OP: Show Aemond is quite different from his book counterpart. To start, he's far less of a wild card - and seems like a more rational person overall. He still HATES Rhaenyra, but sticks out as the only male member to actually show decency to other ladies in his family unlike his own father, uncle or his older brother. Further, it looks like unbridled violence against women isn't on his agenda either - something that MIGHT come in handy for his potential arc of not being an awful rapist in the future.
