The album peaked #1 in a number countries albums charts such as UK, Ireland, and Canada to name a few. However it received its highest certification in the UK with a 7-time platinum status.

Hot Snape Summer - Week 1

Even during the summer, Snape had to attend to various duties. Be it calls by the Dark Lord or tasks for the Order. Despite him desperately needing to unwind after a trying semester, he found it very difficult to truly relax.

In the rare moments where he had no obligations, he made sure to make the most of it. He enjoyed nothing more than simply resting in his comfortable armchair, drinking tea, and listening to the records he had accumulated throughout his life. Maybe he will treat himself to a new record. He does, after all, deserve a little bit of happiness.

I wish I liked Wish :/

#I watched Tangled after and realized all the ways I prefer it over Wish #Wish was just soooo fast paced I felt like I was watching a movie on 1.25x speed. no time for anything to breath. #like Maximus in Tangled was Joke-After-Joke-After-Joke #*BUT* then rapunzel and flynn had slow character-building discussions to balance the horse that didn't need jokes inserted #AND Maximus didn't speak-- so the jokes feel more clever. I laughed out loud at him hiding behind a horse-shaped rock #and idk what it is about Alan Menken's music but he is just unbeatable to me #Wish's music was so ''non-musical theater'' genre that I felt like I was listening to a real music group's/band's album #and I don't mean that in a good way... #and I know it's hard for disney to take chances on new art styles but I still feel like Wish's water-color look could have been stronger #for some reason I felt the movie didn't have good composition??? like the lighting often looked flat #I am also fucking SIICK of the last 4 disney princesses having all the same ''yikes oop srry I'm awkward!!'' personality besides Moana iirc #ENOUGH!!!

#the perfect albums. perfect perfect perfect albums #anyone want a mini rant about these albums? let's go #it's just pure perfection pure talent. no hiding behind flashy loud production. it's just a few instruments and good fucking lyrics #perfect melodies. taylor gets to play with her voice and do whatever she wants with it AND ACTUALLY LET IT SHOW THAT IT'S GOOD #you get what im saying? there are no high notes nothing of that but still her voice sounds the best it ever has in these albums #the songs are simple. but also they're not. the instruments are simple the singing is simple but also NOT AT ALL #she's not TRYING to show anything in these two albums. trying to prove something to achieve something you know? it makes perfect sense to me #it's simple talent that's just it. not hidden behind anything big but still there's NOTHING small or insignificant about these albums #i hope she goes back to that sound some time in the future. it's ok if she wants to do pop now more than ok #but it would be such a shame & wasted opportunity if she never goes back to that genre. it's perfect ideal for her. her best works
