The Dragons of From Soft
Didn’t want to send this in PM, so here’s a list of all dragons in From Soft’s most recent-ish games.
Demon’s Souls: Blue Dragon, Red Dragon, Dragon God (technically a demon)
Dark Souls: The Gaping Dragon, Seath the Scaleless, Stone Dragon, Hellkite Drake, Zombie Dragon, Black Dragon Kalameet.
DS2: Guardian Dragon, Sinh the Slumbering Dragon.
DS3: Oceiros the Consumed King (technically), Ancient Wyvern, King of the Storm, Arch Dragon.
Sekiro, Shadows Die Twice: Divine Dragon
Elden Ring has a ton of dragons, most of whom are pallet swaps/copy pasted with different names, so I’ll just list the ones that stick out for me: Glintstone Dragon Adula, Magma Wyrm Makar, Dragon Lord Placidusax, Lich Dragon Fortissax, Elder Dragon Greyoll.
Tawney:
Blue Dragon: Aw, I like his beak. I like avian dragons. ••>
Red Dragon: Google Images shows him with a mouthful of dudes. Just legs sticking out. He wouldn’t do that if they just enriched his environment.
Dragon God: *stares* My trousers seem to have been burned off. Oh nooo…
Gaping Dragon: Before googling him (her?), I was thinking, Someone’s going to be gaping after I’m throu- Then I saw a screenshot and, uh, no vagina-dentata for Tawney, thanks.
Seath & Kalameet
Stone Dragon: If the Stone Dragon and the Hellkite Drake boinked, their offspring could be named Kite Moss.
Hellkite Drake: A good insult would be, “Oh, go sit on a Hellkite Drake.”
Zombie Dragon: I think that’s just a dino fossil.
Guardian Dragon: You may boop the snoot. Once.
Sinh: Sleeping cutie.
Oceiros: “Oceiros… sought to achieve great power through harnessing his royal blood. He… uncovered… notes on gaining immortality… Oceiros was driven insane by the Paledrake’s writings and chose to follow the path of the dragon, his devotion transforming him into a twisted abomination.” Yo, does he want to give Ocelotte a half-sibling? Or a clutch of them?
Ancient Wyvern: Perhaps he wouldn’t look so ancient if he just moisturized.
King of the Storm: Okay, this guy’s weak to lightning damage, so a cattle prod should work.
Archdragon: Dragon/knight polycule.
Divine Dragon: It’s a good thing he seems nocturnal, because otherwise imagine how much sunscreen you’d have to slather just on his back.
Adula: Blue crystals on the snout. 🤨 Nose candy…
Makar: “Becoming a Magma Wyrm is what happens to those who pursue the path of Dragon Communion and lose themselves to the dragons' influence.” GOOD. LOVE ME SOME DRACONIZATION.
Placidusax: Flacid sacks.
Fortissax: Forty sacks.
Greyoll: The grey ol’ wyrm ain’t what it used to be/Ain’t what it used to be~🎵

Few days late, but happy anniversary to Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice!
It has a special place in my heart since this was my very first FromSoft game. (´• ω •`) ♡ I made these drawings during an monthly ink event in 2020!

Hello, esteemed gamerfolk. I wanted to see how many people play sekiro on here, and what their favorite bosses are, so poll time.
Please assume that repeating bosses are their hardest variations for statistical consistency.
I left Folding Screen Monkeys off because of limitations on polls. Please leave it in the tags if you favor them. If I feel like it, I may just reply to say how wrong you are! (Joking, of course. Mostly.)
Looking forward to the results.

Dragon (and Dragon Kin) Flavor Headcanons, Part EX
Old Dragons of the Tree: imagine a small pool of stagnant water, left as home for mosquito larva and pond scum. Now imagine that people began to use the pool as a dumping ground for the ashes and butts of their cigarettes, letting all the tar, nicotine, benzene, arsenic, and formaldehyde leech out into the water until nothing living can survive in the pond. Next, imagine someone grabbed a long felled and half-rotted trunk of ginkgo, threaded with fungal mycelium and starting to fall to pieces near the bark, but still sturdy closer to the heartwood. Imagine that someone took this trunk of wood, cut it into thin disks, and threw them into the stagnant pond, and left them there for a year and a day, soaking in all the foulness. Now take a bite out of one of these disks of tainted, rotten wood.
Divine Sakura Dragon: the meat below the bark-like scales is divided into two parts, like the sapwood and heartwood of a great tree. The outer 'sapwood' is tender and yielding, soft enough that you barely need to chew, but firm enough that no bite goes unsavored. The 'heartwood' deeper in is hard and solid, more like a block of wood than the flesh of an animal, good only for blunting the teeth of fools and rodents. The soft 'sapwood' is rich and well-marbled, with a taste like tiger meat smoked in cherry wood and soaked with aged peach wine. The tough 'heartwood' is flavored with a character unlike meat at all, and is more like biting into unseasoned lumber harvested from a cherry tree: not without a sap sweetness but entirely devoid of good taste or edibility.
Kuro, Divine Heir of the Dragon's Heritage: good old long pig. Or long veal in this case.
Divine Child of Rejuvenation, of the False Dragon's Heritage: dude, what is wrong with you? She's something like 11-years-old, let her grow up first! Unless you're talking about eating her in a literal way. That's just more long veal. Only... the taste isn't quite as human as your average cannibal would expect. The sin is sweeter, but also weaker, like the ink has been faded.

Ironfang Shinobi: 5e Monk Subclass based on Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice || Downloadable for FREE
Tumblr media
Based on the main character of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (2019).
An additional 'dark mode' PDF is also available for download, where the images used for the art for each Shinobi Tool is also made prettier to see against a black background.
-- Summary --
As herein dubbed an "Ironfang Shinobi," your character upon stat-ing into this subclass will lose a limb or part of their body to be replaced with a 'Shinobi Prosthetic.' An esoteric weapon part-mechanism part-magic that will serve your character in mastering that art all Shinobi aim to perfect--the art of killing.
Based on the prosthetic arm from the game itself, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, the essence of the Ironfang Shinobi subclass is in choosing your Shinobi Tools, providing access to powerful and varied techniques in combat, able to mixed and matched according precisely to your character's style.
You will find the majority of prosthetic tools from Sekiro present in this fan-made module, with some alterations made towards fitting the appearance of Sekiro's real-time action combat to the turn-based strategy of '5th Edition.'
There is also the addition of optional story content/inspiration in the descriptions of the later Shinobi Tools themselves in this module. Written in the style of the original game, while made to be setting-agnostic, so as to potentially fit into the story of any campaign.
