Tim Drake: broke something inside me many years ago, and it feels like I just keep shattering
there's ice in my blood and fire in my throat and electricity all down my skin
Sebastian Ives, barely awake: First of all, that's cryptic, second of all, fucking go to sleep
Why the fuck are you awake at 5 am

Wait!! In an earlier post you said everyone was aggressive… especially Barnaby…
What happened when he woke up? Unless it’s a spoiler/ not ready yet, then forget this question!!
I hope you have a nice day/night though :3
that answer is indeed Not Ready Yet! but in short, he has a Really bad time after he wakes up. like, it's Rough rough for him. and before anyone asks - no, it's not because of the arm! that is something he can understand, even if its a lil unsettling. everything Else, however...

I think what people miss about the LATLA is that it isn't mediocre (at best) because of the fact that the creators aren't there, but because the OG writers weren't there, particularly the ones that wrote great episodes. There's a reason why certain episodes of ATLA are so great, and usually they all share at least one or two writers. The one(s?) that I remember most would be someone with the last name "Ehaz" idk I don't pay much attention to the end credits. Anyways the point is ATLA was great because of the writers not the creators and Netflix should have gotten some of those good writers on their team before they made whatever the LATLA is
TLDR: Stop showering praises on Bryke and start loving the writers more pls

If I read one more fucking time that the Fire Nation should have abolished monarchy after the 100 year old war, I'll start biting people. Same for the Earth Kingdom.
Who the fuck would they learn that from. The people were living in fear, were taught that the other side are literal monsters, what do you think, who would they vote for, huh?? The one promising them protection. Not peace, because who knows what is that, peace is just a breath away from another raid or another letter from the army, calling in the able-bodied. And protection in war-torn countries means militarisation, fortification, and since 4-year cycles are too short, then very much possibly a dictatorship. Or a fake democracy á la communism. Elections were held in communist countries, but there were only one party, choose wisely!
Why I say communism? Because that's the term you're familiar with. Nobles and merchants were disinterested – see Toph's parents, BSS nobles, Chan in the FN. The people, the 'working class' was suffering. And if they start an election, vote in someone and things does not change – in four years, after a literal hundred years of war and recession! – people will get angry. And an angry mob will go after the merchants and nobles. See the French Revolution or the Russian Revolution for the rest of the story.
No, monarchy or theocracy are not perfect and have huge flaws. But democracy has THIS BIG FLAWS, too. You only think it's the best because it works well with capitalism, and we don't know a better system yet.
Stop sending your freedom to AtLA, and get a grasp on the thought that the world of avatar (at least in atla) is not an individualist world. The story was always about communities, how they were working well or not so well, how they crashed against each other. And non-democratic stuff usually works with that kind of world view.
Yeah, having hereditary shit is not foolproof as the heir can be full of shit. However, giving the right to vote to a population of a post-war, economically not so well country, is just a death wish. (please look up Great Depression.)

I was like 'haha i am agnostic gender! i can't say for sure if there is a god/gender out there/in me, but I also can't say for sure there isn't and I can definetely not be sure what specific god/gender it would be. may have some preference for some gods/genders over others'.
And then I jokingly google it and IT EXISTS???
"Agnogender refers to an identity in which the user feels connected to a gender, and may roughly identify as such, but isn't sure what that identity is supposed to feel like in the first place, causing a disconnect."
