Character: Niege x reader tw: unchecked.

It was Niege's favourite season of the year: Winter. He has never felt more at home when the first snow came. His body always felt stronger and his magic intensified.

This year, he couldn't wait for winter. He couldn't wait for the first snowflake to fall, because you made a promise with him, to go ice skating when the lake freezes.

You didn't think he would remember though, since you only mentioned it casually to your crush. But when the snow came and you and Niege were walking to the orphanage to help out together, he asked, "hey y/n, shall we go ice skating when the lake fully freezes?"

You looked at him, his pale face looking so energetic today, it must be because it was snowing and his body was filled with energy. You loved it when he looked so jovial.

"Yes! Sure!" you beamed at the slender man.

He looked at you, your face was just the most beautiful thing he's ever seen. His heart thumped at lightning speed, but he wasn't sure if it was because he was looking at you, or that you agreed on a date with him or it just both, but the moment right before his eyes would be something he would never forget for his lifetime.

You stood at the edge of the frozen lake, suddenly feeling unsure, "are you sure the ice is not gonna crack, Niege?"

Niege did a few flips and spin like a pro. He looked so carefree while ice skating that you were so absorbed in his movements and didn't realise he was right before you.

"Nope, the ice is sturdy enough," he reached out his hand to you.

You held onto his hand, his strong grip making you realise how strong he has really become during this season. You took a deep breath and stepped onto the ice.

You wobbled and tried to find your balance, but Niege held onto you firmly. You had both your hands in his as he slowly glided you towards the middle of the lake.

"Amazing, huh?" he smiled, "How an entire lake could be frozen."

You nodded and tried to move forward, only to find yourself losing your balance again. This time, Niege wasn't prepared for your sudden movement and you fell into his arms instead.

He caught you tightly, worried you would fall and hurt yourself, but once he came to his senses, you both realised your faces were just inches apart.

Instead of pulling away, his face came closer and closer, until his lips touched yours, his slightly chapped lips felt like cotton candy, sweet and soft at the same time. You slowly closed your eyes as he deepened the kiss.

His warm breath and his arms wrapped around you made you feel like you were melting into him.

It wasn't really anything out of the world, nor was it really long and romantic, but to you, it was special and would be forever treasured. Your racing heart in the cold winter snow, on an icy lake but you felt the warmth radiating from the both of your hearts.

- unpopular opinion: In the anime, it was Asta who killed Niege's brother after he turned into monster. But actually in the manga, Niege was the one who killed his brother to protect Asta and I wish the anime didn't cut out this scene. Bonus: I wanted him to join the black bulls.

- headcanon: it was noted that he has a magic power equal to Gauche so I'll throw this theory and say that, like William, he's a noble's illegitimate or bastard child.

I love all the black bulls! Some more than the others but they all mean the entire series to me. I don’t have any favorites but I can rank them in groups.

First are the members I LOVE so much:

#1) Asta, Magna, Charmy, Henry

Oh yes, the IDIOTIC four. They’re dumb, they’re loud, but they also have heart of pure gold. I can’t stress enough how much I adore them. They remind me of Luffy, Usopp, Chopper & Brook from One Piece, in this exact order.

And lemme tell you this random fact about myself: I love LOVE One Piece. Half of the reason I started Black Clover because my friend tell me the main cast are similar to the Straw Hats, and you know what, he was RIGHT.

#2) Luck, Gauche

My precious sons! I’m so proud of how much they grow over the course of the series. I don't care what anyone says about either of them, I’ll defend them both until the end of time. Since I’m in the mood to talk about One Piece, Luck is the dream son of Luffy & Zoro, and Gauche is Sanji, but sister complex instead of women complex 😂

#3) Finral, Vanessa

You’re not a true black bulls fan if you don’t like Finral AND Vanessa. They’re the beating heart of this squad that holds it together, and their chaotic brother-sister energy is SO relatable! Back to One Piece, they both remind me of, um, Franky (or Sanji) and Robin (or Nami) - sensible? Yeah, kinda. But still have their own dumb quirks 😂

Then there are the members I love, too, but I’m not so attached to them as I’m with Asta and the others above, for this reason, I don’t feel like talking about them (or comparing them to OP characters lol).

#4) Noelle, Nero, Zora, Yami

#6) Not black bulls, but I wish they are: Rill, Leopold, Kahono, Kiato, Niege, Sekke (yes, Sekke).
