15. What’s your favorite ship for this character? (Doesn’t matter if it’s canon or not.)

Mereo x Yosuga. I mean... Mereo has stated her type to be (in the Assorted Questions Brigade) to be "someone who can survive a mortal combat with ME!" (and to which Fue commented "aneue, I think that might be too much to ask...")

But I think Yosuga would take the challenge on, and would probably even like it. I wanna see these two brawl. Maybe because I believe Mereo's style of flirting to be "You think you can take me on?! I'm still standing so come at me! Is that all you got!?" while going in for the next attack.

20. Which other character is the ideal best friend for this character, the amount of screentime they share doesn’t matter?

Hmm... I think that he'd get well along with Yami, actually. The same as Ryu. I think those 3 would have a lot of fun together. And... maybe William. I'm not sure if he'd be best friends with William, but I think, interestingly enough, that they'd get along.

25. What was your first impression of this character? How about now?

I didn't really have much of a first impression? He was there along with the rest of the Ryuzen Seven, so he was obviously a tough warrior, but I don't think I thought much more about him tbh. He seemed like the Standard Issue Swordsman(tm) of the bunch. Like... he seemed like the most normal out of the Ryuzen Seven? And since we got some of hic backstory quite early on, I don't think it can be counted as a "first impression" after that anymore.

Hiya anon!

On an unserious note: I think he's kinda hot ngl 👀💕

On a serious note: I like him as a character, at least from what little we've seen of him! He reminds me of another anime character but I can't remember who it is (I keep wanting to say Bacchus or Gajeel from Fairy Tail, but I don't think that's it 🤔!), like his looks, his personality, and him wanting to be introduced to a strong woman reminds me of someone but I can't remember 😭!

I love how he's similar to Yami but is a little different (I think he's a little more cocky than Yami is 🤔), but I also like how he was willing to give up being the Shogun because he recognized that Ryuya was the perfect leader for Hino and is willing to support his friend!

I also like how he pushed Asta and got him to snap out of his "funk" when he first came to Hino, and showed him how to use Zetten. He reminds me of Yami in that "Surpass your limit!" but in a little more of a...forceful (?) way 😆!

Overall I think he's a fun and cool character, I wish we got to see a little more of him, but maybe he'll show up at the end or something and we can see him interact with Yami, Mereo, and the Bulls 😆😁!

His sister looked at him, grinning. "Ah it wasn't that bad, the boat trip. Where are your sea legs?"

The boy looked up "How are you so cheerful? You can't tell me you're happy to have land under your feet?"

She held out her hand and pulled her younger brother back into his legs. "Yeah sure, I'm glad to be back on land too. Now we have to find that little sister of Yami's, what was her name again?"

Leopold looked around, holding his hand over his eyes like a screen. "Ichika I believe."

"You must be the two from far away, the Vermilions or something?" The voice that spoke to them was heavy. deep and had a playful hint in it.

Brother and sister turned and the man standing there was over one meter eighty tall, broad, black hair and had a crooked smile on his face. The man had a sword hanging from his halter. Mereoleona took a step toward him. "And you are?"

"The name is Yosuga Musyogatake, gorgeous."

Filled with disgust at the man before her, Mereoleona pressed her nose into the air. "Don't call me gorgeous, or you won't survive." A ball of fire surrounded her fist.

"You're a fighter, I like that." He licked his lips.

With a snort, she bit him. "Don't think you stand a chance."

The sound of someone clapping their hands very calmly broke the tension. "Yosuga, that is no way to greet our guests." Ichika Yami came to stand next to Yosuga, with a cold look in her eyes. Next to her stood a blond girl with cheerful color attire and an even happier smile. "Hello, strangers," the blonde called out.

Together the five of them walked away. And Yosuga wanted to slap Mereoleona's buttocks but the lioness grabbed his wrist. "Do you have a death wish?"

The man pressed his nose against hers and chuckled. "A challenge, I like it."

Ryuzen 7 vs the Magic Knight Captains is a no brainer.

Ichika managed to fight off Asta, after a 15 month time skip, who was on par with Yami, possibly THE strongest Captain, all alone, with no help, and had to be stopped by Ryuya not to kill him.

Yosuga canonically is the strongest Ryuzen 7 member and was dogging Asta.

Ryuzen 7 SLAM The Magic Knight Captains.

The only reason why they won't die is only because of Rill.
