"All of the mercs would be homophobic and racist" NO THEY WOULDN'T!! You mean to tell me that nine mentally ill hired killers, all of which coming from a game that's hellbent on taking old and tired tropes and cliches and subverting them in new and funny ways, would just be generic bigoted people because of the time period??? NO CAUSE UR BAJI WRITING GOT ME THINKIN BOUT SITTIN ON HIS FACE NOW

Tumblr media
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀then fuckin' do it nonny. Go ahead. Take a seat! There is plenty of room; insert baji patting his cheek excitedly.
See, me personally; I believe Baji gives mediocre head. But let's imagine, in an ideal world, sex god Keisuke licking and sucking at your pretty little pussy! You're sopping wet, his arms impatiently sliding your thighs apart as he slots himself in-between them. His grin is dogged, and he likes sucking on your clit more than he likes long licks - his grip steel-strong as he keeps you from squirming away from him; unflinching eye contact as he watches you fall atop of him.
He do like to flick the bean. Sometimes he switches his angle up and tries to see how far he can worm his tongue into your hole (that dude’s tongue kinda got length) and see if he can make you finish that way.
Making you cum from head alone is a huge ego boost to him.
Baji also likes teasing you with his teeth, gently grazing across sensitive flesh jus’ so he can feel your thighs tremble a little in his gasp. He’s laughing between your legs, and you squirm.
(He saves the biting for your thighs, don’t worry.)
! penis’d reader below,
Our Keisuke is an absolute semen demon.
Granted, I think he’s worse at sucking dick, but his enthusiasm is absolutely unmatched. What he lacks in skill he makes up for in creativity, too.
He will slob on your knob dutifully indeed; hardly stops to take a breath - sucking your dick like how he’d like his to be sucked. He is throating you. With how hard he goes at it, brother man could suck golf balls through straws. Respectfully; he is sucking your dick with the implication that you’re gonna be returning the favor later - he’s a tit for tat guy when it comes to you.
And while it's not his favorite thing to do, he has definitely gargled on balls before- he’s a slut, what more do you want from him?

Pluto in the 6th house
Tumblr media Tumblr media
These natives have perfectionist tendencies, it is likely that in their past they have been judged for having made a mistake or not having done something well enough. They are demanding of themselves, and their keen eye for detail is often used more often on themselves. They put all their energy and attention into the task at hand and always try to do an outstanding job. They can be high-strung and lack optimism, so they feel like they always have to be alert or ready for whatever comes their way. Thinking about the future causes them great anxiety but they never allow themselves to be nervous or insecure in front of other people. They like to have total control of their actions, which is why they often clash with people who are demanding, possessive, or who limit their personal and creative freedom. They have an excellent mind for strategy and have unmatched organisational skills, they have an excellent work ethic that stands out for loyalty, efficiency and responsibility. Many of them fear making mistakes or failure in any of its forms. Many of these natives feel tormented by uncertainty or not knowing what is going to happen. If the Sun, Moon or Mercury is badly aspected, it is likely that the native gives the impression of wanting to have everything under control.
They are very careful about their personal hygiene, they can be very neat and demanding when it comes to cleaning the place where they spend the most time. Change, especially one that is very abrupt, can cause them some discomfort, since many of them find it difficult to adapt to new things [especially if they lack Mutable placements]. They are people who have wounds related to trust and feeling intimate with someone, surprisingly they tend to help others to heal these same wounds, since they have a stable personality, understanding and above all, very loyal. These people are very devoted in all areas of their lives, but particularly at work. Some of these natives may work as psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, in the business sector, in any position of power, accountants or a job that requires researching, obtaining or organising information. Something that usually occurs with this placement is that the native can quickly climb in their work environment, becoming highly respected, admired or even feared for their position and abilities. They tend to attract envious people in the work area or people with whom there may be a certain power struggle / excessive competitiveness.
These people may have problems accepting their body image and losing weight may be something extreme, or they lose it very easily or it is very difficult for them. They do not usually have a large appetite and may frequently skip meals. These people tend to work a lot or push themselves a lot, some can border on workaholic [enhanced if it's making hard aspects with Saturn, Mars or MC ruler], rone to stress and are likely to have multiple burnouts due to the enormous amount of overexertion. They do not like to ask for help or it can be very difficult for them. They can deeply dislike criticism. These people are very interested in self-knowledge, they know themselves very precisely and, just like with themselves, they seek to really and deeply know the people who mean the most to them. They are not superficial, nor false in any way, they always like to be authentic and firm before what they consider correct or true. In case of having pets, they always try to take good care of them, so that they do not lack anything and many of them can be very attached to them. With Pluto here, it is likely that they experience a phobia of a specific animal [arachnophobia, musophobia, cynophobia, entomophobia, apiphobia, etc.], this may be something they experience as children or something from a bad experience. These people are very protective of pets and may have a dream or desire to help as many animals as they can. They do not tolerate any kind of negligence.

THE PROBLEM WITH FABLE is a video essay uploaded to YouTube on November 19, 2023. Despite being the channel’s only video, it was quickly picked up by the recommendation algorithm and gained nearly half a million views in its first week. The half-hour video examines and critiques Fable’s concept. Sentiments in the comment section were almost evenly split between agreeing with the video’s premise, and 2000-word essays about how it's wrong. Three days after the video was uploaded, the comment section was disabled.
Tumblr media
CHAPTERS AND SELECTED EXCERPTS
THESIS STATEMENT [00:37 - 1:04] … The problem with Fable has always existed. It’s built into their concept—the very foundation of any group. A single concept doesn’t have to be a bad thing, if a group can properly execute and then push the boundaries and truly explore their concept. Fable does none of that. They get on stage in their hanboks only to perform pop song 8265734—now with gayageum.
THE ONLY GOOD PARTS (WHEN THE QUALITY IS BAD?) [03:42 - 6:29] … Before we get further into the bad, there are two—and only two—parts of their Korean concept that make sense. First, Korea has become such a large part of their image that all of their endorsements and brand deals are with South Korean companies. Hell will freeze over before a single Fable member represents a Western brand or product. Second, their dedication to Korean song titles is unmatched. In a surprising power move, Zenith Entertainment usually refuses to provide English translations.
PROBLEM #1 [6:30 - 15:44] … The greatest problem with Fable's concept is their inconsistency. It's been five years and they can't make up their minds about what they want to represent. They cherry pick what they want to represent. An instrument here or an outfit there. Slap a traditionally significant symbol—tiger, magpie, persimmon—on the album cover and call it a day.
For Fable, Korea exists in a bubble, which is obviously not the case, eschewing centuries of cultural mingling throughout East Asia. Their album titles are sajaseongeo—four character idioms—with roots in Chinese chengyu and similar to Japanese yojijukugo. Far from unique. For another example, Confucianism plays a major role not in their music, but in their variety shows and other content. As the state religion and governing philosophy throughout the Joseon dynasty, it was obviously highly influential on traditional Korean culture and eventually Fable. But in their promotion of the ideology, they miss out on swaths of history. While Confucianism’s five constant relationships permeated every social class, philosophy and learning were restricted to the upper class yangban. Which of course, Fable loves to represent themselves as. They’re always kings and noblemen and scholars—without a single mention of the common people.
Aside from ignoring social class, they also ignore half the population—women. It was, for lack of a better word, shitty to be a woman in Confucian society, and it continues to be shitty to be a woman in a society still strongly influenced by Confucian values. And yet Fable glorifies this past, where women were subservient to fathers and husbands and sons and not much more than property. To make matters worse, they do this all in front of an audience of teenage girls and young women. It’s doubtful that the people in charge of Fable’s creative direction and marketing have ever felt the touch of a woman.
PROBLEM #2 [15:45 - 22:39] … While Fable hasn’t figured out what they’re representing, they’ve certainly figured out who’s doing the representing. The treatment of their two diaspora members—gyopo, dongpo, whatever term you want to use—stands out from the treatment of the rest of the group. Andrew has expressed his frustration with not being able to participate in the group’s music as much as he wants to. And then there’s Mingeun. It’s impossible to talk about Fable without talking about Mingeun’s scandal at the peak of their career, when it was revealed that he had pretended to be a South Korean national for two years. That supposed secret alone should make it obvious that when it comes to the two of them, something is different. It speaks volumes about their goals as a group—fully Korean, for Korea, to the point where even diasporan Koreans don’t belong.
In an ironic twist, their refusal to entertain anyone other than “pure” Koreans becomes even more representative of contemporary Korean society. As the nation’s economy becomes increasingly more globalized, its social attitudes still remain firmly in the past. In Fable’s single-minded focus on Korean history, they continue to perpetrate such ideas. While one kpop group is not going to solve racism in South Korea—an issue deeply entrenched in their hermit kingdom past and the years under Japanese occupation—it becomes hypocritical for them to work so hard to export their culture while being intolerant of others.
CULTURAL REPRESENTATIVES [22:40 - 27:03] … No exploration of Fable’s concept and marketing would be complete without a mention of their nickname. In 2021, they became known as the “cultural representatives of kpop” by netizens. They've seemingly embraced the nickname since, if the way they've never switched up their concept is any indication. Which begs the question: why are they so intent on this direction? Kpop—with its idol culture inspired by Japan’s idol industry and the very industry inspired by the American one—is distinctly un-Korean. Kpop is instead a hybridization of cultures, with musical genres invented by Black Americans and its commodification of art invented by American capitalists. If Fable is really so intent on representing traditional Korean culture, then where’s the pansori song or sijo lyrics? Being the nugu face of the tourism industry—next to much bigger groups like BTS and Blackpink—is not enough. They need to do something other than appear in a Korean Air commercial and gush about how nice Jeju Island is at this time of the year.
SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTON [27:04 - 29:12] … The inconsistency and hypocrisy of Fable’s concept does more harm than good. They promote a glorified version of history completely inaccurate to the actual past to impressionable young people and kpop stans incapable of thinking for themselves.
If you enjoyed this video and want to see more, make sure to like, comment, and subscribe.

New Blue Sun: A Review
By: Akuma Nensho
11/17/23
Tumblr media
With his most recent release, New Blue Sun, André 3000 shines as a ray of creative freedom and aural creativity in a world overflowing with pop singles and formulaic rap. Without any lyrics or rapping, this genre-bending record is proof of his limitless inventiveness and steadfast dedication to pushing the frontiers of music.
From the very first note, this album transports listeners to a realm of ethereal beauty, where the virtuosic melodies of flutes and other woodwinds weave a tapestry of sonic textures that are both captivating and deeply meditative. André 3000's mastery of these instruments shines through in every composition, as he effortlessly blends traditional techniques with avant-garde experimentation, creating a soundscape that is both familiar and otherworldly.
Although André 3000's use of instruments is a radical shift from his earlier work, it seems to be a logical next step in his creative development. His versatility has always been demonstrated by his ability to move across genres with ease, from the psychedelic experimentation of The Love Below to the Southern hip-hop of OutKast. With this latest CD, he demonstrates an unmatched mastery of the instrumental medium, pushing his versatility to new limits.
The album's dreamlike aesthetic is further enhanced by its lack of vocals. Without the distraction of lyrics, the listener is forced to engage with the music on a deeper level, allowing the melodies and rhythms to wash over them and evoke a range of emotions. This approach demands a certain level of active listening, rewarding those who are willing to immerse themselves fully in the sonic experience.
I believe that New Blue Sun has the potential to inspire a new generation of musicians and listeners alike. It is an album that shows that music can be more than just a catchy tune or a clever lyric; it can be a journey of self-discovery, a catalyst for emotion, and a source of profound beauty.
André 3000 stands out as an example of artistic integrity in a period when trends and commercialism are typically the driving forces behind the music business. It is evidence of how music has the ability to transcend genres and establish a very intimate connection with listeners. I have no doubt that this record will go down as one of the most significant and important albums of our era.

Beloveds, I realize that finals are approaching soonish and I wish to give you all a word of caution that you should keep in mind while writing term papers or doing research or what have you.
Beware Lit Reviews.
Specifically, beware of treating literature reviews as a source to cite and not a collection of sources the author lovingly, tenderly hand picked for you and you alone to read for yourself. A little laziness goes a long way in fucking up an entire field of research!
To illustrate my point, I bring to you a tale of woe.
6~ years ago I published a research paper. It wasn't exactly *groundbreaking* in my field but it was the first original research to bundle a few different phenomena into one big causal mess. The original research and data analysis I did was by no means a precision instrument, but it was enough to support my argument, so I concluded with the academic equivalent of "needs more research but not by me lol you guys have fun tho" and then threw it to the wolves.
A relatively well-known (within the field) tenured professor found it and did the academic equivalent of saying in an old-timey talent scout voice, "Hey kid, you've got something good here! A little fixin' it up and you could sell it to any studio in Hollywood!" (Wrote a thing saying the theory was solid and giving suggestions for where to take it from there, basically.)
The original author had unfortately already taken their diploma and fled the country (academia) because their radical ideas were too much for the old guard (had a mental breakdown), and therefore could not be reached for comment. Instead, someone else who no doubt meant well decided to shoulder the cause and said, "This is a clearly something of growing interest. I don't have an eye for new original quantitative analysis, so I will instead compile a lit review to help whoever comes along next!"
Carefully, lovingly, with great respect for every brick in the ivory tower, they collected my paper and the two referenced by the Professor as suggested reading for anyone considering continuing my research, along with a small number of vaguely related papers, and presented what I shall affectionately call the Catalyst.
The Catalyst was a work of art, in all honesty. The creativity and inspiration in selecting what papers to include and tie together was unmatched, the raw enthusiasm (and incomprehensibility) of the various summaries was stunning, and the presentation of their conclusion (Needs More Research) was such chaos, such beauty, that in the blinding light of its glory one could be forgiven for succumbing to the follies of wisdom incarnate - and yet, there was a pure truth to it that could not be denied.
Or so I thought!
Along came a researcher I shall derogatorily refer to as the Fool.
The Fool had seen the professor's call for more research, and I can only assume they intended to do just that. Unfortunately, their review of what little existing research there was began and ended with the Catalyst, and they lacked the divine touch of forbidden knowledge that the First Paper's author, the Professor, and the Catalyst's author possessed (which is to say a propensity for insanity - all of us had fled the country at least once, to my knowledge - and the basic ability to read a statistical analysis), and so their understanding of the Catalyst was limited at best.
By limited, I do, of course, mean nonexistent. They managed to take away incorrect conclusions of nearly every single paper listed, not to mention the Catalyst's assessment of the state of the theory overall. They were thus left with a theory that seemed self evident but was directly contradicted by what little quantitative research existed. Had they taken just one step past the Catalyst to look at the First Study, or even the other references, this entire tragedy could have been prevented; alas, they must have been so overcome by the Catalyst that they felt unworthy of the others.
For researchers in a somewhat broad field seeking something new and interesting, what better fuel is there than a theory that should by all rights be correct but, according to all known laws of physics (one guy who misunderstood a lit review), is not?
The Fool thus managed to spawn MULTIPLE YEARS and DOZENS OF PAPERS and HUNDREDS OF HOURS OF WORK from academics ACROSS THE FIELD trying to solve such a mystery, ultimately leaving the First Paper a minimum of five links deep in citation chain, far beyond the reach of the average sociologist.
It was at this point that I, Author of the First Paper and Thinker-Upper of the Theory of Great Consternation, saw my usual email update from the archive and noticed a higher volume of new downloads and citations than was typical, opened semantic scholar dot org out of curiosity, and discovered the absolute mess that had been created.
For a few days, I considered my next course of action. Should I emerge from my hermitage? My exile? Should I once more walk the golden wheat fields of my homeland and write a general response, despite no longer belonging to any institution in particular? Surely Elsevier, with its complete lack of publishing standards or academic integrity, would publish it.
All ends well, though, if only just this once. The Professor wrote a new paper, in which he said the academic equivalent of "You guys are fucking idiots. Did any of you actually read the First Paper? How are any of you academics? How do you sleep at night? A scourge upon ye!" The chatter then calmed as people realized the Theory of Great Consternation was actually normal and there was nothing to be excited about.
Just a few months ago, another paper appeared, now from the creator of the Catalyst. "Yeah," said they, "you guys are really lazy and it's kind of funny."
Thus ends my cautionary tale. In order to avoid the kind of misunderstanding as between the Fool and the Catalyst, I will give it to you plain:
A lit review should be used to get a general idea of what already exists and as a tool to find actual sources, NOT to get a summary of those sources without reading them or to, god forbid, use it as a source itself beyond mentioning it was useful and thanking the author for their effort.
In conclusion, further research is needed.

Grave of the Fireflies
Tumblr media
Studio: Studio Ghibli Director: Isao Takahata Adapted from: Grave of the Fireflies by Akiyuki Nosaka
"Why do fireflies have to die so soon?"
On my journey to finish every ghibli film known to man, I stumbled upon Grave of the Fireflies. It's almost too late to be reviewing this now because it feels like a crime to say "I watched a lot of anime" without ever mentioning this piece of art.
The story is adapted from a semi-autobiographical short story of the same name written by Akiyuki Nosaka. The story starts with our two central character, Seita, uttering "September 21, 1945. That was the night I died." As viewers, we are left confused of what could this mean and where will this journey take us. Stories of anything regarding 1945 never go on a happy go lucky journey anyways. We are introduced to our key emotional trigger, Setsuko, the little sister of Seita. Studio Ghibli depicts a doloric story written by Akiyuki Nosaka with precisely beautiful frames and animation unmatched. Any movie by Studio Ghibli never ceases to amaze the audience with their sheer passion and dedication for animation. Losing both parental figures to the war, mistreated by their distant aunt and having no place to go to, the siblings take up shelter in an abandoned bunker, barely getting anything to eat.
The stakes are high with the emotional burden of Seita, who now has nobody who'll help him take care of his sister. They lack food, shelter and every modicum of comfort they could even think of having during the scarcity of war. It's unfortunate what becomes of them, yet they learn to find happiness in the small things. They'd pass sleepless nights catching fireflies, lighting up their shelter with a sort of glimmer of hope. Even at the brink of death caused by malnutrition, you can see Setsuko making mud dumplings and offering them to Seita. Of course, it was only hunger that drove her to those actions and not the search of happiness in little things. It was sad. It was painful to look at.
In the end, Seita managed food for her little sister. He is happy now, that he can finally feed his little sister. All those beatings he took to steal food for his sister, the anguish he could justify only for his sister will bear a fruit after a long time.
The last words of Setsuko happened to be "Seita, thank you." That made Seita happy, his little sister can finally eat some food. She closed her eyes, never opening them again and finally you understand what the starting line from Seita actually meant.
It all hurt quite a bit more after you heard the author say that his short story was an apology to his dead sister. He could barely feed himself during the war. He felt relieved when his sister died too, like a heavy load of weight off his shoulders. This story was a reimagination of what the author would've done, and that hurts every bit more.
Thanks to Grave of the Fireflies for casting light upon another side of war that I'm glad to have learned about.
You know those moments where a movie character will speak out the name of the title and you'll be like "he said the word"? Well, the title dropping for this will make your heart wrench simply because of how aesthetically and emotionally pleasing the scene is. It's heartbreaking and makes your heart filled with empathy. Any writer with such creative allure holds his heart filled with childlike empathy, giving us a poignant feeling of despair.

Alex Forbes - Astrological Birth Chart
Tumblr media
Sun - Aries
Those with the Sun in Aries are gifted with a direct, fiery nature that makes them one step ahead of the crowd. They take charge of a situation, and their sense of certainty usually makes others fall in line. Aries loves to start anything new, and they have trouble sitting still. These people are also very charismatic. Things are never dull around them, as they crave excitement and adventure. They are full of the fiery warmth and energy that comes from the Sun. This is why they love a challenge and will meet it head-on. They will do whatever is necessary to complete the task.
They usually have creative ideas and great theories to put into practice, and others often see them as visionaries because of that. But they would rather do something physical to expel all of that energy. Their bold attitude can sometimes be overbearing to others. Aries dark side is to be selfish, a bully, a smart ass, or physically threatening. Their brash manner comes off as mean or hurtful, and they’re not very subtle when they disagree.
Their drive to succeed is as large as their ego, making them relentless in their pursuit. And even if they get knocked down, they will jump up and go in for more. Nothing can keep the Sun in Aries people from getting what they want. And if someone they care about needs their help, they will offer this incredible willpower to them too. Their loyalty is unmatched.
Ascendant - Gemini
These are people who love to ask questions, to move around freely, and to mingle. Definitely restless and often quick in physical expression, natives of the Gemini Ascendant exude an air of impatience even if they don’t mean it. In fact, there is a cleverness to Gemini Ascendants that can intimidate some, especially sensitive folk. Their facility with words can be a wonderful asset, although sometimes Gemini rising individuals identify too much with their mental agility and forget, in their personal interactions and communications, to nurture the people around them.
They have a rather cool and intellectual demeanor. These natives are often quite witty and clever, their observations are sharp and the overall manner is a tad brusque. As children, natives born with a Gemini Ascendant are often labeled as the intellectual, inquisitive, and perhaps odd child. They are given to analysis and making sense of their world. Their powers of observation are well-developed, they are mentally active (more often than not, their minds are racing!), and they almost always have something witty to say. Many feel their upbringing lacked some warmth.
Gemini rising people tend to have lean, tall and limber bodies. Not only will their body be long, but their limbs will be lengthy as well (think: legs, arms and fingers). Many have eyes that truly sparkle like stars, and they tend to look very youthful and vibrant.
Moon - Leo
Lunar Leos require lots and lots of love and care in order to function well in the world. When they feel slighted, these people can be dramatic in their emotional displays. When their pride has been hurt, they are given to big scenes and sulking. Moon in Leo folk are very proud, and they are rarely happy to follow orders.  When they feel comfortable, they do like being the center of attention. There’s an early compulsion to show off, and if left unchecked, this natural desire to be center stage could lead to a melodramatic personality. They often feel a need to organize, and even control, their families and friends.
A foundation of pride keeps the Moon in Leo from showing too much vulnerability. In love, they are a dedicated partner, and will have no problem letting their significant other -- and the world -- know how they feel. But just as they give to others, Leos expect the same admiration and devotion in return. They put their whole heart into relationships, and their sense of Self is bound up in who they are with. They can be bossy, dogmatic, arrogant, stubborn, selfish. They can hold on to resentment, like other fixed signs, and will shun those who have shown disrespect.
Mercury - Aries
Hard-hitting, edgy, brilliant are words to describe them. But so are abrasive, pushy and brash. Mercury in Aries make quick decisions–so quick that you might think they don’t much like thinking things over. Their decisions are often driven by the need for instant gratification. They are generally quick and to the point, direct and candid, and some may even think their style is crude at times. They can come across as downright aggressive, but that usually happens when they encounter opposition to their opinions and ideas. The fighter in Aries makes this Mercury one that does battle for their ideas or perspective. An attack on their thinking can be experienced as a personal attack, and they go into fight mode quickly if they're challenged, and some never admit they're wrong.
They favor starting new things. Aries is not attached to outdated ideas, and generally adopts an enthusiastic style. They have a visionary intelligence that is sometimes on the idealistic side. There's a physical aspect to their mercurial style—they literally get up in your face and are wildly animated. Their faces could also get flushed.  The dark side of (mercurial) Aries is letting loose speech that's cutting and mean-spirited, and a tendency for brutal honesty. Their need for verbal sparring can make them confrontational, always escalating conversations into arguments. They provoke others through language, and at extremes can be ruthless in their teasing. The need to be brilliant and "win" debates means they encounter others as adversaries, even those they love.
Venus - Aquarius
They want you to see them as unique, rebellious, and a little provocative. They are attractive when they are acting a little aloof. They want you to acknowledge and appreciate that they don’t follow the beaten track in matters of the heart. They are attracted to unconventionality, independence, and freedom as themes in their relationships. They march to the beat of their own drum and don’t seek the approval of others. They have a great, unique vision of where they're going in life, and no one is going to stop them or make them think differently.
When it comes to personal appearance, they express themselves creatively and tend to look striking in some way. Experimentation is the spice of life, and it gives them a thrill to surprise others with something new.
They don’t want to follow all the rules, although they may make quite a few of their own. They can appear quite standoffish at times, and are threatened by restrictions of any kind. Pleasing Venus in Aquarius involves letting them know just how interesting they are and putting up with their occasional need to act superior on an intellectual level.
Mars - Scorpio
Mars in Scorpio natives love to challenge themselves to do the impossible. They throw themselves into what they decide to do with concentrated energy and awesome willpower. They have the potential to exploit others–they see through others and rely heavily on their gut feelings. They are attracted to taboos and enjoy scenarios in which the “other” is giving in to them, wants them completely, and will do absolutely anything for them.
They are mesmerizing and are drawn to charisma in others and intense scenarios.  They've got the classic smoldering intensity and look a little dangerous, too. They've got great stores of emotional power and energy stirring within. They come across as observant, self-controlled, and yet ready to pounce on an opportunity. They have an instinct for the energy of others and what's unseen, like hidden desires. They can get obsessive, and hold on to others in a mysterious way that's borderline vampiric. Still waters run deep, and emotions are intense and overwhelming.
They are prone to acting obsessively, and likely find it hard to forgive and forget. Theirs is a combo of risking it all and then dealing with the fall out. They've got hungry eyes, which is another turn on for those whose gaze they meet.  They're turned on by fights, especially when followed by make-up sex. They often mix aggressive handling and primal energy with tenderness and possessiveness.

About the FT executive producer and writer, Robbie Rodgers, I did remember when he signed a letter opposing the BSD movement who wanted to boycott a queer festival held in Israel https://www.creativecommunityforpeace.com/blog/2022/10/19/sia-debra-messing-and-others-join-200-entertainment-industry-leaders-in-rejection-of-the-cultural-boycott-of-israel-and-their-support-for-israels-largest-lgbtq-film-festival-and-its-partic/
That letter was released by the Creative Community For Peace that's anything but that, go check their IG account (ccfpeace), absolutely unhinged. I personally won't assume JB is a zionist, but trying to deny that that show isn't done by zionists is not it. The support for Israel isn't some casual thing that that man has done, it's been consistent over time.
I always remember an answer that James Baldwin gave to a white gay journalist, Richard Goldstein, talking about feeling distinct from other white people: "I think white gay people feel cheated because they were born, in principle, into a society in which they were supposed to be safe. The anomaly of their sexuality puts them in danger, unexpectedly. Their reaction seems to me in direct proportion to the sense of feeling cheated of the advantages which accrue to white people in a white society."
For me, that's exactly the nerve that the successful pinkwashing of Israel touched with white gays, their preferred target audience.
Feeling very disgusted by this. Thank you for sending the article. Fellow Travelers is really made by the scum of earth isn’t it? Yikes. I can’t believe people are falling for this show, the power of two attractive white men is unmatched. I’ve seen shows and movies get cancelled by people for way less.
James Baldwin perfectly summarised the thing with white queer parole who fall for Israel pink washing. They don’t even spare a simple thought for the queer people who live in Palestine. It’s just lack of compassion and it’s heartbreaking to see.
Anyway, boycott Fellow Travelers and its producers, writers and streaming company

She reserved for herself the full right to her life
A small note at the beginning: the text below was what I presented during my first ever scientific conference this month. The main theme of this event was types of artistic methodology and research, and it was directed at people who knew exactly nothing about Przybyszewska, therefore the readers of this blog probably know all fo this already. I still feel like putting it out there, because I care about spreading awareness of Przybyszewska’s existence and uniqueness any chance I have.
Stanisława Przybyszewska remains to this day relatively unknown, as was the case for the majority of her life. She was painfully aware of it, especially since she has grown up by the side of her mother – Aniela Pająkówna,  a celebrated Polish painter – as well as growing up in the shadow of her extremely popular father, Stanisław Przybyszewski, a writer whose fame only few could have matched back in the day. There is no surprise then, that little Stasia from very early on decided not to settle for anything less but to be celebrated as a genius she always felt she was.
Her life was marked by hard work since the very beginning. Given her mother’s unlucky circumstances, she was a witness to how a woman can – and must – survive on her own, with a small help from friends and family, but mostly making living through her own works. It was in a time and place where this much independence was not yet taken for granted for women, and it surely reflects in Stanisława’s later life. Her mother made sure Stasia was extremely well educated when it came down to artistic subjects, taking her to exhibitions (which in the 1910s in Paris were understandably on a very high level) and paying for private lessons in painting and violin; she also always encouraged her to write, and send the fruits of her labours to the distant, mysterious father. Because Aniela was dying from tuberculosis, she made precautions for Stanisława’s fate and secured mentors and guardians from among the family members and close friends, of whom she was sure they would continue pushing her daughter onto the path of greatness.
It did pay off. Stanisława was a very well educated young woman, whose only fault at the time was that she was too interested in too many subjects at once and so she tried her hand at everything, unable to decide on a career path for longer than few months. In her defense, it has to be said that as a child she proved to be brilliant at everything she tried, from painting, through philosophy, to mathematics. Aged 13, she wrote this in a letter to her aunt: Luckily I'm not as bored as I used to be, I found two things to do: [one is] journaling, the second one is easy - […] drawing [passers by]. It requires a lot of craftsmanship, which I would like to train myself to possess. Beside that, I'm studying anatomy for artists and would like to combine fine arts and science, namely electrotechnics and mechanics, but it's almost impossible. I do some sports with monsieur Geroges, namely running, gymnasticks and a bit of fencing. But that in itself isn't much, I don't know enough about fencing yet. Having received her education in various european countries, she spoke several languages and she thought about becoming a painter, a violinist and – naturally – a writer.
While this last choice seems to be heavily influenced by the mysterious on-and-off presence and absence of her father in her life, it was the best one she could have made. Not many of her drawings and paintings have survived, but those which did show off her creativity rather than enormous talent – the later lack of artistry could also be an effect of prolonged morphine usage. The epoch in which Stanisława was growing up was filled to the brim with brilliant painters of both genders (it was a golden age for female painters in Europe, who started gaining artistic and personal independence at a rate unmatched by any previous period in history), the competition was fierce and she surely would not have gained recognition for her visual works. In fact, she knew it herself, having dedicated the entirety of the year 1926 to painting only (setting writing aside, even writing for solely financial purposes as a feuilletonist to a newspaper), but to her dismay, she realised she had not had sufficient talent to lose herself in fine arts. And if she had chosen violin and became a musician, she would not be remembered for much longer after her death. The ephemeric nature of music, especially in times with limited recording technology, would not play in her favour. Thus, choosing literature and theater was the surest way to establish herself as a prodigy.
Due to the lack of family ties she inadverently gained independence at a fairly young age and had to make a living somehow. She tried working as a teacher, later as a secretary and a clerk in a bookshop, but all of these mundane tasks bored her to death. Aware of her exceptional talents, she felt she was wasting away the potential she could exhibit some other way. Luckily for her she did not care for the money – and even more luckily for her, her distant family cared about her and sent her small allowance, just enough to get by. This enabled her to fully immerse herself in the creative process of researching, writing and correcting the texts she wanted to publish.
What were the prevalent factors in making Przybyszewska a great author? In my opinion, a lot of this boils down to strict work ethics. When one takes a glance at her life, it’s clear she was not necesarily predestined to become great: born a bastard, orphaned in young age, betrayed by her father (who sexually abused  her, emotionally manipulated her and introduced her to morphine, resulting in her lifelong addcition), widowed after only two years of marriage – none of this set her on an easy path. Were it not for her aunt Helena Barlińska, Przybyszewska would not have suffficient means to live, nor another person to confide in through letters. Because of her reclusivity and uncompromising way of being, she did not have many friends, and she usually managed to lose the ones she had made. It was as if she did not care at all about what others thought of her, or in what conditions she lived in (and these were abymsal), if only she was permitted to work.
After years of being a gifted child, a good student of various schools and private classes, she was well equipped to discipline herself into a literal working machine. This aligned perfectly with her views on humanity and personhood – she maintained a vision of them that was decidedly mechanical, or even robotical. She demanded of herself an inhumane amount of focus, regarding this as the only sure way to achieve greatness. Soon after her husband’s death in 1925 she cut almost all of the ties with the society and set on the path to become an impeccable author the only way she knew how: by putting herself through a regimen of hard work. I shall never be free, do you understand? Never. A succession of twenty-hour day of ever-heavier work until I die. [...] Today I have no personal life anymore. I cease to be a man: human sensibility, human feelings, desire – all these gradually wither and fall away in that hellish temperature of concentrated effort. I am becoming an impersonal, monstrously expanding, inflamed brain. Today I can see what is happening to me because I have time... and I feel strange. said she through words of Robespierre, her most famous character, but she was expressing her personal views on the matter in the same time.
The date that marks a shift from her previous actions (when she still tried numerous „normal” jobs and hoped for a financial independence from her family) is beginning of 1929. It is then that Przybyszewska writes to her aunt for the first time after 3 years long period of silnce: I have decided on what my profession would be. Two years ago; rather early, isn’t it? – I could be a writer, or nothing at all. Because, aside from this, I am not fit to be anything else, not a cook, nor a stenographer. [...] All questions aside, I flirted with  literature ever since I was seventeen, but until I was twenty five I had serious doubts. My own works were not trustworthy enough. Now I am certain and will act, not only feel, by it. It means that I reserve for myself the full right to my life – this means Liberty with a capital L – no matter the price. And it is quite steep. Firstly and foremostly, it’s my dignity. And comfort. And safety. [...] I know from experience that one has to have their full powers at their disposal, if one wants to work in a creative field. [...] Therefore I balance myself just above the surface of Hades by means of miraculous acrobatics and divine interventions in the eleventh hour. Ever since this day, she fully proclaimed artistic independence rather than any other – looking at it from another side, her deciding on becoming a writer as her sole occupation, meant becoming a parasite as well, passively preying on her benefactors.
There is no doubt, though, that she took her decision very seriosuly and turned out to be a relentlessly hard worker, which can be proved by her epistolography. She has left as her legacy only a handful of creative works, but it’s letters where her natural talent shone. Thanks to professor Stanisław Helsztyński they were all gathered and published some 30-40 years after her death and can now offer a glimpse into her everyday life. Her life – which consisted of little more than writing and rewriting her own works, or pondering over them; she wrote sometimes about everyday matters, especially political ones, but rarely with genuine interest. Her world was then small and narrow, but incredibly deep to plunge into, which created a perfect space for honing her craft.
It is from her letters that we know what her normal day of work looked like. Her American biographers, Jadwiga Kosicka and Daniel Gerould sum it up this way: The pattern of Przybyszewska’s daily existence was rigorous but dreary: eight to ten hours of serious work (her artistic ‘output’), done almost entirely by night, occasional trips to a nearby grocery store to buy essentials on credit [...] visits to her German doctor Paul Ehmke to ger prescriptions for morphine, without which she could not concentrate or write, ventures out to the tobacco shop to get cigarettes (another addiction), or to the newsstand to buy papers, which she despised but could not stop reading, and rarer outings to the movies (she [...] found film superior to theater [...]). It is worth noting that even if she spent ‘only’ ten hours on the physical act of writing, almsot all of the other actions she undertook during the day were aimed in one way or another at bettering herself as an artist; even morphine she considered absoltely necessary for writing, while she abandoned such ‘luxuries’ (which any other person would consider ‘necesities’ rather) as kerosene for her stove. And in fact, the life described sketches in just few lines how self-denying her existence was.
Another part of a work-oriented life is undeniably studying. In the case of Przybyszewska, whose works were based on a specific period in european history (the Great French Revolution), this aspect was even more important. She researched Robespierre in times when it was in fashion to demonize him in order to jusitify the Dantonists. She studied in depth Albert Mathiez’s history books, the only ones who at least partially spoke to her convictions. Out of all of numerous plays about either the fall of Danton or the fall of Robespierre that had been written up to that point, she was the first to present a thouroughly Robespierre-centric point of view. She felt so misunderstood and alone in this position, she was often frustrated with her studies, but nonetheless, she persisted and almost all of her works depict this period of history.
How was it that a person so completely focused on work alone has produced not much more than what we now know to be her texts? Only three dramas, only one of them celebrated and fully finished. It’s important to say, too, that despite their excellency, she faced refusal after refusal when she tried to show them on stage and during her life time it looked like she would never be able to do it (the only premiere she had she did not even go to, sensing that the director did not do justice to her vision, and the play was taken off stage in a record setting time). A handful of short stories, which were not published in fullness until few years ago. Even lesser amount of sketches and paintings, which were never exhibited at all, and are stored away in the national archives in Pozna, never to be seen. The regimen she put herself through was her final undoing. She kept losing herself in her work, literally going mad whenever her cheap, rusting typewriter was  in need of repairs, but did not agree to any help, including medical (after refusing to go to a drug rehab, she lost the last source of income she had). Just like characters from her works, she finally lost the battle of intellect&spirit, and flesh – in this instance: weak, plundered by addiction and malnutrition flesh – finally gave in. She died of an unknown cause, of which the most probable was freezing to death in her own apartment.

OKAY so since people are apparently super into my previous banban post, i might as well dump some more lore i had for this... au? fanfiction?? reimagining???? idk let's just get to it
SO, basically, there's this organization called Nouvelle Vie stationed in Montreal, Quebec, and they specialize in biological experimentation, research and development. Previously a progenitor of other lesser-known medical institutions and facilities, Nouvelle Vie broke off to become its own conglomerate when their researchers down South discovered something off the coast of San Fransisco; Givanium, a rare, unidentified material was uncovered from one of their underground mining operations, and observations indicated that the strange new element was somewhat organic in nature. Though it couldn't be shipped off back to HQ in its raw, transitional state, on-site testing provided valuable insight into Givanium's stranger qualities. When it came time to retrieve the veins for experimentation, Nouvelle Vie came to discover that they lacked funds for a proper extraction, meaning that they'd have to seek out a donor in order to further their research... luckily for them, it just so happened that, at the time, an up-and-coming daycare center by the name of "Bonbon's Kindergarten" was looking for a way to implement live entertainment and character interaction, using innovations unmatched by the competition... and Nouvelle Vie had just discovered the right tool for the task of giving life to these characters.
it should be noted that, when Banban's Kindergarten was starting out, Banban and Banbaleena were the only two of the cast to be implemented. The rest of the Givanium monsters were integrated by the Kindergarten's marketing and creative teams, who took the creatures created by Nouvelle Vie and dressed them up for public consumption.
i'm probably a bit crazy for putting THIS much work into my banban fanfictioon's worldbuilding, but GODDANG IT i'm DOING IT ANYWAY

Week 27-29 march
One week before semana santa!!! yayy full classes and the funnest week yet :3 27: For this class I need to talk about the activity, last week we got pairs (via seeing who had the most similar shoe to ours and then standing next to them) I got paired with Ortiz :3, and together we decided to make an amazing play, we based our script on a theater piece called ¨Decir SI¨ which had a premise about power and being dominated, we played a married couple in a house, however the husband was a submissive person and the wife was dominant and angry at the husband, so a scene plays out of showing this relationship until the wife kills her husband because she's tired of his wrong doings basically.
For the actions I loved how I played my character, being upstage and setting everything up, it was like last week where I did improvisation however this time I had a plan, we had rehearsed, and we knew what we needed to do, I got up on stage and so the story began, for my character I focused on the submissive part and fear, playing someone with very telegraphed actions that were predictable with a constant shake on the legs and fingers, it showed anxiety, and it represented how common this was as the character never felt or showed fear around how he felt, it was a routine. He wiped the floor after he spilled a drink, he made two coffes for her with different ingredients couse she knew she liked many things. he was happy and tried to show affection when he thought he did the right thing but always had a sad and defeated look when he didin't. He tried to get out but died. This character I made I think was represented in a very well done manner, I think I gave the vibes of this type of relationship, however I must note that it was excessive the ticks and movements, I used the stanislavski method for this, utilizing emotions and experiences to try and portray this character however exactly due to this it's bad that I acted too much on the little details. Thing the teacher noted to me after the play where there was general intention One play I enjoyed was the one of Paola and Ana Vale, couse with the given dialoges they made a story which utilised one diaologe as one and had a very very unique story with a dead person, a sstory about grief, discovery crime and sadness with 5 lines about giving coffee, their creativity was unmatched and while I think there was a lack of stanislavski in their acting with very little emotions, it was a good play which I enjoyed. :3 I learnt a lot this class and finally got to act a scripted play in the class!!! I enjoyed it and well as you saw it was a new experience which had me put a lot of thought into it. :3
Tumblr media
29:
We started with a very interesting activity where we used the same partners from the script, and we had to asign one person to be a and one to be B then we took turns trying to immitate each other, I was with Ortiz and well it was.... it was xD
Tumblr media
We were laughing and laughing all the time at the beginning couse it was weird to stare at her while she stared at me, I felt a bit insecure however when we started copying each other and going into movements which required a great amount of precision that stopped. While we weren't perfect, but we did do pretty well from time to time altough we focused on doing things too quickly, at least for me, I was intrigued to see how she would react to different movements I made and see if she could keep up altought I shoul've tried to have her follow me with precision. We also had sometime where we had to not copy each other but follow a movement that felt natural, here we did horribly xd it was clear either one or the other took initiative to talk about something, so it happens, not really lletting things flow... but oh well
Tumblr media
We then continued with the feedbakc about the plays. There was a great emphasis on simple actions to tell big stories, if you want to tell a story you must be able to justify it. Alex's Cordovas play was discussed about and asked to be replayed for the purpose of trying to make a clearer story, utilizing better props which showed the space we were working on, and also change the story and acting a bit to tell a story which was just a woman who came to the funeral of her brothers after 20 years to a woman who left her family for 20 years to pay the cancer bills of her brother because she was at work, and her brother being mad and angry she left while not understanding the reasons and being bitter in his brother's funeral as she handed him a bitter coffee. They reshot the scene and now it was longer, more emotion and the sister was clearly a familiar of the brother so that was improved, there was a shift in tones which depicted her true colors of a bad person, and the thole dissinterest of the brother. Which was the true intention of this play, to draw attention which was made possibly with the actions by changing tones changing movements and more. Theater must be always expressed in a clear demener.

I absolutely adore scrying as a method of divination especially as someone with aphantasia. I simply cannot see things in my head, but I can see the most clear, beautiful images when scrying. I will literally scry in any medium I have available. I’ve done carpet fibers, clouds, orange peels, water droplets on m y shower, the way my hair falls during a haircut, etc. Still, my favorite is fire scrying. As a little pyromaniac, the joy of having a fire plus using it to connect to spirit around me is unmatched.
When I was learning it, I found a lot of resources on scrying lacking. I might make this into a series because I do feel like there are a lot of factors that we simply do not give a second thought when it comes to scrying. This post is going to focus on setting up before a scrying session.
Before I even start building the fire, I start with my intention. Very often, I’ll have a vague question or goal, and I ask that Spirit guides the session to lead me to the answers that are most important or  relevant to my current situation. Some examples I’ve used in the past are: “What should I focus on during this period of my life?,” “What spirits (if any) are around me that want to tell me something,” is there anything I need to be watching out for?,” and “what symbols should I be paying attention to right now?” I personally recommend keeping the question vague and allowing for a lot of room for interpretation. Scrying, in my experience, is great for big picture questions as opposed to more specifics. Especially since you can start vague then follow up with other forms of divination or communication to get into the details.
Now that you have the goal in mind, you can begin to think more about the actual fire. If you want to use herbs or other ingredients in the fire, gather them now. Think about both intentions that you are bringing to the fire but also what is safe for me to burn. It’s all fun and games until you are inhaling smoke or your fire is much bigger than you want. If you want to add herbs, I always suggest holding them in your hands and throwing them into the fire after you get it going as opposed to including it into the fire while building it. Get super creative when adding things to a fire though!! I add in paintings I made, braided ropes I made with the same intention, my own hair/nails, and even candles! (I can make a post about any of these additions on their own right too honestly.)
[This is my favorite thing to consider.] When you pick your wood for the fire, play around with the shapes of the wood! If you are doing a fire on choices/decisions you have, pick a branch with multiple breaks in it to represent each path, or you can layer a few on top of each other with each piece representing separate paths. You can choose specific trees that align with your intention (after researching the safety of burning them…), and you can add leaves, pine needles, pine cones, flowers, etc. If you have wood from a store (which is normally what I use as a base and add smaller branches I dried myself on top to make the above symbolism), you can cut them into smaller pieces to play around with.
When you are choosing kindling, you can write intentions, incantations, and sigils on pieces of paper that you include in it. I make my own fire starters with colored wax that I charge with energy and intention for each fire to continue to layer the same intention behind that scrying session.
So now you have your kindling added, any additions, and your wood placed in the way that makes the most sense for you. I’ll use the charcoal from other fires to draw sigils/bind runes under the container for protection and to further amplify the intentions. You can also add the same runes on paper into the fire. I might add salt around the fire inside the container or simply push the charcoal in the dish around to create a circle.
When I scry, I usually make it into a whole event, so I’ll set up a blanket, make some tea with similar intentions, maybe bring some candles, or set up sigils for my guides as well. Then you can start the actual session! I might make this into an entire series where I detail the actual fire and how I close sessions.

Prime Benefits of Sending Postcards Online
The digital age has revolutionized how we communicate, and while emails and instant messages are predominant, the charm of postcards remains. However, sending physical postcards can be cumbersome. This is where sending postcards online becomes a game-changer. Here are the prime benefits of sending postcards online.
Tumblr media
1. Convenience and Speed
One of the most significant advantages of sending postcards online is the convenience it offers. Traditional postcards require you to buy the card, write a message, purchase a stamp, and then find a mailbox. Online postcard services streamline this process. You can choose a design, write a message, and send it—all from the comfort of your home. The postcard is printed and mailed for you, often reaching the recipient faster than traditional mail.
2. Customization and Personalization
Online postcard services provide extensive customization options. You can upload your own photos, choose from various templates, and add personalized messages. This level of personalization makes your postcards unique and more meaningful to the recipient. Additionally, some services offer features like handwriting fonts, allowing your digital message to maintain a personal touch.
3. Environmental Impact
Sending postcards online can be more environmentally friendly than traditional methods. By reducing the need for physical cards and stamps, it cuts down on paper usage and transportation emissions. Many online services also use sustainable materials and eco-friendly printing processes, making it a greener choice for environmentally conscious individuals.
4. Cost-Effective
While the initial cost of an online postcard might seem comparable to traditional postcards, when you factor in the convenience, time saved, and lack of need for stamps and postal trips, online postcards can be more cost-effective. Additionally, many services offer bulk discounts or subscription models, further reducing the cost per card.
5. Accessibility and Reach
Online postcards can be sent to any address worldwide without the hassle of international postage rates and complications. This ease of sending makes them perfect for keeping in touch with friends and family across the globe. You also avoid the risk of your postcard getting lost in international mail systems.
6. Digital Integration
Another prime benefit is the ability to integrate with digital tools. Many online postcard services allow you to sync your contacts, set reminders for important dates, and even automate the sending process for birthdays, holidays, and other occasions. This integration ensures you never miss an important date and maintains consistent communication with your loved ones.
7. Tracking and Confirmation
With traditional postcards, once they’re sent, you have no way of knowing if and when they arrive. Online postcard services often provide tracking information, so you know exactly when your postcard is printed, mailed, and delivered. This feature adds peace of mind and ensures your message reaches its intended recipient.
8. Creative Expression
The digital format allows for more creative freedom. You can add digital artwork, use various fonts, and include multimedia elements like QR codes that link to videos or websites. This creative potential can make your postcards more engaging and interactive compared to their traditional counterparts.
9. Bulk Sending
For businesses and event planners, online postcards offer the advantage of bulk sending. Whether it’s for marketing campaigns, event invitations, or holiday greetings, you can send hundreds or even thousands of postcards with a few clicks. This efficiency is unmatched by traditional methods and can significantly boost productivity.
10. Preservation and Memory Keeping
Online postcard services often provide digital copies of the postcards you send. This digital archive allows you to preserve memories and revisit the messages and designs you’ve created over time. It’s a modern way to keep a diary of your travels and communications.
In conclusion, the prime benefits of sending postcards online lie in their convenience, customization options, environmental impact, cost-effectiveness, and enhanced reach. The integration with digital tools, tracking capabilities, and creative potential further add to their appeal. Whether for personal use or business purposes, online postcards offer a modern, efficient, and charming way to stay connected.

From Culinary Adventures to DIY Projects: Why Cut Resistant Gloves Are a Must-Have
Tumblr media
 Exploring the Culinary Realm
In the bustling kitchen, where creativity meets precision, the risks of accidental cuts and nicks are ever-present. From chopping vegetables to filleting fish, every culinary adventure comes with its share of hazards. It’s in this dynamic environment that the need for reliable hand protection becomes paramount.
Traditional kitchen gloves, often made of cloth or silicone, provide minimal defense against sharp blades and kitchen tools. While they might shield against heat, they lack the robustness required to withstand the sharp edges of knives or the slicing action of mandolins.
Enter cut resistant gloves, the unsung heroes of culinary safety. Crafted from high-performance materials like HPPE (High-Performance Polyethylene) fibers, these gloves offer a level of protection unmatched by their conventional counterparts. With their innovative design, they provide a barrier against cuts and slashes without compromising dexterity or comfort.
Imagine confidently slicing through an array of ingredients, knowing that your hands are shielded from potential harm. Cut resistant gloves make this scenario a reality, allowing chefs and home cooks alike to focus on the artistry of cooking without the fear of injury.
From the bustling kitchens of bustling restaurants to the intimate confines of home kitchens, cut resistant gloves have become indispensable tools for culinary enthusiasts. They offer peace of mind and confidence, empowering cooks to explore new techniques and recipes without hesitation.
Tumblr media
 Venturing into DIY Territory
As we step out of the kitchen and into the realm of do-it-yourself projects, the need for hand protection remains just as crucial. Whether you’re tackling woodworking, crafting, or home improvement tasks, sharp tools and materials abound, posing significant risks to unprotected hands.

Understanding Cut Resistance Levels:
The effectiveness of cut resistant gloves is measured using the EN388 standard, which assigns gloves a cut resistance level based on their ability to withstand cuts from various sharp objects. Gloves are rated on a scale from 0 to 5, with level 5 offering the highest level of protection.
Enhanced Design Features:
Modern cut resistant gloves employ innovative design features to maximize protection and comfort. Seamless knitting techniques ensure a snug fit, while coatings or reinforcements in key areas enhance durability and grip.
Breathability and Comfort:
Despite their robust construction, cut resistant gloves are designed to be breathable and comfortable for extended wear. This is achieved through strategic ventilation channels and moisture-wicking materials, ensuring hands stay cool and dry even during intense tasks.
Durability and Longevity:
Unlike traditional gloves that may wear out quickly, cut resistant gloves are built to last. The combination of advanced materials and superior construction techniques results in gloves that withstand repeated use and washing, maintaining their protective qualities over time.
