The whole of our Shared World is one giant reactive environment for #AllOfUs and the natural innate ability that we have when we are born into this world is warped by external influences that surround us.

And, that's not even taking into account babies that are born with physical afflictions from the womb...

Just living in this lifetime on this planet is one big major survival-based life event for all of us— even if you may have certain financial means and resources to have a certain level of comfort to be able to sit in an otherwise sheltered bubble.

What's touted as "healthy coping" is often simply shoving us into actual maladaptation to things that we're otherwise told we need to accept as "normal" and this is a baseline of what Women experience especially.

Sometimes, you realize that you are so "successfully" "adapted" and "coping" throughout your life that you weren't even able to recognize the massive dysfunction and resulting dissociation and dysregulation for what it was,

what it is.

It can be really helpful to confront the awful underlying horrific nightmare that is your actual reality and funnel your own energy into healing yourself— which is not the same as this f**ked up concept of "forgiveness" that gets thrown around a lot— especially at Women holding those who mistreat and abuse us directly accountable for their own corresponding choices.
