I was looking at posts about AMC's The Terror and I kept getting confused by the use of first names, so I wanted to see how many of the characters had the same names. Arranging the crew in alphabetical order, I got:

Little (lobster) kisses: Armitage/Pilkington

He wasn't supposed to kiss Armitage. He realises that a bit too late, though, after the gritting of his teeth and a sharp cut of annoyance has translated into the bruising force of their mouths colliding. He supposes it's done now, that he might as well linger, see if Armitage—

Armitage pushes back. He gives a choked noise that might be anger, might be pleasure, or perhaps is both, because the next thing Bill knows the front of his uniform is being snatched in tight fistfuls, and Armitage is kissing back with a rough, demanding need Bill is all too happy to answer. He wasn't supposed to kiss Armitage, but now that he's done it... Well, he sees no reason to stop.

Tommy very much enjoys being roughed up and manhandled by his two marine boyfriends. He’s not as delicate as he looks and both of them use that to their full advantage (they would never actually hurt him, of course, they just push him around a bit which he likes a little too much). Literally any show of force does it for him, poor thing, and both his boyfriends know this. They’re both a little rougher with Tommy then they need to be and he absolutely loves it.

Pilkington has definitely grabbed him by his cravat and yanked him down to kiss him senseless before. Tozer also 100% knows exactly what makes this man weak at the knees and absolutely makes a show of it just to see poor Tommy all hot and bothered.

They're no doubt needed somewhere, but if carnival isn't the perfect opportunity to steal some time together, when is? The place was almost made for this, a maze of nooks and corners to get lost in, to hide within as Tommy tastes the warmth of Will's mouth and feels hands making light work of his clothing. It's a kiss that leads to so much more, and it leaves them both dizzy with wanting, and having.

He doesn't imagine there to be space for him in what they already share. He has no expectation of belonging, of being part of that, or finding his place alongside them. He knows what he is, what they are, and the divide between them.

Which is why a steady hand pulling him in startles him. Fingers lacing with his cause Tommy's breath to catch, his eyes going wide as he looks at Will. It's Solomon who cups his jaw and kisses him first, the touch firm and steady, and then he's surrendered, Will kissing him with pliant determination before Tommy can catch his breath.

When he pulls back, dazed, Tommy hears the words Solomon says, and his heart soars.

You're one of us now.

It's the sort of kiss William knows he will never tire of, the warm, steady firmness of Sol's kiss from a moment ago contrasting with the way Tommy all but melts at his touch when William leans in. Fingers tremble against his cheek as he holds Tommy close, his fingers sinking into Tommy's hair, and Sol's hand slides over his after several perfectly content moments, caressing and then guiding, easing Tommy away from William so that he can kiss him too. William surrenders, letting Tommy go and watching breathlessly, knowing that with the next kiss he will taste Sol on Tommy's lips.
