Saturn is known as the protector planet as it rules over barriers, restrictions, delays, limits & any protection that can be forced. Look at your chart to see where you will experience the most setbacks yet are protected. For instance, I've noticed someone with Saturn in the 6th house is very hard working and often puts in twice the work to get places, but they can experience setbacks with their colleagues nitpicking or criticizing them. But they are usually protected, their hard work pays off, or they always thrive. I see A LOT of famous people with Saturn in the 6th house.
Libra risings like people who are like themselves or else they completely avoid those who are obnoxious and aggressive as it appalls them. Yet, I commonly see them drawing in these individuals at the same time. Best rising for enemies to lovers as the main protagonist just doing their thing unbothered until an aries rising shows up lmao.
I notice the type of people we are attracted to reflect our 1st or 7th house in some way. For instance I have Venus in 1st and I always attract Aries rising & Mars in 1st house people. I noticed the same for someone who had Moon in their 1st house commonly attracting Capricorn risings or those with Saturn in their 1st house.
The sun sign is actually very important in your chart and isn't just some hocus pocus bogus crap found in magazine horoscopes. From my observations I've developed a theory that Mutable signs adapt using their sun signs qualities they usually start off HATING but find it necessary to utilize for their own personal power. Cardinal Signs seem to dislike their sun signs qualities and chase after everything using THE OPPOSITE qualities of their sign. It's when they use their sun signs qualities to their advantage they will find their initiations successful. While fixed signs struggle the most to master their own sun signs qualities as it sticks with them through and through, they relate the most to their sun sign as these qualities are something inate they use to identify themselves. However, they struggle to figure out how to use their qualities in a positive light as they can easily get stuck in a cycle.
Ex, a lot of Virgo euns hated cleaning or organizing themselves using lists as they were younger but later adapted because of the many health problems this sign usually experiences so found it necessary
Ex, Cancer suns tend to ignore their emotions and lash out at others being deemed insensitive so they focus on Detachment when really they should be utilizing their magnetism and intuition through human connection as they are the sign with the most power over others emotions.
Ex, Aquarius suns struggle with seeing the use of collaboration with others opinions and applying their innovative thoughts towards real life skills. They can get stuck in a constant pattern of not feeling accepted or heard. But mastering their creative thinking and differences to use positively will give them the most recognition.
Conclusion:
Mutable sun sign = Adapting to your Qualities
Cardinal sun sign = initiating your Qualities.
Fixed sun sign = Mastering your Qualities.
This is also why imo it's the hardest to spot a mutable sun sign as they're usually farther away from Adapting to their sun signs qualities until they've gotten more experience in life. Usually looking at the general themes in their life can help you identify them the easier.
Ex, Gemini suns are focused on developing communication skills and confidence in their socializing capabilities.
Ex, Pisces suns usually deals with people taking their dreams for granted and is most likely influenced by a harsh or strict environment.

In Solar Return Charts the most common house placements tend to be the 1st House, 6th House, 7th House and 10th House. ESPECIALLY 1ST & 6TH HOUSE! This is because most of our years are focused on the tangible and everyday aspects of our lives which is ruled by the 6th house, our public person and career is the 10th House, and focusing on ourselves is our 1st House.
If you're a student I frequently see 3rd, 5th, 6th, 8th & 9th Houses filled in solar return charts. The 3rd/5th/9th Houses are all about acquiring skills, learning from what's in front of you, hobbies and pleasure, and higher knowledge or lessons to be taught that bring about movement in your life. I also included 6th house because that's our daily life + physical health while the 8th house is about our mental health so it makes sense why students often have that house filled...
Wanna find out how to turn your creative thinking into a weapon and utilize it for success? Pallas (2) can show what you're naturally gifted at intellectually.
Pallas is the asteroid representing Athena goddess of war, strategy, knowledge & creative thinking. I've seen this asteroid work wonders tbh. My friend has it in Libra 12th House and she's a visual artist mastermind. She can piece any aesthetic or visual together like a puzzle.
If you want to manifest any desires, look at your 11th house! This house rules our wishes and what is rewarded after we've put hard work into it. Finding direction will be much easier to achieve if you look at your 11th house and what it's telling you to work for. Basically I've seen Pluto in 11th = earning power over people, Saturn in 11th = earning respect and titles, Venus in 11th = earning love or money (wealth indicator), Neptune in 11th = earning a prophecy, deep undivided loyalty & glamour, Mercury in 11th = earning your name to be widespread, knowledge & fast results.
I'd say Mercury in the 11th is a big "viral celebrity" placement as they can easily do something and everyone knows their name overnight. Also good for scholars!
The 12th house is also known as the house of Loss. Your planets, sign & rulership could determine what you end up sacrificing or leaving behind. For example, Cancer in 12th could often leave their homes or roots, they usually experience family loss early too. Scorpio in 12th house loses their fear, finances & secrets easily (beware of who you let talk to you). And Sagittarius in 12th house can lose their freedom, knowledge acquired, and faith in others.
The most copied people tend to be Scorpio risings, Pisces risings, Pluto in 1st house, Neptune in 1st house and 12th House placements. That's because with Scorpio energy in the 1st house their identity is literally exploited and used for power dynamics (legit had my friend catfished a bit ago and she has an 8° sag rising with Pluto in 1st conjunct her ascendant). And Pisces energy around the 1st House because people have no barriers with you and feel entitled to take your identity. It can almost feel like a sacrifice of themselves for Pisces rising or those with Neptune in 1st house (ex, Marilyn Monroe & Kim Kardashian, it's not a mistake they both have Neptune in 1st house).
Differences between the angular houses cuz I know we get these mixed up easily:
Your 1st house = How you identify yourself in the world.
Your 4th House = Your roots and how you grow into the world.
Your 7th House = How others identity you, your close connections.
Your 10th House = What you're known for, your reputation.
The houses of legacys are 4th, 8th & 10th. This is your history and how you make your mark on the world, how you will be remembered, and your title in the word.
8th house placements is what we knowingly gatekeep from the world, and the house rulership tells just as much if it's empty. Rich people usually have Jupiter in the 8th house because they are quite literally gatekeeping their wisdom, knowledge, gifts & MASS amounts of power. They also receive money randomly sometimes and have fabulous luck with stocks or investments.
Usually people with Moon in the 8th House tend to be reserved with their deepest emotions and family life. They can often take the longest to open up or trust others as they're used to being blackmailed or having their emotional security taken away from them.
Countries' rising signs MAKES A LOT OF SENSE. Russia has a Scorpio rising (known for intelligence agencies, spies, and cold environment...also destruction of the USSR), the USA has a Sagittarius rising (known for freedom, boldness & diversity...also aggression lol) & Britain is a Libra rising (country known for its fashion, etiquette and tea, its so libra LMAO)
Sun sextile Mars is the best aspect for a natural leader. You know how to utilize your individuality to stand out during competition and you also naturally bring out shining qualities in the people you lead. You take challenges to your ego with ease and although passionate you still remain assured and unbothered by threats. Also high sex drive is present here
Tumblr media
A lot of psychics have Moon sextile Neptune because they access otherworldly feelings subconsciously without blockages. And are both Water and Fire dominant. Water rules unconscious and flowing emotions, while Fire represents intuition and gut feelings hence "follow your heart" being their motto.
In general looking at your Moon placement is THE MOST important when figuring out your intuitive abilities as the Moon is the unconscious mind & your personal feelings and behavior. You could determine what suits you best with this!
Ex, Mercury aspecting Moon does well with Tarot & Oracle or any divination that requires pattern connections and using your hands
Ex, Pluto aspecting Moon might be able to talk to ancestors, spirits, and gain information about dangerous events
Ex, Venus aspecting Moon would be great for Glamour magic, Love spells, WEALTH MANIFESTATIONS, and herbalism!! TEA READINGS LOL
I need to stop with Libra & Tea istg Tea is ruled by Libra & Neptune BUT THATS JUST MY INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS COMING THRU.
I don't necessarily believe in everything I listed or think it's all good practices like Love magic but I wanted to help you develop an idea of how each planet can be connected for practical use.
I feel like Uranus is actually a hard planet to understand and sometimes value in everyday life because it's just so...out there LOL. Like it's described as sudden surprises, rebellion, electricity, revolution & eccentricity. It's just a hard planet to relate to in general because it's the opposite of conformity so applying it in your life is umm confusing to say the least lol.
Basically I look at Uranus as sudden ups & downs, where we grow FAST but where we get knocked down BAD too. I literally think cancel culture would be ruled by Uranus ngl LOL. It's unpredictable and awakens or shakes up whatever it aspects.
So Uranus aspecting Venus would cause a turbulent love life, a somewhat Detached or Hypersexual character, Very wealthy and a visionary in fashion or with money. But alsoooo struggles to maintain relationships or struggles A LOT with self love.
TW but I've often seen those with Uranus in 2nd & 6th House struggle the most with body dysmorphia and weight fluctuation. Your health can always spike up and down too. It's because these houses rule over our self-worth, body and physical health. Therefore, sometimes it can really shake your eating habits up which would obviously cause a struggle in your mental health.
However I've also seen some of the MOST inflated egos come from people with Uranus in 2nd House. Again the unpredictability and sudden Shockwave to your confidence with Uranus can literally make you feel like God or sunken. It's VERY drastic.
Oppositions to the Ascendant, also known as Conjunctions to the Descendant are qualities we possess that others DON'T accept us for and often make us feel insecure. Lilith Opposite Ascendant would probably be heavily shamed for their promiscuity and manipulative behavior. While Uranus opposite ascendant would be ridiculed for their Weirdness or Intelligence. People would label them as crazy lol (totally not me).
Also if you have Uranus aspecting the Ascendant or Mars you are VERY clumsy and accident prone LMAO your movements literally come off as a shockwave to others and everything around you. It's just one step and all of a sudden a whole clothing rack comes falling down. Uranus does rule Natural Disasters so...are we even surprised?
When looking at your Solar Return Chart it's not just Pluto to be concerned about BUT CHIRON. This asteroid is the wounded healer meaning it will detail the wounds you have to recover from and face that year. Chiron also highlights where we feel or are literally rejected so...check that fr.
The saddest Chiron placement imo is in the 1st & 4th House. Because your identity and self expression is rejected with the 1st house, while in the 4th house you could be outcasted by your own family and feel blocked put from any form of emotional security.
An example of what I think is a good example of significant Chiron energy would be Selena Gomez and her Venus conjunct Chiron at a 1° orb in Leo 1st house. Basically it shows up as her body being rejected, women rejecting her, and her own creative projects or indivuality feeling rejected. She probably is very self-deprecative because of this as she never feels her appearance or identity is good enough.
Chiron in 1st House people also get copied lots...just sayin
Women tend to be VERY jealous of those with Venus or Moon aspecting Chiron because they view that individual as wounding their views of femininity and project their insecurities onto them. The women with Venus/Moon aspecting Chiron placements are seen in general as being too vulnerable or soft which are stereotypical feminine qualities a lot of women can feel resentment towards brought on by the ✨️Patriarchy✨️
Marilyn Monroe also has Venus conjunct Chiron...
So does Jessica Alba, Olivia Rodrigo and Kurt Cobain.
Their lovesick songs PLZ what's more Venus conjunct Chiron than that excluding miss Alba lol.
The same goes for women with Sun & Mars aspecting Chiron. Men are usually jealous of their success and degrade them because they see them as a threat to their masculinity.
Fun fact: The 4th House rules over the Father while the 10th house rules over the Mother in family astrology. Although I generally always saw the Moon sign as the most accurate representation of the maternal figure in your life but I found the above on astrology websites.
I also found some sources saying the 10th house actually rules your dominant parent? It's a whole debate on Google but it did say the 10th house rules the Mother in my astrology books so...idk I see it. Let me know in the comments your thoughts!
And to end this off, let me know your rising sign degree and I will try to guess your favorite colour to wear lol

TW: themes of abuse, power dynamics, sociology, misogyny. Astrology + politics mixed, I'm leftist after all, if that's not your cup of tea, skip this one and save yourself the rage quit lol. Women/femme presenting is an all inclusive term in this post!
Tumblr media
So since a long time now I've been very intruiged by Lilith (mean, true, asteroid and waldemarth) but since we're most familiar with osculating Lilith and Black Moon Lilith, I will focus on these two specifically.
Keep in mind that there are multiple stories (even if it's just the tiny details that alter the story) and thus interpretations about Lilith, Lilith is also still very much unexplored in astrology.
But the stories of Lilith all do unite in the themes of demand, oppression, shame, morality, breaking free of limitations, isolation/ostracization, rage and autonomy. It’s about power dynamics, you and your raw self, all the desires and needs in relation to others/society. Lilith is described as dark and hidden because that’s exactly what we are taught to do with Lilith energy: hide it. Lilith is therefore often described as off putting, because nothing can be as uncomfortable as going against all reasoning and what you were told was ‘good’ and instead going by instinct and impulse. Lilith deals a lot with survivial. It can be both, a blessing in disguise or at times, a snake biting it’s own tail.
And before we dive deeper into Lilith, I want to say a few words on the practice of astrology, so you can get familiar with the way I use and practice it too:
Astrology is a tool to research our society/world and self, thus Lilith is a reflection of our societal circumstances and therefore you can't discuss Lilith without getting political and talking about misogyny/oppressive systems.
This does not (!) mean Lilith and its effects are limited to gender by any means, but because gender is a social construct, Lilith and it’s effects are influenced by the way we are socialized and by who we are politically. This is why people constantly find these weird power dynamics between men and women who share strong Lilith synastry in the first place.
Gender as we define it is not inherent in the stars and astrology, but our socialization will direct or at least set off the tone in which way certain astrological facts can develop potentially. This is why - very different to my usual approach - I do in fact want to highlight the performance and construct of gender in this take, because the themes of Lilith represent in the different roles and scripts that exist for men and women in our heteronormative society. It shows in the power dynamic that is created between those who are politically men and women or rather said those who are straying away from the script they we're ought to follow by those who hold more power over them. This is an universal experience that can be experienced by everyone, but I want to say that private and political self intertwine and it’s very much present in the stories of those who have experienced strong Lilith influence in their life. If you want to read further on my reasoning and understand my approach to astrology, you can read it here.
⇨ Sociology and politics aside, let’s get back to Lilith:
Naturally, because there is still a lot of mystery and complexion around Lilith, she is a very hot topic in synastry. But the assumptions of steamy sex and kinky encounters aside, and from what I've seen and studied, right now I'll go so far to say that when we deal with a (perceived) hetero relationship, it can only truly work out if the man involved absolutely sees the woman as an absolute equal and treats her as such. Even if difficulties arise and are set off by Lilith, both need to remain an be seen as an independend being with agency and acknowledge that at all times, no matter the decision. It's a choice both should commit to at the very beginning.
You think this is common sense in partnerships (should be at least) but Lilith has a very unique and personal relationship with ostracization, shame, humiliation, oppression and anger.
I often read that prominent Lilith contacts in synastry (but I'd add composite to that too!) need both partners to be healthy, functional (or at least have an idea of what that should be and look like) and communicate effectively and clearly, be vulnerable and honest. While this is definitely true, any strong Lilith energy in relationships between a woman and a man needs the man to dissect his views and held notions of women, I believe. Not that anyone should dissect and deconstruct what their internalized held beliefs of what gender, and what femme and masculine is, to begin with (duh), but I repeat my previous statement about Lilith’s themes: Lilith ultimately finds itself battling and dealing with power dynamics, because it represents you and your raw self, all the desires and needs in relation to others/society. Lilith is described as dark and hidden because that’s exactly what we are taught to do with Lilith energy: hide it.
The woman in the connection, especially if she is Lilith, will be the woman that will mentally have the man on his knees because her mere existence can challenge his previously believed authority he has on her/women, as well as the way people are wired and set in position in society. We see him questioning the ‘script’ or holding close to it like a dogma. There is (sometimes watered down) anger and resentment a man will channel towards the woman he has Lilith contact with. It can often be thoughts of ‘how dare she’ and ‘I’ll stop her before she even gets the chance to start’. As much as the escapism we search for online think this might turn out in an overly romanticzed femme fatale fantasy, reality often hits us hard when we see dysfunctional relationships unfolding right in front of us.
She will be the announcement of a possible challenge, a test of character, which he'll fail or master. It's a question of morality, for both. Because Lilith here can be the person he always dreamed of, but always has been too afraid to engage with. There is something uttrely objectifying happening when talking about lilith and it's effects, even if you don't want to, it is bound to happen living in the world we are in right now.
And this has all to do with what Lilith stands for. Especially those who have strong Liltih influence in their chart (doesn't matter which Liltih you use) - I'm talking in angular houses, on the angles, in contact to personal planets or to the chart ruler - have undeniably an interesting relationship with and effect on those people who want them to 'follow the scrip' in the way society wants it. And very important (!!): just because someone has strong Lilith influence, doesn't mean that they are in any way better or worse than other women. I want to highlight this because women with Lilith energy will get shit from anyone (!!) who has strong internalized misogyny in them. Think about the way women are raised to compete with each other and follow the script in order to survive and get by in a patriarchal society. Of course someone who's very 'Lilith' will trigger them. Same with men who encounter someone who's very 'Lilith'.
Lilith can join the club of the outsider that you'll find at the metaphorical table that is placed in an imagined highschool's cafeteria: finding her place right next to Scorpio, shaking hands with Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, nodding acknowledging to Cancer, Aquarius and Pisces.
I noticed women who have strong Lilith in their chart have had prominent themes of isolation, autonomy, exclusion and conflict in their life. Either born or forced in positions that has them relying on themselves and their gut instincts a lot (!) and the rest of their charts backed that up too. But whatever is touched by Lilith is bount to become fierce and brutal. Doesn't matter if it's natal, a transit, in composite; Lilith forces you to look within and unleash something inside of you, it works like a catalyst of some sort. Lilith also talks about demands. Think about how she demanded a different treatment, before she left the Garden Eden. Lilith's needs are that strong, that she is willing to face the brutal consequences of it. If anything, Lilith's pursue can be just as brutal (metaphorically, but perhaps phyiscally as well) as her will.
Tumblr media
Pop astrology makes Lilith out to be solely about the physical act of intimacy, and sexuality definitely is a theme for Lilith, but not in the way people think it is, I believe.
There is an undeniable generational trauma and influence Lilith has on those who are politically a woman (all inclusive term)/femme presenting.
I will be even bolder in my claims and say that we still view Lilith through the lense society views women that ultimately choose to abandon societal and cultural prestigue and status by choosing themselves no matter what will occure, especially if it also means having to play with those societal expectations or finding their own niche in those roles and scrips they have to follow to get by. And this is not me trying to #girboss Lilith, but rather me saying that our studies still integrate and reproduce held harmful beliefs of women.
Deciding to work with Lilith is deciding to choose yourself because you see beyond the oppression and injustice, no matter what you think that might be in your life or in the life of others. The reactionary nature is most of the times caused by pushing and pulling from those who want her to follow the script. But Lilith often wants to write her own script, or at least edit what people have been given to her.
This is why, for example, women with Lilith in contact with their Juno will be known as partners that are demanding in the eyes of those who want them to act as we expect women to be in relationships. They expect commitment that borders on obedience but these individuals will eventually combust under the pressure. They will find their way to assert their own role, but at the same time they can end up with people that are inherently lilith to them in the best or worst ways. Likewise, we see celebrity men with Lilith Juno contacts that are known to be immoral lovers, not caring if the spotlights are on them or not. The whole world is gonna see, how they want to have commitment and what it requires. (not to say that you are doomed to be a horrible partner just because you have Lilith-Juno contacts, this is just one way it can manifest!)
I believe that at it’s best and it’s very essence, Lilith is not about choosing hate over love, glorifying destruction over peace and community. I truly believe that at it's core and very best, Lilith is ancient and wise, she knows - because she has wisdom that is inherent to her - what is right and wrong for her and she downright rejects the status quo because she can see beyond the limitations and power plays people have put on each other. She is the link to our gut feeling, I believe. And it acts out, whenever something doesn't sit quiet right with us, or something might feel incredibly good (for better or worse). Again, Lilith was ostracized and forced to be alone, she had to be and sit with herself. That doesn't mean Lilith is the ulterior good, but rather the 'what if you would choose to not follow the script - what if you become mindful of your own and listen within yourself.'
She is very much wild and raw and instinctual as mother earth herself is (the sadow of the moon). Remember, after all, she is according to the stories the very first woman. She is following a very deep rooted beat of a drum, a melody, that will always guide her through life, she wants to connect to her own, inherent eco system.
When I research Lilith in astrological texts and read about her, no matter which Lilith it is, it most of the time feels almost like a caricature, oddly enough. If she's not 100% girlbossyfied, she is mostly only seen as the 'evil one' (or at least very constroversial figure). Despite the fact that she indeed can be bad, it's also a role Lilith was pushed to take on too, because after all, there hasn’t been any cooperation with her. So she doesn’t cooperate and rather does her own thing (for better and worse, but as long as it feels good to her, there's probably no one who can stop her). Looking at it from a more psychological and sociological lens, Lilith's story inherently integrates the idea of 'I play the villian you always thought of me as'. Which is in itself an (unfortunate) self-fulfilling and isolating prophecy. It's not inherently a cool, but rather a cruel thing, but she had to work her way around that too, I guess.
Growing up 'Lilith', I do want to talk about the many facettes she has. I don't think that the reduction of Lilith as a mere 'sexual' indication does her justice, even if the sexual part does play a role after all. Picking up the previous point about astrology and sexuality, I wonder how the extreme sexualization and fetishization of anything a woman does plays into the sex-focused interpretations of her (but I think part of the credit has to be given to the way sexuality - especially in women - is also used as a method and commodity).
I also often read about women that are Lilith and feel very wise and mature, being a spiritual teacher to their lovers. I personally agree. I feel the wisdom and knowledge of Lilith can get twisted - either she becomes the 'crazy one' or people take away her agency and personhood and reduce her to the (sexual) magnetism that she possesses by being deeply involved and concerned with her sexual energy (aka creative energy, it's the force we connenct with when we create ANYTHING). Thus, often resulting in her being very much in touch with it.
There’s also the concept of motherhood that I keep thinking about. After all Lilith made sure to revenge her killed children by.....kiling other children? Uhh, don't know really about that move but sure, you show them that was fucked up ig.
Since Lilith is the shadow of the moon, I wonder how much our upbringing, our mother figure and motherhood influence Lilith’s energy.
And of course: the other woman. Lilith came back to the Garden Eden just to find Adam with another chick!!! After she had to leave when she wanted to be treated with basic respect. And yes, she did take revenge on Adam too, but point is that Lilith also deals with betrayal and distrust.
There is so much I could write about Lilith. I feel one can't discuss and learn about lilith without getting sociological, political and a bit psychological as well. After all, she is one of the most complex and intruiging figures out there. Controversial. The dark side of the moon.

The 2H/8H axis is so much juicer when you remove capitalism from your delineations.
2H becomes about what we have that we feel the need to protect. It’s our relationship to the land. 8H is mutual aid - giving and receiving outside of a transactional mindset.
These houses are all about possessing and sharing. Yes, they can be “material” houses, but caring for things on the material plane =/= “materialism”.
The 2H/8H axis outside of a capitalist context looks like a community garden. You grow your crop, someone else grows theirs, and you exchange some of your surplus for theirs at the harvest. You nurture and support one another.
Planets in 2H want to be able to provide for the native and support their direction in life. Planets in 8H want to be able to provide for others, and receive support in return.

Aquarius Rising? Uranus conjunct Ascendant? Who dresses weirder? Is it supposed to be weird??
I have both. I am an Aquarius Rising and I have Uranus sitting on top of my ASC. I don't dress weirdly nor uniquely. See, your choice of clothes, accessories, piercings, hair, and colors are not entirely dictated by your rising sign.
My Uranus is conjunct my ASC but it is in retrograde, my Venus is in Virgo in the 7th house, my Moon squares my ASC from the 3rd house, while my Mars is opposite my ASC from the 7th, and my 2nd house is filled with the presence of Jupiter--also in retrograde. Having known all these, I am going to summarize my clothing style as quick, comfortable, hip. Sometimes, I love wearing oversized clothing, anything that would make me feel unrestricted, and other days I like wearing body hugging dresses. But unique and weird? Definitely not. I would even say that I dress based on whatever is the trend--as long as I'm comfortable wearing it.
When looking into clothing choices, consider not just the rising sign, but the planets connected to the rising sign and if the planet is hidden (retrograde) or not (direct). Further, consider the Venus sign and house and its most notable aspect, also the planets in the 2nd house (the body, physical manifestation of the chart, what one has and what one is willing to buy). Piece these things together and you'll have a snapshot of how one dresses.
What I will agree with, however, is that the rising sign will give you a glimpse into how someone carries themselves from the get go and how other people receives the energy that someone's rising sign gives. In my experience, as an Aquarius Rising with Uranus on top of it, people do stare at me when I walk by, sometimes to the point I'm uncomfortable with it. Some strangers and friends told me that I'm striking, while in a conversation with me or as a greeting. "Striking" can be "weird" and "unique" and it contextually denotes disruption, which is aligned with what Aquarius is intended to project.
Fashion trendsetters are not made by putting on a bunch of clothing and calling it "street style" or "chic." Again, one's choice of clothes can be influenced by a lot of things, but how one carries these pieces of clothing is projected by the rising sign. Get to know your rising sign and its aspects from which houses and planets plus your Venus sign (+aspects) and 2nd house sign (+planets), and you've got your very own style formula.

6H profection year
I’m a libra rising with 2H jupiter. (WSH) My 6H profection year began Dec 2022. I had a terrible tooth ache… i was in so much pain.
I then had a root canal procedure in January and have since then had 3 drilling on the same tooth… in like 10 weeks.
At the moment, my stomach hurts like crazy and it’s as a result of the antibiotics I’ve been taking! I can barely eat or sleep.
Here I am wondering if its the 6H year or the stellium pile up in pisces right now or saturn in pisces opposite my virgo moon!

Sorry for the pic of a pic, I am on desktop and it wouldn't let me take a screenshot of the dialogue box...this is an emoji app on my browser.
I found it hilarious because check marks seem inherently like a Virgo thing: two clean simple connecting lines that become an emblem of officiality, which can be thrown around as a badge of honor, a proof of purchase, an inside joke, finished items on a to-do list...

Research topic: lords of opposing houses in aspect.
I have one particular instance of this in my chart, that being Sun Ari (L2) sq Saturn Cnc (L7, 8).
Hypothesis: The natural conflict of opposing houses will be incorporated into the existing aspect, merging the symbolism of houses involved. This relationship may simulate an opposition between the sister houses.
(In my case, 2/8 health, safety, security/insecurity, risk, crisis would reflect into the 1/10 self/public projection, career (?) square. I will report back if I am left alive...).

The Nine Greek Muses
Tumblr media
CALLIOPE
The Muse of Eloquence & Epic Poetry. Can also be spelled Kalliope. In the chart signifies a poet, a talented writer, a beautiful voice or someone good at delivering speeches. Can show someone who uses their voice to get what they want or to seduce, especially when conjunct Venus. She is the oldest of the nine muses & considered the leader of the muses.
Her name means: "Beautiful voiced" from the Greek words kallos and ops.

Sister Moon Sign Dynamics 1
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Gemini & Sagittarius Moons
The astrology of the sister moon sign basically Gemini Moon are rational creative thinkers who are always coming up with schemes to mess themselves up or mess others up because they are self destructive rascals who like to test the limits that with themselves and others because they're naturally curious and seek to uncover patterns. this makes them work well with Sagittarius moons because Sagittarius are action-oriented and they like to test the limits physically. Sagittarius are also looking to uncover patterns but more so within concepts and theories as they are the sign that rules over philosophy.
When this Duo is together they are quite chaotic but they also enjoy each other's company and they both have a low attention span. Therefore this makes it easy for them to always entertain each other with new ideas new topics and learn from one another. this is the true partners in crime duo because Gemini's always coming up with fun plans and ideas and Sagittarius is always down for them.
Oftentimes the person acting out the plan or schemes on the front will be a Sagittarius moon in the person behind the scheme is a Gemini Moon. Sagittarius gets a bad rap for being unloyal but these people are devoted when it comes to taking action for you so Sagittarius will be devoted to Gemini Moon by constantly being down for them they'll be down for any adventure or any plan, they will always be there when the gemini moon wants to do something.
Gemini moons actually help keep Sagittarius moons in check because Sagittarius easily gets carried away or too excited while Gemini knows how to rationalize Sagittarius and help organize their thoughts with their Mercurial influence. Sagittarius helps Gemini feel more at ease will also lightning up the room they like to show them new perspectives as Gemini can easily become nitpicky or critical of themselves and others Gemini is a naturally anxious sign so Sagittarius helps them feel at home.
I truly think Gemini moons honesty can be just as brutal to Sagittarius Moon's so Gemini's are the best sign to keep Sagittarius in check because they understand them but they also aren't afraid to tell Sagittarius the truth using logic and reason when Sagittarius acts purely based off of their feelings in situations that require a level head. Gemini Moons tend to be much colder on the surface while Sagittarius moons are much warmer.
This particularly makes them an interesting duo because they both have that soft and tough duality to them. Gemini moons appear cold on the outside but they are very friendly soft and sensitive on the inside well Sagittarius moons are very sensitive friendly and passionate on the outside but on the inside they're very resilient and tough. I think this adds to the whole Devil versus Angel exterior they present when they are together.
Usually because they're so polar with their mindsets they actually tend to not work that great together in group projects because Sagittarius wants to go full-out, they don't think of rational ideas they always want to come up with the original and extravagant ideas. While Gemini wants to make something easy efficient and logical. however once Sagittarius gets over their stubborn ego (I'm saying this as a sag moon 💀) they eventually work really well together and come up with the greatest ideas.
Tumblr media
Leo & Aquarius Moons
These two moon signs are funny to witness together. Usually, Aquarius is so chill that Leo gets annoyed by how calm and indifferent Aquarius is, wondering why they lack passion. However Aquarius moons have this fire in them that balance a Leo moons individual spark. Aquarius the sign of humanity is incredibly sacrifical as theytend to think that no one is special and everyone is the same. So naturally they try to give their best to everyone as they believe everyone is equal and deserves the same respect. Leo moons on the other hand believe everyone has a special unique charm to them, everyone has something that makes them different and stand out but they don't believe that someone is above another
They believe that everyone has different qualities that can be used for something great. Leo's see a lot of potential in people being the sign associated with Fame and ruling over the heart. There's always a fire burning within Leo's why was Aquarius there's always space to be explored within their mind. Leo shows Aquarius what life is, while Aquarius shows Leo's how to work with people and how to make things happen within a community.
Because sometimes Leo's can become stubborn to the point where they don't like to work with people they like to do everything on their own but Aquarius knows that's not how Leo's will get recognition. They need to work with people in order to make great things happen. Aquarius also shows Leo the perspectives and understanding behind the worlds problems. As, sometimes Leo's can be so caught up in their own head and in their own game they don't realize what other people are going through around them
Aquarius shows that part of humanity that Leo's ignore due to being focused on their own passions. Leo's are very generous they rule over the heart so they do often care for and protect other people and have high emotional intelligence, but they can get so caught up with their passion they lose sight of other paths or other directions.
Aquarius numbs Leo's Ego, Leo's commonly tear themselves apart and they're usually very insecure or they acted very arrogant to compensate for their insecurities. Therefore Aquarius knows how to show Leo that not everything comes from the ego and you can detach yourself to the point where not everything feels like a personal attack.
This Duo is like musical instruments to me they playoff one another's ideas they bounce off of each other and they harmonize. They are both very passionate although Leo exudes the passion from outside well Aquarius keeps it inside but they are both very focused on what they want in life.
They both usually ever since kids think they are meant to change the world and make it a better place to their own values. They feed off of each other's energy but you can often find them as rivals as it's a battle between mind and ego personified. I usually think this pairing could become famous bandmates or something can showcase their creative talents and their dedication towards them.
Tumblr media
Taurus & Scorpio Moons
Taurus aims to get out of their comfort zone but is too scared to do so, while Scorpios aim for stability. Taurus is grounded practical and reasonable they see things how they are and they operate off of that. they often solidify whatever is put in front of them. they're naturally cautious and competent people. They do enjoy the Finer Things in life and find it necessary in order to make them feel comfortable wherever they are. Usually they have a favourite bag that makes the biggest difference when they set out to achieve their goals and feel off when they don't have their material items that comfort them.
They probably have Lucky Charms that they bring with them because although they're very practical they are open to superstitious beliefs long as there is reason for them see it working in their life. Scorpio Moon's on the other hand are trying to find stability. A Scorpio moon's biggest fear is losing everything they worked hard for like their home or a relationship. Any significant foundation in their life that can be threatened is their biggest fear as they were exposed to losing these things as kids and often unfairly and in a tragic event.
They know what it's like to lose everything and feel empty. This is why they are seen as controlling and skeptical. They're also known for being obsessive because they don't want anything to fall apart or be taken advantage of under their watch. Taurus moons on the other hand are exalted therefore they are used to living in comfort and being cared for physically on the emotional plane, because their mom was very practical and logical usually gifting items or cooking food as a type of support.
While Scorpio moons are used to being criticized, blackmailed, or micro-managed by their mom or family. Scorpio moons like Taurus moons because they don't try to control the Scorpio Moon and provide an emotional and physical support system for the Scorpio they can't find anywhere else.
Scorpios appreciate actions over words because they know words can be empty or used as forms of blackmail and Taurus are naturally action-oriented and care through physical affection or acts of service. This is highly valued by Scorpio Moons because they feel safest with this type of support. And for once in their lives don't feel the need to question it.
Scorpio moons do transform Taurus moons through helping them believe in the unknown. They show Taurus that not every problem can be seen nor fixed and are good at protecting Taurus moons from people with bad intentions.
Taurus moons do have good boundaries with people but oftentimes they question if they even know who to trust or not, while Scorpio moons can instinctively feel out who is trustworthy and who isn't. This dynamic is based off of trust and boundaries.
Taurus Moon's build-up Scorpio news sense of self-worth and help them understand is worth their time or hard work and what isn't. Scorpios make a Taurus realize that in order for relationships or projects to progress they have to integrate change instead of everything staying the same.
Taurus are usually quite uncomfortable with conflict but they understand it's needed sometimes with Scorpios help. they're both stubborn and quite devoted which gives them the superpower never losing track of what they want in life. They both don't let people into their lives easily because they either click with you or they don't and understand how important energy is to them so they do self-preserve themselves to an extent.
However Scorpio moons often fall trap to trying to rescue people those people are Taurus moons and sometimes they're not. Either way Scorpio Moons learn how to self-preserve healthily instead of blocking people out, and don't act or form opinions based on assumptions right away due to understanding from Taurus that there should be healthy balances in what a Scorpio moon feels.
They're both highly sensual and appreciate the desires in life, using it to their full power and feeling valued as a pair even as they go through tough situations. They both like power and knowing they can't be taken advantage of by others through their personal power.

𝙰𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚘 𝙼𝚞𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚜 𝟷: 𝙰𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚘𝚕𝚘𝚐𝚢 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝙲𝚑𝚒𝚕𝚍𝚛𝚎𝚗
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
🫧 Working with children, I really want to start making more astro observations on them. I’ve read many theories about ‘children are their moon sign etc’ - which doesn’t have to be wrong btw !! the environment we grow up in really heavily determines what we show and grow into the most after all - but from what I’ve seen so far, especially when they’re younger, they’re all their sun sign to a t.
🫧 When we talk about children it’s important to note that children are all very much in their ‘me me me’ era and that they just at the start of getting socialized. What aspect in their chart will be shown and is evolving is also very dependent on the institution/environment they are in. If you put a child in school, it only makes sense that the 3rd house is heavily triggered since it literally talks about our early socialization process and early education.
🫧 The process of growing more and more into the ascendant (aka the way they are socialized by their close environment) would be ever present, I believe, but ofc, it all starts from home (as almost everything does, right?) and then translates into the way they start behaving and interacting at other places.
🫧 But since my work with children mainly consists out of playing with them and doing sports, I think the vital, expressive and fun loving attitude of the sun shines even more than usual. Not only are young children mainly controlled by their ego, but my work focuses on helping children realize their individual unique skill sets as well, so I do think I get a good glimpse of their purest form of their Sun, 5th house, as well as Mars energy (honorable mentions, Mercury and Venus)
🫧 And let me tell you while we’re at it, I’ve met so many Gemini and Virgo children in my life and nothing compares to the level of articulation both possess. Not to forget the level of skill Gemini children possess from an early age on (and yes Gemini children are the ones who talk the most. It’s not a bad thing though, we as a society should really start listening to children more and nothing means more to Gemini children than showing them that you engage with their words and pay attention). Virgo children are most of the time so easy to be around (often because they early on start adapting to the rules of the adults, sad to see <‘3) + Virgo children are extremely witty, and so are Leo children too. But if you think Virgo children are the ones crying the loudest when rules are broken then I have to disappoint it’s always Libra children throwing the biggest fit if they themselves perceive anything as unjust (which goes beyond going against the rules of a game).
🫧 Also Scorpio children are always in their own world and so are cancer children. While Scorpio children border on the Jupiterian energy of Sagittarius they often have class clown energy too, but despite that, Scorpio and Cancer children are always zoning out at one point. Cancer children have a thing for pouting and giving the silent treatment btw LMAO it’s actually quiet funny they are the children that usually are the shiest at the beginning and retreat easily if something scares them. Their parents are their heaven if something happens. But once Cancer children feel comfortable they are totally led by their water energy. Totally in their own fantasy world and it’s really cute to see. But yeah very hard to read, I’m a Cancer myself and I have the most trouble reading Cancer children even though they all act on the same scheme of ‘one step forward, two steps back’, if anything threatens them they retreat immediately (!). I remember my primary school teacher introducing me to a new classmate and she literally said ‘Luca is like the sea, one minute they’re quiet and still and the next minute they’re wild and loud.’ LOL. If only she knew.
🫧 I observed that Cancer and Pisces children all exude the same mystic energy. Especially cancer children literally will remind you of the moon, it’s the vibe and the looks that they have, they also tend to look a tat sad most of the time, really somber.

astrology musings - 📜
Tumblr media
(≧∇≦)/ hiii, here's my first-ever personal astrology observations, pls enjoy!
People with Jupiter or Uranus in the 4th house, or aspecting the 4th house ruler, tend to move homes frequently. This can range from moving from one town to another in the same state to moving countries and becoming an expat.
Many historians/archivists have Cancer and/or Virgo in their big three.
Cancer is often said to be a homebody, but you know textbook descriptions are much different than reality. And what I've noticed in reality is that those with major Cancer placements tend to be...fluid..? That's the best word I could use even though it's the most simple and obvious. They move frequently and feel like they have to, there's an "itch" they have to scratch. it's so interesting because wandering/traveling has been forgotten about the cancer archetype by modern textbooks and astrologers, so it's nice to see it play out in reality.
I've seen this with someone who is speculated to be a Cancer Mercury (birth time is unknown). He has come up with so many inventions, it's crazy. It's that fluidity that is so obvious but is somehow, left out in modern interpretations. The ability to wander and be here one minute and elsewhere the next. In this case, he can be fluid (and fertile) (Cancer) with his mind and inventions/ideas (Mercury).
Sometimes the best way to interpret a chart is to look at it simply. Don't look at the aspects, houses, and/or asteroids just yet, look at the signs the planets are in first.
I watched a documentary about Elephants and I was so confused because though they are ruled by Jupiter when you research them, they fit the "Lunarian" archetype to a T. The ability to adapt easily, having a good memory, family being important, and even if they don't "have" a "family", close bonds are vital to their survival.
I kid you not, every time I come across a person with their sign tattooed on them, it's a Scorpio. So very conspicuous for a "mysterious" sign/archetype (Yes I'm teasing you guys 😊).

The Astrology of Muses: A Vedic Exploration 🎨🖌👫💏
This is going to be a loooong post so hang in there besties<3
Claire Nakti observed that Ketu being the root or tail of the dragon is the source of our creativity. So whatever we channel during the process of art making is reflective of our Ketu, its placement etc. While I agree with this observation, I'd also like to add that Venus is also very important in determining the creativity, creative nature and career of an individual, as well as who or what they seek inspiration from.
Obviously Sun-Moon relationships and other aspects with luminaries can also determine how we connect to and draw inspiration from others.
First of all, let's understand what a muse is.
A muse is defined as a person (often, a woman but not always) who serves as a source of artistic inspiration creativity, and passion for the artist.
In mythology, the Muses were nine goddesses who symbolized the arts and sciences.
There is a spiritual reason why women serve as the source of creativity for others. This is because of them being Yin, inwardly expansive and vessels that can be receptive to a variety of influences. Water is the most feminine element and the ability of water to take the shape of whatever's its poured into is very important in this context. Water is life giving but it can also be destructive and turbulent. All of these are very telling about feminine nature.
Anyways, let's look through some artist-muse relationships in history and pop culture.
F Scott Fitzgerald and Zelda Fitzgerald
Tumblr media
Probably one of the most famous literary romances. Zelda was Scott's lover, wife and muse. They had a very tumultuous marriage; Zelda was diagnosed with schizophrenia and Scott was an alcoholic but they also enjoyed immense popularity and success early on in their marriage and career.
It is now known that Scott plagiarized much of his work from the diaries and letters of his wife, Zelda and was controlling & abusive towards her when she expressed interest in furthering her own literary career.
Both of them had Mars in Mrigashira as their atmakaraka
Scott had Ketu in Ashlesha & his muse, Zelda was Ashlesha Rising (and mercury which was her amatyakaraka)
2. Vita Sackville West and Virginia Woolf
Tumblr media
They were both married to different men when they began their affair with each other. They significantly influenced each other's work; Vita wrote Seducers In Ecuador dedicated to Virginia, while Virginia's Orlando was about Vita. The relationship lasted until Virginia's death in 1941.
Vita was Uttara Ashada Rising, whereas Virginia had Venus in Uttara Ashada
Vita had Venus in Aswini and Virginia was Aswini Moon
3. Ingrid Bergman & Roberto Rossellini
Tumblr media
They began an affair when she was still married to her husband whilst filming the movie Stromboli. She got pregnant and they later got married.
While the movies Bergman made with Rossellini were commercial failures, the films have garnered great appreciation and attention for their contribution to Italian Neo-realism.
Bergman was Magha Sun, Venus & Rising, whereas Rossellini was Magha Rising
He had Rahu in Ashlesha and she had Ketu in Ashlesha
4. Lillian Gish & D.W Griffith
Tumblr media
Lillian Gish is called "The First Lady of American Cinema"; she was a muse to the first influential filmmaker in Hollywood, D.W. Griffith. She appeared in his ground breaking movies The Birth of a Nation (1915), Intolerance (1916), Broken Blossoms (1919) and Way Down East (1920).
D.W Griffith was Ashlesha Moon with Mars in Vishaka atmakaraka and Ketu in Chitra
Lillian Gish had Chitra Sun, Venus & Saturn (amatyakaraka) in Vishaka and Ketu in Ashlesha
5. Norma Shearer & Irving Thalberg
Tumblr media
Norma Shearer would be dubbed the First Lady of MGM for not only being the contracted actress with the most box-office appeal but also the wife of studio head Irving Thalberg.
Thalberg, was a film executive who was called the  “boy wonder of Hollywood” who, as the production manager of MGM, was largely responsible for the studio’s prestigious reputation.
Shearer and Thalberg were married in 1927, after which Shearer had her pick of films, parts, costars, and directors, and she used this advantage to avoid being typecast. Thalberg largely directed her career until his death in 1936.
She played sexually liberated ingenues in the 1920s & 30s and is now considered a feminist icon.
She was Ashlesha Sun (atmakaraka), Venus & Mars in Ardra and Ketu in Rohini
He was Rohini Sun, Mars in Ashlesha (amatyakaraka) and Ketu in Ardra
5. Godard and Anna Karina
Tumblr media
Karina served as a cinematic muse to Godard, appearing in eight of his films; during their five-year marriage and after. Karina liked being the muse, stating in 2016: "How could I not be honoured? Maybe it's too much, it sounds so pompous. But of course, I’m always very touched to hear people say that. Because Jean-Luc gave me a gift to play all of those parts. It was like Pygmalion, you know? I was Eliza Doolittle and he was the teacher."
Their contribution to the French New Wave and to cinema in general is widely acknowledged and well-regarded.
Karina was Ashlesha Venus (amatyakaraka), Punarvasu Rising with Ketu in Revati
Godard was Ashlesha Mars (amatyakaraka), Jupiter in Punarvasu (amatyakaraka) with Rahu in Revati
6. Monica Vitti & Michelangelo Antonioni
Tumblr media
For 10 years, Monica Vitti was the muse and lover of Michelangelo Antonioni for almost a decade, starring in many of his most famous films, such as L’Avventura (1960), La Notte (1961), L’Eclisse (1962) & Red Desert (1964).
Vitti is Swati Sun with Ketu in Hasta
Antonioni has Hasta Sun, Mercury & Ketu along with his Venus in Swati
7. YSL & Paloma Picasso
Tumblr media
Yves Saint Laurent had many muses but perhaps his most overlooked muse is Paloma Picasso
Paloma Picasso was the muse, who originally inspired Saint Laurent’s ‘Scandal’ collection of ‘71, and his career-defining turn away from the perfectionism of couture to a different kind of empowerment of something more wild, free and personal.
YSL was Uttarashada moon (atmakaraka), Paloma had Uttarashada moon & jupiter (conjunct)
8. Hubert de Givenchy and Audrey Hepburn
Tumblr media
Givenchy designed the iconic 'little black dress' worn by Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, which cemented the actress as one of the most stylish women of the 20th century.
"His are the only clothes in which I am myself. He is far more than a couturier, he is a creator of personality," said Hepburn. The Breakfast at Tiffany's dress also helped Givenchy gain worldwide recognition, and his intricate, feminine designs became the subject of adoration.
Givenchy is Shatabhisha Sun & Jupiter
Audrey is Shatabhisha Moon
9. Bob Mackie and Cher
Tumblr media
Mackie is a costume designer. His work with Cher has a place in fashion history, from the sheer dress she wore to the 1974 Met Gala to the beaded see-through gown she wore to accept her Oscar in 1988 (let alone, designing hundreds of her costumes for The Sonny & Cher Show).
Mackie has Ketu in Bharani and Cher has Mercury in Bharani (amatyakaraka)
10.Jean Paul Gaultier and Madonna
Tumblr media
The cone bra—one of Madonna's most famous and recognised stage outfits from her Blonde Ambition tour—was created by Jean Paul Gaultier in 1990. The piece soon launched Gaultier's career, and solidified his relationship with the iconic performer.
Gaultier went on to design stage outfits for many of Madonna's concert tours, and she even made an appearance as a model in his spring summer '95 collection. After almost 30 years of friendship, they attended the 2018 Met Gala together (Madonna wearing one of Gaultier's designs, of course).
Gauthier is Bharani Moon & Madonna is Purva phalguni Moon & Rising
This is an example of Venus attracting & partnering with Venus.
11. Pedro Almodovar and Penelope Cruz
Tumblr media
They've done numerous movies together in the last 25 years. They are both Punarvasu Moon
Almodovar is a Purvaphalguni Mercury (amatyakaraka) and Ketu and Penelope is a Bharani Sun, so this is yet another Venusian creative partnership.
When it comes to artist-muse partnerships, sharing Ketu/Venus to Sun/Moon/Rising aspects seems to be very common. Its also common to see artists and their muses share the same luminaries. We are inspired by people who project our qualities in different ways. there is a reason we are drawn to certain people and its always because of how subconsciously they remind us of ourselves.
social muses, trendsetters & it girls
I'm not going to mention Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe or Princess Diana because I feel like enough has been said about them.
There are some people who seem to inspire not just one person specifically but the tastes and culture of a whole era. They are tastemakers who set trends and are widely imitated and their influence has far reaching impact. They are "muse" to everybody.
Jackie O
Tumblr media
she is one of the most culturally influential people of the 20th century and defined her era (60s America) and is probably an early example of an "influencer", which is to say, people imitated her style, her manners etc
Jackie is Pushya Sun & Mercury, Aswini Moon, Ketu & Rising in Vishaka, Venus in Mrigashira atmakaraka.
2. Grace Kelly aka Princess Grace of Monaco

She was the first celebrity to have her own fragrance and thirty five years later, her perfume empire remains one of the most successful celebrity fragrance ventures of all time. White Diamonds is one the best selling celebrity fragrances in history. She paved the way for numerous others to follow in her foot steps, although not everyone has had her success.
She is Shatabhisha Sun & Mercury, Vishaka Moon, Jyeshta Rising along with Venus in Revati atmakaraka and Jupiter in Ashlesha amatyakaraka
4. Twiggy

She is the world's first supermodel. She is an important cultural icon and was the face of the Swinging Sixties in her babydoll dresses and mary janes.
She's Pushya Moon & Mars, and Punarvasu Rising
5. Diana Ross
Tumblr media
Miss Ross rose to fame as the lead singer of the girl group the Supremes, which became Motown's most successful act in the 1960s, and one of the world's best-selling girl groups of all time. After leaving the group in 1970, she launched a successful solo career, with many huge hits across the next couple of decades. She is known for her extravagant style and is a true 80s diva who blurred the lines between costumes and everyday clothing.
She is UBP Sun, Bharani Moon, Vishaka Rising
Mercury in Revati amatyakaraka and Jupiter in Ashlesha atmakaraka
6. Beyonce
Tumblr media
Beyonce is one of the most influential women of the 21st century. Her impact on culture is immense and undeniable.
She is Purvaphalguni Sun, Vishaka Moon (atmakaraka) & Chitra Rising

Her music, looks, products, personality- everything about her is influential af. She's multi talented and has excelled in several fields.
She is a Revati Stellium (moon, venus (amatyakaraka) & rising)
8. Paris Hilton
Tumblr media
Probably the OG influencer. Paris defined her era (the 2000s) and has had a lasting impact on pop culture that needs to be studied. She was written out of her family will and built her own empire. She paved the way for all influencers.
Dhanishta Sun & Mercury, Pushya Moon & Jyeshta Rising
9.Kim & Kylie
Tumblr media
I don't like them but to say they haven't had an impact on beauty/fashion/pop culture would be lying. I personally see it as a negative impact 😬 but its an impact nonetheless.
They normalized plastic surgery to such an extent that every other girl in the West and almost every famous woman at this point has fillers, botox, BBL or something done. They also paved the way for influencers entering the fashion world.
Kim is Chitra Sun, UBP Moon & Jyeshta Rising with Mercury in Vishaka amatyakaraka and Venus in Purva phalguni atmakaraka
Kylie is Ashlesha Sun, Swati Moon & Purva ashada Rising
She has Venus in Uttaraphalguni atmakaraka & Saturn in Revati amatyakaraka
10. Bella Hadid
Tumblr media
cannot talk about it girls and not mention Bella.
she's had such a massive impact on pop culture in the late 2010s & now in the 2020s. she made y2k style as popular as it is today and is probably the only true supermodel of our era.
She's Hasta Sun (amatyakaraka), Purva phalguni Moon & Rising with Ketu in UBP, Mars in Ashlesha atmakaraka
Tumblr media
she's inspired practically The Weeknd's entire discography. He has Ketu in Ashlesha
it's interesting to me how all the Hadid siblings have inspired a lot of pop music. (Gigi with Zayn, Anwar with Dua Lipa etc)
11. Selena Gomez
Tumblr media
Selena's inspired way too many heartbreak songs to not be on this list.
She's Pushya Sun & Rising with Aswini Moon with Ashlesha Mercury (atmakaraka) & Venus
There has been a lot of Vishaka women and Jupiter natives in general, Pushya ladies, Ketuvian (esp Aswini), Venusian influence and a lot of people with Ashlesha atmakaraka/amatyakaraka. Pisces influence and Jyeshta influence is also seen. Why are these planets/naks/rashis recurring?
Talking about people who have a very wide impact, it makes sense as to why Jupiter natives would be here; its expansiveness reaches everyone. In fact if you look at the era defining cultural figures of any decade, you will see a common Jupiter influence. This is also why Pisces rashi (Pisces is ruled by Jupiter) is so common in the world of art & entertainment.
Venusian placements are what creates trendsetters imo. Its what makes others imitate you and want to be like you.
Ashlesha natives dominate the entertainment sphere because entertainment and all art tbh, is in the simplest terms, manipulating others.
Pushya women inspire others with their feminine charms. Ketu being the root or the tail means that its very easy for others to project on to them. They lack identity on their own; its a very shadowy realm. This is what celebrities are to most people; you don't know them or understand them, which makes it easier to project onto them and love them for that illusion.
Jyeshta represents lack and in the world of influence, more than abundance, its that space of lack that makes it easier for people to add/built on to the persona they see of someone.
I'll make a part 2 sometime but for now this is it. I hope it was insightful.

Calliope
Muse of: Epic Poetry, Eloquence Other associations: Singing, Leadership Other Names: Kalliope
Mythology: Calliope (also spelled Kalliope) is the muse of epic poetry and eloquence. She is the oldest of the nine greek muses and is also often called their leader. She is said to have a beautiful voice, and to have been graced with singing talents. According to Hesiod she was also the wisest, and most assertive muse. Her symbol is the Lyre, which is a stringed musical instrument, similar to a harp. She is often depicted with a writing tablet, a roll of paper, or a book in her hand. She also usually wears a golden crown, and is shown with her sisters or her children (in some cases.) She was married to Oeagrus, the King of Thrace in some stories, and is often said to be the mother of Orpheus and Linus. There is also a famous story in which she had a singing match with the daughters of Pierus, the King of Thessaly. It is said that they challenged her thinking they would win, but they did not. Their punishment for losing after challenging Calliope was being turned into magpies. (A type of song bird.)

Asteroid Kalliope #22
This asteroid can indicate talents in writing, specifically in poetry or the fictional category. It can indicate someone who really has a way with words, and who may have a pleasant or harmonious voice. People with this strongly and positively aspected may be able to command the room with their voice, or people may listen to them (and their innate wisdom) very intently. Depending on the placements it can indicate someone who is an inspiration for someone else's poetry, song lyrics, or music. (This is something you can see in synastry or the composite chart between two people.) Prominent placements can show someone who is wise, or who is a great leader or teacher of some sort. There may also be indications of someone who is very assertive. However, hard aspects may show someone who is more reserved or struggles with assertiveness. It can show someone with a love of novels, epic poetry, mythology, and other forms of creative writing. Career wise it can show someone who would excel in journalism, research, documentation, making documentaries, technical writing, astrology, painting, or art. It can be seen prominently in the charts of some Librarians and Teachers as well. With it's correspondence to angel number 22 it may also indicate someone who is interested in spirituality or philosophy, as well as someone who seeks balance and justice in the world.
Asteroid Observations
✨ Kalliope in Libra, Gemini, or Virgo can indicate someone who enjoys writing or reading. It can also indicate someone who is very wise or intelligent beyond their years. These people may enjoy getting lost in novels, or they may really embody the academic aesthetic. They could be really into reading stories or writing about justice, or the human condition. They may be collectors of books, and you may often see books, art supplies, instruments, etc. in their environments. (Dark academia lovers unite!)
✨ Kalliope in Aries or positively aspecting Mars can indicate someone who is very assertive or creative. These people may make really great leaders, or have a very commanding presence, especially if Kalliope is conjunct or positively aspecting the Ascendant. They may really embody someone who naturally seems to be gifted with words, a beautiful voice, or leadership capabilities. It can even seem as though sometimes people follow them blindly into things.
✨ Kalliope in a Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces, or in the 4th, 8th, or 12th houses can indicate someone who uses creative writing, poetry, or music (usually in the form of lyrics) to process their emotions. These people may also use their emotions to write or create a lot. There are a lot of musicians who are talented with lyricism that have these placements in their charts. It's the same if this asteroid is conjunct the moon or Neptune.
✨ Kalliope in Scorpio, the 8th house, or conjunct/aspecting Pluto can indicate someone who can use writing, reading, or the arts to transform themselves or others. These placements or aspects may show someone who also likes to keep their talents somewhat hidden or use them only in the safety of their own space. You may never know that these people have a talent in writing. Poetry may be a specific strong talent for these types.
✨In Aquarius, the 11th house, or aspecting Uranus can indicate someone who is able to use their voice to lead in social causes. It can also indicate someone who loves technical writing, who is popular for their writing or creative talents, or who is able to easily establish non-profit, or organizations supporting causes.
✨ In Capricorn, the 10th, aspecting Saturn, or Aspecting the Midheaven can indicate someone who writes for work or who uses their writing or voice for work. Potentially someone who is famous for their voice. Singers and authors may have these placements. It can also indicate someone who is able to lead a company or who is a manager or in a higher up position where they work. They may also be someone who starts their own creative business. I could see someone owning a stationary store, or a book store with these placements.
✨ Kalliope in Sagittarius, in the 9th house, or conjunct Jupiter can indicate someone who is very wise. This is a place where you can see someone who is a librarian or teacher. The 3rd house and Gemini can indicate a teacher as well, but Sagittarius, the 9th, and Jupiter can indicate higher learning, so it gives off the professor type of vibe. These placements can also indicate an affinity for astrology, psychology, and mythology. These placements can also show someone who writes stories or poetry based on travel experiences. People who make documentaries or who write about other cultures and philosophies besides their own can have these aspects and placements prominent in their chart.
✨ In Libra or the 7th house can indicate someone who really loves academia aesthetic. Their home or their style may look like a library, or it may look very put together and beautiful. Generally this placement is wise, and is very balanced when it comes to their writing or communicating. They may really like classical style, greek mythology style. (Think like...white columns, sistine chapel, classic beauty...) They are also prone to enjoying romance novels, and may be really good at writing in the romance genre themselves. Libras are usually naturally drawn to being writers, so this may add a little extra dose of interest there. These types may also make really good lawyers or judges because they are gifted with communication skills centered around balance and fairness. They can easily explain and help others understand morals.
✨ This asteroid in Pisces, the 12th, or conjunct Neptune can indicate someone who may not see their natural talents in writing, singing, speaking, lyricism, music, or art, but who is very very talented in these areas. These people may find comfort in journaling, painting, or writing for their own pleasure. Creative writing and writing music may be really big hobbies for these people. You may see some people with these placements use music or books as a way to escape their daily life. They can get lost in these hobbies when they need a break from reality. They may have a tendency to be more shy when it comes to their talents, and they may never share the things they create in private, but if they do people will notice.
✨ In the 6th house, or in Virgo this can show someone who has a lot of wisdom, and may use writing or music to help others. They may read a lot of books and gain a lot of knowledge. Generally they may be shy to share, and there's a possibility they give off the shy girl next door vibes (although this also depends on what else is in your chart.) An idea of what types of things this placement would write: Cookbooks, medical journals, plant encyclopedias, etc. Think earthy academia. They also may have a knack for poetry, or for communicating thoughts in creative ways that others easily understand. They may be prone to using metaphors. (Virgo is traditionally ruled by Mercury.)
✨ In Leo, the 5th, or aspecting the sun can indicate someone who is famous for writing, their voice, or their artistic talents. This person may get noticed easily when it comes to what they choose to write about. Creative writing, fiction novelists, and lyricists can be indicated here. Some celebrities that sing or give speeches can be seen with these placements.
✨ Gemini or the 3rd house can show someone who is quick and has a great sense of humor. They could be comedians, as their voice is easily heard. They also could be someone who enjoys teaching children, or who is able to create easy to understand and aesthetically pleasing online content. These placements can indicate someone who may make a good teacher. Because Gemini is one of the two signs ruled by Mercury, communication comes easily to them. They may also have a pleasant voice, and could give ted talks or be able to lead a marketing team, or speak at conferences. (Cute side note they could be great narrators, especially for children's books.)
✨ In Cancer or the 4th house, or positively aspecting the moon or the IC, can show someone who is the leader in their family. They may also really love to have their home be a place of learning and creativity. They may own a huge collection of books or art supplies. They may also encourage their loved ones or children to be more creative, or to be more assertive. They may really love visiting libraries and museums, and they might like to have classical music playing in their home. The moon is associated with emotions, the home, and nurturing, and this can indicate someone who enjoys poetry, music, and storytelling as a self care tool. They may read books to help them ground, or they may listen to music as a way to get out of their heads. These placements can indicate someone who finds safety in books, novels, music, or art.
✨ In Taurus or the 2nd house can show someone who values literature, the arts, and teaching. It could also be someone who earns money from the things associated with Kalliope, or someone who has a more eclectic "academia" aesthetic to their home or surroundings. They may also be someone who likes to buy hardcover books, instruments, or stationary. This is extra true if there are positive aspects to Venus.
✨ Hard aspects between Kalliope and mercury may show someone who has difficulty in expressing themselves through writing, or someone who may have difficulties with reading or with learning. They may have more misunderstandings when texting or messaging than other people do. In some cases this aspect can make it difficult for the native to speak or to communicate in general.
✨ Hard aspects to the sun can show someone who doesn't feel as in touch with their creative side, or who may feel that writing and reading are not really their thing. They may not like their voice, or have trouble being assertive. They can also come off more shy depending on other placements. They are more likely to stifle their voice, or to shy away from any writing, music, or vocal talents. They also might not feel like they have the capability to be a leader sometimes.
✨ Hard aspects to the moon can show insecurity in writing, music, lyricism, assertiveness, or a struggle with desire for these types of things. Either the native isn't interested in the things associated with this asteroid at all emotionally, or they are interested but don't have confidence in their talents or gifts. They may be very hard on themselves when it comes to their voice as well. Example: If a singer has this they may always feel like their voice isn't good enough, or deep down have an insecurity about their talent, even if they seem confident on the outside.
✨ Conjunct the descendant can show someone who seeks a partner that is assertive, or who is a great leader. They may gravitate towards people who have beautiful or unique voices, singers, musicians, writers, or teachers. This is also a sign that these natives can use writing, singing, lyricism, art, or music as a form of self care, or to express love to themselves or others.
✨ In synastry if your Kalliope asteroid is conjunct any of the other person's planets, especially the moon or Venus, it can indicate the other person seeing you as a muse or as inspiration in general. They may really love your voice or the way you talk. They could also find you interesting to listen to or compelling, just by you being yourself. You may also find this person to be a muse in the topics related to the planet Kalliope touches. If your asteroid touches their Venus you may be inspired to write about their looks, aesthetic, or your experience with the way they love/your partnership with them.

We hope you enjoy Kalliope and find out a little more about yourself and how she influences astrology! Don't worry if this asteroid isn't prominent, even if you love any of these things. There are lots of other placements in your basic astrology, as well as other asteroids, that can indicate an interest or talent in the same areas as Kalliope. If you aren't interested in these things then it may just not be a prominent placement for you, or you may not have unlocked those passions or talents yet. Regardless: take what resonates. Let us know what you think and how this asteroid feels for you in the notes, and check out the other Muses once they are posted!
