crcom: If My Favorite Pop Idol Made It to the Budokan, I Would Die

it’s got that cute slice of life modern animation style so it is very pretty.

this show also features the “unrequited” love trope and every possible miscommunication scenario imaginable.

these two need to have a real conversation and stop avoiding each other!

my heart can’t handle the slow burn!

i have never understood or been invested in idol culture, but i do like how supportive and accepting the fans are to their idols. this show portrays fans as supportive and dedicated people who want the best for their idols and for their idols to get the recognition for their talents they deserve.

each character feels relatable and realistic. the idols and the fans are diverse in personality and behavior. everyone has their own identities, fears, and dreams.

overall, really cute. the antics the fans get up to can be a little much sometimes, but the cuteness and dedication they have to their idols overshadows most secondhand embarrassment you might get from watching the show.

the friendships are just so sweet!

i recommend this to anyone who wants a short, sweet, feel good show!
