There are a bunch of pretty pendants available in my shop right now! Did you know that all of my jewelry is handcrafted by me in small batches in my tiny home studio? I use unaltered, found #seaglass and #ethicallysourced / #responsiblysourced natural stones. I also use all recycled sterling silver, which is also responsibly sourced from @riogrande . Now what about eyeshadows, which color of eyeshadow should you wear? Eye shadow can enhance the color of your eyes and a good general rule is to use an eye shadow that is the opposite color of your eye color on the color wheel.

For example, if a green-eyed individual looked at the color wheel, they would see that green is opposite of red. This means, that a green-eyed person should lean towards eye shadows with reddish undertones to help make their eyes really stand out. A good plum, maroon, or browns with warm tones will do wonders for green-eyed beauties!

For blue eyes, shadows with a more orange undertones will make your eyes POP! Try a pretty copper, gold, or warm brown. Brown eyes are the most versatile and can pull off almost any eyeshadow color. Plums, blues, and bronzed browns can really make brown eyes stand out!

What better way to celebrate #earthday yesterday then to try out @theplotrestaurant a local #plantbased restaurants here in #oceanside 🌱 they follow a #zerowaste ethos that I wanted to learn more about! ♻️ So many excellent choices on the menu, and all using #responsiblysourced ingredients … my favorites were: 🍄 Cräb cake - fennel apple salad, tarragon creme 🥢 Sushi - cräb, spicy tuna & avocado, tempura fried, topped with spicy mayo & sweet n' spicy citrus 🍠 Gnocchi- okinawan sweet potato, wild mushrooms, garlic, charred kale emulsion, fresh thyme 🥮 Plot Cake - spanish olive oil, vanilla creme, fruit This beautiful restaurant is very easy to get to, has a charming outdoor patio, and they are super dog friendly 🐕‍🦺 They even have an adjacent garden @theplotgardenproject where they strive to harvest 30% of their produce to use in the restaurant! Hi y’all! I just uploaded new work into my online shop over the weekend. Some statement pieces and some designed simpler for everyday wear. Check them out under the new collection, Abyss. Speaking of Abyss, with sustainability in mind, I was loosely following fashion's traditional launch schedule. However, since things have be slammed as of late due to a fully booked year of custom orders, fulfilling online orders, doing production for tradeshows, and exhibitions - not to mention the circumstances of COVID and of being in school - moving forward, I've decided to have one new themed collection every year to add new production line pieces into as I finish them (separate from OOAK jewelry); instead of having several launches every year with different themes. Due to time constraints, I find that too often I am not done with a certain aesthetic, and I find myself wanting to continue to work and evolve that aesthetic instead of moving on. Thus, leaving me creatively unfulfilled. Additionally, modifying my design and production process to flow with my current schedule will come out to be a more sustainable and healthier route for me as my brand continues to grow.
