Hi again! No recipe for this, as I made it about a year ago )and forgot the recipe *cough*), but this is a braided sourdough loaf! I made it in my culinary class, and we had to "babysit" our sourdough starters over spring break
Mines name was Toby :)

- San Sebastián Cheesecake -
English Version
Difficulty: ★ ✰ ✰ ✰ ✰
Ingredients:
300g sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract / or 3-4 packets of vanilla sugar
900g cream cheese
500ml cream
5 Eggs
50g flour
a pinch of salt
a teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees (Upper/lower Heat)
Step 1: Mix the cream cheese with the sugar ( and vanilla sugar if u don’t have vanilla extract) and the pinch of salt until creamy. NOT FOAMY.
Step 2: gradually add the eggs. Then add the lemon juice and vanilla flavoring.
Step 3: Stir in the cream. Don’t stir too much as you don’t want to fold in any air, you just want to mix in the cream.
Step 5: then add the flour to create a liquid, lump-free mass.
Step 6: line your baking pan with Baking paper. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake the cake in the preheated oven for 25 - 45 minutes depending on how hot your oven gets.
The cake should be (very) dark brown on the surface, but still nice and creamy on the inside and “wobbly”.
Let the cake cool down in the baking pan at room temperature and then put it in the fridge for 4 hours (or overnight).
Serve the cake with a chocolate or caramel sauce and enjoy!

Zutaten:
300g Zucker
1TL Vanillieextrakt / oder 3-4 Päckchen Vanillinzucker
900g Frischkäse
500ml Sahne
5 Eier
50g Mehl
eine priese Salz
1TL Zitronensaft
Du brauchst: Schüssel Schneebesen Backform
Heize deinem Backofen auf 250grad Ober-/und unter Hitze vor ( Je heißer desto besser )
Schritt 1: Rühe den frischkäse mit dem Zucker (eventuell vanillinzucker) und der priese Salz cremig. NICHT SCHAUMIG.
Schritt 2: rühre die Eier nach und nach Hinzu. Gib dann den Zitronensaft und das Vanillieextrakt hinzu.
Schritt 3: Rühe die Sahne hinzu. Nicht zu viel rühren da du keine Luft unterheben möchtest, sondern die Sahne nur vermengen willst.
Schritt 5: gib dann das Mehl hinzu, sodass eine flüssige klumpenfreie Masse entsteht.
Schritt 6: lege deine Backform mit Backpacker aus. Fülle den Teig in die Backform ein und back den Kuchen im vorgeheizten Backofen für 25 - 45 min Je nachdem wie Heiß dein Ofen wird.
Der Kuchen soll an der Oberfläche sehr dunkel werden, aber von innen noch noch schön cremig und „wabbelig“ sein.
Lass den Kuchen erst bei Zimmertemperatur in der Backform auskühlen und stelle ihn dann für 4h (oder über Nacht) im Kühlschrank Kalt.
Servier den Kuchen mit einer schoko oder caramelsoße und lass es dir schmecken!! Viel Spaß beim ausprobieren.

Hello everyone! Nice to see you here!
I will start with a recipe that my mom and sister love. It is basically pretty easy to prepare and make, and you just need few ingredients that everyone has in their house. So let’s get started!  😝
Directions
Step 1: preheat the oven at 170 degrees C.
Step 2: mix all the dry ingredients(flour, salt, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder)in a bowl. I want to keep it very simple so you don’t need to use any kitchen robots. 
Step 3(optional): add nuts, raisins or choco chips. I like to also add a tablespoon of rum for a little bit of taste and smell.
Step 3: in a little pot melt the butter and let it cool down. 
Step 4: add the wet ingredients(eggs, milk and cooled melted butter) and mix very well all the ingredients. 
Step 5:  pour into cake pan lined with long baking paper and bake it for 40-45 minutes at 170 degrees C.
Step 5: get it out the oven, let it cool down, slice it into pieces. You can serve it with some icing sugar or coconut flakes on top of it.

Coconut flour is a gluten-free flour alternative made by grinding dried coconut into a powder. It can be used to replace some of the wheat flour in a recipe, or it can be combined with other gluten-free flours to make a gluten-free flour blend. It has a soft, powdery texture and white color, as well as a distinct flavor and aroma of coconut. That means it might work in certain recipes where the flavor of coconut will be acceptable, but not in others. Also, when cooking with coconut flour, you can't expect it to behave in the same way as a conventional wheat flour, or even a gluten-free flour. That's because ordinary flours, whether they're made from wheat or some sort of gluten-free grain like rice, sorghum, or corn, are all primarily starch, so they absorb liquid like starch, gelatinize like starch, and bind with proteins such as eggs in more or less the same way. Coconut flour, on the other hand, is a starch-free food, though it does contain carbohydrates and fiber. Just because something isn't a starch doesn't mean it can't be used in baking. Low-starch nut flours, like almond flour, for instance, are often used in gluten-free baking, sometimes up to 50 percent of a recipe. Coconut flour, on the other hand, is best limited to about 25 percent of a recipe's total flour. That's mostly because of how much liquid it absorbs. When cereal grains absorb water, the starches gelatinize, but when coconut flour absorbs water, it simply turns soggy.
