Damian having to draw his family for art class and most kids just draw themselves between their parents and their siblings but damian keeps going over to the teacher to ask for more paper and after handing him about five extra sheets she is exasperated and walks over, fully believing hes like messing around and turning them into paper airplanes or something and instead finds a picture of him, standing surrounded by all eight of his siblings, his father, his butler, a random reporter with his wife and two sons, a woman, his mother, and about ten other people that the teacher can vaguely pinpoint as a billionaire from a nearby city, and some other less known names. “What is this damian?” she demands confused. Damian looks up at her, equally as confused. “You said to draw my family.” He gestures to the drawing. “This is my family.” The teacher sends it to Bruce and he cries. The drawing is framed and hung up over the mantle.

Troublesome Tangmere and 249 Squadron Reliable Rebecca!

In an ideal world, we could've had a story where Tangmere causes good old Sundrian Confusion and Delay and then promptly eats shit.

Rebecca as 249 Squadron wasn't my idea, but it's been ingrained into my head nonetheless. I like the idea of a Rebecca that spent most of her life in scrapyards and storage and then still coming out singing- quite literally! But the trauma of it is still very much there, just... lingering. I imagine 'What Rebecca Does' was one of those moments where her anxiety and self doubt got the better of her- she only spent a short while on rails, and while she did pull expresses like The Night Ferry back on the mainland, here on Sodor it seemed that everyone is much more.... experienced and worldly and cool, and most of all, they got modifications and rebuilds to work around their design flaws while Rebecca is still very much an unrebuilt bulleid pacific. Poor girl's not sure what she can really do, after all these years and with her mechanical problems. This isn't even getting into when she WAS in service- her family was fine, and quite loving actually- and the ex SR engines were a decent sort! Everyone else, however...

Time for a headcanon from my CCCC AU

When Heart was an idfant, whom, for the uninformed, is like a small, mouthless version of Cameron (Whole) with the emotional capacity of a five year old, the love of a golden retriever, and the IQ of a flowerpot that are essentially baby versions of Heart + Mind's species in the AU, he had baby bird wings instead of his now vaguely pheasant and moth-like wings.

Idfant Mind was just as dumb as he was, but at the very least when Mind jumped off the side of a staircase he usually wouldn't do it again because, you know, it hurt.

But idfant Heart, having his fluffy little wings that needed training, would jump off of high objects, smack on the ground, then stand up and do it again until he would fly, which wouldn't happen for a much longer time.

Cameron thought that Heart was playing with like, a bean bag or something because he never heard a whine or a whimper (since idfants don't have mouths, they communicate through muffled whines and squeaks) and just left him be, but when he finally went to investigate he saw this broken beaten bruised (/ref) idiot who was convinced he could surely fly with tiny wings covered in down.

Cameron is very lucky that ids reach adulthood aged three, because there is no way those things would survive an entire human-length childhood. /j

I need more content of Tim's jealousy when other siblings come in and become close to Dick. Like every time someone says Damian is Dick's favorite it hurts my heart a little cause I know how Tim would feel.

It's one thing for a younger sibling to grow up with you, cause like at least then you all have your defined roles and it's like what you know so you aren't stepping on one another's toes, but like it's something completely else to have a sibling who is already grown up come into the family and become siblings with your sibling.

It is just like that longing feeling when you see them together and like they haven't known each other as long yet they seem closer to your sibling than you are, and everyone knows they are the favorite and you are just like how do they get along so well with so little effort.

I need more Tim and Dick content like this. The boy went from being Dick's only sibling still around (aka no competition for being brothers and nothing to compare it to) to being like 1 of 5 of dick's siblings, and I know this also goes in reverse where the newer sibling is jealous of the older two siblings for already having the established bond, but I dont see enough of Tim having bitter envy of how close Damian and Dick are despite not knowing each other as long, like you want angsty relationships DC, show me this instead of just everyone trying to kill Tim, show me silent envy that grows more and more as it slowly decays a sibling relationship instead of like a weird ritual where if you wanna be apart of the family you have to attempt to kill tim
