I want your opinion on something. Do you think it's better to try and the the cards of the character you like or skipping some to brench out? Like, say you're a fan of Leona. Should you try to get all of his bday card and stuff or stick to one and get other characters ssr?

personally, as much as I would like every single card...I gotta ration my keys, so I focus on my favorites!

which isn't to say that I only pull for certain characters no matter what! more that I take a good long look at every card that comes out and go "do I really want this one? like...really really want it?" (the answer is usually yes, but -- look, the art in this game is very pretty, okay)

honestly, from a gameplay standpoint, I think it doesn't matter too much whether you focus on pulling for specific characters or not. there are very, very few points where actually having a good mix of characters is important (Those Two Stages in episode 6, where I think you can use retry tickets for the easy mode? and also guest room battles if you care about those) and you'll probably end up with at least one halfway decent card per character just from doing 10-pulls and events. so even if you're only pulling for Leona cards, you'll still end up getting a bajillion other characters as well. follow your heart! chase that grumpy lion bliss! ✨🦁✨

So, Mina in the Bad End AU, I was having a hard time getting her “voice” as it were, and then I had the thought-she doesn’t have one. There was an attempt made to fulfill her wish—and attempt Jonathan stopped, and Turning mostly fixed, but not before it cost her voice.

The lack of an ability to speak doesn’t make her any less a force, especially towards Dracula. Her being turned by him does give him a certain amount of ‘control’ over her, so that she can’t just rip his throat out, and she knows that with how things stand at the moment her family is somewhat beholden to his “hospitality”. And I think he enjoys trying to goad her into darker acts of vampirism (under the justifications of giving Jonathan a break from being their shared meal, and creating a world where her son could walk free without fear of being staked)

But she also knows she’s got all the time in the world to come up with a vengeance to rain down on him sweeter then anything else she could possibly taste. So she waits and plots in silence…

CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THERE’s NOTHING ROMANTIC HERE. The vibe if anything is the Sith Apprentice bidding their time to overthrow their hated master and they both know it.

hi i'm having more autagorn (autistic aragorn) thoughts. i think that because elves are elves i think he grows up like. not really standing out as Weird because elves are Weird. and then when he goes on his big adventure to rohan and gondor all these people are like wow this guy has to be a ranger he's so strange and he Stares at us and he knows so many things about old epic poetry. so he kind of flies under the radar because he has that Eccentric Swag. but then decades later when the rangers come for the final battle everyone who interacted with aragorn in the thorongil days is like wait our king is just Weird these other guys are just like us. idk i just like the idea of all the other rangers of the north being like the gondor guys in that they're battle harded and good at their jobs but not super eccentric. and then aragorn is just there autisming away
