This was most likely illustrated for the 1795 Alexander Pope translation of The Iliad. However, this piece (and Flaxman's art of Achilles reaching for Patroclus' shade) is omitted from the final version.

Moulded black basalt, 1790 by John Flaxman Jr. John Flaxman RA (1755 – 1826) was a British sculptor and draughtsman, and a leading figure in British and European Neoclassicism. Early in his career he worked as a modeller for Josiah Wedgwood's pottery. He spent several years in Rome, where he produced his first book illustrations.
