Hey y’all. I know I don’t normally talk about serious stuff here but I just need to vent

TW: b0mb threats and school violence.

My school received a bomb threat today, which on its own is scary, but what makes it even worse is that this is the second bomb threat this month.

It’s currently Wednesday, and last week on Wednesday we got the first threat. The school was evacuated and everyone was safe.

Today (exactly one week later, the next Wednesday) we received a shooter and bomb threat within 10 minutes of each other. Again, no one was hurt but I and many others are insanely on edge.

A good amount of the people I’ve talked to have agreed that they think something big might be coming, it can’t be coincidence that threats that are increasingly more realistic have happened two Wednesdays in a row. But I hope to god(s) we’re wrong.

I’m terrified to go back to school tomorrow. I may joke about not caring if I die but I am truly scared of death. I don’t want to die as a high schooler, I have so much more life to live. But I’m scared that I (or worse, my friends) will not make it to the end of the school year.

If whoever is doing this somehow sees this post, please. Just stop. I want to live out my high school days in relative peace.

EDIT: this is bomb threat number 4, not only did we get another bomb threat but also a sh00ter threat as well. Been in lockdown for over half an hour.

The police checked the room but we are still in lockdown and aren’t allowed to leave.

I am scared because when I leave my home, I am hyper aware of all the people looking at me, judging me for wishing to be true to my heart. I see how the men stare at me, noticing how I look like I’m 13 or 14 years old, see how well-developed my body is.

Because of several laws being passed where I live, I cannot safely be myself, or afab. My rights are being stripped as I sit by and watch, unable to do anything because of disabilities and a loss of voice.
