i’m gonna try to start doing whatever i want with my art. i often don’t write or play or paint or wtf ever bc i’m afraid the piece won’t go over well. i’d love to let that go and fully express myself. i’d be able to make better art that way (by “better”— because art isn’t always just about talent or skill but expression— i mean more authentic.) i’d like my work more, and respect myself more, if i’d set myself free.
