Hey don’t cry. 1 part sharp cheddar, 1 part American cheese, 1 part milk, some butter, stir constantly over medium high heat until smooth, mix in your cooked pasta for easy mac and cheese. Okay?

I was complaining that all the vegan tomato soups were too high-quality and obviously contained actual tomatoes and herbs and sometimes what I'm craving is homogeneous artificial neon-orange emulsion in a tin. And I know it exists but I can never find it.

Yesterday my immediate line manager (who is a treasure and exempt from all my moaning about work) gave me this. I mean, it was full when he gave it to me.
