After a long and exhausting week, you were happy to go back home to rest.

Like you did everyday, you texted Dami that you were done with work and were heading home, even though she worked later than you on most days.

Sadly today was one of those days where she had to be in the studio until the morning hours.

If you could get home, shower quickly and go to bed, maybe the wait woudn’t feel as bad as it did.

You were used to Dami being away for work, but today you just felt an undeniable need for her touch and comfort she would always bring you.

You unlocked the door before walking through the door of your apartment and settled your things down, taking your shoes off.

Although you planned on showering right away, hunger got the best of you and you made your way to the kitchen. You opened the door and suddenly felt a pair or arms snake around your waist

You slightly jumped at her touch, turning around to see the culprit, you saw none other than your girlfriend. She smiled at you before leaving a small kiss to the tip of your nose

For the first time today you felt joy, your heart warmed up at the sight of her and so did your face at her little attentions

‘’I thought you were supposed to be in the studio? Did you sneak out to see me?’’ you teased, trying to scold her only to fail because of the happiness you felt

‘’Maybe i did…or maybe i was first today and asked to come back early to see my love’’ she grinned

Her arms still around your waist, you couldn't help but pat her head, making her giggle, letting your hands then slide down to her cheeks to cup her face

‘’i love you’’ you told her before leaving a longing kiss on her sweet tasting lips

After a long embrace she let go of you, making you frown, which only resulted in her laughing at your expression

‘’Don’t worry i wont be gone for long, i just need to get something’’ she said before disappearing into the darkness of the house

a few moments later she came back with her arms behind her back and a cheeky smile

She surprised you with a panda plushie and some of your favorite sweets.

You gasped ‘’Baby you didn’t have too!’’

‘’Anything for you my love’’ She replied, giving you the gifts

‘’And well, when you miss me, you can hug the panda plushie’’ she said with a slight pout

She was truly the most adorable person you had set your eyes upon

After letting you take a good look at your gift, she silently took your hand and led you to the living room

It's then that a delicious smell hit you

You were about to ask where the smell was coming from when she turned on the light to let you see what she had prepared

Before the living room table were laid many blankets in the form of a nest. pillows and fluffy blankets making a perfect bed to rest on. Perfect for letting you eat your food on the small table, rest your back against the sofa and be surrounded by softness and warmth.

‘’Tada’’ she let out with a small giggle

You cooed at her, tears threatening to fall with how grateful you felt for her efforts to make your day better.

You thanked her with a kiss before running to see what food was waiting on the table and of course, it was from your favorite restaurant.

You sat down and made yourself comfortable as Dami brought you a glass of wine. She sat by your side and pulled you closer before opening the tv. You cuddled her side and watched what she was putting on the screen. She put on your favorite comfort tv show.

You wondered how you were so lucky to have someone who remembered each and every detail about you, a girlfriend like Dami was truly a blessing for your soul.

The both of you finished eating and the day started catching up to you as you yawned for the 10th time now.

Dami looked over at you and suddenly had an idea, ‘’Maybe i could prepare a bath for you?’’ she smiled

‘’I would love that, but im so tired i can barely move’’

‘’Don’t worry about it Jagi’’ she stood up and helped up as well, picking you up and bringing you to sit on the counter in the bathroom.

She kneeled and started letting the warm water run. She then placed a few drops of your favorite essential oil. She returned back to you, placing her hands on both your thighs, gently warming the area with her hands.

‘’Want to get in beautiful?’’ Dami asked

‘’Only if you get in with me’’ you teased

Dami hummed as if she was considering the offer to tease you right back, but of course she did want to join you.

She helped your tired limbs out of your clothes before doing the same with hers. She let you in first but seated herself behind you.

You let your body lay back onto hers and melted into her touch. Like she usually would, she started massaging your tense shoulders to try and help you relax.

She worked on the knots there and moved on to a few points on the back of your neck, making sure to be gentle.

You almost fell asleep then, the comfort her touch bringed you as well as the pure bliss you felt made your eyes shut on their own.

You did fall asleep, and Dami let you sleep for a bit before getting you out so your skin wouldn't prune.

She gently kissed behind your ear to do so. Whisperings your name to bring you out from your slumber

You didn’t want to get up but Dami convinced you by saying she would give you her favorite shirt to sleep in. She helped you out of the bath and covered you with a towel before leading to your room. You walked half asleep, making Dami laugh. You couldn't help but smile at the sound through your half closed eyes.

You sat down on the side of the bed and she disappeared for a few seconds, coming back with the promised shirt and some underwear for the night.

Once she was done helping you get dressed, she kissed your forehead and let you lay down before covering you with the blankets.

She left to get you a cold glass of water and came back with the panda plushie she had given you earlier that you had left downstairs.

She slipped under the covers behind you and kissed your shoulder to tell you that she was back. Half asleep, you turned around to face her and grabbed the panda from her hands to hug.

Dami bringed you closer and let your head rest on her chest before kissing your forehead softly

‘’Goodnight Jagi’’ you mumbled the words back before falling asleep in her embrace, more relaxed than you had been all week.
