Front+back of my battle vest (if you can call it that)
Many people would put studs or spikes here, but I don’t have that so I’m putting metal beads and soda can tabs!
A patch my mom gave me and a charm from a Frozen necklace from like, a loooooong ass time ago lawls.
Trans flag patch that I knitted (messy af)
Aaaahhhh I love this patch so much because one of my friends made it for me, finally got it sewed on yesterday! Also “keep running” because I got bored in class and wrote random crap all over it.
The first measure of Welcome To The Black Parade.
Into the woods because what else would I put there? I am bored in class writing random crap on my jacket, what is another logical explanation?
March on, killjoy. I’ll probably put a patch over this one, tho.
Against me!
Zip-off sleeve. I did this yesterday, gonna do the other arm today.
Visible mending+random keychain I got at an art fair.
that’s about it for now, I would have more political stuff/slogans but I live with my parents and idk what they would think.

Gender jacket V2: day 8
THE PATCHWORK IS DONE!!
It has been a labour of love but I’m really happy with how it all came out. This is pre-spikes and buttons, all the patches are on there and I even unexpectedly received another “no terfs on our turf” patch that fits like a charm as well.
Bonus pic of the area I’m honestly proudest of ^
If you can read notes, good for you!
The other progress days are in the tag “gender jacket reform”!!

My fall jacket needs two fixes before it's put up until autumn again.
Here's the first tear
And it's fixed.
I'll try to finish the other tear in-between planting in the afternoon.

Patched and Reworked Denim Jacket - Sketch & Final Garment
Personal project for myself reworking dad's denim
All the denim used in this oversized trench was pieced and patchworked together from several pairs of old jeans. The mismatched, patchwork affect from the differing denim washes is amplified with plaid and floral cotton patches.

"Battle jacket" but instead of crust patches it's a 80 year old soviet great coat that killed Nazis in WW2 and the threadbare parts are mended with folk embroideries
