guys be so proud of me. for the first time. in the like 7 fucking years i've had modified bliss. I've outline the whole story start to end. it is not a good outline and there's a lot of work that needs to be done but i have fucking SOMETHING down. I can now really start chipping away at it and creating something good, and filling in all the gaps where I'm not confident what happens there.

I'm so. fucking happy. jesus christ.

Doing my T25 total body circuit! One reason I ❤ beachbody workouts is the variety of programs available w my all access pass when I'm not completing a whole program like 21day fix sequentially ! Also, they never forget to include the modified version, which I still do until I can progress to the actual exercise! i am always thinking about cob but now youve got me thinking about modified so like. what would the cob mains be like in the modifiedverse? what would their demon blood %s be and what emotions would they lose if they did?

oh this is so much fun....I would imagine Crushed Olive Branch in Modified Bliss verse would probably just be a sort of normal modern au with some other weird elements. Like they're really just a group of friends and junk.

However, Dominic would ABSOLUTELY be afflicted. I'm not sure how much demon blood he would have exactly but probably like?? 75-80% range. and his lost emotion would probably be like...fear. which perhaps would free of him of his insane internalized homophobia but we can only hope. Perhaps then we would have a version of Dominic that is like Academy Dom but grown up. Theron/Dominic but it's normal

Theron I think would have pretty low demon blood. like maybe 30-40% range. He wouldn't lose an emotion at that amount but he would be more susceptible to demon related illnesses. I mostly think that's how it would be because there are some families in modifiedverse who really don't want any more demon blood than necessary put into their families. But again, maybe in this society he would be under the influences of insane internalized homophobia.

Mattias, Nerissa, and Ava i think would be run of the mill average person range which is around 50%. So no lost emotions between any of them either. I think Mattias would have the same kind of role as Yuri, where he would be super into studying and learning more about demons in the world (and maybe being attracted to them).

In this hypothetical MB!COB au, I think they would all be going to college together for vastly different things and having weird relationship drama. and Perhaps Theron/Dom/Mattias have a normal fucking love triangle instead of whatever the fuck is happening in the comic. Also Dom is a lot gayer but this time it's on Purpose.

I love deciding that no real person exists in modifiedverse because like. I decided this because modified bliss takes place in 2016 and iii don't wanna fucking deal with a certain election that happened that year just looming over the whole story. So it's like history is largely the same just different not real people did it all.

But then i make a story that takes place during a historical event and i have to, in my mind, be like "ah yes my oc rongon reanald, the man who let the aids crisis happen"

it's so funny when you have to like. look up. legal proceedings for certain crimes when you're just trying to write up a little story.

anyway you wouldn't believe how much i've had to research insanity plea for the modifiedverse stories

can you tell us random facts about alaric or wilbur? also whose max and kennedy because on wilbur's profile it says he's in a polycule w those 2 can we get a bit about them? if thats not too much

sure can!

Alaric - They live in a grounded mobile home that Brendon helped them buy and set up. All of their work operates out of that house and it's in the middle of the woods right next to where the fallen streets (which are basically illegal demon black markets) set up each week.

- Always wears a mask when out in public. they don't like being asked about their teeth so they would rather just not people see it. And they look sick enough on most days for people to just think they're ill

- Spends a lot of money on plants to make their potions, wifi, and cigarettes

- Makes HRT out of demon parts for a lot of the trans people in the fallen streets who often don't wanna go to the doctor's due to them doing crimes a lot.

- They can't drive lol

Wilbur - He was a business major in college where he met Yuri. He actually graduated with it tho he's not sure if he'd ever use it.

- Picked up smoking (both weed and cigarettes) after the death of his parent. Would much rather do stupid shit and party than think about his own problems ever.

- Has a big crush on Yuri which started in college. They did date for like a week and at the end Yuri was very sure that he wasn't into men. Wilbur accepts that Yuri's not interested but the feelings are still there.

- He's trying so goddamn hard to grow facial hair cause he wants a mustache but it's just not gonna happen

and Kennedy and max are pretty new characters that i'm honestly still trying to figure out myself! I don't quite know how they fit into the plot just yet but i know they will get there!

They're both bounty hunters who work in the fallen streets (bounty hunters just being people who track down and kill demons for parts or just because someone has a grudge). Alaric hires them a lot for ingredients so that's how them and Wilbur met. They just kinda hit it off and one thing led to another ya know! They aren't exactly "dating" they're all just kinda friends who help each other out sometimes!
