One of my favorite times of being able to casually interact with Eggman that's lesser known is with his Rio Olympics 2016 dialogue. He was actually really in character for the situation with his egotism, rudeness, arrogance, and feelings of superiority showing through. Now if there was more casual and personal interactions with him like that ever again I'd absolutely looove it

Like when he finds out you were gifted parts to help you out in the events and he's like "You're supposed to actually win in the tournament to earn that, why are they acting like you deserve to just have it given to you? Bah!" And acts like you're so stupid when he says thinks like "I bet you don't even know that ______-" And drops hints but still won't tell it all and assumes you aren't smart enough to figure it out hehe

He brags about how great he is and how inferior everyone else is and how it's a given he'll win, so they don't even need to bother with the tournament. When you approach when he's in the finals he's suddenly like "Um who are you? :\ You want my autograph or something? You can get it after I win, shoo" And after he does, he asks if you're looking to bask in his glow and look at his medal and to get in line.

It was so fucking perfect lol, I should bring back all those posts from a few years ago where I did commentary on his dialogue in it and just really kissed his ass in every single response fhsjbfkadbkgh He just acts so proud and smug and talks down to you the whole time, like he thinks you're so stupid and inferior and just a nobody in comparison to him and I was just like yes Eggdaddy so fucking true 🥴😍💘💕💜💗💖

Just so everyone knows, the clips of Shadow doing the Rhythmic Gymnastics event come specially from Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. I say because I've seen some people interested in buying Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games specifically to play Shadow doing his little dance so I found it worth saying in case people accidentally buy the wrong version. Other events with similar energy exist in the other games, such as Rhythmic Ribbon in London 2012 or the Figure Skating events from the Winter Olympics titles.
