Now that Ram Mandir has been opened can I honestly share what I feel? No, I'm not on the side of the extremist Hinduism nor am I on the leftists I just want to take a neutral stand here.
To everyone saying it's just a political agenda and Modi is using Ram mandir to appease the Hindu vote bank. Yes, and? I think we all (even the Hindus) know what game he's playing here. My house was conflicted yesterday. My mother and nani (grandma) were sobbing on finally getting Ram lalla's darshan yesterday on TV, my nanu (grandpa) wasn't supporting any of it. And I was torn. Torn between celebrating a historic moment and rationalizing whether it even deserved to be celebrated. His return deserved to be celebrated yes but the extreme Hindus who shower flowers with one hand and with the other hand throw stones on innocent Muslims of today who never took away our beloved Ram ji away in the first place. Would Ram ji have wanted this? He would've wanted us to celebrate yes but not at the cost of harming others. I condemn the acts of discrimination against the minor sects of society, everyone who's got to suffer because of this. In Mahabharata too, the minority (Pandavas) had to go through hell but they emerged victorious in the end coz they were right. However, I'd also like to state that it's not that simple here. People calling out Islamophobia, I'm with you. People calling out Hinduphobia, I'm ALSO with you. All lives matter no matter if they are Hindu or Muslim or Christian or Palestinian. "Hinduphobia doesn't exist" It does. Ofc not at the scale of the terrifying Islamophobia in India but it does. In other Islamic etc countries, it does. Just like how Islamophobia exists in countries where Islam folk are in minority. But does that give Hindus a license to endorse and impose themselves any more than the colonizers and invaders did? No.
You can't blame innocent Muslims for what Mughal invaders did centuries ago any more than you can blame Vibhishan for what his own brother Raavan did. But whoever is on the side of wrongdoing no matter their caste, creed or religion is just as much of a criminal like Karna was with Duryodhana even though he was a Pandava by birth.
Yk I've grown up in my remote, countryside hometown where they play azaan in mosques every day morning and evening and kid me since then became so used to it that it would feel like something is missing if I'd not hear it in the background somewhere while swinging around near the trees or while just walking on the terrace and watching the distant sunset. I'm a Hindu but well, that's just personal nostalgia.
Not all muslims are terrorists. Not all Hindus are fascists. But for those who are, I'd let Karma take care of you all.
I stand with humanity.
Jai Shri Ram 🙏
Allahu Akbar 🙏

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Found this one on insta (dharmicvoice). What I really like about this page that they are open minded and open to discussion and debate regarding various rituals and philosophies in hindu dharma as compared to some very traditional right winger pages that only say we are the right ones and this is how everyone must be and all that.
The first slide is what we hindus did. Now I am not seeing we are really good and we didn't do anything wrong to people belonging to other religions. Every community has its own list of darkness. Yet, we gave space to every religion that wanted to finish us off. The Christians when they arrived here saw various murtis and declared them to be the Devil and demonic. The Islamic invaders destroyed our temples and sculptures. Yet, here in India we have given right to churches and mosques to function independently.
Our songs talk about Ishwar Allah tero naam. Can't we expect a bit more love? Can't we expect all of us to live peacefully as humans and contribute to our motherland.
We all irrespective of religion are the children of India. Whatever the media feeds you by telling how Hindus are the most vile creatures or how India is intolerant is bullshit. This is the land where the first mosque was built and it also protected the family of a prophet (I am sorry I forgot his name)
Yet, even after all this. When we want just some of our temples, we are declared to be islamophobic. Some book written by someone is enough to turn you into a killer and kill your friends and colleagues.
I am sure the same Allah is going to cry over this. Those hate mongering radicals who believe in jihad and are waiting to wage a war against Hind because it will lead to Qayamat are deluded. I believe that such people instead of being praised to be 'brave' must be punished severely.
And maybe you will want to disagree. The day Hindu dharma dies is the day this land of Bharat dies, the same land for which rulers like Shivaji, Maharana Pratap died, the same land where music, dance and culture has thrived even after so many centuries. Bharat is a blend of its ancient lifestyle and modernity. You cannot separate the history and age-old practices (PS. Do away with the practices that can no longer be followed now and are wrong on so many levels.) from this land.
I will perhaps still be called islamophobic after posting this and being silly for being fearful if hindu dharma dies.
I have a friend from Bangladesh who is a Muslim. He and his sister talk about Krishna and Allah. He celebrates Janmashtami privately or else he might get killed.
As a fellow indian citizen, I want to see the country grow. I want my children to live in India where if they chant Jai shri Ram they won't be called hindu terrorists. I want an India where while we celebrate our festivals, there is no communal violence from the other side.
We never get a utopian world do we. Perhaps a bit of hate will still exist. But let's have this hate reduced to 0.1%.
I am sure there are no Islamic radicals here on tumblr but i can't post all this on Instagram so. I write it here. Even if india gets an Islamic head at the centre and Sharia comes in, india will never grow under that savage rule. Her arts, culture, history will be looked down and spat upon.
I come from a cultural background. I sometimes get nightmares that what if such a dark phase arrives like it did in Afghanistan and the dance, the music, the literature the painting, everything ceases to be and heartbroken at what my country turned out to be, I move to another land and on my deathbed I fondly remember what India had been before some hate filled pathetic people decided to kill of like those invaders.
I do have a dramatic mind. Pardon the previous paragraph.
In the end, I would like to say again, a God will never ask people to kill another human. Open up and love one another.
Jai shri ram.

मौत की उम्र क्या दो पल भी नहीं
जिंदगी सिलसिला आजकल की नहीं

Local authorities are actively engaged in implementing enhanced security measures and logistical arrangements to facilitate a smooth and joyous celebration for the devotees who will gather in Ayodhya for this historic event. As the nation eagerly awaits the inauguration of the Ram Mandir, the air is filled with a sense of reverence and anticipation, promising a celebration that transcends the realms of religion and echoes the spirit of unity and devotion.

Latest News, Updates On Ayodhya Ram Mandhir-Ram Janmabhoomi.
Introduction
Tumblr media
Rama, who is thought to be the seventh manifestation of the Hindu deity Vishnu, is said to have been born at the location known as Ram Janmabhoomi, which translates to "Birthplace of Rama." According to the Ramayana, Rama was born at a city known as "Ayodhya" on the Sarayu River's banks. Ayodhya now is located in the Uttar Pradesh state of northern India.
Widespread Hindu-Muslim violence broke out in 1992 after Hindu nationalists destroyed the Babri Masjid. The property was the subject of a legal issue that made it to the Indian Supreme Court, which heard cases involving title disputes from August to October 2019. The Supreme Court mandated that the site be given to a trust so that it can erect a Hindu temple by November 9th, 2019.
Opening Date
According to Mr. Rai, Lord Ram should be seated in the sanctum sanctorum by the Makar Sankranti festival in January 2024, with the temple's construction slated to be finished by December 2023.

Ayodhya Ram MandirProject Construction Company
The trust hired Tata Consulting Engineers as the project manager consultant and Larsen & Toubro as the design & build contractor for the construction of the temple in November 2020. Additional agreements for the construction of the 67-acre temple complex were made with Tata Consulting Engineers and Design Associates Inc. in February 2020.
Ayodhya Ram Mandir Trust
Each of the trust's 15 members must be an active Hindu; there will be 6 nominated members and 9 permanent ones.
Permanent participants
K. Parasaran acted as Shri Ram Lalla Virajmaan's representative.
Four religious leaders from various Indian temples
An official of the Nirmohi Akhara
Two eminent residents of the Ayodhya district,
one of them is a Dalit
Historical Background:
The Ayodhya Ram Mandir is believed to be built at the birthplace of Lord Ram, considered to be the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu. The origins of this sacred site trace back to ancient times when Ayodhya was the capital of the mighty Kosala Kingdom. According to the epic Hindu scripture, the Ramayana, Lord Ram was born to King Dasharatha and Queen Kaushalya in Ayodhya.
Dispute at Ayodhya
On December 6, 1992, the Babri Masjid was demolished during a political rally, sparking rioting across the Indian subcontinent. Many prior attempts were unsuccessful, and one of them resulted in the 1990 Ayodhya gunfire incident.
A further land title case was brought before the Allahabad High Court, and on September 30, 2010, the court issued its decision. Ayodhya's 2.77 acres (1.12 ha) of land will be divided into three portions, with one third going to the Ram Lalla or Infant Rama, as represented by the Vishva Hindu Parishad receives one-third, the Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board receives one-third, and Nirmohi Akhara, a Hindu religious institution, receives the remaining third.
During site excavation, the Archaeological Survey of India discovered temple ruins, which were eventually presented as proof before the Indian Supreme Court.
The Indian government announced on February 5th, 2020, that a trust called Shri Ram Janmabhoomi TeerthKshetra would be in charge of rebuilding a Ram temple there.Additionally, it designated a different location in Dhannipur, Ayodhya for the construction of a mosque to replace the Babri Masjid, which was destroyed in 1992.
Babri Masjid (Mosque of Babur)
Babur, the first Mughal emperor of India, established the Mughal empire. The Babri Masjid (also known as "Babur's Mosque") is thought to have been constructed in 1528 on his orders by one of his generals, Mir Baqi. The East India Company's surveyor Francis Buchanan said that he discovered an inscription on the mosque walls that attested to this reality in 1813–1814, which gave rise to the widespread notion. He also documented the local legend that the mosque was constructed by emperor Aurangzeb (r. 1658–1707) following the destruction of a Rama temple.
The construction of a mosque at Ayodhya or the destruction of a temple for it are not mentioned in Babur's painstakingly detailed life journal, The Baburnama. Neither do his contemporaneous Hindu poet-saint Tulsidas' epic poem Ramcharitmanas, which is devoted to the Hindu god Rama, nor his grandson Akbar's court documents, the Ain-i-Akbari.
The "mosque-temple" is reported to have been a place of prayer for both Muslims and Hindus, with Hindus praying outside the mosque but still inside the courtyard. To avoid disagreements, a British governor had a railing built between the two districts in 1857. The argument began in 1949, following India's independence, when a Ram idol was erected within the mosque.
