Harsh rookie lesson for Oscar to learn today.

It’s not always worth being a first lap hero. You have to anticipate what everyone else around you is about to do. Sometimes you come off worse even when you try to back out of it.

He then watched his teammate drive a very mature race. Wrong set up, wrong tyres, steering issues, zero hope and just kept on fighting back into the points.

What we need to remember, Lando would never have gone for that move in his rookie season, but at the same time, Lando could not have pulled that result off 3 seasons ago. Everything comes with time. Oscar has had next to no time on the grid.

When you combine Oscar’s rookie lack of fear and Lando’s older head, no wonder this team has turned their season around. Some races the naivety wins out, some it will be the more experienced approach, some times they will have no luck at all. Still super impressed with them both the first half of this season.

I feel really really sad after having just heard the news of Dilano's death. Firstly the way the FIA handled the whole matter and continuing the race is unacceptable. I can't understand how they let this happen. It's a disaster and it hurts me to see this happen over and over again. So sad.

Secondly why always Spa? Anthoine also passed away there. In 2019, the day before Charles won his first ever F1 race. Cursed track...

Praying for Dilano's family and friends and prayers are also with the one who crashed into him. 🙏

Rest in peace Dilano.
