Short clip of my coworker's girl, a dutch x acd, and Forte playing. He lets her set the pace of and isn't offended or put off that she's a vocal player. I often refer to their play as bumper Belgians.

It's super cute to watch them play because Forte frequently slows himself down to match her speed and waits for her to rejoin the game when she stops to hunt for stray kibble. She in turn is very tolerant of him being a gross/super sniffy boy.

my personal headcanon time <3 i really do find it interesting to explore john's relationship with gender in terms of both the way she was raised as well as their journey through sburb and how their arc manifests. personally i like to interpret them as agender because i think it fits their motif for apathy, not necessarily as a bad thing but more as an avenue for fluidity and flexibility, not having to be bound to gender. i see it as having the same feeling of freedom as the breath aspect. there's also the factor where they grew up with expectations of masculinity and male role models, and there's the freedom in being able to break away from that when they realize that that isn't necessarily who they are or who they have to be and getting to explore their identity and expression on their own terms. i think that this interpretation shares a lot in common with transfem headcanons. that's part of why i absolutely love people who explore june egbert, because she shares a lot of the same potential and ideas, just in a slightly different direction. shoutout to june egbert enjoyers, thank you for being the backbone of this fandom

#also to clarify i do see john as using any pronouns but i use he/him like 99% of the time because i get worried that otherwise #i will end up confusing people.... in case anyone was curious

In the end, Mob brightens up, and gets pumped to win the bracket, before it's revealed that Tsubomi actually hopes Papyrus wins. End short ID]

First page: Mob sits down at the table in the telepathy club room, sighing. Tome, who is playing a video game and eating fries, looks at him and asks: "? What's wrong, Mob?" Behind him, there is the tapping of footsteps as Tome, off screen, rounds the desk, and makes Mob jump with a loud SLAM, and yells "LISTEN, MOB!" Then, she is looking at him with a frown, gesturing with one hand, and continues: "You need to look at this from a different perspective. What if this is the contest that winning would aid you the most? After all, isn't Takane herself autistic?" Mob, eyes wide and blushing, loudly interrupts with "S-SHE IS??"

Third page: Mob asks, "How do you know??" Tome, her arms crossed, eyes closed and a smirk on her face, says "Look. I'm autistic. You're autistic. We're ALL autistic, I know my kin, alright?" Under her breath, (under the speech bubble) she also adds "Plus I kind of heard her say "Leave me alone, I'm autistic" once," before she interrupts herself, her arms spread wide and flapping, with "but that's beside the point!" She continues in the next panel, only one of her moving hands visible as Mob looks up at her, wide-eyed, "My point is, maybe this is your chance to show her what you're all about; that you know who you are; are secure in your identity, proud of it, even!"

Fourth page: Tome crosses her arms again, a confident smirk on her face as she looks down at Mob and asks, "So tell me. What are you gonna do?" Mob, hunched in, shyly responds, ".... I'm gonna win...?" Off screen, Tome replies: "Say it with more confidence!" And Mob does, back straightening and a blush creeping in: "I- I'm gonna win!" Tome yells "Louder!", and Mob stands up, leaning on the table, yelling in response "I'm gonna WIN!!" And Tome, a fist pumped in enthusiasm, yells back "YEAH!!"

Last panel: Tome's dialogue box is cut off, as we see Tsubomi, meanwhile, laying in her bed, sucking a lollipop and phone in hand, as she thinks: "I hope papyrus wins." End ID.]

Ah, thank you anon! I'm not particularly surprised unfortunately, not the first time it's happened with that comic — sadly I don't think there's much I can do about it, especially since I don't have a tiktok myself. But thank you for letting me know! I do like to know whenever that happens, even if I can't do anything to get the videos taken down. At the very least, it's a reminder that I should really start putting some sort of signature on my comics 😅

...Also, in this particular case the video you linked actually made me laugh when I looked at it, because!! Quick storytime: the last time someone messaged me to let me know that a tiktoker had reposted the horrors comic, I went and looked at it and noticed that the reposter had put two of the comic pages in the wrong order. Somehow NO ONE in the comments had mentioned the fact that the order of events didn't flow right, it was hilarious.

Why is this relevant? Well, because this tiktok you've linked me to has the SAME EXACT MISTAKE, which indicates to me that this new person didn't even steal it from me directly, they stole it from the OTHER REPOSTER and also didn't notice the mistake in page order! The reposters are cannibalizing each other! I am both very entertained and utterly baffled by the lack of effort! They're not even stealing things well!

Anyway, all this to say: I have managed to find the humor in this kind of situation, but I still do not appreciate people reposting my stuff, especially without credit. And general PSA that if you see my comics/artwork anywhere that is not here on my tumblr, or on my AO3 account forest_raccoon, that is not posted by me, and it has been done without my permission.

#tldr; don't repost artist's work! it is not kind #...about this particular case though —#comparing the two tiktok pages really convinced me that that reposter 2 is just stealing from reposter 1 #they've even reposted some comics from artists that are missing full pages and thus do not make sense #similar complaint: reposter 1 also stole the 'wrecking ball; comic I did recently #and they DIDN'T USE WRECKING BALL BY MOTHER MOTHER AS THE BACKGROUND SONG #HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP #I mean I know people who repost stuff are probably more likely to be lazy (since they're already just stealing other people's work)#but this is on another level to a degree that I kinda just have to laugh #anyway! obviously gerry would be sarah, and michael would be jareth (they’re both blonde trickster characters who live in and have some level of control over an ever changing maze. please tell me someone else sees my Vision™️)

outside of just that i feel like you could take it a couple different ways:

just a straight up au, no fears or anything just micheal the goblin king and gerry the fantasy loving goth. literally just the plot of labyrinth but dropping these two into sarah and jareth’s places.

more of a fusion, the fears do exist but the labyrinth is either a part of the spiral or just flat out Is the spiral in this universe. bonus points for having gerry learn about the labyrinth and it’s monstrous king from either meeting/reading a statement from sarah herself about a certain red leather bound spiral leitner

is purely self indulgent crack, they watch the movie together and gerry mentions how hot he thinks david bowie is. micheal hears that and spiral logic says “hm, kidnapping and threats in a nearly impossible maze huh? i can do that!”
