Christopher Worrell, a member of the Proud Boys who was convicted in a bench trial on seven charges related to his actions during the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol, was scheduled to be sentenced in federal court in Washington on Friday but is now missing, according to court records and the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
“We are interested in hearing from any members of the public who might have information regarding Mr. Worrell’s whereabouts,” Patty Hartman, a spokesperson for the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, told CNN in a statement.
The FBI has released a wanted poster for Worrell, 52, saying he “violated conditions of release pending sentencing.”
“Christopher John Worrell is wanted for violating conditions of release pending sentencing on federal charges related to the violence at the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C., on January 6, 2021,” the poster states. “A federal arrest warrant was issued for Worrell in the United States District Court, District of Columbia, Washington, D.C., on August 15, 2023.”
Worrell’s attorneys declined to comment.
Worrell has been under house arrest in Florida. His case had become a cause célèbre in right-wing circles because of his health issues while in jail and claims that officials had dragged their feet in getting him medical treatment for a broken finger. He is also diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and at one point he contracted COVID-19 while at the jail.
Worrell’s sentencing was canceled on Tuesday and a bench warrant for his arrest was issued, according to court records.
Federal prosecutors were seeking a 14-year sentence for Worrell, according to the government’s sentencing memorandum which was submitted on Sunday.
“Worrell was found guilty, after a bench trial in which he perjured himself, of assaulting a group of police officers with a deadly and dangerous weapon in order to thwart Congress’s certification of the 2020 electoral vote and the peaceful transition of power,” prosecutors wrote in the memorandum.
The FBI asked that anyone with information on Worrell’s whereabouts contact their local FBI office or the nearest American embassy or consulate.

OneNETnews EXCLUSIVE: An arrest warrant from a Texan TikToker facing multiple charges in the Dallas County area due to a Suspicious Money Glitch
(Prepared by Ronnie Anne Santiago & Miko Kubota / Stringer Correspondent of Nickelodeon News & Radyo Bandera Patrol #4 news reporter of OneNETnews + Station Manager and President of ONC)
Tumblr media
DALLAS, TEXAS -- A Texan-based TikToker named Krishna Sahay is facing controversy after allegedly utilizing an illegal money glitch found in American gift cards to purchase inexpensive items. Stronger allegations surfaced following a series of online video shorts posted exclusively on his own TikTok account, which is owned by Bytedance.
Tumblr media
Supermarket and mall stock prices are all drop unexpectedly due to repetitious cyber money heist in Q2 2023.
Tumblr media
In the videos, Sahay claims to have discovered a flaw in the system that allows him to buy hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of items as associated with a gift card that has no balance or had been used before. He detailed the process step by step, showing his TikTok followers how to replicate his actions professionally. The videos quickly gained attention, with many viewers expressing skepticism and shock at the money glitch. However, some expressed concern at the legality of Sahay's actions, pointing out that exploiting such a loophole could be seen as a totally fraudulent.
Several individuals reported their TikTok videos to relevant authorities in Texas, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF), prompting an investigation into Sahay's activities. As a result, the TikTok user is now facing potential legal consequences.
Many TikTok users have condemned Sahay's actions, calling for him to be held accountable for his behavior and make amends. Some even called for his account to be later banned, citing concerns about his influence targeted to younger users. In response to affected controversy, Sahay issued a closed-door statement apologizing for his public actions online and acknowledging the legal ramifications. He is admitted that he had not fully understood the significant nature of his actions and expressed regret for any harm done.
Despite his apology, the ramifications of Sahay's actions could be significant. Experts have cautioned that taking advantage of gift card system flaws could cause additional security problems and expose consumers and businesses to fraud and other unlawful activities. The case also emphasizes the importance of spreading knowledge and encouraging responsible online behavior, particularly among the younger generation, which may be more vulnerable to such schemes than those that imitate him.
Tumblr media
The investigation is underway as based from his activities of Sahay as it remains to be seen what the outcome will be, as according to Dallas Police Department (DPD). At this moment, Sahay will soon face publicly in court with a multiple charges of Cyber Money Heist, Money Laundering, Shoplifting and even violates policies online on TikTok.
The intense controversy serves as an unsettling cautionary tale that there are no shortcuts to success in money glitches when it comes to financial difficulties for those who might be tempted by the lure of easy money, rather than a traditional gambling point. We urgently reached out to Walgreens, Walmart and Target for a comment and to be turned over via E-Mail for this situation.

Do states have extradition treaties? Like, if someone is convicted of a crime in New York, and they flee to Florida, does Florida have to give them back? Can New York come down and take them, or does Florida have to give them permission? Is an arrest warrant in one state valid in every other? If the answer is yes, it very soon could become no because methinks republicans convicted of crimes in blue states are gonna start seeking refuge in red states, and then the Supreme Court will overturn whatever precedent they want to in order to protect them.

SFSFF Returns to Castro Theatre
The San Francisco Silent Film Festiva will return with an in-person festival for their 25th anniversary, May 5–11 at San Francisco's Castro Theatre. We are proud to be co-presenting two films at this year's festival, Heorhii Tasin's 1926 Soviet Ukrainian film Arrest Warrant (Order na aresht) and Charles Vanel's 1930 French silent Dans la nuit. The former is a benefit screening. Proceeds will go to the Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Centre in Kyiv and to World Central Kitchen, serving nourishing meals to refugees in the region.
Arrest Warrant, set during the Civil War following the Bolshevik Revolution, centers around Nadia (Valentyna Varetska) whose revolutionary husband has fled the city as the White Army advances, leaving her behind with a cache of secret documents to guard. Brilliant expressionist effects highlight Nadia's psychological torture.  The Sascha Jacobsen Quintet will provide live musical accompaniment. Print courtesy of Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Centre. You can purchase tickets here.

A a mining disaster upends the life of newlyweds in the extraordinary late silent-era film Dans la nuit, directed by and starring Charles Vanel. While it passed without much notice upon its release, his labor of love displays not only technical bravura but also sincere feeling for the working-class France of Vanel's upbringing. Stephen Horne, one of the world's leading silent film accompanists, will provide the live musical accompaniment. Restoration by the Institute Lumière. You can purchase tickets here.
Visit the SFSFF's website to see the festival's complete line-up of films.

Scarr should have then issued a warrant to bring Coward in for questioning. He did not, and explained to the Colonial Secretary that he knew D'arcy was pursuing a bitter quarrel with Coward and was not impressed by him posing as a protector of the blacks:
Mr Uhr has been in the habit of annoying the blacks himself by stealing boys and gins, one young gin he brought in a few days after my arrival here, and kept her several days, but ultimately gave her up, after the mother had repeatedly come into town, offering a boy in exchange for the gin.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Roy McGrath, who served as Chief of Staff to former Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R), after he was a no-show for the start of his criminal trial in federal court on Monday, according to multiple reports.
The Washington Post reported that law enforcement have searched McGrath’s Florida home to no avail.
McGrath was set to fly in from Florida and meet his lawyer in Baltimore early in the morning on Monday, according to the Baltimore Banner, before the hearing was scheduled to start at 9 a.m. at the U.S. District Court.
McGrath has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of wire fraud, embezzlement and document falsification related to allegedly fraudulently obtaining a massive $233,000 severance payment when he left the Maryland Environmental Service.

LATE-BREAKING NEWS: Zamboangueño Drag Artist 'Pura Luka Vega' is arrested for multiple nationwide counts of Persona Non Grata and other specific criminalities in Arrest Warrant
Tumblr media
(Written by Mitch Williams & Sasha Elizabeth Waybright / Bailley Mass Communication news intern for OneNETnews and Freelance News Editor & Intern for WEAZEL News)
SANTA CRUZ, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION -- It all comes down to this after 3 straight months, a 33 y/o male Zamboangueño LGBT drag artist individual named Pura Luka Vega (who is real name as Amadeus Fernando Pagente) is arrested for multiple counts of 'Persona Non Grata' in selected cites; including Western, Central and Eastern Visayas (excluding Dumaguete City & Negros Oriental -- which are currently not listed yet).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(CONTRIBUTED PHOTO COURTESY via FB and the X Network PHOTO / In the 1st image above, a piece of Subpoena letter with Pura Luka Vega, but was failed to come forward. And the 2nd bottom image from one X Network user, a long-posted image in status update was released.)
This was after failing to receive or partially reading a Subpoena letter, and even he did not come forward to attend himself a preliminary investigation of a criminal case or in court, as obtained exclusively to OneNETnews.
Tumblr media
By late Wednesday afternoon (October 4th, 2023 at exactly 4:10pm -- Manila local time), per the exclusive radio report of Super Radyo: Manila DZBB-AM 594khz with Manny Vargas… He was enlisted for an arrest warrant and was issued by honorable Czarina Encarnacion Samonte-Villanueva, presiding judge of the Manila-Regional Trial Court: Branch 36 (M-RTC), due to numerous multiple charges that Mr. Amadeus face in for a criminal punishment in the whole country.
Unfortunately, in a possible theory, drag artist is prohibited completely by the Philippine national law (regardless of illegal fashion, more reasons for homophobic, and those situations of LGBT like Mr. Amadeus himself), since our news team of OneNETnews cannot independently verify them. You may remember last Sunday night (July 9th, 2023) after a video surprisingly but brazenly went viral online on his own social media account during a new, unreleased gospel rock remixed song of ’Ama Namin’ (or the Lord's Player).
Tumblr media
Aside from these national charges, local government units (LGUs) in Western, Central and Eastern Visayas affecting the areas of Persona Non Grata are in Palawan; Toboso town in Negros Occidental; Mandaue City in Province of Cebu, Cebu City, Bohol and Dinagat Islands.
Tumblr media
But here in Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental alone as according to Dumaguete City Councilor named Joe Kenneth Arbas during a local radio interview of DWFH-FM 97.7mhz's Radyo Bandera: Sweet FM Dumaguete… The LGU officials decided not to declare the aforementioned Persona Non Grata in the entire province of Negros Oriental including Dumaguete City for Mr. Amadeus and was silently approved by a disclosed local resolution at the Dumaguete City session hall, next beside at the end of City Central Elementary School (CCES) in Santa Catalina Street.

So as that, Mr. Amadeus (known as one drag artist 'Pura Luka Vega') was now arrested at his temporal residence via the Manuel Hizon Street, Brgy. 339, Santa Cruz, National Capital Region in Manila; after travelling and moving originally from Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte. He was charged with multiple violations of a nationwide Persona Non Grata in some cities & regions, in relation to Article #201: Sections 2b.2, 2b.3, 2b.5 & 3 or Revised Penal Code and the Republic Act #10175: Section 6 or The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, with a recommended bail behind bars of PHP72,000 (or roughly U$D1,270) at the Manila Police District (MPD) jail in Santa Cruz, the said NCR.
Tumblr media
By soliciting monetary donations to free Mr. Amadeus, everyone else could be committing a cheating offense by using expensive cold-hard cash, electronic wallets like GCash & Maya, and traditional or digital banks like Landbank and CIMB Bank, leaving completely refuses to pay all the damages in taxpayer's money or criminal funds, according to the MPD.
Tumblr media
Even one human right's lawyer named Raphael Lorenzo Aguiling Pangalangan cannot fully control his unlawful issue with its disturbingly scandalous biblical trend.
Now the drag artist completely under attack in the online world of social media, his journey of "The Lord's Prayer" in LGBT drag artist career ends here with a bigger damages for a simple retirement of fashion. The 'Fake Jesus in Northwest Mindanao' is calling it quits, despite still a shameful individual character.
EDITOR's NOTE (from Mitch Williams): As I slowly discovered on my own hearing, while I am writing for my news article during my intern job via our headquarters at Hinobi newscenter, this was to be turned out an Evangelion-based anime punk rock genre. I can tell you with this sketchy cover song and I really love it for this LIVE church music, but not on this delinquent Filipino guy, nor of my type. Wish we can release on a music streaming platforms, since this one is a SPICY HOT track. For real as usual, i'm just a gamer here right off the bat on my casting production of Glitch Techs. 17 out of 10 is the final score. I'll buy a song track for, you know… personal reasons.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has said the governing African National Congress (ANC) party had resolved that South Africa should quit the International Criminal Court, which last month issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The warrant against Putin in March means Pretoria, due to host the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) bloc summit this year, would have to detain him on arrival.

“IS ARRESTED AT SUDBURY,” Brantford Expositor. June 24, 1930. Page 7. ---- Suspect in County Theft Charge Is Being Brought Back ---- Provincial Officer Campbell went to Sudbury yesterday to bring back to the city Hector MacBride who is wanted by the Paris police on a charge of theft concerning some automobile accessories that were missed in the county some time ago.
The arrest of MacBride took place at Sudbury following the issue of a warrant here by Chief Brimstone, of Paris, who started on the trail after three suspects one being the local man, another James Bullock now held on a charge of stealing, or being in possession of cheese, and another who is not yet apprehended.
Bullock's capture was made in the city recently by Sergeant Blower and P.C. Rutherford, but it was not known here at that time that he was connected with the rob- beries from county garages.
Chief Brimstone, after making sure of his ground, asked the provincial police to co-operate with him as the suspected men were widely separated. Proceeds of the robbery were found in the county and from this discovery the check-up was made.
Provincial Officer Campbell is expected in the city with his charge to-day.
