I finally finished Bugsnax

#I know Grumpus Bean has a unique tag but I don't remember what it is and I think I was gonna change their last name #so new tag time #OC: Bean (grumpus)#that'll do for now #but yes I am like three years late #mainly bc my old pc lagged to all hell and then I never redownloaded it on my new one until like yesterday #well I actually had to repurchase it for steam bc I was not gonna get that epic games launcher just for bugsnax but no big #although for some reason the game still lags but only when I am in snaxburg so the last quest was extra stressful! fighting a hoard at 2fps #I did know what was gonna happen bc I'd watched the ending #but still! it's a different experience to actually play than just watching someone who is also talking over most of it #and they didn't do most of the sidequests nor any of the DLC (tho I watched it before the DLC so they could not have ljksdgfkj)#so that was all new to me!!!#there's so many fuckin quests but I did them all!!!#except like two of them and catching that fast little coffee bastard #I will probably return to do that but for now I have to draw or I will explode #we will return to PT things but don't mind if I have snax on the brain for a bit #I have some funny moments I want to draw

I know no one probably cares anymore, but my one complaint when it comes to the Nimona movie is that they stole away the general bitchiness from our beloved Bal and Ambrosius. Like, wow, she’s charming, and I’m just gonna flirt with you but I’ll try to make it sound like I hate you a little. I don’t, btw.

I know the movie plot didn’t really have room for it though. It was a comedy more than anything, and they never, at any point, hated one another even a bit. So, I get it. But I do sort of love the comically unhinged erratics of Nimona, and the sassy cover-ups of their feelings with the misunderstanding between Blackheart and Goldenloin.

people r having an absolute fit over the frankie refresh having pink in it and i feel like im going insane. do these dolls not have more or less the exact same amount of pink in them.

It's so ridiculous being transgender as an adult. You'll have spent your entire life being conditioned (even by your own self) to believe that so many things just aren't options for you. You deeply internalize the "knowledge" that it would be impossible to be who you want to be and have the body you want to have.

So then you might find yourself in situations where you sheepishly ask a doctor who specializes in trans healthcare if you can have the minimal of help, just enough to keep surviving, because you know that if you asked for what you want, that the answer would be "no" (it has always been "no"). And then are surprised by your own excitement when the very thing you secretly wanted is offered to you with full sincerity as a very real option and with absolute intent to follow it through with you.

As though the whole time you were keeping it as this buried secret, this personal ache of want. But you never actually allowed yourself to consider it anything more than a dream. So when it becomes real and you can finally conceptualize it as a real choice, only then are you able to feel just how badly you wanted it the whole time.

Does that make sense?? It couldn't be real and even though you're desperate for it because you're not sure you can survive without it for much longer, you still don't allow yourself to consider how deeply you WANT it. You never know just how excited you'd be about it. You expected for so long to have to settle for less and never considered that you'd have the choice.

#I know I'm very lucky to have a good doctor #but I can't be the only one with these kinds of feelings #I keep reining myself in because I keep being so sure that I'll never get to do the things that I really need #and once I force myself to try for the sake of survival #only then do I get hit with the excitement of actually getting to do it #I don't know.#but I have a surgery consult to talk about permanent contraception #and did not realize how badly I'd want a hysterectomy until I realized it was actually on the table as an option #I also have a my name change hearing TOMORROW #and I've been on T for 2 years now #I've done a whole in these last two years that I was always so sure would be impossible for me #transgender #trans #transmasc #ftm #trans man #my posts

The other set of Vargases came over for a visit and Scriabin picked up Shmee and started talking to Scriabin through him. Very normal, very usual

I downloaded some circle-glasses recolours and hghghh they look so good! Closer every day to his final details! Getting ever closer!

Edgar too! I made him a custom hair with a lighter undercut - I’m mostly happy with it, probably could’ve shifted it a shade closer to his skintone but the texturing was weird no matter what :P And his stripey shirt! I wish Body Shop didn’t have that hands-on-hips pose lol, it looks so much better in-game, but that’s all the better :)

I got some new clothes for Todd as well! As soon as I saw this ‘fit I was like “Oh that’s 100% Todd there he is.” Scriadad hug ♥ So cute

Foot-dancing together stopp it’s so cute!!

The way he looks at them stoppp <3 <3 They kept doing this right up til they left for home haha, Todd’s giggles are the cutest

You just need hunger lol #Alternately you can also have them miss class if you'd prefer to feed them - both will result in being taken away after long enough #If I return to this save it's gonna be confusing since both Todds are identical and have the same names lol #I do have a bunch of new clothes! this is such an indulgent au I made for myself that's not even related to selfshipping but i love to imagine the dexholders in a filipino school setting where some of the kids are part of the class officers and this is definitely based on my irl experiences with my old class when I was elementary to... freshman. <3

#ill just ramble in the tags from here on out #the class batch counts from the kanto to the hoenn dexholders - since they're all the most tied to one another #the officer list might change but the ones ive definitely settled were like #blue. he's the president of the class - he's quiet smart but handsome and would be a teacher's pet because he's also oak's grandson #red is vice president - he's a goofy compared to blue but he still has that vibe of someone you can absolutely rely on (and he does it)#would sometimes get told off by blue for being too carefree with his duties but they still go well together as a duo #i think i wrote secretary for crystal!! since crystal would definitely have a lot of biodata on her pokemon #it's only natrual that she'd be pretty good at being a secretary #in my class being a secretary means to keep track of students' attendances and names - basically writing a lot of things!#she's the smartest i like to think shes probably in the same ranking as blue (high honor students)#red is around the middle #green is the treasurer!
