I tried to avoid spoilers, but there are some in this if you use it as propaganda. He wasn't biologically Lucas's dad, but Lafcadio meant so much to him that forty years later, when Lucas was trying to forgive himself for what happened that led to the events of the game, Lucas chose to take his appearance as he tried to figure out if he could forgive himself. Plus countless guests mention how important Lafcadio is to Lucas.

What is RWBY Chibi? What is The Sexy Brutale?

Well, to start with, RWBY Chibi is an animated series produced by Rooster Teeth, as a parody of their show RWBY after the latter series' plot started to dip into darker, more serious territory. Both shows involve the lives of Team RWBY and their journey to become

The Sexy Brutale is a video game produced  Cavalier Game Studios and Tequila Works. In The Sexy Brutale, your character must navigate a mansion where the staff are killing off your friends one by one, and you must take advantage of a time-loop to counter the staff's murderous plans.

What I'm getting at involves spoiling the plot-twist of Sexy Brutale, so if you don't want that, please don't go any further. If you do, then press on.

Near the end of The Sexy Brutale, you learn that everything happening in the mansion is all a fantasy. The mansion's owner actually caused the deaths of all the guests in real life by accident. He has been reliving that terrible day ever since, killing his friends in more twisted and convoluted ways as a form of self-punishment.

Now, RWBY Chibi airs after Volume 3, when everything goes to Hell for Ruby Rose. Good friends die, her school is destroyed, and her Team is separated. Bad times to dwell on.

What if RWBY Chibi is some manifestation of Ruby's psyche, her way of trying to deal with her grief? In RWBY Chibi "Nothing bad ever happened. EVER." In RWBY Chibi, things are always silly and cheerfull. The villains are ridiculous and self-defeating. Isn't that how the battles of Good and Evil should be?

Now, in the secret ending of the Sexy Brutal, if you give the Demon of Bad Habits all of the hidden cards, you are transported to a lovely party where everyone is alive, dancing, and having a great time! But it symbolizes the Marquis sinking back into destructive hedonism to cope. It's fragile.

And in Justice League x RWBY part 2, Ruby has gone back to being very reckless and gung-ho with her Huntressing.

Could there be a connection...?

He has a special genetic ability that lets him turn his bones into weapons. He can shoot finger bones at people. He can harden his bones to be incredibly resistant to damage. He can rip his own spine out and use it as a sword

Gold Skull (contains spoilers)

Gold Skull is the main villain of The Sexy Brutale. He's responsible for the time loop that Lafcadio Boone, the player, finds himself in. He controls the Sexy Brutale mansion and is responsible for the deaths of all of the guests each loop. He gets his name from the golden skull mask he wears for most of the game.

The truth is that the Sexy Brutale mansion is all in the mind of Lucas Bondes, the missing Marquis who many of the guests mention during the time loop. Forty years before the events of the game, Lucas Bondes blew up the real mansion to get the insurance money to start a new life with his wife and unborn child, but he accidentally set the timers wrong on the bombs. This led to the bombs going off early, while he, his friends, and his wife were still inside. He was the only survivor.

Gold Skull is the part of Lucas that never wants him to forgive himself for what happened. In his mind, the mansion has been created to keep the memories of his friends alive. By keeping the time loop going and making him watch the deaths of his friends over and over, he believes he is honoring them by not allowing them to be forgotten and by not allowing Lucas to forgive himself for what happened.

BEST EXPERIENCE : Building a unique story with people that steadily draws other people in and grows larger than you expected

RP PET PEEVES / DEALBREAKERS : Age, I'm sorry I'm not writing with anyone under 21. Length, in the sense that if I've given like 3 paragraphs and I only get 2 lines in response? That's annoying and gives me very little to work with. I tend to prefer that shorter length for in character shitposting, not serious threads.

MUSE PREFERENCES: Plenty of information to work with. What kind of person am I working with here? What's their deal? Why would our muses cross and how would they interact? I'm happy to work with canon muses, as long as I'm somewhat familiar with the fandom, and OCs and have several of them myself.

PLOTS OR MEMES : A good mix of both personally. I'm not the best at plotting something out beat by beat because it rarely ever successfully happens that way once oyu get down to writing. I work better with a framework whilst still having enough room to let the muse do whatever it's gonna do. Memes however can spark great conversations and even lead into threads.

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES : Whatever the thread calls for. I like a longer reply but it's not always necessary or achievable and I can adapt styles relatively easily.

BEST TIME TO WRITE : 9am to 9pm EST every day because my ass is currently unemployed and I've got nothing better to do. Outside of that timeframe? I'm either asleep or I've at least seen your reply and put it in my drafts to properly read and respond later.

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S) : Oh absolutely. I might not be able to recognise it right away but I can't actually write or connect with a character if I can't see a piece of myself in them. Which means I also tend to lose characters over time as I grow and change. Many muses that I once wrote I probably wouldn't be able to pick up again.

Fan art of the game The Sexy Brutale, you can see pretty clearly I pretty much gave up after drawing the clock, but I like still this piece in spite of it.

Honestly it’s a miracle I went made any sort of fan art for the first in ages. Something about this game makes me feel fan arty.

I have this thing where I want to explore characters from obscure games just to see what they do once they are outside of their weird and wonderful circumstances. Hell, many many years ago, I wanted to try and portray the fucking shapeshifting dungeon from an old British kids gameshow from the 80s and 90s because I grew up watching reruns of that. But! 5 muses I would love to portray if I had the guts to do so anymore! Which are also going to be game recommendations because God damn, there's some fantastic little indie games that don't last that long but tell really great stories.
