3. do you feel your age?

not really. i mean, a lot of my friends are off having kids and doing stuff like that which i'm very much not. so that makes me feel like i'm behind the 8 ball in a weird way. on the other hand, my body constantly hurts, so that makes me feel older than i am.

8. which fashion trend did you hate?

i feel bad because i really don't like the body con dresses with big slits up the leg. not because i don't like skin showing or anything, but because they're always made of really cheap material and it just reminds me of fast fashion and how quick the turnover is. i reckon most of those dresses get worn three times before they get thrown out.

10. song that sums up the year?

I'm not really sure, but I feel like all the songs I used for my pole routine were probably fitting - i need to be exorcised from 2023 HAHA.

50. what do you wish for yourself?

cheesy, but a happier 2024. and also maybe to grow a backbone so i can stop being a human doormat lol. everyone please light your candles and manifest.

it depends on what mood i'm in to be honest. i do sometimes like specific prompts but it can be hard to meet people's very specific wants. equally, general prompts do have the worry that you won't satisfy someone's request. i'm just happy to go along with whatever people want to prompt

lmao yeah. i write it, i read it, it's all good. as for a character whose death i can't tolerate... again, i don't know if there is one. there are characters whose deaths i wouldn't be immediately drawn to writing/reading (ie in terms of lone star, paul, tommy etc) but under the right circumstances i would consider it

7. If all the characters went on Survivor, who would win?

This is so tricky for me...I've thought long and hard about who would win a Hunger Games, but Survivor is different. Survivor depends on making alliances and winning challenges and also surviving on grubs and sleeping under a tarp. I think Carlos would get pretty far - he'd be decent in a challenge and he's not bad at sweet talking people into telling him what he needs to know. Marjan would slay a Hunger Games but she's too abrasive for Survivor. I think the tribe would vote her off. Dark horse could be Owen, since he's got survival knowledge, but I also think his interpersonal skills leave a little to be desired. After all that, my vote has to go with Paul (good in a challenge, would see through everyone's BS, has grit, people like him), with Carlos as a close second. Carlos would get distracted on his side quest of stopping TK from adopting every animal on the island.

11. What part of the source material deserves more praise?

I'm not super qualified to speak on this subject, so take this with a grain of salt, but I love how the show doesn't skirt around TK's addiction. I loved the 3 x 13 episode and how Carlos came to the realisation that he couldn't be everything TK needed all the time. I love that TK was patient but firm about needing a sponsor. I love how TK isn't villainised for being an addict, and that the show didn't just forget about it as time went on.

26. Strong headcanons I'd fight for.

I have so many! off the top of my head, I'd say:

a. I love the idea of ambidextrous TK (with a left hand preference).

b. TK sucks at stacking the dishwasher and putting clothes in the laundry hamper - idk why. He just does.

c. Belt-gate is real.

d. Carlos does the majority of the cooking because he prefers it, but TK is the sous chef that cuts up the vegetables and then eats half of them before they make it into the pan.

I kind of wonder how being trans would work in the Ever After High universe with destinies and all.

Let's say you're the daughter of Snow White, but surprise!! Egg cracked, you're trans. You're actually the SON of Snow White now.

Does this kids destiny change from Snow White to Snow White's destined true love? Or would "Snow White" just be a prince this time around and maybe a princess (or another prince!) saves him with True Loves Kiss???

I mean, we have examples of kids genders not exactly matching up with their fairytale parents like Alistair, Maddie, Melody, Jillian, Cedar, Bunny and I think some others.

I have a theory that in their stories their gender doesn't exactly..say, matter as much as, for example, the Queen of Hearts, her title is literally the queen, if Lizzie was a boy would she just be the King of Hearts (the queens husband)? Or would she be "King" but still have the same role to play as the queen?

When vs a character like Alice, it doesn't really matter as anyone can just fall down a hole and go through a strange land regardless of gender.

How much does your agab really matter in this society? Also say you figured it out after you had already signed your name in the storybook, would you need to sign it again if you chose a new name?

Edit because I had more thoughts: My previously stated theory came from the idea that characters like Alistair, Cedar and essentially the entire crew minus Lizzie, I believe their genders can be different and still inherit their stories is because TECHNICALLY within their stories they don't have love interests, when off book and later in their lives they most likely did to be able to have children. If say Alice did have a boy she fell in love with what if Alistair ended up being that hypothetical boy?

When Snow White DOES have a love interest, and I wonder if that's why it might matter a little more.

Long story short: This society is very heteronormative and probably cis normative as well and goddamnit do I wish we actually had a trans character to go off of.

OR what if a character was from a very #girlboss story and was a trans guy? Can his story even continue because he's not a girl anymore? Or would his story just change to reflect him better.

We have canonical evidence of Hunter and Ashlynn hypothetically changing their story so the same message is still in place, it just fits their particular love story better. So I wonder if the system would have something in place like that for trans characters. (Keep in mind I'm not too sure on how canon the doll diaries are so take that with a grain of salt. It's from Farrah's btw if you're curious)
