them where they'll die quickly.

for áine, it depends on who she's killing. being a soldier and then also getting monk training, she prefers to be efficient if she can, but if she knows you've, say, abused someone? death is the most preferable outcome for you.

bisera doesn't kill, to the point that, after she killed someone for the first time in the campaign, she had an entire crisis about who she was and if what she was doing was okay. if she has to kill something, she does it quickly and painlessly and tries not to think about it too hard.

Varyn has long since fallen asleep in the carriage, leaving Alaitha and Aeran awake and too excited to sleep. They peer out the windows as the carriage travels on through the darkness. They giggle and jostle each other, pointing out the lights of distant towns on the horizon or constellations in the sky. At one point they hear a wolf howl, and Aeran starts so badly that Alaitha laughs out loud, quickly stifling it when Varyn stirs in her sleep.

When they tire of looking out the window, they whisper to each other, huddled in the blankets the carriage driver provided them with back in Tyridia.

“Do you think Varyn will let us talk to any important people when we get there?” Alaitha asks.

“Naw. She won’t want a couple of kids getting in her way.”

“Why is she bringing us, then?”

“Who knows why Varyn does anything?”

“Well, I think—”

“We can hear what you think in the morning, Bisera,” Varyn’s sleep laced voice suddenly says. “And Kellis, regardless of why I do what I do, I can tell you that I ask my apprentices to get a full night’s sleep so they aren’t tired in the morning.”

Aeran and Alaitha exchange looks. “Has she been awake the whole time?” Aeran mutters.

Whatever the case, Varyn’s eyes are tightly closed again, as though she never spoke.
