When questioned, he questioned the logic, stating that if their ancestors could receive the water, why not his distant farm?
This insightful encounter led Guru Nanak to impart a timeless lesson: honoring ancestors through meaningful deeds, not rituals. In a gentle, yet profound manner, Guruji urged them to focus on actions that truly honor their lineage. The people, enlightened by his wisdom, bowed in acknowledgment.
