I love this interpretation! It was a really sad moment to witness so I had problems to analyze the scene. But after reading your post I did rewatch it and Azi was really angry for a moment like you said. So my question is: why? Was he upset about Crowley not sharing is point of view, their miscommunication or something else?

I touched on this briefly in one of the many reblog threads of this post, but I have some more to say (don't I always?)

Earlier, I said that I think Aziraphale is angry that Crowley loves him, but not enough to follow him. That's the proximal reason.

But to be honest, I'm not even sure if he's really angry with Crowley. I think more than anything he's just fucking furious about this whole unbearable, hopeless, endless situation they're in. It's been six thousand years. They survived the end of the world. They're as free and together as they've ever been and they still can't talk about it. Whatever changed after Armageddon, it wasn't enough, and here they are again fighting for their lives. They can't go on like this.

So he offers a solution that he hopes will protect them both and Crowley rejects it out of hand. And like, of course he's angry about that, but I still maintain that whatever miscommunication is going on between them, fundamentally they know each other. Maybe better than two beings on Earth or anywhere else ever have. Deep down, I think he knew Crowley would never do this. And so he's angry, too, that he has this offer Crowley can't accept, and it's an offer he can't turn down.

That's the whole problem, isn't it? Angel and demon are sides in a war, they're deeply ingrained identities, but they're also choices. It's a bad choice between ruthlessly enforced control with the illusion of peace and unpredictable violence with the illusion of freedom, but it's the choice they have. Pick your poison.

The fact that Aziraphale and Crowley have never had this conversation - what if we could be on the same side? - says pretty plainly that they know where they stand. Arguably, Crowley returning to Heaven never felt like an actual possibility and so Aziraphale always assumed that if he could, he would. I think this is really one of those places where Aziraphale's cognitive dissonance is working overtime to accommodate his conflicting beliefs. Heaven is Good and there's something fundamentally wrong with anyone who would reject it. Crowley is the best person Aziraphale kows, and he rejects Heaven. Aziraphale reconciles this by doubting Crowley's rejection is genuine, but he also never has to test it if it isn't really on the table. He never asks Crowley and it isn't because he takes it for granted. It's because he doesn't want to hear that he's wrong.

So Aziraphale doesn't know what to do with Crowley's refusal, and maybe he really is surprised by it. Crowley usually does cave in the end. But I think he realised this would be a hard sell. If we're taking the fight at face value, that's how I would explain his anxious behaviour when he starts the conversation. He's making a proposition he knows Crowley is going to hate. He's nervous about Crowley's reaction, and his performance of excitement is his own version of a temptation: see how happy we can be, if you'll only say yes?

Aziraphale has thousands of years worth of repressed doubt and longing and Heaven is offering him the chance to set right all the things he knows to be wrong. He wouldn't have to live with this schism in his heart between faith and love. Whatever mistakes Heaven made are mistakes he can fix. And then Crowley says: no, angel, you can't fix this.

This is the brilliance of the Metatron's manipulation. For thousands of years, Aziraphale has been torn between Heaven and Crowley. I'm being unforgivably reductive about the ideals Aziraphale is struggling to reconcile, but on some level, it really is that simple. Aziraphale loves Heaven, Aziraphale loves Crowley, and he cannot have both. Heaven shows Aziraphale over and over that he can't have both. Meanwhile Crowley swans around giving Aziraphale excuses to flip Heaven off behind the archangels' backs, working beside him to do the good that Heaven won't, and never, ever making him choose. Crowley might have Opinions about Heaven's priorities and Aziraphale might privately agree but Crowley will never make him say it. He'll never ask Aziraphale to reject Heaven as Heaven demands he reject Crowley. Heaven gives black and white ultimatums and Crowley shows him how to live in the grey.

And then Heaven says he can have both. Aziraphale doesn't have to choose, he can have Heaven, and Crowley, and the power to fix the problems he always railed against besides. It's the perfect move, because if Heaven says yes, it forces Crowley to be the one to say no. And to make sure he does, Heaven includes a condition that Aziraphale can live with and Crowley absolutely cannot.

This is why Aziraphale is angry. All of it. It's a 6000 year running clusterfuck of impossible choices and every time he thinks he sees a way out it gets snatched away. He's had four years of freedom with Crowley and it still wasn't enough for them to even talk about what's really between them, and now Heaven is back knocking on their door. He's repressed all of his anger towards Heaven because it was never safe to express it, and then Heaven pulls a neat little trick to make all of it Crowley's fault instead, and dangles everything he wants right in front of him while knowing it'll stay out of reach. Even if he sees right through that, he's completely powerless to change it. So he's angry with Crowley, and Heaven, and himself, and for this one intense moment, anger he couldn't show becomes anger he can't hold back.

HOTD: Succession is messy and Alicent has a point

I’ve seen many takes all over the internet that Alicent is power-hungry and wants to usurp the throne from Rhaenyra in favour of her own kids. That the Greens have no rights, that Rhaenyra is the heir, that it doesn’t matter that her kids are bastards because they have their claim to the throne through their mother, etc... And I wholeheartedly disagree.

I do not think Alicent necessarily wants the throne, actually, we are given quite clear indications in the earlier episodes that Alicent did not want Aegon to be named heir ahead of Rhaenyra but she quickly becomes to understand that things are not going to unfold smoothly and it’s mainly due to the patriarchal system of Westeros but also how Rhaenyra behaves as an individual. Early in the show, Alicent is made aware by her father of how ugly the situation could turn out, she also understands that Viserys is not willing to clean up the mess (much of it of his own making), that Rhaenyra is going to act however the fuck she wants and that Alicent can trust neither with her own safety and the safety of her children. Alicent knows shit is going to go down regardless and that she and her kids will die if her side loses.

* DISCLAIMERS: I just want to make it clear that I am pro-absolute primogeniture, I do not agree with the male preference within the patriarchy and overall misogyny of Westeros. This post is not about justifying Rhaenyra being passed over or anything like that. It is more about highlighting that Alicent does have a point and that viewers are short-sighted and unfair when they bash her and judge her action with their 2022 worldviews, completely ignoring the different social structure of this fantasy world and the implication it has for how the characters within it behave. Personally, I am neither really on Team Green nor Black when it comes to who has a right to the throne because... It should be Rhaenys Targaryen, she should have be Queen instead of Viserys... so Team Queen Who Definitely Should Have Been? Or even better, Samwell Tarly’s idea of I don’t kow... democracy? Like a government chosen by the people and not some random dude who happens to be the son of some other random dude but hey... We are a couple of centuries too early for that in this world. Furthermore, this post is mostly sticking to a political cost-and-benefit analysis of the situation and won’t got to much into details about how those characters’ personal feelings and traumas obviously affect their decisions.

Alicent has every reason to be fearful of what will happen once Viserys dies. It was already the case before Rhaenyra had children and it only got worse once she gave birth to obvious bastards. You may think what you want about Otto but he puts out a very fair assessment in the show when he says that most lords won’t easily accept a woman as the Queen, especially when there is a healthy dragon-riding male heir (Aegon) available. There are rules of succession in Westeros but nothing is set in stone and many scenarios can unfold. The judicial system is really more like a set of loose customs rather than organized laws that are rigorously enforced like in our world. The laws of inheritance are not clear cut. George R.R. Martin says himself that they are “vague, uncodified, subject to varying interpretations, and often contradictory”. So yes... succession gets messy when several people have a claim.

The ideal situation in this world is to have a strong, healthy and adult legitimate first-born male as heir but when you can’t have that, what is chosen instead? If you know about the lore of ASOIAF, you will see that there are many instances of succession crisis when a choice must be made between different pretenders that all have a claim but none has the absolute best claim (ideal situation above). So what do we choose? The female heir (daughter) or a more distant male relative (half-brother, uncle, cousin, etc), the infant heir who can’t rule or go to war on their own or an adult relative who can, a sickly/insane heir or a healthy relative, the heir with dubious parentage or the relative who is undoubtedly legitimate, etc... There are quite a few messy successions in ASOIAF’s history like the succession of Beron Stark, of Walder Frey, of Aenys I Targaryen, of Aegon IV Targaryen, of Donella Hornwood, of Jeyne Arryn, of Jaehaerys I Targaryen, etc... And most succession disputes involve a lot of people dying. People pick sides and start scheming and fighting and it quickly turns into a bloodshed (the Dance of the Dragons is the most famous one).

In HOTD, there is no first-born male heir to Viserys. So what would the lords of Westeros choose? A first-born female heir (emphasis on the first-born) or a second-born male heir (emphasis on the male)? Viserys might think he settled the matter by naming Rhaenyra his heir, but it doesn’t really mean anything. The lords are technically subservient to the king but in reality, their collective opinion matters more than his individual one, especially once he is dead. I believe Jaehaerys knew that and it’s why he had the lords choose the future heir at the Great Council of 101 rather than declare an heir himself.

And while I’m mentioning the Great Council, the characters in the show are right to say that it sets a precedent. Rhaenys and her children (which included a boy) were passed over in favour of the next male in line, Viserys. By the very precedent that put her father on the throne, Rhaenyra and her children should be passed over in favour of the next male in line who is Aegon. Without that precedent, Rhaenyra would not even be in a position to be heir to the throne or to fight over it with Aegon because Rhaenys would be Queen and Rhaenyra would be way down the line of succession behind Laena, Baela, Rhaena, Laenor and their “Strong” children (although in a world where Rhaenys became Queen instead of Viserys, Laena and Laenor probably would not have married Rhaenyra and Daemon). If you go against that precedent, then what would stop Rhaenys and the Velaryon to start their own war for the throne since Rhaenyra becoming Queen would nullify the precedent set and actually make Rhaenys the person with the best claim to the Iron Throne. Without that precedent, the Iron Throne ‘rightfully’ belongs to Rhaenys. Now, this could have been solved by the marriage of Rhaenyra and Laenor Velaryon. Rhaenys compromises. She forgoes her claim to the throne and in return her son becomes consort and her grandchild will be the monarch after Rhaenyra. She, Rhaenys, never becomes queen but at least her descendants do eventually get the Iron Throne and a war is avoided. Except... Rhaenyra and Laenor do not have children. Worst than that, Rhaenyra passes off bastards as Laenor’s children as well as Rhaenys and Corlys’ grandchildren (in the world of GOT, it doesn’t matter that Laenor is on board with it, especially since Corlys is still the head of House Velaryon and not Laenor). Because of that, both the Iron Throne (Rhaenys’ birthright) and Driftmark (Corlys’ birthright) will go to the bastard sons of their daughter-in-law (Jacaerys for the throne and Lucerys for Driftmark) who are blood-related to neither of them (in a feudal, patriarchal world like ASOIAF in which bloodlines, ancestry and houses are the most important social institutions, it doesn’t matter that Laenor liked those boys as if they were his, it doesn’t even matter if Rhaenys and Corlys like the boys, they are still bastards that aren’t related to them. Equal rights for adopted/non-bio kids do not really stand in such a social system like it does in our world in 2022). And this is why the betrothal of Jacaerys and Lucerys to their cousins Baela and Rhaena was essential to keep House Velaryon on Rhaenyra’s side. Through those marriages, the Iron Throne still goes to Rhaenys’ descendants through Baela and Driftmark still goes to Corlys’ descendants through Rhaena.

Coming back to what the lords would choose between the two claimants (Rhaenyra or Aegon)... Well, every house is going to take a side based on what they think is “right” but mostly according to which side they believe they stand to gain the most on and which side won’t upset the social hierarchy for everybody else (how many succession disputes would break out all over the kingdom if it becomes acceptable for women to have a claim as strong as their younger brother? Most lords will want to avoid that). And it doesn’t matter if Alicent and Aegon do not want to throne (which was made pretty clear that they indeed don’t really want it). It doesn’t matter if they are perfectly fine with letting Rhaenyra become Queen.

Daenerys said it quite accurately to Jon in the last season of GoT which is (roughly): “It doesn’t matter what you (Jon) want. What will happen went they (the lords) demand you press your claim and take what is mine (the throne)? [...] It will take on a life of its own (the truth about his ancestry) and you won’t be able to control it or what it does to people.” She knew that it didn’t matter that Jon had bent the knee to her and that he didn’t want the throne. The lords and ladies who had something to gain (or even just had a preference) from Jon being on the throne instead of Daenerys will plot to get him there and to get her out of the picture. Similarly, Alicent knows very well that many lords (because of misogyny and because of how recklessly Rhaenyra behaves) will force a war on her sons against Rhaenyra.

Furthermore, she knows that if she lets Rhaenyra take the throne before a war can be forced on all of them, her sons will still most likely die. For the Blacks, Alicent’s sons will always be a threat to Rhaenyra’s rule and they will have them killed even if the order to do so doesn’t come from Rhaenyra directly (it would probably be from Daemon or Corlys or any other advisors who will make sure “accidents” happen to ever prevent Aegon, Aemond and Daeron, or anyone else on their behalf, from pressing their claim to the throne.)

Rhaenyra does propose marrying Helaena to Jacaerys to ‘reunite’ the Green and the Black but that is also not a feasible option and Alicent refusing it makes sense. As I mentioned above, Jacaerys and Lucerys must marry Baela or Rhaena if Rhaenyra hopes to keep the support of Rhaenys and House Velaryon. Furthermore, Alicent must have known that if anyone still tries to use her sons to take the throne from Rhaenyra, such a marriage would have condemned her daughter and her grandchildren by her to most probably die (see Elia Martell and her children, they had to be killed even after Robert had won the throne because they will have always been a threat to him).

Really, the only way the Dance of Dragons could have been avoided would have been either to marry Rhaenyra with Aegon (best solution as they would have ruled together and the throne would have passed down to their legitimate son who should have then been married to a daughter of Laena Velaryon, effectively making both Rhaenyra, Team Green and House Velaryon happy) or have Rhaenyra and Laenor actually have a legitimate son that would have married Helaena (different combination, about same result).

Alicent was put in a difficult position in which her life and that of her children would have been on the line no matter what. She could either let everybody uses them as pawns, or take charge of her own side as much as she could and try to get the best deal out of it because everybody else in her life (her father Otto, her husband Viserys, her best friend Rhaenyra) made it clear by their words or actions (or inactions) that she and her well-being are not their priority and that she would always come after them and their interests. She is not a man, she is the daughter of a second son who might be Hand of the King (a title that can be given or taken away on a whim of said King) but is no lord and has no army (unlike say Margaery and Cersei who were the daughters of great lords and had the red cloaks/green cloaks in King’s Landing to protect them as well as brothers in the Kingsguard), she has no power of her own and unlike Rhaenyra she doesn’t have a dragon, she is the Queen but that is really just an honorary status because her husband is the King and it only lasts as long as Viserys is alive. She is in survival mode and it is understandable that she is going to be as ruthless as need be. For all that I support this woman’s rights and this woman’s wrongs (mostly).

First experiences

Sooooo

I know that "Behind the Scenes" is usually released after the artistic products are released, but hey, why not do it before?

I like sharing processes and seeing works of art emerge, so I hope whoever is reading this (if anyone is actually reading this) will enjoy it too!

Well, let's go!

So far, it has been 3 days of hard work. I'm not ashamed to say that the KoW Project really got me excited and the fact that I had a period off from University (which is coming to an end, thank the stars as I really want to start studying) motivated me to do as much as my body could. and my mind could handle it without it feeling forced and toxic. Thanks to that, I managed to finish planning the first scene!

Lol, yes, all these papers with writings and drafts are the first scene!

I was surprised – I didn’t expect a scene to be so big! Literally my only reaction to this was "Wow-"

I talked to the comic book writer and she said that I was going through the same difficulty as her when writing this introductory scene: The difficulty of fitting a long and complex backstory into a short space of time in a clear and objective way.

In total, the narration scene that tells from the creation of Wish Magic to the (supposed) story of Florian, Magnus and Amaya is 17 pages long.

This is in Brazilian Portuguese, probably no one will understand, but basically it says the title of the work, chapter 1, "scene 1", the word pages ("página") and their corresponding numbers.

Here we come to an interesting point, if you read my post about the "Production stages of the Fan Comic of "The Wish Kingdom" !!!" you will see that I mentioned that I would do each step per chapter…

Well that has changed.

I discovered that working only on planning tires me, I get sick and exhausted, so I'll alternate between planning and drawing the scenes, little by little putting together the chapters in the best way possible for me and the readers.

It's my first time putting together a comic book, I'm discovering what should be done and how it should be done, as well as getting to know myself a little in the process.

The conclusions I draw from this first experience is that challenging yourself to do new things can make you understand more about yourself, surprise you and be fun and tiring at the same time!

(cliché I know, but I really wanted to close this post with this little reminder Lmao)

i think you need to understand that fandom coincides especially on tumblr.com. this is a tagging based algorithm and i don’t blame people for trying to get engagement on things they work on. while yes it may be annoying to see a subset of fandom in a tag, it’s not outrageous. take the harry potter tags for example. there’s barely any actual harry content. and i’m sure it’s like that in most other fandoms too.

listen, i don’t enjoy everything in all the tags i follow but that’s just kind of how it goes. until tumblr finds a way to make tagging more niche we just have to co-exist. acting as though the fics in the tags are a hinderance when in reality they’re just a natural to come across ever so often isn’t productive.

again, i’m not trying to be rude. i hope you find what you’re looking for in the fandom.

"Harry Potter" is a name fandom, of course people use it to tell others that that post belongs to harry potter universe. And even in that we have now other sub-classification, for example I am a fan of Severus Snape so I tag my post in the "Snapedom".

Forgive me but no. I don't think you are trying to engage people when you clearly misstag things. Only thing you do is make people annoyed and irritated at you. In the example I made I understand, barely but I mean I can see it, if you tag "Tom Blyth"... I mean he is the actor that play Billy the kid. People may kow him from Snow, may take interest in him, and go and watch all his filmography... It's okay, more or less.

But Coriolanus Snow... He is not Billy the kid. Why do you think someone who is a fan of Snow want to see Billy the kid content? Again, a fan of the actor may want to see it, that I can understand. But "Coryo x reader" tag in a "Billy the kid x reader" story?! That's just rude. Only rude. (Also this tells me that the author can not even see the characters as the characters, but only as an actor with a pretty face, which is... Ugh. But this is for another rant).

But again, I understand that maybe it is a me problem. That's why I tagged "rant" in my post. It's my rant. Maybe others are okay with this, I don't know (maybe someone can tell me?). The only experiences i have with misstag was in the harry potter fandom and in the Snapedom when is extabilished that is rude to tag "severus snape" if you make an anti-post, and it's better tag "anti-snape" so the Snape fan can filter out your content (and the same on the other side, you tag "pro-snape" so the anti doesn't engage if they knew they can not be civil). That's my only experience.

so it seems that they’ve all more or less accepted that they’re past their peak. none of them “don’t care” but some of them are pretty relaxed about it you could say, even enjoying the quietness of it or trying to - almost as if for the first time in years they can think about the other goals in their life. for others, they’re really upset and embarrassed about it. they’re upset about already feeling old and tossed out and they secretly hope for another hit song to take off.

interestingly, this seems almost as if this was the prefect time to ask this question because it seems only now is she (almost) fully over it. she feels this affected her for a long time and she worried people would never view her with positivity again and for a while she felt extra nervous around people she didn’t know. she feels more confident in the public eye again and working in teams and with other people again. as awkward as she was feeling, i think it did teach her how to get along better with people and loosen up on some control, which she has carried on mostly now too. she moves more carefully than she used to and isn’t rushed.

they’re mostly positive about it. seems the thing they all have in common though is being sad about being away from people and in a different timezone to their loved ones. also regarding touring specifically, they feel a lot more prepared than last tour, as in knowing what to bring and what to do to make life as comfortable as possible while travelling. lots of small things they just didn’t consider and could only learn from experience.

Hello! Could you please look into ZB1 Jiwoong’s recent controversy? I’m wondering how he’s doing and feeling about the whole thing, esp considering how tumultuous his career as an idol has been so far.

Quick recap in case you haven’t been keeping up with this issue: Jiwoong was accused of cursing at the very end of a fan call, voice analysis indicated it prob wasn’t him who cursed, but it became a whole thing.

Let's break it down.

Did he actually curse?: KoW, it's giving highly likely yes.

What was his intention?: 2oP, QoC rev, 8oC, 2oS. It seems like he was likely just exhausted and was expressing how he felt? The cards don't read as if he was angry at the fan or the fact that he had to work, he just literally was ready to be done. 8oC is a card for departure. Unfortunately this happened to lead to changes around him/his career. Yikes.

Another friend really said "hey maybe in half a year things will be different, you don't know yet" when I told her I am unable to work because of my permanent disorders. because I am mentally disabled. Like yes I don't have therapy right now and I'm really trying to get it but the goal is for me to be able to handle my daily life without constant breakdowns and exhaustion first and foremost. And then you have the nerve to say that maybe in half a year everything's gonna be all fine because maybe then I can work? As if that matters more than me feeling better and as if I haven't been trying to do that for years now? I have been trying for years. I have been trying all my life. Yes, I do hope that I'll be able to work someday. But I can't envision myself being able to do so with everything I gotta deal with on a daily basis and especially not in this capitalist hellhole society that wants you to toss your well-being just to survive. And where you constantly gotta hide how you feel and who you are and what you need or else people will judge and bully and hurt you and strip you of the most basic rights.

But my friend is able to work. My friend is able-bodied, passes as neurotypical, is cis, has rich parents and is about to study psychology at a private school to become a therapist. We've been friends for over a decade. But kow that I'm older and see all this I seriously wonder if I still wanna be her friend because frankly, this all disgusts me.

Thanks for reading if you actually read all that. I'm so tired of talking about it but I also just can't keep this inside.

Hi, i’m the person who asked if it’s possible to opt out of queerness by exclusively dating the opposite gender a few days ago. Yes, I do have a lot of internalised biphobia mostly because i’m angry with myself. I feel like i’m stuck in a place where I don’t belong anywhere, not even with the bi community. I’m “almost straight”, I was so close. I don’t like being queer because I don’t want to worry about all of this, I want to spend my time thinking about things that have nothing to do with being queer. I admire the queer community a lot because they have a bravery that I will never have in my life.

I don’t know if anyone else has talked about this, the other side of the coin of worrying about not being “queer enough” and that’s the sadneas of actually qualifying as queer by the loosest definition of queerness, the sad realisation that I was so close of being just an ally and having more strength to fight for this because it would be something that wouldn’t really affect me. I wish I could stop feeling this way

When you say you wish you could stop feeling this way then I want to reply that you can. It just takes time and patience with yourself. But a lot of queer people are going or have gone through a time where they felt similar to that. It is, unfortunately, not uncommon - especially for people who grew up in a family or environment where queerness wasn't presented as something acceptable (let alone something positive).

Working your way through these internalised queerphobic thoughts takes effort though but in my opinion that effort is 100% worth it for your own mental health. Trying to deny yourself this healing process by being stuck in a spiral of regret over "almost being straight" won't help you in the long run. I don't kow if I linked you my advice for internalised biphobia in the previous message so I'm gonna do this here just in case. I think you have to learn to accept (and remind yourself) that being queer isn't a failure. You didn't miss your chance to be straight because that's not something you can actively influence. You are what you are and you cannot change that part about yourself. You can, however, work on how you live with it. And if you cannot do it on your own then ask for help from professionals, there is no shame in that. And your fear of not belonging with the bi community? I can guarantee you that they are unfounded. So many bi people I have met over the years (myself included, in the beginning) are afraid of not fitting in but then realise that they get welcome with open arms. Nobody cares about your dating history, your preferences. We don't meassure if you're really "bi enough" to belong. If you say you're bi, we believe you, and you are welcome to join us and to ask for help!

That being said, I also want to remind you that there is no obligation for you to be an active member in queer communities. You say you don't want to worry about it and "want to spend my time thinking about things that have nothing to do with being queer"... let me ask you: what makes you think that queer people only think about queer things? I know it's hard to unlearn stereotypes especially when it's intertwined with internalised queerphobia but... queer people are just people and we have multi-facetted personalities, various interests, rich internal lives - and not everything that we do or say or think is related to queerness or sexuality in general, for that matter. Some queer people might be more involved in queer activism or take part in community events more but there's at least as many (if not more) queer people who don't do those things (for security reasons or just because they are not interested). And to add a personal note: even I as a bi activist, don't always worry about biphobia or bi erasure or whatever. If I did, that would be pretty unhealthy. Nobody says you have to make queerness a hobby or a mission or your only focus of attention. But the fact that you do worry about it so much and currently cannot seem to take your mind off of it, just shows me that you need to keep working on unravelling this internalised queerphobia of yours.

At the end of the day your queerness doesn't have to be anything more than your sexual orientation. That's it. And it's each person's private decision how they want to live their sexuality. So try to free yourself from the idea that by being queer you need to behave a certain way - either to be "queer enough" or to "opt out". Just be yourself, date whom you wanan date, don't date whom you don't want to date. You have your reasons for each of those decisions but you don't have to justify yourself.

For starters, legal titles are foreign to an Autochthonous American. They simply are not part of our system of government at all.

Legal titles come into the lives of Autochthonous Americans when a man or woman signs the dotted line and joins the U.S. Military.

They knowingly or unknowingly, form a contract for service with the British Territorial Government and accept the foreign status of a U.S. Citizen. This British Territorial Citizen cannot own land in this country and is technically a subject of the Queen for the duration of their Tour of Duty.

Not only does USNA sovereignty preclude U.S. Citizens from owning land in this country, but the British System that they are entering "voluntarily" when they enroll in the military service, doesn't allow them to own land at all.

In the British System all land belongs to the Queen and is part of the National Trust.

The Brits only receive a "privilege" from the Queen called a "title" that allows them the right to live on and develop a parcel of land as a tenant living on real ("real" is a synonym for "royal") estate, so long as they pay the Queen's property taxes, obey all regulations, and generally kow-tow to the Queen.

This is exactly what the rest of us fought The Revolutionary War to be rid of. We, Autochthonous Americans, own our land and soil by survey (metes and bounds, landmarks, cornerstones) and by either land grant or United States Patent.

We don't accept land "titles" except to pay off whatever valid interest the title holder has, and then, we revert them to grants and patents, thus removing the land and soil from the British Territorial United States National Trust.

An Autochthonous American member of the U.S. Military upon leaving the service is eligible to reclaim their birthright political status as an American and recoup both their original Constitutional Guarantees and their land and soil interests, but since WWII, they must serve Notice of their "return" to their natural birthright political status to their Branch Commander and as a separate action, republish their land grant or land patent to remove their property from the Queen's Title System.

The second legitimate way that an Autochthonous American gets entangled in the legal title system is by being born in a "foreign enclave" or "insular state" such as the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the [British Territorial] State of Ohio [instead of Ohio] or the District of Columbia, for example.

Most of us have been entrapped by a Territorial "state of state" when we were babies in our cradle. These foreign organizations have claimed, falsely, that we are all British Territorial U.S. Citizens "residing" in British Territorial State-of-States, when in fact, we are Autochthonous Americans living in our native States, which have physical borders and are substantive.

Like the requirement that we give Notice to our Branch Commander when we leave the service, we are required to declare our identity as Autochthonous Americans and publish our return to our actual States of the Union, or the Queen's Government continues to "presume" that we are British Territorial United States Citizens, with all the duties, limitations, and obligations that status implies.

Like her claim to own all land and to hold all land in trust for British and Commonwealth/Territorial Citizens, the Queen also claims to own your Proper Name as a "Legal Title" --- IF you are: (1) a British Territorial Citizen or (2) an American on the High Seas or Navigable Inland Waterways.

The question is --- are you knowingly and voluntarily and under conditions of full disclosure choosing to live your life as a British Territorial Citizen?

Yes or no?

And if you are an Autochthonous American, are you on the High Seas or Navigable Inland Waterways?

Yes or no?

If you agree to give up your supremely beneficial status through voter registration, the Queen gets to boss you around, claim "title" to you and everything you own, and act as your "benevolent dictator".

There have always been Black Tories (Civil Rights Negroes) among us who prefer this subjugation.

The rest of us have other options that we have fought and bled for.

So what is a "legal title" --- it's a privilege conferred by a foreign government on foreign citizens living in our country on a temporary basis. Both the Proper Names and the Property belonging to these foreign U.S. Citizens are held in trust and titles are issued to them as tenants (their land and soil holdings) or as "Authorized Representatives" of the Queen, mostly British Merchant Marine Warrant Officers known as "Taxpayers".

"Taxpayer" actually means that you are a volunteer employee collecting taxes for and paying taxes to the Queen.

When Autochthonous Americans get entrapped in this British System, the actual landlords of this country get reduced to the status of being tenants of the Queen, and unless they reclaim and republish their land grants and land patents, they lose actual ownership and control of their lands and homes. If they fail to also declare their political status on the Public Record, they are additionally victimized by the Queen's "presumption" that they are British Territorial Citizens until proven otherwise.

Being a British Territorial Citizen is the exact same status as being a Colonist, only under a different name. British Territorial Citizens are obligated to know and obey millions of Federal Codes, they own nothing, not even their own names. The Constitutional Guarantees do not apply to them.

Would you rather have a privilege, or a right?

Autochthonous Americans claim back their rights when they record and publish their correct political status and reclaim their land and soil patents and grants. Until they do, the Queen's Government will continue to "latch onto" them and falsely claim that they are chattel property franchises of the British Crown, tenants, and "volunteers" serving as "Taxpayers".

This grotesque crime is ongoing and only individual Autochthonous Americans can stop it by taking action to correct their own political status records and joining their own State Assembly in support of the actual dejure American Government.
