Ahh the banner on your page looks so cute!!
thank youuu!! it is by popping-greenbean!!
g!evie and diluc take a little trip to dragonspine (more like g!evie marches into dragonspine because she wants to reach the summit [she has a thing for heights] and diluc tags along because he does not want her to walk into a dangerous mountain and never come back)
shenanigans ensue. it's at the point where they're both in love with each other, but they're both different about it because gevie has come to terms with it basically and is deciding to ignore it, but diluc has Not had that same amount of time to grow accustomed to his new reality so he is Feeling A Lot Of Things. and keeps getting nervous when g!evie does ridiculous shit like reach for an obviously dangerous beating heart or creep just a bit too close to the edge of a cliff
also they beat up fatui while they're at it and that's diluc's pretense for tagging along LMAO

Pantalone (潘塔罗涅)
☁︎︎ He couldn't work properly after finding out that you had gone missing.
☁︎︎ You had gone with him for a dinner together as a celebration of your first anniversary spent together as a couple.
☁︎︎ You had excused yourself to the washroom that evening, kissing his forehead before you left the table, bringing one of his subordinates along with you.
☁︎︎ He only realised that you had gone missing since you hadn't gotten back to the table after 15 minutes. he asked one of his female subordinates to go check up on you only for her to report that you weren't inside the toilet.
☁︎︎ What really confirmed it for him though was a little gem the fatuus brought back. your little gem. One that Pantalone had given to you before going for the dinner as a gift.
☁︎︎ He immediately informs the rest of the harbingers and sends people out to find you.
☁︎︎ Who would've taken you? Why did they take you? Was it because of him? Because of who he is and what he does?
☁︎︎ Why did it have to be you he pondered, lying on your side of the bed. It was cold. It shouldn't be cold. It should be nice, and warm, and filled with you.
☁︎︎ He couldn't function. He couldn't work, he couldn't eat and he couldn't sleep. His once flawless skin now tainted as dark eyebags resided under his eyes.
☁︎︎ He was tired. It's been months since he last saw you and all he can think about is you. Your voice, your smile, your everything.
☁︎︎ So imagine his shock when he was told that you had been found. His mood instantly perked up hearing that though you weren't in good shape, you were alive and you were to be at the medical facility within headquarters by midnight.
☁︎︎ Though, he still couldn't believe what he saw when he stepped into the room you were in.
☁︎︎ Your skin was badly bruised along with cuts and lacerations that looked so very painful. the skin around your wrists especially raw. your hair was in knots and matted, the natural shine they used to have long gone.
☁︎︎ But the most noticeable thing he noticed? The sparkle in your eyes was gone. Now replaced with a distant look as you stared down at your lap while the doctors treated the wounds.
☁︎︎ What in the world did they do to you?
☁︎︎ "Y/n?" he called out softly, your name barely above a whisper as it left his lips, praying that you would respond.
☁︎︎ He didn't like what he saw, that he was going to admit. your glare icy as your brows furrowed when you turned your head to look at who had called out your name. His heart dropped again as he froze, seeing the state you were in on top of the death glare you sent him.
☁︎︎ Though, once you realised it was just pantalone, your eyes softened and your mouth dropping slightly agape, shocked that Pantalone was actually here.
☁︎︎ You pushed yourself of the bed you were on, nearly tripping over yourself as you stumbled into Pantalone's already opened arms.
☁︎︎ "Panta im-" "Darling, please. Please just let me hold you." The both of you crumpled onto the floor, holding each other as tears started to flow.
☁︎︎ Thank tsaritsa you made it back into his arms. Who knows what lengths he would've gone to if he didn't find you.
Arlecchino (阿蕾奇诺)
☁︎︎ Pretends that everything is normal.
☁︎︎ She found out that you had gone missing while on an expedition to inazuma to help with the recovery of signora.
☁︎︎ You had gone along with a few of her other subordinates while she stayed behind, having to finish way too much paperwork and reports from signora's death in a foreign region.
☁︎︎ Due to the distance between snezhnaya and Inazuma, she only received news of your disappearance almost a month after it happened.
☁︎︎ One of her subordinates had personally gone back to snezhnaya to report the devastating news to the Knave herself.
☁︎︎ Sge felt her heart and stomach drop after hearing the news, her hands balling into fists as her subordinate continued with his report on what happened.
☁︎︎ "Me and the others can vouch that y/n was right behind us and-" "Excuses," she spits, "Aren't you guys a team? Why the fuck was y/n left behind? You guys are all aware of what y/n means to me. So tell me, why was y/n of all people the one at the back?"
☁︎︎ The room went dead silent after she finished her sentence, the lower fatui member not daring to say anything, fearing that if he did, he might not live to see the next moment.
☁︎︎ "Send more people out to find y/n immediately if you haven't already done so. I expect your next report on updates to come in within 48 hours."
☁︎︎ She… well… was not ok, at all.
☁︎︎ Everyone could tell that although she was trying to put up a strong front, it was just too obvious that she wasn't doing well in your absence:(
☁︎︎ The dark eye bags under her eyes said a lot, the concealer not doing a good job at hiding them.
☁︎︎ She was drinking much more coffee than she usually would, her hands occasionally trembling while she held a pen after consuming that much coffee.
☁︎︎ But the most noticeable thing that changed about her? Her snappiness. Gone. She didn't have the energy for the little side comments that she normally made when someone said something, even if that someone was Pantalone or Dottore or even Scaramouche who said something in an attempt to piss her off.
☁︎︎ “Whos gonna tell Arlecchino that y/n was found?” her head whipped in the direction of the voice. Surely, she wasn't hallucinating… right? “Y/n’s… back?” she asked unsurely, her lips trembling ever so slightly as she asked, afraid that she had lost her sanity and was starting to hear things.
☁︎︎ “Y-yes my lord. y/n arrived at the gates of the headquarters 10 minutes ago-” the fatui cicin mage stammered, bowing her head slightly as she talked to Arlecchino.
☁︎︎ And oh did she run. A gut feeling that she would somehow bump into you while sprinting like a mad woman through the wintry hallways.
☁︎︎ And find you she did. You were wrapped in a thick fur blanket, sluggishly walking in the direction of her office, a dazed, distant, and cold look in your once warm eyes.
☁︎︎ “Y/n,” she called out, opening her arms as she hugged you, squeezing the life out of you like you would disappear into thin air at any given moment, still in slight disbelief that she had gotten you back. So afraid that this was all just a fever dream and that she would wake up, cold and alone in her bed, again.
☁︎︎ You froze alongside her, having suddenly met her warm embrace. It felt like everything you had gone through was nothing. That's right, being in her embrace was enough. It took you a moment to process what was going on before you felt her warm tears on your shoulder, the both of you collapsing in the middle of the empty hallway, as you cried tears of joy.
☁︎︎ She was no saint with her blood-tainted hands, but oh the things she would go through and do to get you back, back into her arms.

"Drop anchor!"
The command shouted out from the captain of the ship carried out through the docks of Ritou and had garnered the attention of some while most others continued doing what they were doing on the piers. While the sailors of the ship busied themselves with mooring her, a person's head of midnight locks peeked out from below deck before they finally made their way up top. With a deep breath, a tanzanite-colored eye shaped into a crescent upon the sight that greeted the newcomer. The gorgeous reds of the maple trees contrasted beautifully with the deep emerald tiles that lined the buildings, and the clear blue sky above them hadn't a cloud in sight.
Kaeya's breath was taken.
Tumblr media
The traveler had regaled him with tales of their adventures in Inazuma when they briefly reunited in Sumeru. He gave the blond outlander all his attention as they and their fairy companion animatedly went on about the trials and tribulations they endured; how they ultimately ended the war between the Shogunate and the Resistance, as well as abolished the Sakoku and Vision Hunt Decrees. This led the Cavalry Captain to ponder... he still has time that he could use up. He had finished all his work and cleared a couple backlogs that had been a thorn in the Knights' side, earning him vacation days. Usually he hates idling his time away, but this has been a nice change of pace, going on his own little 'world tour'.
Thus, here he is now. He had to hand it to the traveler, they really know how to tell their tales and spark wanderlust within the Cavalry Captain. It was a little frightening at first, going out on his own so far away from the place he's called home for nearly all his life; and yet, he no longer feels that fear now that he has made his way along the docks and towards customs.
Fishermen, merchants, sailors, and artisans alike hustled and bustled along the port of the entry island of Inazuma. Most people here seemed to be foreigners just like him, having set up shop in Ritou long before the Decree ended. It was a sort of comfort, knowing he wasn’t the only fish out of water. Well, he still is compared to people who’ve hunkered down here for a while, but he’s been reading up on some informative books upon the culture and language in Inazuma during his travels from Sumeru, to Liyue, and finally to the land of the Electro Archon. Hopefully he won’t stick out too much.
The process at customs was—not fun, to say the least. Despite the borders being reopened, the process itself to enter the nation was still grueling and tedious. It took nearly an hour, if only due to the line and how thorough the Kanjou Commission Ashigaru were when it came to checking luggage. The nation may be welcoming foreigners again, but they still seemed to be rather strict with making sure nothing illegal was being imported; rightfully so, of course.
Once he was finally freed from customs and given his welcomes to Inazuma, the Cavalry Captain released a long breath that had been buried deep within ever since the start of his voyage. It renewed his strength and excitement, his eye simply twinkling with near childlike wonder. He began to think on where to start, before hearing his stomach grumble loudly. Ah.
Perhaps lunch is in order.

Hello can you write a one shot of Ei taking care of her sick girlfriend? I feel embarrassed that I got sick in the middle of summer😭😭 Have a nice day and take care
Her Care
Character: Raiden Ei x fem! reader
Synopsis: Ei finds out you are sick and tries to tend to you but it doesn't go as you expected
Warnings: None (SFW, Fluff)
Thank you for waiting and I hope you get well soon <3
Tumblr media
The blazing sun shone above Inazuma in all its glory, truly symbolizing the onset of summer. The city was bustling since the abolishment of the decrees hence you were out and about with your girlfriend enjoying the delicacies and attractions of Inazuma. Everything went well the whole day and there was nothing unusual for the next few days as well.
Some days later, you were at Tenshukaku meeting Ei to have lunch together when you suddenly started feeling uncomfortable. You were walking to the kitchen when your head started to spin and you had to lean on the nearby wall to steady yourself, Ei noticed that and quickly came to your side and supported you.
"Y/n, what happened?! You were about to fall down!"
She was very worried, you held your head and felt it was burning which made you realize you were having a fever. You sighed then steadied yourself and smiled at Ei, "Don't worry, it's nothing serious. I-"
"No, Y/n!" she interrupted you by touching your forehead and became even more worried, almost panicking at this point.
"No...you are sick. You might have some deadly disease....T-This can't be!"
Your eyes widened and you tried to calm her down, "No, really it's fine. It's just slight fever-"
Within seconds she scooped you up in her arms bridal style and flew out to go towards the Grand Narukami Shrine, "I'll have Miko cure you. I won't let anything happen to you, Y/n!"
"E-Ei, you are overexaggerating it!" you tried to call out to her but she didn't listen and quickly landed in the middle of Grand Narukami Shrine, surprising all shrine maidens around.
"S-Shogun-sama! What brings yo-"
"Call Miko immediately! Y/n is dying!"
The shrine maiden was surprised and looked at you and was confused but did as she was told and ran inside to call Yae while Ei held you in her arms and caressed your head.
"You'll be fine, Y/n. I promise...."
"Ei, listen- really-"
"Ssshh~" she put her finger on your lips and stopped you from speaking. Yae walked out soon after with an amused look on her face and Ei immediately ran up to her and shoved you into her arms, "Miko! Look at Y/n, she's sick and might die!"
Yae looked at you and you gave her an awkward look and shook your head sideways slightly to indicate that you are fine.
"Miko, don't waste time!" Ei pleaded more while Yae sighed and touched your forehead with the back of her palm, pondering something then let out a gasp.
"Oh my, it seems there's some ominous force possessing her.....if not exorcised on time, then it will soon consume her!"
Ei's eyes widened and she started panicking even more, "What?! What sort of creature dared to possess my Y/n?! I'll torn it to oblivion! Miko, perform the exorcism quickly and get that demon out of her!"
There was dead silence around the shrine for a few moments, Ei waited for Yae to begin but she did nothing while you let out a sigh then Yae suddenly burst into laughter, making Ei extremely confused.
"Hahaha~ Ei, are you her mother that you are acting this way over a simple fever? It's just summer heat, nothing else."
"....What? Summer heat....? Then she's not going to die?"
"Well, she might die if you continue holding her so tightly to yourself."
Ei realised her grip around you was choking you and quickly loosened up and caressed your face, "Are you alright, Y/n?"
You let out a relieved smile and pecked the top of her hand, "Yes, I was telling you it's nothing. Don't get so worked up."
She squinted her brows and hugged you once again then kissed your forehead before turning to Yae, "U-Uhm, I will look after her then. Apologies for disturbing the peace of the shrine."
Without saying further, she picked you up and flew back to Tenshukaku while Yae chuckled from behind.

“hello, good sir. pardon the interruption to your leisurely rest, but have you seen this woman?”
a clink of mora passing between hands, and the vagrants studied the photo of a short dark-blue haired woman closely.
one of them answered with a rough voice, “a foreigner? lots of them been roamin’ around since the sakoku decree being lifted. can’t really remember well…”
another gold coin joined the other. the ronins talked amongst each others in inazuman as meirin tapped her foot almost impatiently.
“i guess she looks pretty distinct… might have seen her around, maybe in the capital.”
“are you absolutely sure?”
“chances are, she’ll be there. you said she was doing some commission work and stuff? if they could afford someone from overseas, they must have some good money. people with good money generally live in the main city.”
all general information, yet again. what do these people think we are, dumb?
the woman sighed and grabbed her husband’s hand before he could hand over yet another mora to the fifth group of vagabonds they’ve encountered that day, “alright. thank you for your cooperation, good sirs. we’ll be going n—”
“now, now,” the ronin who had been observing the scene from behind chuckled, hand inching towards their sheathed blade, “you both seem loaded, so why not throw a few more mora our way, eh?”
meirin frowned and glanced up at her lover before whispering, “is the welfare in inazuma that bad? why do they all say the same thing? what are these guys, npcs?”
“an interesting theory. are you suggesting that we’re in a game of sorts?”
“wouldn’t that be fun? in which case, i command you to bonk these npcs!”
“haha, as my dearest wishes.”
ミ𒆙𒆙𒆙
“— really! we really don’t know anything else!” the nobushi pleaded, visibly trying to struggle against the petrification to no avail.
the teashop owner sighed and pondered over the small teapot, before reaching into her bag with a soft smile, “i think you need more tea to remember, good sir… ah, yes, why not add the amount of jueyun chili in this one? and ground sand grease pupas for an added flavor! that should jog your memory!”
“wait, wait, please! i swear i don’t know anything! never seen that girl in my life!!” the man cried out, glancing back towards his friends who were laying out cold on the ground after a cup of… whatever devil’s drink that woman had forced down their throat.
were they dead? he had no idea.
and why the hell was the woman’s husband making himself home on their camp while having tea?!
clearly this couple wasn’t normal.
“look! i-i may not have information about the girl, b-but i’ve seen a weird-looking guy walking around these parts!”
“… a weird-looking guy?” meirin tilted her head.
the kettle sang on top of the portable stove. the man watched with quivering eyes as she poured the hot water into the teapot containing the 'concoction’. even from the smell, his eyes had started to water.
“y-yeah!! he’s got a mustache and wears this purple cape!! he looks like he’s up to no good if you ask me!!”
“huh… anything else?”
“uh. um……. n-no?”
“….”
“….”
“welp! special tea delivery! open wide~”

shoes crunched against inazuma’s soil as the pair trekked down the path towards konda village. perhaps once they’ve reached the settlement, they would be able to find some clues, or at least people who had seen kurisu. though their pace was deliberately slowed from all the venturing and questioning almost everyone they came across, it was always better to be meticulous and slow than careless and fast in these situations.
….. and on that note….
“xiànɡ gong, i love you dearly, but let’s try to be just as ultra-careful and not spend our money that willy-nilly, alright?”
“ah… yes, of course. my apologies, tiánxīn.”
@i23kazu - another ebg submission from yours truly!
I'm not sure how you'd count these, but there are 2 doodles on screencaps, 2 drawings, and 1 edit of a drawing (idt that counts as a whole piece?). Feel free to see for yourself!

03. trying something
That morning…
Tumblr media
“We’re here.”
Tumblr media
“You! Boss-man! I challenge you to an Onikabuto fight!” exclaimed the young girl.
Itto cackled. “Bring it on!”
Kurisu smiled. “Haha… Have fun, you two.”
She walked inside the tent. There, she found something glinting near one of the tent’s wooden pegs.
“What’s this?”
Tumblr media
“Huh? A Vision? Whose is this?”
Kurisu walked out of the tent and approached Shinobu, who was walking down towards the tent.
“Kuki. I found a Vision near one of the pegs. Do you have any idea whose it is?”
Kuki’s eyes looked at the Vision, then to Kurisu’s face, then back to the Vision in her hand.
“A Sumeru Vision… hmm. Why don’t you try using it?”
Kurisu frowned.
“Odd idea, but how do I do that?”
Shinobu tapped her cheek. “Hmm. Try connecting with it, then focus on something you can’t do without a Vision. Since it’s a Hydro Vision, maybe try conjuring a ball of water floating above me?”
Kurisu nodded. She closed her eyes and imagined a big ball of water above Shinobu’s head.
“Amazing.”
She opened her eyes to find Shinobu poking the ball of water with her index finger.
And it popped, showering her green hair with glistening droplets.
“Ah! Cold!” she yelped.
“...”
“Wow, it is yours!”
“But…”
“... Kurisu?”
Tumblr media
“But... But I—I’ve never—!!”
Tumblr media
A horrified shriek echoed through the air.
“WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ME?????”

The Beach and the Boombox
»»————- 🎞 ————-««
Featuring: modern au! Yoimiya, gn! reader
Warnings: None
Director’s Cut: This is my piece for the @favonius-library gift exchange event, and I’m gifting to @d0rmiens-fact0rem! I love Yoimiya so much, thank you for giving me an excuse to write her.
»»————- 🎞 ————-««
The sand is pleasantly warm under your feet as you make your way towards the beckoning shoreline. Today was truly made to be a beach day- a few and far between occurrence in the temperamental weather of Inazuma. Not too hot, not too cold, not too humid. Hoisting the beach umbrella over your shoulder again, you glance over at the girl next to you.
Yoimiya is humming an upbeat tune. You guess it’s something the kids she hangs out with taught her. Feeling your gaze on her, she snaps to attention and returns your glance with an almost blinding smile.
“Hey! Whatcha thinking about? We’re almost there, promise. I brought the absolute best CDs to put in the boombox.”
Smiling brightly right back at her, you quip, “Nothing inappropriate for the kiddos at the beach, I hope.”
“I would never!” She holds her hand over her heart, as if scandalized. You know better, of course, but it’s a running joke between you two nonetheless. The fence bordering your destination, the beach, comes into view. It’s faded from years of sand blowing against it, but it’s what’s past it that’s really the highlight of your view.
The ocean is calm, brushing over the sand and blowing up in the wind before falling back down and being pulled back out by the forces of the tide. You couldn’t have picked a better day, really. Passing the fence, Yoimiya pulls you two’s beach towels out of her tote bag (bright blue, bordering on neon in classic Yoimiya style), and plops down on them after unceremoniously dropping the towels on the sand. Stretching out her legs, she starts to fiddle with her CD player.
After a tense struggle with the beach umbrella you were carrying previously, you convince it to stand on its own and join her under its shade.
“So, Yoi, what’s on the music market today?” you ask. She’s shuffling through an absurd amount of CDs, and you wonder how they all fit in that bag.
Continuing to sort through them, she sing-songs, “Well, won’t you just have to wait and see?”
Finally deciding on one, she slots it into the player. It’s an upbeat dance song, and pulling you up by the hand she twirls you around in the sand to face her. How does she do it in those sandals? Every time you ask her, she’ll say it’s easy when you get used to them. Pondering this seems to lead directly to the chaos that follows, because in the struggle to twirl in the hot sand she loses her balance and brings both of you down hard on the towels.
It’s you who starts laughing first. Then she follows, shaking against your body from giggling so loudly. Wrapping your arms around her, you pull her closer and keep laughing. There’s really never a dull moment when you’re with Yoimiya.

Welcome to the world of Teyv- I mean, tumblr!
I'm not good at making request but I have a nice idea for a good start (maybe):
How about Thoma, Itto, Kazuha and maybe, just if you want, Gorou (If not, then Albedo) loosing some random but important item, reader found it and brings it back and the boys seeing them/her for the first time and are like "oh my dear lord you are the one" you know like, love at first sight.
Sound a bit stupid but I think this would be cute😂 hope you're fine with this😅🌸
Hello hello!! AAA thank you thank YOU this is such the cute request I LOVE it so much!! I did gorou and Albedo too I hope that’s okay!! This is my first time writing for the cute doggy general 🥺 so I hope nothing too ooc! Thank you again!!<3
Lost and Found (Genshin Men x Reader)
Pairings: Thoma, Itto, Kazuha, Gorou, Albedo x gn!reader
Genre/format: fluff; ficlets
Warnings: food mentions in Thoma’s
Thoma
The man had looked everywhere for it. A white, full bag of flour he left on the kitchen counter.
“And done!”
“Ahh! What happened here?” Thoma asked, horrified at the scene - a ripped up paper bag and towels littered with white stains. You soaked them in the bucket of water and wrung out the fabric, smiling over the droplets of water.
“Oh, hello! Ah… you see… Ayaka’s cats got to the new flour shipments - so I hide the kitchen’s bags in the cabinets just over there.” You sighed softly, tone still lifted despite flour dusting your hair and clothes like snow did in Mondstadt’s, Dragonspine. “I hope that’s…”
Your words trailed off slowly as Thoma took the bucket and handed you some clean towels. “You’re two kind! Please allow me… those gosh-darn cats you can’t train them like dogs,” he chuckled softly, “May I get you anything? A tea for your troubles?”
You only laughed, claiming you were one of the new maids for the estate and you were just doing your job. Thoma remembered your name being brought up… and wow, you looked stunning even with flour all over you.
He had learned from the other mades your favourite dish, and whether it needed flour or not; Thoma would definitely whip up a delicious suprise for you.
more utc!
Itto
Itto, the Arataki Gang, and the kids of Inazuma were pumped for today’s rounds of bettle-wrestling! The sun was bright and ready to shine over the numero uno’s flawless victory as crystal, clear as the rays of light reflecting off the waves.
Which was weird… because usually he wouldn’t pay much attention to the waves. Light rolling of the glossy, purple finishes of Onikabuto was all he paid much attention to - today, it was much duller. It had the Oni strutting up the coastlines, searching for some missing bugs in the sand the kids or his gang must had dropped. (bc the great Oni couldn’t make such a silly mistake 😤)
He found you, taking good care of his bugs. When you looked up at him, you wore a smile that would had shone in the dark.
“Oh, hey! I heard of you! I’ve been training these bugs, they’re good fighters… but I doubt they’re as good as mine!” You grinned, eyes challenging.
Itto grinned - his spirits lit up like Yomiya’s fireworks in the night sky.
“You’re on!”
Kazuha
Kazuha, ever the poet, would always spend delicate care in crafting the most, perfect prose.
Today, the words were slipping by him in the wind - and not staying like the sea breeze. Sitting on the beams of the ship, he pondered over the words until his ink dried on the top of his quill.
He couldn’t believe he had lost the words to his poem. You, who had stroke up a conversation until the unswept deck was quickly lost to memory - until you both were put back to your chores on opposite sides of the boat.
Kazuha smiled softly at your parting figure, coming and going like the wind. You had found his inspiration, and he would soon move his ink as fast as his sweeps over paper instead of planks.
Gorou
It was pouring recently on Watasumi Island, and the general had just sought shelter at the Nakrumi Shrine right when it stopped. He had shook off the water from his fur before he came in, but the sticky, soggy wet fur had was worse than the wet petals stuck to the pavement outside.
The only issue, he couldn’t find his brush which was usually on his person for such occasions.
“I’ll give it back, only if you let me brush that fluffy tail of yours!” Yae Miko’s chuckle could be heard in the background - and Gorou should had picked up on the familiar cheekiness sooner.
“Sure thing! Wait—“ the general’s ears shot up like the hot, blush to his ears. “Pardon?!”
With some encouragement from the other women, Gorou had let you—crimson cheeked—brush his fur. He would be lying if he said he didn’t like it, running his fingers through the soft, dry tuffs - and thanking you vigorously.
He would have to return the favour, but unless you were like Miss Yae Miko - he hoped it wouldn’t be with a brush.
Albedo
The alchemist frowned at his beakers, giving the concoction a light stir. With his other hand, he swung open a cabinet - reaching for the familiar, bottle of glass holding a special, chemical activator. His frown deepened finding it empty.
“As much as I love the expressions you make when you’re hard at work…” your voice cut in, as softly as the snow on the mountains of Dragonspine.
“I beleive a drop of this,” you said, leaning in with a dropper. “Is what you’re looking for, chief alchemist.”
His concoction lightened traimpuhantly, much like the tug of your lips. Albedo’s frown turned upside down, finding you far more intriguing than the contents of his beakers.

Teyvat Analysis: Inazuma & Electro
Tumblr media
And here we are at the last of the released nations and the reason I started my Teyvat Analysis project in the first place.
When the 2.0 livestream happened, what intrigued me the most was the landscape team talking about the work they put in to try to incorporate Electro into Inazuma and the atmosphere. I wanted to see for myself how Electro connected to Inazuma and the people that lived there and figured, why not do the same for the other nations too.
So check out my Mondstadt and Liyue Analyses about their relationships with their native elements Anemo and Geo respectively. As always, I try to keep these as spoiler free as possible for new players to enjoy. This will be the last post in the series for a while until I’ve explored Sumeru, may we see concept art for it in the 2.5 livestream like we saw for Inazuma in 1.5 ^o^!
Inazuma: The Islands of Thunder and Eternity
Tumblr media
Glowing electro-rich flora,
moss-covered kitsune and tanuki statues,
the dazzling red maple leaves of Ritou,
sakura and pearlescent shrines.
At the point in time this post is being made, Inazuma is the most recent region of Teyvat with six different islands to explore and even a special chain of of islands beneath them. This is the region in which the Electro Archon claims as her domain and ensures what she considers the most supreme and noble form and the ideal closest to the Heavenly Principles, Eternity.
And oh how ironic that the god of something as fleeting and impermanent as lightning would state their ideal is something as permanent as ‘eternity’. It definitely through me for a loop but the more I pondered on it and the more I explored Inazuma as each new island came out, I came to a better understanding between the relationship of Eternity and Electro.
A storm can be fleeting, but the memory of the thunder and lightning of said storm can live on in your memories forever. This can be Eternity. Using this as my basis, I was able to start making my analysis of Inazuma and how it embodies its element.
Tumblr media
Unlike like Liyue, lightning isn’t the easiest element to incorporate into the geography of a land. Use Electrograna and Thunder Spheres in order to quickly traverse like lightning through the air to an otherwise impossible area to reach. A good portion of their Seelie are completely different compared to Mondstadt and Liyue with a different appearance and practical super speed.
There are even areas of Inazuma plagued with Electro rich air and water that staying too long can harm a person. Lightning is a wild card, it’s sporadic and unpredictable in its action. As such, electro manifests in different ways across Inazuma with weather patterns varying from island to island and surprising resolutions to things you may come across.
Find a strange lightning covered blade while traversing Yashiori Island? Grab an electrograna and let yourself willingly be hit by lightning after touching the sword to fight an enemy and gain a reward.
Walk around a cherry blossom tree laden path and you will come across floating sakura petals and be quite confused as to how they are gathered after running through them over and over again. The unlikely solution? Strike the blooms with electro in order to make them pickable.
There’s even a plant called Naku Weed that trembles when a storm is near, showing even more so how Electro has affected the flora of Inazuma. Cherry blossom boughs and trees filled Electro are scattered across the islands coming from one tree, the Sacred Sakura.
In total, there are six islands that make up Inazuma archipelago but not all of them are uniform in thought or of worship. On the islands of Narukami, Kannazuka, and Yashiori, the Electro Archon ー the Raiden Shogun ーis the one they believe in devoutly as one would expect all of Inazuma to do.
They say that the the Sacred Sakura is one of the Shogun’s forms and that she watches her land carefully through the blooms.
Tumblr media
The residents of Watatsumi, however, believe in the fallen serpent god Orobashi whose remains can be found on Yashiori Island after being slain in a battle against the Shogun. Watatsumi legend says that he brought the first of their people to the surface after they lived for centuries underneath ocean in a land called Enkanomiya. As such, they’re eternally grateful.
This leads me into the Eternity aspect of Electro and how it affects Inazuma as a whole in both its people and the country as a whole. Inazuma is a country where very little changes. To the people, the atmosphere is quite consistent (at least until recently during events in the game).
The Shogunate samurai will always patrol to make sure Hanamizaka is safe.
The Summer Festival and its fireworks and many games will always come.
The statues of Sky and Earth kitsune and tanuki contain history of Inazuma’s past.
The Raiden Shogun’s power and presence will, like always, be constant and reassuring.
Watatsumi’s deity has long since been lost to them but his memory lives on in the shell-shaped coral on the island.
Even the fog of Tsurumi Island leads one to believe there is something unchanging in this place lost in time. The history of Inazuma can be felt just about anywhere you travel whether it’s Yashiori Island, the Grand Narukami Shrine, or Nazuchi Beach.
There’s reassurance at the end of the day, Inazuma and life there will go on in every passing year and every shade of the thunder sakura. Inazuma might not pursue Barbatos’ freedom and have the carefree attitude of Mondstadters but with their assured attitudes, Inazumans enjoy their daily lives.
They might not pursue the contracts of Morax, but in Inazuma the word of a person is taken at face value and even between conflicting sides, honor will be valued and respected.
This is the stable Eternity the Raiden Shogun promised her people, and this is what her people believe in.
Tumblr media
And this concludes my thoughts on Inazuma and its relationship with Electro! Even if there was the hassle of having to rewrite my Mondstadt and Liyue posts, it was really fun making these. It makes me feel like a Sumeran scholar in a way! Inazuma and the lore it contains really does hit different compared to the regions we’ve visited so far and it is going to be so cool to see where Mhy goes from here with Sumeru and the other regions of Teyvat!

a/n: tbh this has been on my mind since i uploaded the last chapter but i didn't have the time to even write prompts about it. also i can't seem to remember how i write befoer so i'm not sure if this is my usual writing style or at least similar to it...
Warnings: gn neutral reader (i think? i might slip tho sooo), reader is unsure of everything, and tries to see teyvat as something really good, basically gaslighting themselves lol, lore spoilers (?), possible misinformation about visions and archons and genshin's world in general, hints of imposter syndrome, hints of negative thoughts and possible mental illness (like depressive thoughts and stuff), minimal dialogue (there's only like one or two lines), just the usual of me being unable to word my thoughts properly
English isn’t my first language so there will be grammatical errors
Pls don't repost my work anywhere without my permission
If there's something missing in the warnings let me know so I can add it
Any form of interaction toward the post is appreciated <333
This is a series but it can be read as a stand alone

“Is Teyvat really created for me? Everything just seems so… surreal.” You’ve been pondering about that since you first came to the world. Everything just doesn’t make sense in your head.
The daughter of the Kamisato clan brings down her teacup as she stares at you worriedly. She hates seeing her deity lost and unsure. “All of us can assure you that all of this is for you. I’m sure that you can also feel how much more lively this world seems to be since you came. Not just that but it also follows and guides you and makes sure that everything is to your liking if Teyvat itself can help it. I’m sure that you only need to take a moment to hear out nature and you will know what I’m talking about your grace.”
Thoma nods enthusiastically at the things Ayaka is explaining to you. All of them can indeed feel that the world is more lively since you came home. Especially the part of Teyvat where you are. They already expected that you coming to terms to this world will be a slow progress, after all they took you home on a whim and you only ever knew of Teyvat as a fictional world in a game you love and cherish.
Your tea session with the two Inazuma residents came to a halt when Sayu informed the two about the meeting they should start preparing for.
The topic may have ended during your tea time but that doesn’t stop you from mulling over it when you were alone. Your poor brain just can’t seem to fathom how it is possible that a world was created for you, only you and no one else. You aren’t even aware of all of this until Albedo brought you here.
But then again it’s the same thing with visions. The archons don't know who has their elements visions. A person’s ambition and beliefs are the factors that make it possible for one to receive a vision. Not really necessarily an archon’s favoritism to someone.
That may be the case but of course the archons still have a contribution to giving away the visions aside from it being their element. An archon's desires, beliefs, fancy you name it, is what makes the criteria to giving visions away.
Like how Barbatos is the god of freedom and has lost someone very important to him. Factors like this about him became important in distributing anemo visions as you can notice that the people who have them lost someone dear to them, or desire to achieve freedom (even if their way of freedom is somehow unconventional as their freedom is up to their standard and ambition), or most of the time it’s both.
Wait…
Wait a minute…
It kind of makes sense now…
Of course not everything is coherent for you but thinking about what you remember about Genshin’s lore shines some light to your dilemma.
Its very possible that you manifested everything in this world. Your desires, ambitions, wants, and needs are what makes up this world.
Earth was… more or less fine. You weren't happy most of the time when you were there and there were too many things going on that you didn’t take a liking to. Teyvat seems to be the opposite though, sure there are some things that you don’t like but that can easily be outweighed by the things you love and cherish about the world. Ever since you first tried out Genshin Impact it was like someone took a look inside your brain and made a world based on what you like and cherish.
Your old world, your old life wasn’t the greatest. It manifested some severe negative thoughts, made you sick with how society worked and made you want to end it all with all the expectations. But here, here in Teyvat you’re free. Without a doubt there are still some of those things in this world but for you personally it isn't as suffocating as the one on earth.
It wasn’t so bad that you would cry yourself to sleep. Not so bad that you would have to sacrifice something in your life that you really cherish and love just to live up to other people’s expectations. It wasn’t so horrid that everyday you wish for everything to end and for you to just be gone because you’re so done with the world.
The more you cogitate on it the more you execrate your old life and wish to forget about it along with the emotional suffering it brought upon you.
Well not like all of those things matter anymore. Teyvat is your world, your home, a place where you can start anew and let go of the past as all of that doesn’t matter. A place where you can be yourself and everyone will vouch for you and the things you like.
Teyvat really is the ideal place for you. You can even go as far as to call it paradise. Hopefully you know what you signed yourself up for. After all people always say that you must be careful for what you wish for.

🌈 Under the Colorful Sky
Tumblr media
A/N: a rewrite of yoimiya's story quest ending and the ending sakujirou and keisuke deserved (ノ_<。) i got so emotionally involved with these two, the ending was so heartbreaking i just wanted to see them together (sob)
→ pairing(s): Sakujirou/Keisuke
→ word count: 1.2k
→ cw: pining! regret! tears!
→ ao3
🎆
Having beaten the officers from the Tenryou Commission that blocked the way to Keisuke and Sakujirou, the traveler, Paimon, and Yoimyia ran towards the men before it was too late.
"But your return says that you finally came around to my point of view, doesn't it?"
An unknown voice sounded, but it could only belong to the Imatani couple's son, Keisuke.
With the little hope Yoimiya had left, she decided to hide behind a rock that blocked them from view. Aether and Paimon followed her judgment and peaked their heads to look at them.
Half of Sakujirou's body laid on the sandy shore, one hand supporting his weight and the other holding his chest, visibly injured from dueling his old friend.
"Whatever you say," Sakujirou said defeated, staring at the ground.
"You will return with me to the Tenryou Commission to await your sentencing," Keisuke sounded confident.
However, his actions betrayed his words. He only stood there for some time with his arms crossed instead of apprehending the man. Aether sensed that something wasn’t right.
He stopped Yoimiya from barging into the scene, and raised a finger to his lips, urging her to stay quiet.
Reminiscing of the times he had lived with his childhood friend, Keisuke's memories overwhelmed him. He wanted to say what was on his mind but something kept him from doing so, and he didn’t know what exactly to say either.
His body moved on its own, crouching awkwardly before Sakujirou, who looked at him in surprise.
Keisuke kept his eyes low, afraid of making eye contact. But he finally let out the simple words that he had already failed to say once,
“I don’t want you to leave.”
Yet, he wanted to say another phrase. A phrase he had never considered telling anyone in his life before and even after meeting Sakujirou.
He wanted to declare “I love you”.
Keisuke doubted the depth of his feelings for his friend for a very long time. He didn’t want to acknowledge them, but seeing him in that state, defeated and hopeless, stripped of his freedom, he finally gave in to those neglected emotions.
He couldn’t watch the man he loved suffer.
But couldn’t watch him slip through his fingers either, not again.
The thought of feeling the same anguish and regret of those earlier days terrified Keisuke.
Helping Sakujirou into a sitting position, Keisuke couldn’t hold in his tears anymore. Chewing on the words, his lips opened and closed many times.
"Keisuke..." Sakujirou was taken aback, conflicted if he should start speaking despite his reluctance.
He cupped Keisuke's face, wiping the few escaping tears, "My return to Inazuma doesn't mean that I changed my beliefs. Seeing the vast lands and experiencing the diverse cultures the world had to offer was an experience I'll forever cherish, and I do not regret it. I came back because... I felt empty without you. At that time when we had that argument, I ran away instead of confronting my real feelings for you and I'm still afraid of your response."
Keisuke finally raised his eyes to meet Sakujirou's. He wasn't the only one crying.
A wild thought popped into Keisuke's head, maybe what he meant was exactly what he thought he meant. Maybe Sakujirou was saying he loved him as well, but that was too good to be true, right?
"What I am trying to say is that I can't live without you. I want you by my side..." Sakujirou's cheeks reddened as he averted his gaze bashfully. Still, if it weren't to be said now, he wouldn't have another chance to do so, "I'm in love with you."
A few feet from there, Aether nodded knowingly. On the flip side, Paimon and Yoimiya were shocked at the outcome, mouth wide open.
"Guys, I don't think we should be watching, this seems too personal," Aether felt a sudden wave of embarrassment.
"No, no, no. What if- What if he doesn't let Sakujirou go?!" Yoimiya countered, trying her best to sound convincing, but truth be told, she was just extremely invested in the couple's story.
Keisuke's tears now freely dropped. However, not from sadness, but relief.
The years after his beloved set off were filled with sorrow and dismay. But now, all the burden that weighed down on him had been lifted.
He scrupulously embraced Sakujirou, finally feeling the warmth of the person he longed for the most. "I love you too, Sakujirou. I feel the same way as you! When I heard of your return, I didn't know what to do with myself. I wanted to see you so badly I sent officers to every corner of Inazuma to find you, I'm so sorry for the pain I caused you..."
"It's okay now," Sakujirou said between sobs, "I can't put to words the joy I feel at this moment..."
Keisuke parted from the embrace and straightened his face, suddenly recalling something, "Sakujirou, not only for that I am sorry, but for not understanding and dismissing your beliefs. I do worship the Raiden Shogun and I joined the Tenryou Commission to serve her. But now, my role is to forcefully take people's visions, seize people who break the decree, bringing immeasurable pain to the people... I don't want to do that, not anymore."
"Keisuke..." Sakujirou felt his heart break.
"The seasons may change and the years pass, but if I am with you, these factors don't mean anything. The Shogun desires eternity, and so do I. YOU are my eternity, Sakujirou. It doesn't matter where you go from here, I just ask that you allow me to be with you."
It was Sakujirou's turn to jump into the other's arms. Joy felt like it was flowing through his veins, the empty feeling inside his heart was now foreign to him.
With both of their smiles gleaming under the moonlight, the trio that watched the whole scene unfold from afar finally decided to leave, getting ready to watch the fireworks.
Yoimiya was more than excited to set off the fireworks Sakujirou had commissioned her to make previously, trying her best not to think how she ought to be the one to, not only explain to the Tenryou Commission about Keisuke's whereabouts, but also his parents.
When Sakujirou first asked for those specific fireworks, he wouldn't even dream of his wish of watching those fireworks with Keisuke that night coming true. Yet, the situation was even better.
Setting the boat afloat, the two men got on it, rowing the boat a few times before coming to a stop upon the loud noise behind them.
The murky skies of the land of eternity had been let up, the fireworks show started. Colorful beams of light filled the sky one after the other, leaving falling sparks as they ascended and exploded.
Sakujirou and Keisuke watched them rise, their eyes sparkling at the same rate as the sky. Side by side, fingers intertwined, resting on the wooden bench of the small boat. That instant, they felt the urge to see each other's faces on that timeless passing moment.
The coldness of the night and sea was compressed by the warmth they felt as the distance between them closed little by little.
Under the fireworks that night, Keisuke and Sakujirou proved their love for one another, sealing it with their first kiss.
The first of many to come.
After the fireworks show, Paimon spoke about the meanings of fireworks to people. As for Kouchi who built the boat, it was friendship and for Keisuke's parents, their engagement.
"And for Keisuke and Sakujirou, they were commemorating, hmm..."
Aether pondered with Paimon, but after some thought, he gave a simple answer.
"Love."

Genshin headcanons time with my respective teams because they've been on my mind for a while.
Noelle and Xiao have been working together for a long while now, seeing new members come and go, but they always remained a duo. Xiao would never admit it, but he finds her dedication to her training commendable, and the strength of her shield is proof of that. Likewise, Noelle has learnt the little tells of the adeptus, the little signs that indicate when he wants to be alone, when he's curious about something he doesn't know. They share a quiet friendship built on mutual respect, and there have been some evenings where the two have just sat in silence watching the stars in the teapot.
Fischl and Yoimiya get along like a house on fire. Yoimiya adores Fischls character, always addressing her as the Prinzessin, and loves speaking with Oz, who has thanked Yoimiya for accepting Fischl for who she is. In turn, Fischl loves hearing Yoimiyas stories, whether it's about fireworks, the history of the Naganohara family or even about pet goldfish. The two can talk for hours, and have even had conversations whilst doing their daily commissions, much to the amusement and bewilderment of the other team members. (Xiao has had to remind them to focus a couple of times)
Diluc was reluctant to get close to the others at first, but overtime came to genuinely care for everyone that resided in the teapot. So much so, he started making non alcoholic drinks that he thought best suited a person, but was stumped as to what to make for Xiao, until he found out from Xiangling that the only dish he would eat was Almond Tofu. The two worked together to make a drink that had the flavour of Almond Tofu, and when it was done, served it to Xiao along with drinks for everyone else. The soft smile that briefly graced the adeptus face was reward enough for the both of them.
Venti loves playing the Lyre inside the teapot, and sometimes Ayaka will just stand and listen to his performances. It surprised her that he knew Inazuman songs, and could play them on request, but overtime they build a friendship over music and poetry, with Venti telling her poetry and playing her songs from ages long since passed. When asked where the song was from, Venti just ehe's before starting his next performance.
As the group begin to get to know each other and as time passes, they all help each other out in small ways.
Noelle, whilst still taking on lots of work, doesn't mind if the others help lessen her workload.
Xiangling takes the opportunity to learn cuisine from Inazuma to help Ayaka and Yoimiya feel more at home.
Fischl is the happiest she's ever been, finding people that accept her for who she is, and value her inputs and capabilities.
Yoimiya is over the moon hearing so many stories from so many different people, and loves making fireworks she thinks best represent her new friends.
Diluc learns that it's okay to trust others again, and that there are people that will have his back no matter what. He also learns a lot about drink ingredients thanks to experiments with Xiangling.
Venti is content to live in the moment, to make friends with these people that he knows will one day have to leave him. But that's okay, he thinks, he'll write songs to remember them by, and to inspire others with.
Ayaka allows her image of a perfect princess to relax, just a little, in the company of her new friends. No longer having to be 100% all the time, she laughs a little more often, and let's herself try new experiences that she missed out on previously.
Xiao gets used to having companions again, and although, like Venti, knows that they will one day have to leave him, he will protect them until that day. The pain of his karmic debt has been decreasing as of late, he no longer feels the pain as much as he used too, and he ponders, is it because of the Traveller and these new companions?

A Welcome from Sumeru
Tumblr media
This is how I want my OC to meet the traveler.
:)
Tumblr media
“Paimon is starting to feel very… slime.”
“Slime?” You ask.
“Yeah! Like… jelly.”
The traveler only nods, having noticed their companion talk less since entering the deserted land to reach Sumeru.
“Argh! We just left Inazuma where everyone looked strange at us to walk around for hours without seeing anyone! Paimon is even starting to worry if we are heading in the right direction.”
Hearing that, you decide to check your map again. Lisa had helped a lot when giving it to you, marking where she remembered to have identification spots to make the travel easier to reach the Oasis city.
And it does seem like you have lost your way at some point.
Looking around, there doesn't seem to be any landmark to explain where exactly you are. If you two are lost, then it would be better to wait for the stars to come out at night and find more precise directions again.
“Paimon is getting hungry. Do we still have any leftover from that Sweet Madame?”
She hovered closer, eyes sparkling at the thought of food. You ponder between giving it to her or not. In the end, seeing as no one knows how long it will take to reach the city, you tell her to eat later.
“But Paimon is really hungry! And Paimon knows you are too! So stop being a worry-head and let me eat something!”
Letting out a sigh, the traveler took out some food and both sat down to eat. It doesn't take long for something to happen.
“It’s another vishap again! Are these lizards following us?!”
While Paimon screams, you take out your blade to prepare for battle. Since entering this deserted land, geovishaps have been attacking you more intensely than ever. Perhaps it's your tiredness, but they feel stronger when compared to the ones in Liyue.
“Ah!”
Being whacked back, your body hurts from the impact and your hand lets go of your sword mid-flight. With adrenaline pumping inside your veins, you prepare to deliver a geo attack even down.
But upon looking up quickly, you get to see the moment two arrows strike the enemy in the eyes from behind you. It makes the monster tumble to the side before falling dead.
Turning your head, a tanned stranger with a bow seems to silently observe you.
“Are you ok? Did you break something?” Paimon flies over from where she had hidden. Tiny hands patting your body to make sure of your wellbeing.
The stranger squint their eyes behind rose-tinted glasses. With long steps they reach for your travel bag and food that have been forgotten to the side.
In swift movements, your bag of mora is in the stranger's hand.
“Hey! Those are ours, you thief!”
The tall woman scoffed at Paimon.
“Thief? I am no thief. Would I have helped if I was only after your money?” Reaching inside the bag, she takes five large coins before throwing the bag to you.
“Well, maybe not…? Still! It's not right to pick things from others like that! Right?” Paimon finishes looking at you for support.
You stand up, backing up your friend's opinion about the newly met stranger and her actions.
“Geez. You two are asking to be killed.”
Your blood runs cold from that. Even Paimon hides behind you when sharp pink eyes glance at you. Reading yourself to another fight, you get caught out of guard when the woman kneels and starts burying all the food you had left.
“Nooo! Paimon didn't even finish that!”
“Traveling with this type of ration. No wonder geovishaps keep ganging up on you.”
Some realization downs on the travelers head. You know how some life forms have a better sense of smell. So carrying something with such an appetizing smell, it was bound that monsters and animals would attack for it.
“Wait a second. How did you know this wasn't the first attack we suffered? Were you following us?!”
Instead of answering Paimon, the stranger stares at you for some time. You decided that there will be no better time for introductions than now. So that’s what you do.
“Sana from Sumeru.” It's her response, “Do you want me to escort you to the city? Travelers like you have less chance of arriving there in one piece without a local.”
Well, it would certainly help. You look at Paimon who is glaring at Sana.
“Or you could continue this wrong way and end up dying of thirst and hunger. It's not much of a problem for me anyway.”
You aren’t sure if Sana was joking.
“Ugh. Paimon doesn't like this, but we should follow her to Sumeru. When we arrive we will part ways right away! Delicious chicken wasted like that, so heartless…”
“Stop crying over food. Or do you want me to bury you instead?”
You intervene, saying that Paimon is emergency food now that there was no more Sweet Madame so there is no necessity to bury her.
“Stop saying that! It only makes Paimon angry now. It's not funny anymore!”
Ignoring the two of you, Sana starts to walk away. Quickly grabbing your stuff you run to stay close to her.
While following her, you ask about the five mora coins she grabbed earlier.
“What? It’s the payment for my escort. And from saving your butt back there. I don’t do things for free, sorry.”
She didn't sound apologetic at all. It has been some time since you met such a sardonic person. Even so, Sana doesn't appear to be a bad. To help someone in peril, there is no doubt the woman has some morals. Even if she's a bit rude about it.
“Since you are our guide now, can you tell us how to get to Sumeru? Or how the city is like?”
“I don't do small talk. And I'm not a travel guide. When escorting someone or a caravan, it's courteous on my part to keep my mouth shut. Paimon, right? Please try to understand my side.”
That made Paimon pout and get near you. In just one interaction Sana got to make your flying companion silent in their own volition. If that was not an achievement, it was impressive all the same. Most of the time Paimon speaks in your stead in dialogues.
So the trip goes like this:
Paimon talks and complains about Sana to you while the escort ignores and keeps her attention on the environment.
“Quiet, someone is here.” Is the order out of nowhere from Sana. It makes your friend shut up and glance around wary.
Using your elemental vision it is easier to see a thin trail left behind by something. For you it could be a rock slime or a lizard, but Sana’s head keeps turning. Almost like she is trying to hear something.
“Found you.” Is the warning, before the archer uses her elemental ability. Yellow vines surge from underground, pulling a man immobilized from it. Thorns make him grunt in pain as they dig his dark skin. A faint green glow on his clothes suggests him to be another dendro user.
“Wow, Deron! It’s been so long since we last saw each other.” Sana smirk and approached this Deron man. A cold breeze makes your hair stand on its end.
“Sana. You bitch!”
“Hahaha! Always the gentleman.” Her green ponytail danced with her outburst of laughter. “Say, are you here only to greet me?”
Deron doesn’t answer. His death glare to Sana didn't flinch.
“Deron, you empty headed child. Not answering is a type of answer. Who sent you?” She put a hand inside his tunic while asking, some blood getting on her tanned skin. A small bag of mora is the only sound breaking the silence.
After looking inside it, Sana gives it to you. Seeing how the men didn't speak, your escort sigh. She also takes his dendro vision, putting it in a hidden pocket on her trousers.
“You were always a pain for me. Why would it be different now? Well, it was nice seeing you again Deron.”
Taking his knife, Sana cut deep in his throat faster than anyone could blink. The sound Deron makes before dying is chilling to the bone.
When she turns to you again, Paimon hides behind you shaking in fear. You want to ask so many things, but nothing comes out when opening your mouth. She notices it nonetheless.
“Ah, him? Was an old friend from my last workplace. Wow, how time flies.” Her thumb point back to the body. The little splashes of blood on her face making her intimidating to look at.
After cleaning her hands, Sana grabs Deron’s purse from you again. A smile appearing on her serious expression.
“Heavy. I’d say… someone with power is after you already. What a great Welcome from Sumeru.”

hihihihihihihihihihihi ok so -- -- could you do like a short mentor/mentee type of thing? i was thinking a short scene between lisa and xingqiu kinda like that one daily commission in inazuma where its the two dudes talkin about books (but any mentor/mentee character pairing would be amazing like albedo/sucrose or kaeya/bennett i love that dynamic so much)
Oooo I haven't written a mentor/mentee type thing before- once I went over their character lines in game it came to me!
Characters - Lisa, Xingqiu
Type - Platonic(obvs) - mentor/mentee
Notes - Since you requested xingqiu and lisa, I went ahead and did them! Though it would be interesting for other dynamics...
Xingqiu and Librarian Lisa aren't familiar with each other. Being from two different nations and having responsibilities to keep them there. The first time they met it was kind, Lisa approached Xingqiu in the Knights' library to check up on him. He was a new face after all, and a young one.
Xingqiu stayed attentive to the book in his hand, shuffling his feet as he read idlely. A thoughtful look on his face. He seemed to almost ignore Miss Lisa for the moment.
"Why hello there." She started out, having walked up to him. She hadn't said anything for a bit, seemingly waiting to let him notice her before she spoke up.
Xingqiu looked up momentarily before going back to the book in his hand. After a few seconds he closed the book and looked at her. Bowing he looked at her curiously, "Greetings. Quite the collection here, is it not?"
Lisa let a smile cross her face, "Why thank you dear, I've put a lot of hard work into the state of this library."
His eyes widened, "Ah! So you are the keeper of this library?"
"That I am, you can call me Lisa, sweetie. I have to say... I haven't seen your face around here before. You are from... Liyue I gather?" Lisa guessed.
"Aha! Xingqiu, at your service, esteemed Librarian." He bowed again, using one hand to lift his garment almost in a curtsy.
"No need to be so formal, sweetie, I was simply inquiring as to who the new face was in my library. Is it comparable to Liyue's libraries?"
He hummed, "It is just my way, miss Lisa. We have a book store, but I have read most books I have gotten my hands on in Liyue. The traveller suggested I come here to see if there were any.... Mondstat exclusives so to speak."
"That is quite true, there are different libraries everywhere. You will find the most beautiful of gems in each library you enter."
"Mhm! I've been restricted to Liyue because of my responsibilities, I finally found a moment to sneak away." He held a mischievous smirk.
Lisa laughed, "Is that so?"
He nodded, lifting the book he was reading earlier, "And I must say, I am glad I did. This is a book I have not seen in Liyue."
She looked over the title with a thoughtful hum, "Oh... it's been a while since I've read that one. It was quite popular as a relaxation novel for Sumeru scholars."
"Oh... I wonder what it is doing here then..." He pondered.
"It is apart of my own personal collection of course, I quite enjoyed it." She paused, "If you are looking for mondstat exclusives, some of them are mixed in, but we have a section specifically for our exclusives. They are typically the less popular tales written by locals of various generations. Some of them are quite interesting." She said.
Xingqiu looked intrigued, "Ooh, may I have a look? I am currently looking for some fresh inspiration for a writing of mine, as well as new books to grow my personal collection."
"My my, what a bookworm we have here." She laughed, "Of course, people like us are always welcome in libraries." She began walking towards a specific section.
The labelling seems dusty, to which she frowned about, "Seems I need to ask Noelle to pick up where others are slacking." She huffed under her breath. "Ah... but here we are. All mondstat exclusives, the ones in the case are old and fragile, they can only be looked at under my supervision for safe keeping. I have yet to have them copied."
Xingqiu's eyes widened, "such a large collection of only exclusives... I would love to have some of these for my personal collection."
Lisa hummed, "I can see what I can do about that, I can't let these dissapear from my library after all."
After that first chance meeting, Xingqiu tried his best to find time to read more of the mondstat exclusives.
He set aside his favorites to ask for a copy of it from the publisher if possible.
Once or twice Lisa has found him writing on some parchment at a table, scribbling down ideas. He picked up a note of his and frowned as he could not read it.
Lisa, noticing his predicament, offered to help him with practices for his handwriting that would translate to all languages.
After that he would often come to her when he was in the library to ask for her opinion on books that he found quite interesting.
She always gave the best insight and to her, he was a breath of fresh air.

InaGO HospitalTrio Fanfic
My therapist told me to start writing to slowly gain back my interest and happiness in life. So here it is. It mainly focuses on what might have been a relationship for Yuuichi, Taiyou, and Shindou (I have no clue what they’re called, I call them HospitalTrio). There is Yuuichi x Taiyou (HospitalShip, I call it YuuTai) cuz I find their relationship the purest and most supportive ever. And due to my circumstances, I felt I relate more to Yuuichi better than before. So this fic is dedicated to him and how much I wish for his happiness. The romance is mostly pining on Taiyou’s part. I’m unsure about Yuuichi as he’s oblivious yet still teases Taiyou to see him flustered.
Yuuichi woke up at about nine in the morning on his hospital bed. It was a peaceful sleep, and it seemed he woke up to a lovely morning as well. The sun rays shone into the room from the hospital windows, inviting a warm feeling into his often plain looking room. The curtains bristled from the light breeze outside, and Yuuichi could briefly smell the scent of flowers from the hospital garden. The dark blue haired eighteen-year-old boy smiled, the mole near his lips twitching along with the movement, and his brown eyes glistened with joy.
Today seems to be a good day... He thought to himself.
"Ah Yuuichi-kun, you're awake." A certain nurse called from his room's door. The boy, Yuuichi, turned his head from the window where the voice was, seeing the familiar purple hair and blueish eyes from his regular nurse, Fuyuka. "Good morning!" She said with a smile.
"Good morning, Fuyuka-san," Yuuichi replied in greeting as Fuyuka walked pass his bed and to his bedside to help lift the top half for the dark-haired boy to sit up.
"Any plans for today?" Fuyuka asked. Proceeding to move the wheelchair stationed at the corner of the room, to have it placed at the young lad's bedside, and nearer to the door for ease of mobility if Yuuichi wants to leave the room. His legs maybe unable to move, but he is strong enough to carry himself to and fro his wheelchair.
"Not right now. I think my younger brother is coming to see me in the evening, but that's all that I have for the day. Is there something going on?" Fuyuka giggled with mirth, causing Yuuichi to blink in confusion.
"We have a new patient who just got admitted here yesterday. I think you should meet him," Fuyuka said with an air of knowledge around her. Yuuichi continued his confused blinking at her, hoping she would explain in details to clear the questions in his head. "Things come when you least expect it. It might spark something special. Enjoy your breakfast, Yuuichi-kun." With that the purple-haired nurse left the room, leaving Yuuichi to ponder what she meant by that.
----------------------------------
"I'm bored, Yuuichi-san~" Amemiya Taiyou, a thirteen-year-old boy in the same pale blue hospital clothing as Yuuichi, with orange-hair styled like the sun, whined as he stretched out his arms across Yuuichi's bed from where he sat on the visitor's chair beside Yuuichi. He then took out a pencil and balanced it on the bridge between his nose and mouth, his aqua blue eyes narrowed in concentration. It was after lunch and the first-year Junior High student sneaked out of his room to accompany the young lad who was in the room beside his. Not that Yuuichi was bored, but he appreciated the younger's efforts since he was mostly stuck in his room.
"Taiyou-kun, I understand that you want to play soccer, but you've just finished your heart surgery after that match with Raimon Junior High. You shouldn't do any intensive activities." Taiyou puffed his cheeks in a pout, amazingly still balancing the pencil.
"I know, but I REALLY want to play soccer!"
"Taiyou-kun, please think of other things besides soccer. You've really made me worried when I saw you on the field yesterday." Taiyou flinched by the young lad's words, recalling his recent match between his school, Arakumo Academy, and Raimon Junior High that caused his already weak heart to worsen. He fixed his attention to Yuuichi, watching the brown in his eyes swirl in worry and disappointment. Taiyou dropped his head and lips to a frown, his eyes focused on his fingers fidgeting on his lap. He let the pencil fall on the bed. It did a light bounce before rolling a little and stopping near Yuuichi's leg.
"I'm sorry, Yuuichi-san. I didn't mean to worry you. I just really miss soccer." Yuuichi sighed heavily from his nose, his shoulders dropped from its tensed position. The older male believed the younger knew he had done wrong and need not be reprimanded. Although this same scene had happened several times too many that Yuuichi sometimes wondered if the younger knew the severity of his illness. The navy-haired boy answered with the same phrase he always said whenever this scene repeated itself.
"Please take care of your health. We've promised each other to play soccer together in the future once your heart and my legs are fixed." Yuuichi paused as he shifted his gaze elsewhere, reminiscing something far away, "And I don't blame you. I miss soccer too..." Yuuichi subconsciously rubbed his left knee which was his immobile leg, the one that was injured by the fall. This action did not miss Taiyou's eyes. The orange-haired boy quickly grasped the older boy's hands. The other lad looked up at Taiyou and noticed he had a determined look in his eyes.
"Yuuichi-san, I'm sorry for forgetting about our promise. I'll do my best to recover so that you won't have to worry anymore!" Taiyou gave a warm-hearted smile. Sensing that confidence, the navy-haired boy returned the smile and nodded his head. He would trust Taiyou that he would set on healing his health this time.
"Alright, Taiyou-kun."
"Anyway Yuuichi-san," Taiyou diverted the conversation as he removed his hands from Yuuichi's and placed them palms down on the bed, "I've heard there's a new patient from Raimon in the hospital." Taiyou grinned with his teeth. Yuuichi blinked in confusion similar to his response with Fuyuka that morning. So the new patient mentioned by Fuyuka is from Raimon? Could it be they are in the soccer club too? He was unaware that a student from the same school as his brother was in the hospital. At the same time, what are the chances if it was someone from the soccer club? Not understanding what was going on, Yuuichi decided to voice his question.
"From Raimon?"
"The new patient is Raimon Soccer club's captain, Shindou Takuto!" Taiyou lifted his arms like he was displaying whatever was up in the sky. Yuuichi stared at his hospital friend. Shindou Takuto? The second-year Raimon captain? The team that helped his younger brother, Tsurugi Kyousuke, enjoy soccer again. Yuuichi instantly felt a sense of curiosity and felt like meeting him. He wanted to thank his brother's teammate for letting him fit in and play the soccer that both brothers love. Although, why was the captain of the Raimon soccer team admitted to hospital? He did not get injured, did he? Yuuichi was only able to watch the broadcast of the Holy Road match on television and was unaware of any other person hurt as the viewing ended once the match was over. The only ones who probably knew the outcome would be the people who were physically at the scene. His brother was unable to inform him of any updates as visiting hours were over by the time the caravan reached Inazuma town.
"Shindou-kun? Why is he here? Is he alright?" Yuuichi asked his question in concern. Taiyou returned to his previous sunken mood.
"He fainted after our match. It seemed he pushed himself too hard after getting hurt during it..." Taiyou flinched again once Yuuichi's frowned in disapproval, "I-it's isn't my fault, Yuuichi-san!"
"All you soccer freaks and your passion for soccer..." Yuuichi sighed in disappointment, in which Taiyou smiled warmly in response.
"You are one too you know, Yuuichi-sa- Eh?" Taiyou halted his teasing at his friend when the dark blue-haired boy pulled his wheelchair closer to his bedside, "Yuuichi-san?" The older of the two gave a determined smile on his face when he replied to the younger.
"Come on, let's go visit Shindou-kun."
----------------------------------
A brownish-grey, shoulder-length, wavy-haired boy was in his hospital room watching a soccer match on the television in front of him. He had maroon brownish eyes and had on a pale brown hospital gown different from the regular one due to his family status. It was then when he heard a knock on his door.
"Come in!" He called. Maroon orbs followed the two new visitors who entered the room. One, he recognises as Amemiya Taiyou, was pushing the other in a wheelchair to the bedside. "Uhm. Can I help you two?"
"Hi, Shindou-kun! I'm Taiyou! Remember me from the previous match?" The patient of the room, now known as Shindou, replied.
"Y-yeah I remember you. It’s great to see that you're alright. Uhm...and you are?" Shindou referred to the blue-haired lad in the wheelchair, who smiled back as he replied,
"My name's Tsurugi Yuuichi. Nice to meet you, Shindou-kun." The brown-haired captain's eyes widened upon hearing the familiar surname of his teammate.
"Tsurugi?! Are you related to..."
"Yes. Kyousuke is my younger brother. Thank you for taking care of him." Shindou, upon hearing the senior thanking him, felt an immense sense of gratitude and firmly replied,
"Ah, it's nothing." Shindou waved his right hand back and forth in denial. He calmly placed both his hands on his blanket and smiled in return, "He's helped us score many of Raimon's goals. Without him, we wouldn't be able to reach the finals." Yuuichi's heartwarming smile widened upon hearing his younger brother's praises.
"Thank you, Shindou-kun. I hope Kyousuke's able to help Raimon to victory." Shindou's smile widened as well, pleased with the answer.
"I hope so too."
"Anyway, we're here to welcome you to Raimon General Hospital," Taiyou piped up from his spot behind Yuuichi. "The two of us are here in the hospital most of the time, so we're glad to see another familiar face!"
"He means that he's glad to find another soccer freak in this hospital," Yuuichi teased with an innocent smile on his lips.
"That's mean, Yuuichi-san!" Taiyou frowned at the navy-haired boy, his eyebrows narrowed towards each other to show his displeasure, although his eyes twinkled in merry as if he was not offended by the older lad's words. Yuuichi ignored the burning stare behind him and turned his head to slightly address Taiyou, a knowing smile on his face.
"At least I can control my love for it by staying in my room." The orange-haired boy's cheeks turned red by that comment.
“Yuuichi-sannn!” His cheeks puffed out more in anger and embarrassment, while Yuuichi chuckled into his hands at his successful teasing. Meanwhile, Shindou sat on his bed staring at the scene in front of him in surprise. He was indeed shocked to find the brother of his most cool teammate teasing the kind and loyal captain of possibly the strongest team his team has ever faced. It was more shocking to see the kind and loyal captain react so cutely(?) to the teasing. Shindou subconsciously opened his mouth to mumble.
"You two...are very close." That comment made both boys turn their attention to Shindou. Yuuichi blinked in confusion, while Taiyou's eyes grew to the size of saucers and the redness on his face grew to cover his whole face.
"I-it's not like that?!" The blushing boy exclaimed.
"Is that so? Well, we are the only ones here who love soccer, so we tend to spend more time with each other. Taiyou-kun is the one coming to my room most of the time though." The innocent smile on Yuuichi appeared back on his face.
"Y-y-Yuuichi-san!" If Taiyou's cheeks could flush any stronger, it was this moment. He buried his face into his hands, trying inevitably to hide his red face. Shindou, finding the Arakumo Academy's captain flustered amusing, started laughing along with Yuuichi.
"S-Shindou-san, you too?!"
"S-sorry! You're acting very differently from how you were during our match. Yuuichi-san brings this side of you very well," Shindou hinted in amusement, which flew over Yuuichi's head but caught Taiyou's attention.
"Shindou-san! Stoppppp!" Even if Yuuichi did not catch the hint by Shindou, he was still bemused by his orange-haired friend. He watched as Taiyou tried to physically force down his blush to no avail. It was funny to see his friend appear so flustered, but Yuuichi thought it was time to tone down their teasing on the first-year.
"Alright, I think it's almost five soon. Kyousuke is going to visit me later so I have to get back." Yuuichi once again rotated his head to the boy behind him. "Taiyou-kun, could you help me back to my room? We can continue talking to Shindou-kun tomorrow." A red tinge of red was still present on the orange-haired captain after he removed his hands from his face, much to the amusement to the other two. Taiyou nodded, mind in a mild blur from the constant teasing by his seniors. He quickly recovered, grabbed the handle of Yuuichi's wheelchair and pushed him towards the door. Both visitors rounded their heads back to wave goodbye to the Raimon captain. "Goodbye, Shindou-kun." Yuuichi said first.
"See you tomorrow, Shindou-san!" Taiyou followed. With that, the door closed shut, leaving Shindou alone in his room once more. The Raimon captain settled comfortably on his bed and continued watching the television.
----------------------------------
The two patients were making their way down the hall to the lifts to go down a level where their rooms were located.
"Are you alright, Taiyou-kun? Sorry for teasing you earlier," Yuuichi asked in concern, his head stayed facing forward as it was a bit hard to turn his head around to look at Taiyou while the wheelchair was moving.
"I-I'm fine, Yuuichi-san! Don't worry about me!" Taiyou shuttered out in embarrassment. Yuuichi did not believe the orange-haired boy but decided to patiently let it go.
"If you say so..."
"Taiyou-kun, Yuuichi-kun, there you two are!" The two boys looked up to find Nurse Fuyuka standing in front of them.
"Fuyuka-san?" Taiyou and Yuuichi called her with a querying tone in their voice.
"I was worried when I couldn't find both of you in your rooms, but I'm glad to see you two at this level." The nurse expressed her glee with her smile and turned her attention to Yuuichi. "You have met Shindou-kun, right? How is he, Yuuichi-kun? Did he meet your expectations?" Both boys blinked in confusion. Taiyou as he did not know what was going on, while Yuuichi had a tingling feeling he knew what she was referring to. He opened his mouth to ask,
"Fuyuka-san, the special patient...is Shindou-kun?" Fuyuka nodded in reply.
"He's your brother's teammate. I thought you might want to get to know him. Except Taiyou-kun beat me at introducing the both of you. I was thinking of letting you two meet at one of the lounges."
"I see. I'm glad Kyousuke has kind team members to rely on. It's relieving to hear that. Even if we didn't get to meet as you would've wanted, thanks for informing me about him," Yuuichi voiced what he had felt. He was indeed relieved to know that his younger brother is doing well and to have met Shindou. He's grateful towards Fuyuka and Taiyou for getting him to meet the brownish-grey haired boy.
"You're welcome." Yuuichi and Fuyuka gave each other a thankful smile.
"Eh? Fuyuka-san, why didn't you tell me about Shindou-san? I want to meet him too!" The purple-haired nurse had her lips in a frown.
"You've already met him in the match, Taiyou-kun..." Fuyuka then had her hands on the sides of her hips in an angry stance.
"Also, you found out through sneaking out, didn't you? What did I tell you about resting?"
"Hehehe..." Taiyou chuckled weekly. Fuyuka sighed before she spoke,
"Well, let's bring you two back to your rooms. Visiting hours are starting soon." Fuyuka made her way to the back of Yuuichi's wheelchair, in which Taiyou stepped aside to give space for the nurse. The three of them made their way back to their rooms. All the while, Yuuichi had a pleased smile on his face.
Today is a good day.
